Loved the lasagna, delicious and enough for 2 for lunch. Unlimited soup or salad and bread sticks. was perfect with it. The service was excellent. This was my first time to El Centro. This Plaza had tons of familiar stores.

Today 06.27.23 I had dinner there, it was awesome! Our waitress was Sophie, a kindly and with exceptional take care of customer mission, all the food was delicious: my eggplant, my wife's spaguetti with shrimps and the wine. This is the place for a outstanding experience in dinner.

It was very busy but we got seated quickly and the waitress was sweet and nice. The food was good, they only had ranch dressing and they ran out of bread sticks but those came about the time our food came out.

Chriss H. was AMAZING! She truly deserves a raise or promotion. I've had poor experiences at this OG before, so I was hesitant about coming back but her service was phenomenal. Food and drinks were out so quickly and it was all very fresh. She's very polite and friendly and cares about her customer's.

The only bummer was that my favorite dish of chicken marsala no longer comes with mashed potatoes it's fettuccine Alfredo now but it was still delicious! We drove 3 1/2 hours to El Centro, and our son and his wife drove 3 1/2 hours from Southern California to El Centro. We were meeting for just some one on one personal family time. We had a great lunch and spent 3 hours visiting. Our server, Ren, was awesome, checked on us several times and told us not to rush our visit. Leo the manager stopped by our table to thank us for visiting Olive Garden. We felt like family, what an awesome experience.

The place was busy. The hosts and waitress that served us where extremely busy but they did their amazing best. My family and I were very impressed.

All I can say is that I left severely over satisfied with the whole thing. My server was an absolute trooper! My meals, the drinks. Sadly my memory is horrible. And I don't remember his name. Definitely my favorite spot here calexico!!!

Had a great dinner at Olive Garden tonight. My server was terrific. She even gave me extra bread sticks and another diary come to take home with me.

Alyssa was our waitress today and she was fantastic! We put our drinks and appetizers on the tablet but she still made sure that they were correct and given to us in a timely manner. She contagious checked up on us for anything we needed. Very welcoming and kind! She popped off, ate and left no crumbs.

This was my best experience at Olive Garden restaurants. I was in El Centro for work and two nights in a row I ordered takeout from them. The first night Andrea had packed my dinner, such a friendly lady, she even called me to make sure I was not gluten intolerant. And the second night I asked my order to be ready in two hours and it was ready on the dot when I got there. They pack food with so much care, it has the perfect temperature and they follow all your instructions. I will go back in two weeks and this time will dine in.

We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, lasagna, salad and it was good. If you're looking for real Italian food this is not the right place but if you're looking for tasty affordable food this is the place. The staff is very nice, the place is clean and family friendly.

We came here on December 10 for our daughter’s birthday and again on January 2 for my birthday. Both visits were beyond good! Our waitresses for both visits were so much fun and attentive!! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was outstanding!! Most definitely will be back!

I am a symptomatic celiac and have been here about 3 or 4 times without issue. The staff always asked about food allergies and were educated on celiac so I didn’t have to have an awkward or frustrating conversation. Each time the manager came and introduced himself and briefly explained the protocol they would take. I absolutely loved and appreciated the awareness and reassurance and felt very comfortable. There is so much anxiety with eating out already. For other celiacs reading this, the gluten free rotini with either the meat sauce or regular marinara was great, they even took precautions with the salad. No issues. ❤️❤️❤️

We had the absolute best experience celebrating my mom’s birthday, and it was all thanks to our wonderful server Rogelio. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel so welcome and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, made great recommendations, and ensured everything came out perfectly. It really made the celebration that much more special. I was visiting El Centro and stopped here for dinner. I had an excellent experience. The staff accommodated my dietary restrictions with such warmth and concern. Everything was delicious with the exception of the broccoli, which was oversteamed/ dry. I ended up going back the next evening for a dinner order in the pick-up area. They once again prepared a delicious meal and they even improved the way they made the broccoli. I am so glad to know that if I'm ever visiting the area again, I have a clean, friendly and delicious restaurant I can go to. Thank you! I wish I would have gotten names. Everyone was great!

Food choice & quality have dropped, service was bad at the "to-go" area as all waiters are going to shuffle clients way back to the to-go order zone & forget about them. The to-go is area is the kitchen exit for personnel to take their smoke break, the client only gets attention if they step inside the kitchen yelling for someone to help with their stuff.

Oliver garden is always Olive Garden, it just sucks how this is the only one here in the Valley, so sometimes there is a huge wait. And when they say unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks... yet when you ask for more breadsticks, they look at you like you've had enough. And most of the time they don't have them ready meaning we have to wait. Sucks! Which is why I don't rate 5!

Minimal wait time to be seated although that hasn’t always been the case. Attentive servers in the beginning and as it started to fill up (naturally) they became less attentive but still provided a good service. The food was great for those of us who knew what to order but if you’re not familiar with the menu or pasta you may end up ordering something you don’t like. Prices were reasonable, if you’re on a budget they have a lunch special from 12-3pm if I’m not mistaken, that has affordable options.

