It is the best Pizza Hut that I have been to. The employees are very friendly and nice. They also make the best pizza that I have ever tasted in my entire life because of this one really skill full cook named Omar Mendiola or something like that. What I also liked about this store is that it is also very clean. If you are looking for a good place to eat, I highly recommend this place :) #delicious

I placed my order through the mobile app and was expecting a pizza when I pulled up to the drive thru window to claim my order. The store was out of ingredients for the pizza I ordered and the app failed to inform me. The associate was very friendly and helpful! She got a pizza ready for me and even brought my entire order out to my car as soon as it was ready! Love this location!
Super nice staff! Very small, has just one table and two staff. Restroom only for staff but awesome pizza. Whatever you order it's there. Definitely a good location for the highway people. Has dairy queen right next door if you want to grab a cold dessert.
Honestly impressed. I just got my order from Pizza Hut and it was PERFECT. I don't know if they hired new staff, or if I just haven't been here for a while, but my faith in Pizza hut has been restored. I don't remember the persons' name, but I know it was something like Jacob. I will be coming back.
Friendly staff. Pizza if very good and hot, wings are good and extra crispy if you request. The only disappointment is they never seem to have mushrooms! We love mushrooms on our pizza.
I HATE PIZZA HUT. HOWEVER, because of JACOB PLASTERS impeccable customer service I will ONCE AGAIN be a devoted customer. Jacob always greets with a smile on his face and makes the best pizza!! The most amazing service I have ever had. 11/10 will come again.
Edited 4-14 . I just wanted to say how great this service is. Dylan was fantastic! The driver, extremely friendly and love the extra service for helping me out in getting food delivered to our shop. I truly appreciate the calls and making sure we were taken care of. This group of people are always friendly and pizza is Hot. Thank you!

My wife had been craving a pizza hut pizza. The day before, we placed an online order for the Waxahachie location. I went to pick it up at the appointed pick-up time and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally got one of the workers to acknowledge my existence. He went to the back, came back, and told me they were fixing it next, and it would be 10-15 minutes. At this point, I was already 45 minutes beyond the original pickup time. I told them to forget about it and just give me a refund. I went the next day to the Ferris location. I placed the order and explained what had happened the prior day. The worker seemed to be doing all she could to make this a better experience, and it was. I wish I'd gotten her name, but it was a great experience.

Gotta admit that lately they’ve been on a roll. My pizzas have been fresh, hot and delicious. Far cry from where they were at a while back. Keep it up!
It has gotten better! because before I used to get a lot of mistakes, like undercooked pizza, burned pizza, they didn't have my orders ready, or it was wrong, and do not forget the really bad attitude from the staff. I am glad they got better because it is very convenient for a raining day!
The pizza was of acceptable quality. The estimated time of 16 minutes for the pizza to be ready was inaccurate, as it was still not ready when I arrived 21 minutes later due to rain. After being directed to wait at the front, I waited an additional 14 minutes. While the food was satisfactory, the extended wait time was excessive and should be addressed to ensure accurate estimates for pickup times in the future.
I always order from here because it’s the closest pizza joint, but I must say that in all my orders, I’ve asked for pepperoni and they ALWAYS forget it. To pizza hut workers: READ CAREFULLY the order!!!

Good pizza horrible slow service. I waited 40 minutes and was misled 4 times as to when it would be ready. Unlikely to see me again there. Now 40 minutes might not seem long but I called in the pizza 20 minutes beforehand. That's an hour.
I usually enjoy pizza hut but I am bummed my pan pizza bottom was not crispy n tasty. It was my cheat night off keto and I feel it was wasted. Not going to. Order pizza again from the Yum corporation for the forseable future.

Ordered a stuffed crust, jalapeno and Italian sausage pizza and didn't like that it was extremely greasy. It had tiny puddles of oil all over, something I don't usually see on pizza from other Pizza Hut locations. Otherwise, staff was polite and quick with our order.
Prepare the pizza I ordered. The one pizza I marked none for bell peppers and requested jalapenos. The order came with no jalapenos and double the amount of bell peppers! The pizza from this location is very inconsistent. ordered via telephone and was directed to a call center, i ordered my pizza and the call center got it wrong. i asked for thin crust and jalapenos on the side ... the store called me to ask what jalapeños on the side meant. we picked up the pizza and the pizza was hand tossed and no jalapeños at all not on the pizza and not on the side either ...

