I've stopped into Pizza Cutters twice since being in town for work. Both times the service has been stellar! At Pizza Cutters they go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. If you're looking for a good pie you won't be disappointed!

I previously left a review that was not the nicest. Having worked, managed and co-owned small business before, I do understand the struggles that can happen. While there have some issues I will personally attest that the owner has personally reached out ( emphatically) each time and personally rectified the matters. The overall business and atmosphere is why i have frequented them on both locations for years. This was just some minor hiccups that are being fixed. Sal thank you for listening, rectifying, and continuing to be a great guy and business owner...

Saleem is amazing, he greets every person that comes in with the best attitude and keeps a great atmosphere in his store. He let me try his award winning apple pie bourbon wing sauce and it is to die for. They even have tons of customization options for every price of food that they make it’s awesome.

The guy the counter was super friendly and so were the cooks in the back. Amazing pizza and the wings are even better! Best wings in central NY hands down. Lemon Pepper, Cajun and Medium wings are my favorite there

Great service from the friendly staff. Really delicious pizza and Philly cheesesteak rolls. They have in store made garlic sauce as well for dipping. The apple pie logs are phenomenal for dessert. We will be going back again.

Must try! My review is a little late, but I haven't forgotten how delicious my pizza and wings were! The service was great! The atmosphere and vibe were nice, especially with Boom taking the time to explain the wing process! He made sure my order was as I wanted it! He gave me a history of how they originated to where they are now! This is definitely a go-to place if you're undecided because there's something for everyone on their menu!!!

Stopped in to grab a couple slices. I was instantly greeted by the staff. I was worried they would have the typical dried out ready to eat slices. I was excited to see some good-looking pizza in the display case. I got 2 slices and both were delicious. The crust was the right amount of crispy. Cheese and sauce were delicious. 10/10. Great food and great service. I will definitely come back again.

Amazing service , super kind accommodating and helpful ! The white garlic pizza is to die for and the wings are always great ! Sooo Many delicious wing flavors to choose from and I love how the heart shaped pizza is the same price as regular pizza which is so awesome ! Thanks for giving me a cute pizza pie without a huge markup and for the same price as a regular shaped by ! Pizza cutters is awesome and will always be a fav ! Also make sure to try their many delicious pizza pie flavors as well as delicious dinners. I've had a bunch from every category and I will eat here again and again ! Second time here, and they didn't disappoint. The wings (regular, and boneless) were really good, and exactly how I requested. The pizza crust is excellent, they know what they're doing... Cold rise (I'm guessing, because it's flavorful, and perfectly caramelized) the way it should be. And their service is way better than anyone else's in Dewitt. Please, give this place your business, I want them to stay!

After many years of favoring pizza as a go-to take out choice I had fallen out of love with it due to the available nearby options. That is until I had Pizza Cutters. I first had their pizza almost two months ago and have been getting it almost weekly since. I love it, my partner loves it, my children love it, friends that have visited from out of town have loved it. It’s been consistently good every time I’ve ordered. The staff are super friendly and it’s a pleasant atmosphere when going in to pick up. Highly recommend it here!

The guys running this place are so friendly and nice that I was actually a little surprised, but in a good way. I ended up getting the fried brussel sprouts but they honestly might be my new favorite thing. Definitely do not recommend them with ranch tho. I got a buffalo chicken pizza that was pulled out of the oven like a minute before I got there and let me say that I've been chasing the high of a perfect buffalo chicken pizza for a while and i didn't need to chase it anymore. It was cooked all the way, the chicken was tender, the ratio of toppings and sauces was honestly perfect. I can't wait to try the chicken wings now.

We made an error and ordered a pizza from the wrong Pizza Cutter and showed up at Pizza Cutter 2. The person working was wonderful! He made our order from scratch and rushed it so we would not have to wait too long. The best and kindest service I have had in a while. The pizzas were very tasty. A tasty and well-baked crust: crispy and thin with a mild yeastiness- rich without being greasy. We got a white pizza and a red pizza. The white pizza was fantastic- nice and garlicky. The red pizza was a solid pizza with a relatively mildly sweet old school tomato base. There was a bit more cheese than I prefer, but for most people I think that would be a plus. Try them out. Great service, kind people, good food. They are a great addition to the East side!

I came in there last night to pick up a order . Both the owner and the worker where very polite , friendly and courteous. I was lucky enough to walk out with a large cheese for myself thanks to the owner. Best pizza I’ve had in this area hands down . Crust was perfect. Wasn’t to thick or thin and just crispy enough . The cheese was very generous and flavorful and the sauce was evenly distributed and was a perfect blend and consistency. I would eat there again and not only recommend to friends and family but strangers as well.