Went today for the soup , salad and bread. My wife and I ordered the chicken gnocchi and it was very watery not creamy at all. Have been to other Olive Gardens and has always been a creamier soup. Also when we got down to the middle and bottom of salad bowl it wasn’t fresh at all. The bread sticks good as always. I gave 3 stars as the server we had was excellent.

Okay so I’ve always like this Olive Garden because most of the time they have friendly service but my last visit there which was 2 weeks ago was not the best. First it was a Sunday and yes it’s always packed and crowded with a wait time of at least half an hour. Once we got our booth everything was good but the first server that we got was a little rude (thank goodness she had to leave) and then our second server was a little nicer. The thing that bothered me the most is that I had the stroller next to our booth and servers kept handing plates and everything across the stroller (my 3 month old was in there asleep) instead of on the side. Like is it obvious that you are not supposed to pass HOT plates across a baby on a stroller and there was space on the side, what if something would’ve fell on the baby?! only one server that wasn’t our server that did give us our plate through the side. Also our server kept hitting the stroller (accidentally) when giving us our plate. Now regarding the food, it was good, just like any other Olive Garden but don’t expect the service to be fast because it is not. And another reason for my 3 stars is that the restrooms were disgusting, very dirty.

Last monday was my first time there. The food was good but the bread had way too much salt on it. Unfortunately we had to wait 20 more minutes for our 6 years old son's pizza (the waitress said someone gave it to a different client) and when she finally brought us the pizza it wasn't the one we ordered. He ate it anyway. Also, I asked for a medium steak but they gave me a well done.

Took my daughter for dinner. The server was great. She was attentive and nice. But I hadn't been to OG in a long time. Although their menu is now the size of an overrated leaflet, their prices are as steep as always. A lot of things have been cut, except the prices.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Olive Garden location. I was overcharged despite having both the receipt and email confirmation showing a lower total. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, they were unprofessional and unable to offer any real resolution. The food itself was also below expectations, which made the whole visit even more frustrating. Overall, the service and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning.

When we got there we were sat down right away, BUT after that I can't even complain about the food, since we waited for over 20 minutes and no service. The staff didn't even bother looking our direction, so we decided to walk out. Did I mention we were there with our baby and the restaurant was pretty empty. Disappointed, since I have always loved Olive Garden. Unfortunately their service speaks volumes!

I visited olive garden on August 12 during dinner service. The restaurant had very little people but was clean. I was seated right away and took my order about 15 minutes after. The food took about 20 minutes to arrive. The waiter was very kind and was very attentive. When I went to pay, I used a gift card and my debit. They charged the whole amount to my debit card and kept the gift card. I am not sure if it was an honest mistake or not. I waited for the transaction to clear on my bank account to take a statement as evidence. Manager was not available at that time so I had to go back the next day. She proceeded to give me another gift card as an apology.

$20 for a knock off bottle of Pink Mascotto. No Veterans or Senior discount available EVER!!!! I won't be taking dad there again. The food tasted ok. Just ok.

Editing my review for the Imperial Valley Olive Garden because every time I order food to go, they miss items. Even if you order 10 items or so they pile it all into one massive paper bag which makes it very difficult to verify all the items without spilling soup and or messing up all the entrees. I went today and not only were they 20 minutes late with the order but when I got home there were missing items. Additionally the last time I ate inside the restaurant, the waitress was literally bringing only 2 breadsticks at a time we had to ask her like 5 times to bring more breadsticks. Not sure if the employees are just getting super stingy, stealing, or if they get bonuses for leaving out items to customers / saving revenue. Literally any time we go here its for a birthday or to celebrate something and they ruin it every time to the point that we won't go any more. You are better off going to Yuma or San Diego if you like to eat at the Olive Garden. Those restaurants are better quality for sure.

For the last 5 years our group has been reserving the family room at Olive Garden in El Centro CA on New Years eve at 5 P.M. We did the same this year reserving the family room in early December 2024 for 5 P.M. on Dec31st. When we arrived at 5 P.M. we were told the family room was occupied and wouldn't be available for at least an hour. No apology or explanation was offered. They found a table for the 8 of us and we told the server that we wanted the bill split up according to the 4 couples. Come time to pay they wanted each of us to select what we had ordered and no offer to split the bill as requested. We brought all of this to the attention of the manager but he didn't seem to be concerned. All in all a very disappointing evening.

I had a disgusting experience at the El Centro Olive Garden. I found a cockroach in my Alfredo pasta. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was incredibly dismissive and had a sassy attitude. He acted like it was an inconvenience to come to the table and completely brushed off a major health code violation. I will not be returning and have reported this location to both Darden Corporate and the Imperial County Health Department. Avoid this location!