I just drove to Dallas and I am staying 10 min from a pizza hut at the la Quinta. I called them for delivery and they said they would not deliver 10 min away. So I drove up there and my order was wrong. So now I'm waiting again for my food. Not happy at all. And I'm a good tipper. Oh well.
I have ordered from here at least 3/4 times but unfortunately I always have to order inside. Reason being is because I have tried to call (more times than I have actually ordered) but they NEVER answer. I have waited 10 mins and no answer. I would think it is because they are busy but I have even came on slow days .I know they are slow because the staff would just be waiting around and then able to take my order and give it to me in less that 15 mins.
I’ve ordered twice from this location and both times, I’ve arrived at the store to pick up my order and they haven’t even started making it. The staff are rude and they have no sense of urgency. Definitely a leadership/management issue at this location.
9 miles down the Rd and I still didn't receive order till over a hr later. Food was not hot and after been notified with a text. I start to worry and deliver never even left the store but got to 5min to me after I called. Aboslutely terrible. Only very few drivers are friendly and the food is always ALWAYS wrong! I called and the manager refused to speak to me! I got offered free pizzas for the inconvienece but it wouldn't come until 12, after it was already two hours late. Then they took it back and offered only a 10 dollar credit. I hate having to order from here but there's nothing else that delivers. Don't waste your time, money, or energy.
Extremely slow! My order was supposed to be ready by 540, I got there at 539 and waited in the drive thru 15 minutes before i made it to the window and it still wasn't ready. The woman at the window apologized but it seemed forced and she was slow. And they're was barely even any cheese on the pizza.
Pizza is pretty good about 95% of the time. Service waivers as they are usually short staffed. But one thing is always CERTAIN with any order I make, they will ALWAYS short me on some item. This is the MAIN reason I don't order from them as often anymore.
I was disappointed with the level of service and the unprofessional staff. The drivers were coming in and out of the door complaining about their customers the whole time. I ordered a supreme pizza and a meat lovers pizza for delivery. The supreme pizza was okay… but the meat lovers pizza was sent as a regular cheese pizza. They keep their phones off, so your call just rings and doesn’t get an answer. I paid $30 for a cold cheese pizza and a mediocre supreme pizza. Go to the Lancaster or Waxahachie location instead.
I am not a happy person. I put my order in online, waited and gave a few extra minutes to be told at the window my food needed extra time. I ask how much MORE time 10 mins plus the 15 mins that already went by.. Soo I go to bank come back and sit, they bring it out, I drive home mad already because how long it took. I opened my container of Buffalo boneless and look at this mess here will ya!!!! Check your food EVERYTIME!!

Do never order online ......... I guess there website haves a glitch my oder was done wrong I had to drive to the store for them to exchange them but...... the manger really didn't want to make me new ones because she said it was not there fault.... but at least I got to exchange but service here is poor with attitude ......... So this place is sorry we have been waiting on are pizza for almost 2 hours and the shift manager is a person with no respect and doesn't know how to talk to her customers. On top of that she said she couldn't do anything at all, she is all lies.

So un organized our pizza was suppose to be ready at 5:25 and didnt get our pizza until 6:05 they gave us the wrong pizzas 3 times and still didnt get one of them right!
Ordered at 5:35 was told it would be ready 25-35 mins, my order just was given to my husband at 6:30. Slow service and if your gonna give a time estimate don’t make me wait DOUBLE the time. They wouldn’t even let my fiancé use the bathroom while he waited the extra 30 mins. The lady told him to go next door and use the one at DQ.
My pizza didn't have three of the five requested toppings, and Pizza Hut rob us with the boneless wings. I paid for two eight piece order of boneless wings. Each wing was smaller than a jalapeno popper, and the crust was very hard to chew. Pizza Hut should discontinue the sale of wings. No one should be robbed like that especially for their hard earned money.