Very fast and friendly service. The brothers are both courteous as well as funny. On a busy Saturday night still found time to engage the customer. I promised a fair and honest review, and I have nothing but positive feedback. Food was hot and delicious ( my family has not yet gotten home for tears but it smells awesome, Buffalo Mac and Chees,Cajun Chicken pasta Alfredo) I couldn't even eat my whole steak and cheese. Possibly because I was thinking about the free cheesecake they gave me. 😋

As soon as I walked in these guys were super friendly and helpful! Our pizza and wings were wonderful and tasted fresh, I also got to try the cheesecake and brownies which were also amazing! The gluten free pizza was very good and it’s hard to find a good one of those! What more can you ask for!?

I would have left a picture of the “Shrimp Po Boy with Fries” I just ate but… I ate it . Ate here 3 days in the row and couldn’t complain once about the food. I live in the Binghamton area and my friend wanted to go for a drive. I searched pizza places in Syracuse and was impressed with the reviews for Pizza Cutters 2. We were not disappointed with our choice! We ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic knots and the owner (who’s a really nice guy), gave us a complimentary calzone. Everything was absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely come back again soon!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5! Wasn’t sure what to expect and took a chance on ordering them before an SU game and was blown away by the great food and even better service. Some of the crispiest and most unique flavors on the wings and a great thin crust pie to boot. They even threw in a free dessert! The brothers working the shop are great guys, would highly recommend this place for your next pizza night!

I just ordered a Supreme Sheet Pizza. (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, peppers and onions) The pizza was hot and delicious! The best I've had in many, many years. Toppings galore and spread out to the edges. Peppers and onions cut up small, just like I like them. The perfect amount of cheese, nice and stringy. The gentleman that answered the phone and took the order was very pleasant. The driver called when he arrived and even carried the pizza up to my second floor. I will be ordering again. Next time, I have to try their award winning wings, yummy!!

Wow!!! This was the best pizza I've had in years! Took my taste buds back to the memory of the slices I had in Florence, Italy. The perfect crust thickness, not too sweet, correct amount of cheese and delicious toppings! Paired beautifully with my Syrah. And the banana pie was the sweetest ending to a fantastic meal! Made my night!!

We ordered their pizza box deal on a Saturday night. It's the best deal non chain shop in Syracuse hands down. Unfortunately the order was slightly incorrect but they were SLAMMED and I wasn't going to complain. The wings were on point and the pizza was pretty good for the value. I will definitely give it another try in the future.

I’m sure the picture does them enough justice but I had to leave a 5 star. Today I got garlic knots, the baked potato calzone (too good.), and the BBQ chicken calzone (my fav). I love getting lunch here because it literally becomes dinner and lunch for the next day. Portions are massive and what pizza place have you gone to with garlic knots that big? I could easily walk over to the pizza place in the plaza I work in but it is so worth it walking the extra couple minutes to get a HUGE calzone that is so worth the price. Staff is so freaking friendly as well, 10/10!

Open late and perfect pizza!! This place is a true service to the community. Everything closes at 10 except THESE GUYS and it is seriously the best even outside of the hours. Fantastic pizza and I don't feel like I'm paying an arm and a leg. For a large CBR!! Absolutely no skimping. Staff is really nice too. I can't think of a better pizza spot around. Just what I need when I get out of work.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a pizza place with nicer workers! The service was great! It was my first time going and I will definitely be back very soon. I walked in and there weren’t many slices left, and they offered to make a whole new pizza that I ended up just ordering. It was very quick service! I was also surprised to see cheesecake! The pizza and cheesecake were great and I look forward to trying some other items on the menu as well. Definitely try it out!

So my pregnant self ordered Pizza cutters for the first time 3 days ago. I ordered the bang bang chicken pizza and the lasagna pizza. Nothing against the lasagna pizza it was good, but my heart and soul collided with the bang bang chicken pizza. My unborn child will most likely agree with me as I have ordered the bang bang chicken pizza for dinner the last two nights as well. While the wait time for my pizza was longer than expected I cant put that on Pizza Cutters as I used Doordash and they decided to take on more deliveries before delivering my food. Tonight whether they mistakenly gave me a large pizza when I ordered a small or out of the kindness of their sweet pizza cutter hearts upgraded me I am throughly satisfied with their pizza and service!

