Jessica is the best, most welcoming server! She makes everyone feel at home. Marcus, the bartender, is always good for a few laughs and proper drinks. Perfect way to end the work week.

The food was great. I had the Sizzling Fajitas Trio and it was perfect. Steak, Chicken and Shrimp came out on a skillet still sizzling hot, and the flavors of three, combined with the guacamole, sour cream and salsa, plus any one of the hot sauces that were offered, combined with rice and beans, let's just say, I'll definitely be coming back.

We always like to go to chili's. For the 3 for me. Best bargain anywhere now a days. Mc Donald burger, nope. Chili's smash burger and and fried chicken sandwich are the bomb. And almost for the same price as any of the fast food places, but 10x better.

Want to give big shout out to Richie who made sure my food was ready efficiently and up to standard. Whenever I get my to-go order it’s either Richie or Michelle who takes care of me and they are both very knowledgeable and friendly to make suggestions to what I am looking for when placing an order. Keep up the great work.

Food is good. Sometimes they take a little too long to bring your food. Last time we ordered the pasta and they forgot to bring the bread. Waited and waited and the bread got here after all the pasta was gone. Upon request they did give us a free dessert for the inconvenience.

Went in yesterday (2-4p), there seemed to be short staff. The host came to register us then left to help clear tables, etc. Then came back to seat us. The design of the restaurant was average. I had a salad and chicken Cajun pasta it was good.

My mind was BLOWN today with my dinner at Chili's. I had the fajita plate with steak and chicken with rice and substituted my beans for the Mexican corn. Oh My God!!!! Everything was perfect from the fluffy Spanish rice, Amazing corn and very tender steak and well seasoned chicken on a bed of beautifully sautéed veggies. So glad I chose this restaurant to have my meal. Can't wait to come back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down best chilis location by a mile. The chili is so bomb. Believe it or not the burger fries drink and bowl of chili was just 12 dollars. Chain restaurants can be hit or miss. This visit was a big hit! I ordered from the 3 for me and got the Buffalo Chicken Rand Sandwich with an upgrade to the curly fries. To whom it may concern: Arrived at Chili’s 🌶️ just after 5:30 PM 🕠 . Was greeted rather quickly, got a high top table in the bar area. We were greeted within mins by our waitress Alondra. Received our drinks and chips and salsa with in mins. Ordered their special Smash Burger. Stay for a couple of hours. Restaurant dining area and restroom were clean. The manager come by to ensure we were good. The service provided by Alondra was very good. Next time we come her hopefully she be serving. It’s hard to fine good people. One of the managers took my order over the phone. He was exceptional with his customer service. He also was very accommodating and even recommended certain dishes that he liked very friendly and I will be going back.

Their 3 for me lunch deal is really good. Though you only have a few choices for $10.99, you can upgrade to some other choices for $12.99, $14.99, and $16.99. I got the smash cheeseburger with fries, drink, and all you can eat chips and salsa. It's a great deal with great food to boot!

My family and I ate at the Downey, CA location. The staff was incredibly friendly and had a good amount of knowledge about the menu. They were helpful in making modifications and even offered suggestions for replacement options. I do wish that Chili’s offered more menu choices for vegetarians.

The "three for" a deal is excellent. For 1099 or 1299 you get a burger, fries, drink and a starter or chips and salsa. About the same as a double-double meal at "in and out" and significantly less as a than a Carl's or Wendy's combo

We were there this past Friday for drinks. It was a bit packed at the bar. So the Manager found us a table for 3 close to the bar. The bartender JONATHAN who was rude from the beginning got our 3 drinks did not see us there, I kindly waved saying we are over here. He snapped loudly in front of everyone at the restaurant/bar and said "I'm not going to take the drinks over there". We were shocked. I couldn't believe how rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and the most important awful customer service. He should NOT talk like that to the customer. We forward this information to the manager. Hopefully he took care of it. We had a lovely waitress though. She was excellent. I believe her name was Alexis or Alexa. Overall will not be coming here again. That bartender JONATHAN was just awful.

Been here twice(Downey), service is "OK", i went on mother days, the waiter started of great, then she disappear didn't see her till we had to pay, i even had to ask another waiter to bring napkins, that took long too. I went back BC i liked the service the first time and for the great deal they had 3 for 10, i guess they don't offer the 3 for 10 on Sunday's or Holidays, so i was told that.... also i think they need to do maintenance on seats, to make the sitting comfortable for the customer, i had to sit in a beat up seat that was rip (table next to the kitchen).

They kept messing up our order :/. We ended up having to wait almost 40 mins just to get our correct food order. Our waitress was nice trying to remain positive but after the 4th go and no difference patience and positivity was running thin. I won't come back the food wasn't even worth it.

Just done understand how they could have someone sitting people with out the knowledge. Rude as can be , no apology, no explanation. Finally got seated very busy server was ok. Just too many people I think just not enough staff. Very unpleasant visit. The food was not worth wait. I recommend eat at home. You will get better service there.