When I call this place I'm on hold for a very long time or on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. I've walked in before while on hold for their recorded line and no one was on the phone. The orders I've received have been incomplete orders and good luck getting parmesan or dipping sauce that you've ordered because they'll forget it or "Don't have any in their car, sorry..". Order from somewhere else.
This place is horrible They rarely get the order right and this is the second time in a row that i have asked for extra sauce and when I get home with the pizza it has no sauce at all. I feel like they do this deliberately. Do not use this pizza hut.

Hire drivers that don’t run stop signs. The “lady” in the black Nissan nearly caused a t-bone accident, I’ve even got it on dash cam. Great representation of your store.
The only reason this place stays open, is because there are so few alternative options (especially that deliver). The food is often bad, some of the drivers are rude, and the delivery orders are often wrong. Not only that, but you'll frequently have to wait long periods for your food. You also may receive a call telling you there are no drivers. -_-
Pizza Hut in Ferris, believe me.. if I could give you a 0 star rating, I would. You do not deserve any stars. Your general manager likes to put words into peoples mouths, and the people that work their with him are just as rude. They cant keep drivers, so they send your order to door dash and Pizza Hut said that the driver said that I told her that I gave them the wrong gate code to get in and that was a lie. Pizza hut said that the food was left at the gate to go check the gate and when I said I did, he rudely interrupted me saying "Oh you did get your pizza.. so you admit to getting your pizza then." Trying to put words into my mouth. Then tells us he will not be giving me a refund, and also says that if we go onto the property, he will be pressing criminal trespassing. Way to do your job Pizza Hut!!
Worst place to get pizza. They take forever for carry out or delivery. Ordered 2 pizzas and wings and it took them almost an hour to get the order ready. Told my finance they lost the pizzas and when they finally got the pizzas they where wrong. Then when I called the store manager she said she couldn't give me a 2 liter or anything extra all she could do is remake the pizza or give me a credit. They need to just take that store out of Ferris. It sucks and the service continues to get worse. I've waited for almost 2 hours on a delivery and same damn thing. They did nothing to compensate for their errors.
I ordered two pizzas online and received a confirmation number. Soon after I received a confirmation email. I went to the store in Ferris, TX to pick up my food, but was told there was no record of my order. I was told by management that they could not track my order by the confirmation number. Area manager confirmed my pizzas had been made, but had no idea what happened to them, then changed her story to say the store manager found them in the back, but it was too late, I had already gone. Corporate manager said Pizza Hut is way too busy to worry about one order and gave me a $25 to get rid of me. If you want to be sure to have pizza for dinner, do not order from this place. They are way too busy to care if your family eats dinner.
Placed an order at 10am to be delivered at noon. Didnt receive an out for delivery notice until 12:09pm, not a huge deal. 12:39pm, still no pizza. This location is 10 minutes away from me. I call to find out where the driver is and I get told they cant find out where the driver is after they leave the store. I then ask "what do you suggest I do?" to be told she isnt qualified and will get me with a manager. It is now 1pm and I am just now getting my order. Horrible service.
We ordered pizza and it took 2 hours , and they charged us twice !! And when the pizza arrived they didn’t give us the pizza until we paid !!! So we got charged twice and didn’t get pizza .. Have been to this location two times in the past week, both times it was late at night. First time around 11:40, the door was locked, when i tried to open it. An employee came to the door and said they were closed. The closing time Cleary stated 12:00. The next time was this Saturday, got there at 11:50 and was told they were closed and not taking and orders, this is after dealing with two different employees that thought i spoke Spanish they were clearly joking and laughing when i arrived. I will never go back . I understand its late but when a customer comes to my business even 2 min before closing i take care of them.
I ordered a pizza at 7:39 p.m. and did not receive the pizza. The money was taken out of my account very quickly. But as I said I received no order. Tried to call and never got an answer. Called their corporate office and they were no help either. This Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever had to deal with. Do not waste your time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Horrible customer service for the 2nd time! I placed an order for lunch for my coworkers and I on my app to be delivered to my office today. I was called about 20 minutes later and informed there was no delivery driver and the driver would not be arriving until 11:30 AM. I was refunded my money but my rewards points were not refunded. I called and spoke with Rebecca who was of no help and when I asked who I should call her response was "I don't know!" Well you know what I know? Rebecca shouldn't be handling customer calls with such a poor response. I will no longer be ordering from this store. First time my food was cold and got the same "I don't care" vibe.
The Ferris Pizza Hut has been the worst PH location I've ever heard of for years. On almost every occasion you will run into 1 or more of these: -Noone will answer the phone. -'Delivery time will be 2 hours' -'pickup time will be 45 minutes' -your order will be made wrong -your order never shows up and is deleted without notice, your card refunded, no notice