Tried this place for the first time last night. Might be our new go-to. Large Detroit style was off the charts. First time in a long while in the area where we've opened a pizza box and actually been impressed. Thing looked great, was delicious (If totally messy), and weighed an absolute ton. Fed three of us for dinner and lunch the next day. They have lots of other pizza styles, which is rare, and a huge menu of other items to boot, so we will be back to try something else soon.

It was after 10pm and not many option for food. I was picking up friends from airport and I wanted to have to food for them after after a long travel day. I called ahead to order a few slices. When I arrived 10 mins later, they were taking a fresh pie out of the oven. The owner said the slices were a little tired so he wanted to make a fresh pizza for us. Pizza was great. 1st time but won’t be out last. Appreciate the customer service.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this food is. They have unique options that you don’t see everywhere else and the portions are crazy big. The prices are fantastic for the portion sizes. My son and I got a cheesecake calzone “to split” recently, thinking since it was only $10 it was probably just a personal dessert size. NOPE! We started laughing when we opened the box. It was huge! The pizza was perfect and I’m from lower NY and grew up with a pizza place on every corner. The dough was supportive but not too crispy. The crust was perfectly crispy. The chicken pieces bite sized. Please try this place out! Uber eats almost ruined our experience and the second we called this place they made everything right 100% and more. They give pre-covid experience and prices, the second they heard something was wrong they fixed it immediately, Once I tried the food, how they intended to serve it (without uber eats slaking) they became my go to pizza place! Great parking and easy to get to! Our new favorite place for good pizza and people! We had the Pepperoni pizza, Buffalo chicken wing dip and everything wings and would recommend them all. Won't go out of their way to make you happy. The food was quite tasty but an element of our order was forgotten and blamed on the delivery person. If an establishment has your card number I would imagine it wouldn't be difficult to give a refund for the item not received by the customer. We were offered to pick the item up. Although the food was good I would not order delivery again because there's no guarantee you'll receive the food you order or be compensated after tipping well and paying a delivery surcharge.

Pizza & wings always excellent quality. Unfortunately every time we want to order from Pizza Cutters 2 , online says they are open but no one answers the phone. Drive there to place order in person , place in darkness. Call another Pizza Cutter location & informed they should be open , always saying “the driver was just here 20 minutes ago to grab their products”. Both previous times it was 45 minutes of calling before anyone answered the phone. It’s sad that an establishment with great tasting products has such difficulty either opening on time or maintaining their service hours properly on line. Hoping they are able to correct their customer service piece of the business.

Placed a delivery order hour and 20 mins the delivery drives claimed to call me multiple times ( she never did ) dropped my food off outside and at the wrong address then tried to argue on the phone with me when I called.. the manager fixed the issue made a fresh order and sent it out still took an hour to get to me. I’ll stick with pizza cutters on court street. Way more professional

For the 1st time I tried The Pizza Cutters 2 in the Dewitt plaza and I am going to be honest, the chicken bacon ranch pizza was a 7 out of 10, not bad but the place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I wish I had never seen the kitchen area while they heated up my pizza. There was I would guess $250- $350 dollars worth the product/food on the floor and what I saw under the ovens, food wise was unbelievable! Hard to find good pizza these days but I will say this, I will never go there again! To the Management and Employees, show some pride in your product, your brand and where you work. You make good pizza, just clean up your act…

Idk if my order got mixed up or what, first time here. But doesn’t taste like a brick oven pizza crust at all. And it says 5 taco logs and I only got 4… wings were perfect though. Wish I didn’t drive all the way home before checking. Also, I’d say very expensive for the quality I got. #PizzaLover

When they first opened I ordered 4-5 times, always a Chicago style and always perfect. The last two times I’ve ordered I’ve been told that what I was given was a Chicago style, but the crust is completely different and the sauce was much thinner. Maybe they had a person who knew how to make it and then hired someone else? I have no idea. But I miss the old pizzas. Won’t order again.

We had a very disappointing take out pizza experience. Our friend is gf, so we were very happy to have pizza with him. He ordered the 12" gf pizza with onions and broccoli, extra sauce, light cheese. He got hardly any sauce hardy any broccoli and too much cheese. Our other pizza: half Vegie/half Sausage thin crust was subpar with thick crust around the edge, not much sauce and not much taste wise. Disappointed.

To the owners, I know that you have some integrity around this business so I will simply say this the menu on the website looks delicious and the way that your food is prepared is awesome but you are using cheap products and these products have no taste. in fact, they all taste the same so there is no uniqueness in flavor. This will keep first time customers like myself from coming back again also marinating your chicken will help give your chicken not only a good texture but flavor so the pizza and the wings are bland and the only thing that I can taste All the sauces. I would like to see your business successful because I am opening mine soon. Please consider investing in quality products is investing in your customers saving pennies for cheap products will have your business slow and diminishing, and only people that like gas station food will come.

