Friendly staff. Clean environment. Fresh bread on hand at all times. Staff take their time to make your order to your satisfaction. Only downside is that ot can be difficult to find parking at times. Delivery service offered via DoorDash at this time.

Honestly, the service was so slow that I almost walked away while waiting, and there were only two other customers in the shop. The food was good, and I don't want to trash the place because it isn't high-scale organic whole food whatever. It was tasty. It was priced right. It's just... the service. The woman taking the order really struggled with what I was asking for, and what I was asking for was mostly pre-arranged on the menu, so it was confusing for me as a customer as well as time-consuming. This wouldn't stop me from returning, but it's not someplace I'd run back to.

She told me they do not take e gift cards or gift cards however right next to the credit card machine was a rack full of gift cards and a scan below for the egift card barcode. She made our food but I felt like we were being rushed. It was a bit frustrating but I got my food. The subway club my boyfriend had, he said was good. My son the meatball was good and my daughter said the turkey sandwich was ok. I'm just mind bottled as to how people can work somewhere for a while and know limited to nothing in the establishment and give wrong info. I would expect that from a new person but someone whom ive seen here on more then 4 occasions should know better.

Like Matt, I was also stuck with the same worker who would not get off her phone, I believe her name was Sama. On top of not being attentive towards customers, she was barely audible while taking my order, but loud and clear on her phone. After giving my order very clearly more than 5 times, she eventually finished, and barely put veggies on one half of the sandwich. If you walk in and Sama comes out to take your order, leave and find another Subway, she is horrible at her job.

Believe the comments when they say this place is complete trash. The old lady cashier is a stubborn pain in the behind. She does not understand logic nor reason and will straight up start arguing with you. I wanted to use a Subway Coupon to which she said to apply it in the app. I applied the coupon in the app and it went through. However, after I placed the order, she told me they don’t accept the coupons and she will not be able to honor it. I told her why the hell did you not tell me before I placed the order, and she started rambling about how she just makes what is on the receipt. This is a joint franchise and corporate problem, but that does not excuse the lady’s disrespectful and rude behavior. Avoid at all costs, there are better subways out there.

My family and I love eating subway and it’s unfortunate that this is the closest one to me because over the past 3-4 years, the service has been horrendous. The employees always have attitudes and make snarky comments if you correct them. Today the employee was talking bad about me to her coworker in Punjabi and made a few remarks about how I was ordering and was literally judging my order (she clearly didn’t know I understood what she was saying). Finally at the end after the 3rd or 4th remark, I responded in Punjabi. She didn’t apologize or anything- just continued with her nasty attitude. Won’t be back.

Terrible location. The food here being served has likely gone bad, the color the taste and all ingredients are days old. The staff is rude and can barely function enough to make a sandwich. Management is no where to be found on the premises. Also don’t wear head coverings to prevent hair from falling in the food.

Went in for a deal of the day, was charged $2 extra for no reason. She charged me before she even made my sandwich then she forgot to add onions and cucumbers. Made me a cold and dry sub. Horrible experience and waste of money

When I walked in, there was no one in the front. I had to call for someone. So I asked for a drink, and the machine was not working. I asked for a cup, and there is none. This was the worst subway I have ever visited. This location is Valley Stream Long Island.

I come here often and when I do I order the same thing every time today I walked in and I said I don’t want my bread toasted. The lady gets mad and complains that it’s hard work for her to not toast my bread and gives me an attitude. I walked out in shock of how she spoke to me and I wouldn’t want someone to make my sandwich after that. She clearly doesn’t even try to pretend that she likes her job. It’s also not the first time she has made my sandwich and she seems to have always gotten annoyed when I ordered and I just ignored her mood. But this time she came with an outburst of being upset that I did not want my bread toasted. It seems to always be an issue how you want your food made. This was also embarrassing as there were customers sitting and eating and looked at me in shock as I chose to walk out with my son. Now having to look for another place to get dinner for my family.

This was the third time going to this establishment. Never again. The service is not at all good. They catch attitudes because you correct them on their mistakes when making YOUR food. They don't change their gloves when working with different costumers. Overall it's just an unpleasant experience, and garentee we will not be going back.

Don’t bother entering the store. “Manager” who claims his name is Andy, was so unbelievably rude. Got my order wrong and then refused to give a refund or new sandwich. Completely yelled at my sister. Worst service I have ever experienced. Will never be going back.

Worst experience I have ever gotten. Lady behind the counter was on her phone for a good 7 minutes and didn't even acknowledge us. When she finally got off the phone, I was about to say my order and she picked up her phone and started to dial another number. I turned around and walked out. As I was leaving she finally decided to try and take my order as I was out the door. I told her to continue on her phone ill take my business elsewhere and drove across town to another subways. Disgusting waste of 15 minutes of my time.

1 ⭐ Dropped their rating from 3.5⭐ to just 1. Last time I was there I ordered a salad, the lady dropped the salad utensil on the floor N didn't bother washing it before making the salad. Have been using the app to order to save time, N they have made the same salad wrong around 8/8 times. Either they forget the cheese, or they forget rhe spinach, or they don't chop it as requested. Come on Franklin Ave Subway, get your stuff together...!!!

worst place ever. the staff is so rude and her name was “Naz”. she put non of the sauces i wanted or the veggies i asked for. the only sauce she put what mayo which is didnt even ask for. the sandwich was super thin cause it was literally the bread a very very thin layer of veggies and a lot of mayo that the whole sandwich was soggy. i’d give it 0 stars if i could. definitely don’t recommend! she didn’t toast the bread or the patty even tho i asked them to!

False advertising. Subways sent Coupons to our homes and we tried to use it and they don't accept it. They just sent the coupons so we visit their store and once we get there they don't give us the deal and since we wasted our time getting there we end up buying the sandwiches regular price. totally disappointed in Subways.