This local Pizza Hut in Ferris is the most dysfunctional business in America. Delivery us often closed when they are open, the order love rings busy instead of letting you wait to order, and when you walk up to the counter you might wonder is anyone is even in the store at all. Always short staffed, something is always wrong with the service or the order.
I usually buy two large pizzas a week (rewards member). This week was horrible. Ordered on-line. Arrived at the store and the line was out to the street. Employee is working the line, gets to me and says my order is going in the oven. After a 45 minute wait in line, I get to the window and they tell me they have ruin out of ingredients so my order has not been made. Argggg. Service at this store is hit and miss at best. Some days they are great, others, they are a nightmare. It is 50/50 as to what you are going to get.
Well when you get there, you expect to have what you ordered... correct? Tell me why I went up there and I ordered boneless wings but they give me wings with bone in it. Well I went back up there and they go "Oh we don't have any so we gave you those." Like be for real, if you don't have them why didn't you call or told me in the drive through. Had to drive all the way back just to get a refund. If they told me the first time I would've ate somewhere else.
I’m not sure why we continue to order pizza from this Pizza Hut. I hate to give a bad review but I hope it instills a change. We’ve placed orders 8-10 times over the course of 10 months and not once has the order been right. Twice we have returned the pizza to be made over which they have done graciously. Tonight, we ordered only two pizzas. One was right and the other wasn’t. It was ordered as hand tossed, pepperoni, double mushroom, and extra sauce. We received thin crust, NO sauce, and NO pepperoni!! How could it have been any worse? It’s sitting on the counter uneaten! It’s my understanding that management changed hands and it was supposed to get better but I have seen no change at all. Very disappointed, again.
First of all I placed my order at 6:15 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The order wasn't ready until 6:47. That was fine though my order was a Supreme personal pizza, lite on the onions and bell peppers and extra mushrooms. I also ordered 18 traditional wings extra crispy with the sauce on the side. Ya'll my order was $24.35, when I received my order it was nothing as I requested. Ya'll help me to understand.
Will never order from there again. Driver said they couldn't find my house and claimed that all they seen was the address literally right next door to me and vacant lot. I stressed it was no vacant lot to the Mgr when she called and the mgr said, "I dont know what happened and why my driver couldn't find your house." I stated, I've ordered previously so this is awkward because I never had any issues previously. Now the fun part... I have to go to the store to get my money back because I paid by card or it will take 3-5 business days to receive a refund. Sad because within the last 6 months they've had horrible customer service. This in particular was irritating because they seem to blame me for the driver not knowing where the house was. One minute they were a new driver and the next, they have been there for a while.
Both supreme pizzas were extremely undercooked,,, I had to put the pizzas in the oven when I got home. Very disappointed...I could've saved money and gas by buying frozen pizza instead 🤷 Gave them another chance and still the same experience! Bad for drivers and dining in, stay away!, it takes ~20 min to get a pizza. Is an small place for pick up/delivery. Worst thing is that they won’t tell about the waiting time. Also forget to dine in, they don’t even have cups. On top of that, they have the worst ever employees, very rude and unprofessional. After all waiting time they didn’t have the courtesy to call us as we were just outside because was freezing inside. There was a young blonde haired lady, for sure she needs to learn and have basic education and good manners too.
I see why this place has bad reviews! When is corporate going to step in and do something?! I placed an order for pick up and when I got there they tell me they messed up and to pull around and wait 30 minutes. No apologies nothing. I what was wrong and the girl said they didn’t make my order! I asked if they could do a partial refund. The manager said a $5 credit for my next order. I said no and I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager, Jennifer, then came around and got EXTREMELY aggressive and yelling asking why I wanted a refund. A very hateful woman who should be in customer service at all with that attitude. Will not be back.
Was forced to wait in the drive through line for over 30 minutes because they closed the lobby down for inside pick up, all to receive cold pizza and told us that part of our order couldn’t be made because they were busy.