The pizza here can be pretty good. However, it can be inconsistent depending on who’s making it. I’d say a fresh pie unsurprisingly is better than their slices which are typically hit or miss. I remember talking to the owner when they just opened and he asked me if I would make this my go to lunch spot. The answer is no. I’ve been burned several times by the shop, not being open during advertised business hours. I’ve gone in at peak food times and they have no slices. I’ve gone in and been told there’s no pizza for sale when there’s clearly a pizza sitting on the shelf. Have some freaking common sense sell the pizza and make another one like every other shop. Atmosphere, this is more of a neutral. It’s a pizza shop, but there’s basically nowhere to sit. Come get your pizza and leave, but don’t plan on staying. It’s just not that type of place. If you want consistently, good pizza that’s ready when you want it. Go across the street to Mario And Salvos.

Gave this place three chances. My most recent order wings were fine, but the pizza came with garlic sauce instead of marinara. Who defaults to garlic without asking? Last time before that, half the toppings had slid off like it was shaken. First time I ordered here, though, the pizza was amazing, so good I thought I’d found my new spot. Maybe the crew after 5pm is just the C team idk.

We ordered chicken pesto pizza and what we got had no pesto in it! When I called in the guy told me “right now we don’t have pesto we are using fresh basil”!! First of all basil is not pesto, second putting 5 tiny leafs of basil on a pizza does not make it “chicken pesto” pizza. Very disappointed. Chicken wings are very good, though.

Bad. Looked scary like it was pieced together and there was this white hard substance as you can see in the photos- needless to say it did NOT get consumed. The pizza did sit for a while but that does not explain the hard white stuff on the pizza. The owner was nice when I called but then I received this and it was a big disappointment as I was told the pizza here is great- SO- if the owner can explain this and make it up to me I will happily edit my review!!

On Halloween I ordered 2 party boxes for an event at my business from Pizza.Cutters. I called well In advance exactly at 1245pm For a delivery time 6:30pm. I was called around 5:30 to say I wouldnt get my order until about 645pm because they were running behind or were backed up. I said ok fine what can I do that’s out of my control. I was also told event though it was going to be late it would be fresh and hot. I’m in the middle of hosting my event not realizing the delivery shows up perhaps around 730 , missing my garlic knots which were included in both party boxes as well as the food was cold!!!! The driver who delivered said they were taking off 15% and putting it back on my card. We are 5 days later and nothing. First and last time spending my hard earned money with pizza cutters.

Ordered, through their preferred app Toast, for pick up. Ordered a, pizza with fried chicken, hot sauce, and crumbly blue cheese. There was hardly any chicken, huge puddles of creamy blue cheese, and it wasn't fully cooked. On google the menu says hand cut fries, same as the original pizza cutters. Well sadly they were not. That's not the restaurants fault. I got cajun rub boneless chicken wings. They were alright. Nothing wrong with them. I'm very disappointed about the pizza!

Used to love ordering the classic poutine fries but, on top of the quantity going down, this time around looks like it was made with basic shredded cheese instead of the Wisconsin cheese curds it claims. Tasted grainy. I think I’m done giving this place more chances.

Ordered sausage calzone with extra sauce and a chicken Caesar salad .Calzone was tasty, but “extra” sauce should be two - we only got one. And that’s actually ok because it is overly sweet and had a slight metallic taste. The chicken Caesar was inedible: the grocery store chicken strips (Tyson? Wegmans?) would have been okay - I could have overlooked that they weren’t grilled at the restaurant - but the consistency was mealy /mushy; and the majority of lettuce was slimy. Slimy. First and last time ordering from here.

This was our first time ordering and it will be our last. The Pizza seemed like it had been sitting on the oven to stay warm but wasn’t cooked to begin with. Then they told my husband he had to wait the wings weren’t done yet and they were literally burned to a crisp. Horrible ! Would definitely not recommend this to anyone !