Chilis has lost its touch on the food. Their food is now average and bland. Their service isn't what it used to be, this used to be my go to spot for food, and now I just visit randomly if I'm in the area. Whereas before, I would make the drive to the restaurant

We've noticed a decline in the food quality. I ordered a side Ceasar salad and it came out as a tiny mixed green salad. Pretty sure any decent cook knows a Ceasar salad uses Romaine lettuce. Portions are noticeably smaller also.

Chili's 🌶 has always been a family favorite, mostly the one in Corona (Dos Lagos). So we base our standards from the Chili's there. It's just sad to see the younger generation not really interested in providing good service. We just find it amusing to wait 30 minutes for a table and it be sticky, with a rancid smell. Then again I wonder if management is overseeing operations in the actual diner?? There are instances where our youth are inexperienced and need guidance or training. But in any event, please have tables wiped down correctly. Thanks

3 for me Old Timer Burger. Beef tasted weird, but had a nice crust to it. I think I rather go to a place a few cities down to get a cheaper burger with better quality meat. My fries had a weird defrosted aftertaste. Like when you buy frozen fries and don’t use them all. So, the next batch has that freezer taste after each bite. My chips and salsa were good. Chips were well salted, and the salsa was had a nice texture to it. My coca-cola was a bit off. Not enough syrup flavor. I know most QSR’s use the punch the hole and connect the nozzle to the package as their soda syrup container, but that soda was off its game tonight. Overall, I feel like overpaid for the quality. Well i usually come here and the food is almost always cold when they serve it to you. It happens more with appetizers. The service is mediocre and well the food is good when it not cold. Just look at the plastic cheese they give out.

Early evening Sat, the lady crew, like a mother and daughter, at the to-go section were like a circus, paper-pushing and brushing off customers on autopilot. Felt like they were misplaced from social services or the DMV into the private sector. To top it off, the senior member emerged from the kitchen with the gibberish of a Monday morning quarterback and the smugness of someone too good for customer service. If you want a taste of a teeth-pulling experience, this place provides the ideal setup.

We used to LOVE coming here but the service has declined so much lately. We got a snappy waitress named Diana today with such attitude and didn’t bring out my dad’s drink when we asked for it again she decided to snap once more because we said a Pepsi (not a Coke). Receive a text almost 2 hours later that my food was ready. The food was cold,, and not what I ordered. Yes, I still ate it because one I was not about to go all the way back especially two because I was hungry and had a long day.

I don’t recommend this place. I came with my family and was disappointed with the experience before we even sat down. The hostess tried to seat us right next to the kitchen and across from a large, noisy party. When I politely asked for another table, I was told other sections were closed — something I’ve never encountered before. The hostess showed no interest in accommodating our request, so we decided to leave. I prefer to spend my money where I feel comfortable and can actually enjoy my meal. This just wasn’t it.

We ordered drinks and they forgot one drink and then yet again ordered again and they forgot the drinks again. Food took forever. If the restaurant is backed up maybe let the customers know because waiting longer than 50 minutes for the food is honestly not okay with no apologies or let us know. And still waiting for drinks to pass the time is not okay. Then when we ask if the food is going to take any longer. We get rudely told “we are very busy right now”. No thats not how you answer customers who already have to deal with the bar forgetting their drinks not once but twice. And then wait so long for food. The food finally arrives after waiting so long. Yes places get busy but being mindful to let customers know check in with them to make sure they are aware of the situation is better than not letting people know. The food was good we had no complaints about the quality of the food. Restrooms need better upkeep. Trash cans in the restroom with the napkins were overflowing and the water is extremely too hot in the restroom. I wanted to love this location but it wasn’t it for me. Maybe it was an off day at the location.

Extremely noisy for my taste. But some of the music was kinda fun at times. The servers seem very out of touch with how to serve people. Food selection is too limited. I ordered the salmon, and it was done well, but the topping was exceedingly salty. They just slammed the Shirley Temple I ordered onto the table in front of my friend, instead of me flying by carelessly. The attitudes of some of the servers seem like they are just smiling because they have to, but have no real affect, sort of speak. I don't know what's going on with the youth today, but it troubled my heart. I don't believe they were intentionally rude but very disconnected. My friend ordered coffee, and they seemed to forget. We asked again, and eventually they brought it, and it was lukewarm, and they didn't provide sugar. They just mindlessly do things. Very strange behavior. Not memorable. Won't be going back. There are better places to go.

Worse service ever We got there at 8:30 and sat at the bar at 8:40pm server with blue hair and glasses got to the bar area at 9 and we asked for the menus. He responded with “you guys just sat down you can wait” He didn’t wanna serve us so he got another server for us and even him he was sarcastic and condescending a bit We asked for refills and he never came so we left after we paid the tab. Even the manager seemed bothered that we asked him to clean our table Never coming to this location again

Had lunch thinking that everything will be good not too busy. Food should be made correctly. Our food was really greasy the fries seem like they were like double triple fried in grease.. And the worst part of it they didn’t know how to cook a steak. They thought rare meant we want to eat beef jerky and then they take it back and try to bring it back and it’s all blue inside.. I give the server of threebecause our waitress was really nice. The one manager there he needs to work on his customer service skills and learn how to cook a steak correctly.

Waited an extra 30min to try and resolve there issue, they didnt. More than 4 hrs. Total headache.