Made a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time I arrive at the restaurant and it’s not ready so they told me to pull around in the front and they still make me wait another 20 minutes. And I’m sitting in my car by the window and I’m looking up every once in a while watching them to see if they’re going to bring it out for me. They are all on their phones not doing anything so I walked in to ask them if it’s ready yet and it had been ready in the preheat oven for a while and never came outside to hand it to me. And then I checked my food and I asked for the veggies and it barely had any veggies. Don’t come to this location. They have terrible customer service.
I’m writing to report a very disappointing carry-out experience at your location. I placed an order with a promised ready time of 10:02 PM. Upon arrival, I was told by the counter staff that my order would be ready in 5 minutes and to pull around front, where it would be brought out. I waited in my car for 30 minutes with no update. Had I not already paid, I would have left like the three other cars that gave up waiting. When I returned to inquire, I expressed my frustration and suggested that a manager should have communicated the delay and offered some form of concession. The staff member responded defensively, saying not to be upset with her. I clarified that my concern was with management, not her. I was told the manager was in the restroom, but no one ever came out to address the situation. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve service moving forward.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Wings are nasty and not fully cooked. Even the blue cheese sauce is bad. This is my first time tasting their wings hoping they would be better than the horrible pizza I had prior. I asked for spicy garlic and I don’t know what type of sauce I had. This is a waste of money. Not sure why this establishment is still Open.
Not only is the pizza doughy but the employee’s are RUDE, never received a call back from the GM so it says a lot about this location. The employees also look like they don’t wash their hands. Will not be returning back to this location it should be shut DOWN!!!!
So I wasn't surprise to see all the low reviews. My family and I thought to stop here on our way to the drive in movies. We stopped at the window. I asked if I could order at the window and was told yes. She told me to give them 15 minutes. Well, awesome, i thought it would take maybe 20 minutes. I parked and realized 5-6 cars were already waiting. Good thing we were early for the movies. It actually took 45 minutes, and my mom had to go in to get it. Back story 2 or 3 members of the staff sat in the lobby playing and doing nothing or outside in their cars. No one seemed to care, but corporate will be made aware of this even if nothing happens, they will know. Fat girl out.
Lol first and last time here that's a guarantee. Placed a delivery order online it was somehow converted to a carry out order. They did not let me know. I tried calling, but this is apparently the only pizza joint on earth that you can't reach by phone. What a joke. Pizza was cold and barely edible by the time I picked it up as well. Gonna be a hard pass from me in the future
This place is a joke and so is the manager Savanah! I have went to this Pizza Hut waayyy to many times had more bad experiences than good but this last time I’m fed up. It took 3 times to get an edible pizza that’s ridiculous.I waited 1 1/2 because I refused to accept burnt pizza with toppings on top that I didn’t even ask for after spending $30 . Management was not concerned with what they handed, couldn’t control her staff from horseplay or being on their phones and she refused to offer any discounts at all . After this review I am also contacting corporate .
we live like 5 minutes away from the store, and it took 1:30 Hrs to get our cold pizza, overpriced, late, and cold! if you gonna pass a 3rd party the responsibility of your deliveries, and they don't care for your customer's satisfaction, then you shouldn't offer delivery service, I'm ok paying an overpriced cost for the convenience of getting my pizza to my door, but 1:30within a 5-mile distance... how is that convenient?
This Pizza Hut does fine if you go pick up your own pizza. However delivery is a nightmare. Twice, I have placed online delivery orders and although the estimated delivery time was 35 minutes, it has taken well past an hour. I placed an order at 7:15 & still no food. No phone call, text, or email about any delay. No update about the status. Have tried calling several times, no answer. I absolutely want a refund for this experience, I emailed customer service but if they act anything like the people that work at this store then I won’t hold my breath. Spend your money at another establishment that at least updates you. I don’t expect perfection, I know things happen but communication goes a long way.