Ordered a large pie, and 20 medium wings, extra crispy. Was quoted 30 minutes. We waited 15 minutes then drove over. Went inside at the 30 minute mark. I gave her my name and a few minutes later she rang me out ($53.00), and said, it’ll be ready in 8 minutes. We sat outside for 10 minutes, and walked back inside. We stood at the counter for another 5 (place was a ghost town, nobody there other than 3 workers). Not so much as a “just a couple minutes”. She handed us the wings and said, there ya go… I asked, “is there pizza?” She replied, it’s not ready yet. A few minutes passed and our pizza was out of the oven. When I tell you there was 4” of empty box next to our pie in the box it’s no exaggeration. This pizza measured just a hair over 12” across. The wings were done extra crispy, but had NO sauce on them (discovered this after driving home). The pizza sauce had large chunks of basil stems throughout it, and was not good. Would give zero stars if possible. How this place had 4.4* reviews is beyond me.

Their Cheeseburger fries are horrid. Thrown together, no compassion or consideration of preparation. Waiting a half hour to be fed garbage is wickedness.. Big no no 👎🏿 and these are “fresh”

Disgusting, disorderly and incompetent. I arrived to pick up an order I placed online, at the time they said it would be ready. Welp...the ticket slip was on the rack, unfilled. They said it would be about 10 minutes. Okay, I can understand missing the ticket, no problem. As I waited I watched a disheveled man not wash his hands and proceed to pick salad items and precooked chicken onto a salad and throw wings into a fryer...with his bare gross unwashed hand. He has a glove on the other hand he was using to open the drawers. DISGUSTING. I had to cancel my order. If you're eating here and not watching it be made, you're too trusting. I cannot imagine the amount of food poisoning cases started in that kitchen 🤮 STAY AWAY

My pizza and meatball sandwich were both VERY COLD the meatballs were so cold that a hard crust had formed and were NOT edible ! Had I been told by Pizza Cutter’s that they use a 3rd party delivery service I would not have ordered from them! Food was not good at all!

I rarely leave reviews, truly. Even when disappointed I don’t take the time of day to review, I just don’t order again. However, a week ish ago I ordered a vodka riggie pizza and let me tell you. It was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. I have thought about that pizza everyday since the last time I ordered it. I decided today to order the pizza again and I was disappointed before I even tasted it. It didn’t even look like the same pizza. The taste? Was horrible. It was literally dough, cheese, and giant chunks of fried chicken. I called and asked what the difference could be from and I was told “it all depends what we scoop onto the ladle while making the pizza”. Which okay, maybe I understand if there’s a significant amount of cherry peppers, but I’m telling you there wasn’t even sauce on this thing. I took a bite and even pulled a slice apart. It was strictly cheese, dough. Not a sliver of cherry pepper in sight. In the restaurants defense, they said I could have a credit but from the attitude of the owner when I called, I didn’t even care for a credit because if it’s going to be so dependent on “the scoop of the ladle” I will simply try around until I find a more reliable and consistent place.

The large pie is a very good size, and online ordering through Toast was very easy, but one of the worst pies that I ever had. To be fair I need to try some other items before I can offer a proper review. The calzones there looked exceptional and I'm looking forward to trying their award-winning wings. They offer an extensive menu, but the wood-fired pie is not very good. Probably the worst pie that I have ever eaten. I could only eat two slices and then straight into the rubbish bin Otherwise it appears to be a good addition to the business community with the other items that they offer.

I visited The Pizza Cutters 2 to pick up a DoorDash order and was disappointed with the experience. I arrived around 6:50 PM and was told the order would be ready in about 10 minutes. After waiting over 15 minutes, I asked for an update and was then told it would take another 10 minutes or more. When I mentioned that I had already waited longer than the original estimate, the response from the staff was dismissive. I was told I could cancel the order if I didn’t want to wait, and the interaction became uncomfortable. There were other DoorDash drivers waiting who appeared to be treated similarly. In addition, the restaurant itself appeared very dirty, and it did not seem like the space was being kept clean or maintained properly, which was concerning. Clear communication, better customer service, and improved cleanliness would go a long way. I hope management addresses these issues moving forward.

the worst ever place i came in around close to 12 am it’s completely dirty i’m pretty sure they have some type of rodent because ain’t no way….i called and ordered and whoever was on the phone i’m pretty it was the skinny white chick with the glasses acting like she couldn’t wait to end the call. Didn’t even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off and hanging up.

Ordered a Chicago style pizza with extra cheese and ten extra crispy wings with medium sauce on the side. Pizza had had globs of tomato sauce, but 80% of the pizza was just cheese and bread, no tomato sauce. Chicken wings were plain, so I knew they were going to be on the dry side, but they were fried poorly. And they did not give the medium sauce on the side as I requested. Altogether, will not be ordering from here again. This was the second time attempting this spot, and they made the pizza on both orders wrong. 2-3/10, Hopefully if you try this place, your experience is better than mine have been.
