The food was good enough but the place was a dump. None of the table had been wiped down, there was no ice in the soda machine, no napkins out for customers. Floor was dirty as well. We went about 3:30 and it didnt look like it haf been tidied all day. Service was slow and disorganized, seems one lady was serving food and ringing up customers, another was doing hubgrub type orders. Other people were there but it seemed only these 2 were assigned customer care, so it didnt seem an understaffed issue. I wouldn't return to this location.

I cant even get upset at the workers because theyre doing what they could but its extremely obvious that the management at this chipotle is atrocious. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 5:50 with the expectation for it to be ready by 6:10. Listen, if it was a little later than 6:10 i really wouldnt care but i didnt receive my order till almost 7 oclock. the store was busy and the workers were doing the best they could, but if this is an issue that keeps persisting, then maybe the managers should actually support their team and figure out a better system for the workers to move efficiently without feeling like theyre getting stuff thrown at them from all angles. Everyone is so unhappy here and it is obvious. I blame management.

Been there many times, and frequent the one on west 34st in Manhattan when working, everytime I go to Fishkill I usually just get it to go, but everytime I am there the tables are a disaster and a mess, today when I decided to eat there it was the same story, between 3 and 4 p.m, every table looks as if it hadn't been wiped all day, 4 garbage bins piled over the top. I sat between 2 messes, my one phone lens is cracked so it doesn't get the food smeared on the tables. Honestly what this place is lacking is responsible management. There is no way a manager is there on duty and let's this go for so long. Even the food presentation looks different from other stores, it looks sloppy.

Normally, I go here when I’m in the area, which is quite often. I’m giving two stars because half of the time the staff is pretty friendly and the other half I’ll go in and I’ll be completely ignored. I’ll just be standing there waiting for somebody and the staff will look up at me several times, but not one person will say anything and they’ll completely ignore me. Today I went in and the same thing happened. It took about five minutes before I left, but the staff They weren’t busy and there was nobody else in the restaurant, and everyone of the staff looked up at me several times throughout the several minutes I was standing there quietly waiting and not one person said hello or offered anything so I just turned around and left and I won’t be coming back.

Honestly this store taste nothing like any other Chipotle I’ve ever had. It wasn’t necessarily a bad thing but not what I was looking for. No matter what store you go to each one should follow the same recipe and ingredients, but It was just so different. The chips were very stale and unfortunately we ordered four bags of it. Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to pick up my order and had to wait in line for 30 minutes because there were no employees available to assist customers at the pickup counter. Once I finally received my order, there were no utensils available, so I couldn’t even eat the food. When I opened the bowl, I realized it was made incorrectly — the guacamole I paid for was missing, and lettuce had been added instead. On top of that, the portion sizes were incredibly small. Very disappointing overall.

It looked like plastic wrap they used for something, but after watching the place go downhill the past few months and now this, I will never eat here again. We had such a poor experience at this Chipotle location. On a Saturday around 1pm, they were out of white rice, brown rice, fajita veggies, their newly featured carne asada, sweet ice, unsweet tea, Mr Pibb and all their refrshener drinks. The staff was very unconcerned with the customers and abnormally slow to get us served and checked out. We agreed that we'd never go back to this location unless absolutely necessary.

The absolute worst Chipotle I have EVER been to!!!!! I try to give this location a chance every year and they mess it up everytime!!! I placed an online order in the app got an alert that it was ready went in to pick it up and what greeted by a NASTY employee telling me that my order was in fact not ready and that they have “NO FOOD”. I asked her what my options were and she told me to call chipotle with a nasty attitude. I will never go back to this location. That place needs a whole overhaul ASAP!!!!!

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this restaurant and the service. Both below par. I was going to eat here but every table was disgustingly dirty. There was garbage all over the floor. When I went to order. I waited least 5 minutes for service. I asked to be helped and was given a curt answer that someone will be with me even though there wasn’t anybody ahead of me online. The food looked dryer out but I took a chance and ordered anyway. The rice was very dry and the guacamole had a strange tastes. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It was a complete waste of my money and time.

I don’t know how this place stays open or why I keep coming back? 12/7/25 5:30pm there is a line literally wrapping around the restaurant. There are 3 people behind the counter. 2 of them are standing in the back doing absolutely nothing but goofing and laughing and joking. One girl is out front running the entire line and register and one person is over at the takeout area. The place is disgusting. The floor is sticky. The bathrooms are more than disgusting. there is literally garbage everywhere. No one has taken out that garbage probably the entire day and it is literally piling up on the floor! We walked out. This is the last time I’m ever coming here. I do not know for the life of me how this chipotle stays in business? I’ve been here several times and there was literally no food! Nothing but rice and veggies no protein. Signs on door saying we’re closed at 7pm, no food at 6:30 pm, how are you still open?

