First time at iHop, loved it all! I had the lemon ricotta and blueberry crepe, absolutely delightful. Our server was so quick and lovely and the food was hot and fast.

Place was very busy, had to wait about 5-7 minutes to be seated which was pretty fast for how busy they were. Our waitress was fast and friendly. Good was hot and delicious.

AWESOME staff who’s very attentive and makes sure you have your drinks and food on time and prepared to your liking. I ordered two entrees and he asked if I would like to have them come at the same time or one after another - what a great idea to keep the food hot. This place is busy during dinner hours and it’s great because breakfast for dinner is for champions. Plenty of parking in the lot and one entrance. Food comes out fast and different syrups for your pancakes: old fashioned, blueberry, boysenberry, and strawberry. Plenty of coffeee to keep you wired!

This is a very busy location however you don't have to wait more than 20 minutes for a table. The service was fast and we got our order within 10 minutes as well. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette. It was ok but I felt like it was a bit watery. It is a heavy dish so it might just not be to my taste.

It's a good place for breakfast items, including pancakes, waffles, and omelets. That one is open 24 hours a day and also always crowded, requiring at least 10 minutes of waiting. I like their breakfast combo in classic American style.

Ordered the pancake of the month meal which happened to be the new york cheese cake pancakes with scrambled eggs and cheese, hash browns and bacon.. this isn't the image of what is on the website menu and was sorely lacking in the toppings I was expecting... No sauces or a side of whip cream even? Don't know whether to be disappointed in this particular IHOP or just IHOP in general but it does make me think twice in ordering online for pick up vs dining in...

Brian was our waiter and he was very kind and nice, a bit shy but really nice guy. The manager Junior was also really helpful not only with us but also with everybody else in the restaurant. We always struggle with the creamers in most places but here we got plenty lol way more than enough. Our chicken and waffles were good, but we were pretty sad bcc we chose this place to have their Swedish crepes and they were out of the cream 😭😭😭 so we had to settle for pancakes. So sad, then on our way out the cashier stopped us abruptly and said she could help us at the register 🙄 when clearly it’s not like we were gonna leave without paying, my dad was in the back and he was gonna pay. It’s not like we even reached for the door, we were planning to stop at the register anyway but it was my husband, myself my mom and my dad in the back. Just wish they were nice about it instead of doing it with an attitude. Anyway, on the bright side it’s nice that this place is open 24/7 and overall we got good and quick service from the manager himself and our waiter 👍🏻

Not sure if they were "understaffed" but I was not happy with my visit at the Monterey Park location. The only thing that was hot was my coffee. When the food arrived, which was pretty quick, the majority of my food was tepid if not cold, especially the hash browns. I like my hash browns hot, my eggs were barely warm. My sourdough toast, forget it, edges were burnt, no butter on them when it got to my table they were hard as rocks. This is like the second or third time this has happened. I'm pretty sure I WON'T be back for a long time. I'll let my friends and family know about it. I was totally disappointed, considering I love IHOPS food. Today was NOT a good day IHOP. Hopefully things will be better when I decide to come back. ☹️

Food was great however the service was slow and while promoting their specials: the hostess gave us the wrong description but the manager said he'd honor it. The chair was dirty whcoh i had to change. The unlimited pancake and soda refill took a long time as well as a side of hash brown order. We had finish eating the main course by the time we got them. i love this ihop. we've been served my two women, a young and older woman and they are always so helpful and great. these past two times we were served by a man that goes by the name of david. david has gotten our orders wrong multiple times, which is no big deal but we've noticed that every time we asked for help on our wrong orders he quite literally just ignores us for the rest of our meal until it's time to give us the check. the last time we went, he did exactly this except his manager was the one who gave us our check and checked us out. the food here is great, and i love the service here except david. david has ruined our experience here twice already. anyway i went to the ihop in pico and its way better. better service, better prices, better quality in food. definitely going there from now on

We ordered a few breakfast combos that come with free pancakes. We were not given any free pancakes even though we asked several times. The server seemed distracted. The sad part is we did not get the free pancakes as the promotion stated. So sad that Carlos, our waiter did not serve accordingly.
