Five Guys El Paso Reviews
Love Five Guys what else can you say everything about them is excellent except for the prices oh my God did they get expensive
Burgers taste amazing! And the Cajun fries.... just delicious! Prices on the other hand, not so bueno. $10+ for a little bacon cheeseburger, is a bit steep in my opinion. Luckily they don't charge for all the rest of the toppings. Hotdogs are very good too but they cost over $7. If the prices weren't so I high I would come here more often, but if I'm going to be paying over $40 to feed 2 people, I'd rather go to an actual restaurant.
Well, the place is clean, the restroom always busy but the food is not like they advertice (like in heaven) I asked for a bakon cheese burger and I don't found any bacon, i asked one of the five guys if the bacon comes separed? he inmediately serv me a tray with some bacon, no questions ask,the food is reasonabke, I may come back!
First time here, the burger gave vibes of high priced In and out. Food really no complains but the restaurant could really use a good sweeping and wiping of the tables. Good thing I carry hand wipes.
I recently dined at five guys, and I must say it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was quick, and the prices were affordable. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from burgers to chicken nuggets, appealing to diverse tastes. However, the food quality left much to be desired. The burgers were rather greasy, and the fries were overly salty. The dining area could use a thorough cleaning, and the overall ambiance was quite noisy, making it challenging to have a relaxed meal. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and efficient, which somewhat made up for the shortcomings in food quality. If you're looking for a quick and budget-friendly meal, this might do the trick, but manage your expectations.
4.5 is what I want to put. 5 Guys is just as good as the first day it opened. My mom got the works and I got the small cheeseburger with just mayo, grilled onions and mushrooms. It's one of the few places that I can actually enjoy a mushroom burger. Burger's are always fresh and juicy. Service is still great and place is always clean. I always go there for a mushroom burger. Oh yeah custom milkshakes! Try it.
Good service, staff are friendly, the waiting period is fair. The place was clean, even the bathroom. The food is well prepared, very tasty, the sodas options are very wide. But the music is very loud, Just lower the level of decibels. In my opinion is a good place to enjoy hamburgers and fries, nice location and good service as well.
Great service Regular Hamburguers, taste not bad. Just for the experience, its OK I wouldn't ate again there.
We decided to eat at home because we could not find a clean table/chair option. Ketchup was out but they did have packets of ketchup. The store was also very hot. Staff was friendly and the service was fast. Food was still yummy and good quality. They need to step up the cleaning and pay attention to the dinning experience.
We are here just before 9 pm Wednesday night (July 27, 2022). Unfortunately very disappointing. All of the tables are dirty and, even after asking staff for a rag to clean them myself, they have made no effort to sanitize the tables. We chose to sit outside because baby was being fussy and stayed talking well past 10. It was only then that the staff started to clean the tables. It felt as if they were encouraging customers not to stay to eat because they were closing in an hour. Quite the stark contest though, the food came out hot and delicious.
The service was good and the restaurant was clean. The burgers were fairly standard, nothing,to write home about. The fries were... Served in large quantities but also were just fries. The salted Caramel shake was pretty much a vanilla shake with a touch of caramel. I did like that you can choose whether or not to have a bun with your sandwich and that you can choose your toppings. however, for the price of our meal we could have gone to Bricktown in the same shopping center and enjoyed a beer with a superior meal, (much better burgers and fries)in a more fun environment. We wont be back to Five Guys, it just isnt worth the price.
$90 for 3 burgers 3 drinks and 3 fries is actually insane. It wouldve been fine if the food was good but the fries were all burnt and the patties were dry.
These guys charge tou $20 dlls for a burgers combo aprox because they say is greah beef really? , i asked for a bag to put peanuts and employees basically shouted on me in front of people saying i cant do take peanuts to go, dont put peanuts on open boxes for clients if you are going to be shitty about it, also these employee thinks she owns the company saving on peanuts for them, not coming back anyways burgers taste very similar to other thay cost less