Better off just going to bubbakoos in Poughkeepsie that place carries over this place. They give you basically no portion here very little food in the trays there was literally no meat or beans or barely any brown rice and it was 6 o’clock dinner time. Skip this place or go to five guys right next-door.

place looks like nobody has cleaned it since the day it opened — tables dirty, floors sticky, the line area a mess, ingredients all over the place. If you walked in blindfolded and someone told you this was a gas station hot food counter, you’d probably believe them. The staff acts like serving food is the biggest inconvenience of their day. Zero energy, zero customer service, and zero professionalism. You ask for a normal scoop? They look at you like you just ruined their week. They rush your order, roll their eyes, and give you attitude for literally existing. And the portions… unbelievable. They barely put anything in the bowl. It’s almost comedic watching them drag the spoon across the tray like they’re rationing survival food during an apocalypse. You’re paying over $10 for what looks like half a kid’s meal. It shouldn’t take asking three times just to get a standard serving of rice. Overall, this location feels sloppy, unorganized, and straight-up uncared for. The management clearly isn’t paying attention, and the employees definitely don’t want to be there. If you want the full Chipotle experience, go anywhere else — this one is a disaster.

Double charged me for the order over doordash over not having chips, and then the food arrives spilt all over the bag, upside down. This place has deserved to go out of business for years. Eat literally anywhere else, dog excrement in the parking lot is probably better, at least they won't charge you twice for it! Disgusted with this place too long, you have useless employees, with garbage attitude and not a single care in the world for the customer. Dirty dinning room, gross over priced food, and nasty attitudes. Good luck staying open. Edit: Store owners offer of $5 gift cards and AI chat bots on the Chipotle site aren't a good enough reaction to the state of this business. Am extremely disappointed with the way this restaurant is handling delivery orders. I ordered a vegetarian bowl for delivery, waited an hour and inside was someone else’s bowl, different name and all. I was able to get a free entree to compensate except I couldn’t even use it for delivery without a $10 minimum. Unfortunately I didn’t have my car, so I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for a second delivery, same vegetarian bowl, only to receive what looked like my bowl from the order sticker, but was a completely different order, including meat AGAIN. I tried to contact support, Pepper their AI bot and main support system cannot issue me a refund, called to try to speak to someone and was hanged up on. I have yet to receive my compensation, extremely frustrated and disappointed that after spending $33 and waiting 2 hours I have been unable to eat.

The worst Chipotle food I have ever had. The white rice was just plain white rice not Chipotle lime rice, it was also completely mush like mashed potatoes. Very little meat at all. I was here for a $6 dollar Halloween deal, which the manager had a big attitude and was very rude about. I just asked if I would qualify for it (since the other employee didn't know and told me to ask the manager), but he just acted super dismissive and didn't even try to answer my question. But honestly, it's not even worth the $6. If this was my first Chipotle experience I would probably never come back. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Anyone looking for a quick bite close to the freeway - there’s PLENTY of other options in this area, pick somewhere else In the 35 minutes spent waiting for my food it was extremely apparent there was no management there during peak hours at the restaurant. The whole place was a mess, the staff had zero training and it showed in the food quality - when we opened the bag at home we found the rice was uncooked and crunchy. They also weren’t allowed to ring up a regular adult sized quesadilla per corporate’s policies, instead I had to purchase multiple child quesadillas - come on Chipotle that’s ridiculous, you can order an adult quesadilla in the app, why can’t you order it in store?! Just don’t do it, Chipotle has gone WAY downhill

Truly a terrible, awful Chipotle. I don't exaggerate when I say 80% of the time my order is wrong. If you order fajita veggies you are highly likely not to get them. Today is my final straw -- tacos were missing not only fajita veggies but also missing beans, had hardly any lettuce at all, the corn salsa was not salsa but just a few corn kernels. So sad and so incredibly disappointing. Oh, and anytime you report it on the app, the 1st time they might give you a credit for an entree, but after reporting again (when they inevitably mess up again) they will just give you a credit for a free drink even if your entree was completely wrong. Not to mention you can only use the credit as part of another order, so even when they royally mess up (almost always) they are finding a way to get more of your money. Infuriating. A disgrace. The world would be better if this Chipotle went out of business. Avoid at all costs.

I had an online order and when I said they did not include my chips I got brushed off and told they didn’t have any. Don’t you think you should inform you customers instead of them having to go back and ask. SO unprofessional. The girl who I spoke to was nothing but nasty as well. POOR POOR POOR establishment.

This location has become so disappointing, I don’t know what happened. It used to be great. Lately I feel like I’ve had nothing but bad experiences between no chips most of the time, getting the completely wrong order, now the portions.
