I waited in Drive-Thru for 10 minutes early Monday morning! If you don't have enough staff then maybe you should just close down!!!!!

My order was incorrect. Paid for expensive seasonal items and got hard shell beef tacos instead. Asked for medium hot sauce, Del Scorcho, received only Del Inferno. Receipt was NOT in the bag. Don't worry. I'll talk to the manager in person Saturday! Talk to you soon. Put in new applications tonight, buddy!

emilia was a rude drive thru cashier that mis heard us and gave attitude over little things. She heard hold the order as “hold the water” even though we did not order water. After waiting 10 minutes at the window, we asked for the “black sauce” and she gave us red sauce saying we said MILD??? She then gave 5 sauces for a ~$13 order. People in there but refuse to work. They’re always closed from 1am-5am. They put up written signs. This happened August 16th of 2024. Which is the first video. Update: I came back 08-25-2024 at 4:27am and they had the exact same sign up. But is advertising that it is open 24hrs. And there were cars and people in the inside. This is false advertisement and should be addressed. I can’t even get any food because employees do not want to work. I am providing a second video as proof of my exact same experience 9 days later. Update 04-13-2025: The same story but this time it just says closed for now. The time was 3:39am Sunday. lol accountability is at an all time low at this location.

This del taco says its 24 drive thru but when i go after i get off work at 4am theres alway a sign on the drive thru speaker that says we are close to 5am or some times 6am. Why say your 24hours when your not

Went to use the bathroom and went inside to ask if I needed a key off the start just rude. Then as I’m walking away one of the staff starts laughing and pointing at me? I go use the bathroom then someone starts knocking I told them someone is in here. One of the girl staffs goes “someone needs to use it really bad u need to come out”. As im already using the bathroom? Then I tell her to wait as im using it. And she repeatedly knocks and pounds on the door. I get out and she just apologizes to the man that was waiting.? No thank you.

Drove here twice with my sister they had a paper taped to their menu outside saying WE ARE CLOSED when their hours said open. I used DoorDash while I’m at work, it came from this location. I put no green sauce, and they put green sauce. HOWEVER I’m glad they did when I looked inside my quesadilla to inspect there was a hair inside! 🤢🤮 Whoever worked graveyard on Sunday 09/19 put your hair up!

I was the only one in line in the drive thru. I ordered nachos and three tacos. They made tacos so fast there’s barely anything on it. I haven’t had del taco in awhile and I spent my hard earned money on food they didn’t care about making. Never coming back.

Oh my. Someone rebuild this place please. Not only was my order wrong, it did not taste fresh at all. The guy thought I order a chicken soft taco, I said a Del Taco. How he got that mixed up? Oh my. Rubber tortilla, I am not sure if it had sauce or something on it but it was all bad. Spit out - threw in trash. Going to take activated charcoal immediately

We placed an online order at 11:30pm. Website AND Google said the drive-thru and lobby were open until 4:00am. I show up at 11:40, the "Open" sign is on but all the doors are locked and no one is inside. Hours above the door say they closed at 11:00. Why accept our order and take our money if you're not even open? Customer Service was at least helpful, refund pending. But man, what happened?

I ordered from the app. Got most of it, but crunched up and had no napkins or forks and was completely missing our 2 shakes and the mango lemonade. The delivery guy said he told the people at deltaco that there is drinks but was told there isn't. The app gives no way to contact the restaurant and the # attached to it is "out of service". So I'd like help resolving the fact I was cheated as I was charged for stuff I did not get.
