Don’t go to this Subway branch! This place is a mess. They try to push so many add-ons or extras just to charge you more, without being transparent about the prices. The worst part is how cheap they are with ingredients — they literally count out the vegetables, like giving you only five pieces of spinach or jalapeños! It’s ridiculous. They clearly try to save every little thing at the customer’s expense. if i can only put zero star

" Sorry " because I had no time to check the reviews before I ordered my food at this location. This has to be the most terrible Subway in Fremont California, Ridiculous my sandwich was basically only bread and a couple pieces of vegetables when I ordered Bacon Chicken Ranch, No Words needed just check the pictures of my order. Not deserving of any stars.....The Owners need to take action! Please check Reviews before ordering at this location.

Most scam worthy sandwich I have ever seen. Ordered three sandwiches on the app. Unfortunately, after I had picked them up and brought them home they had almost no meat on them. I had to drive all the way back to ask for a refund. When I got there, the lady there refused to give me her name and yelled at me for taking pictures of the sandwiches. She claimed that there was no manager to speak to. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism and the nonapologetic attitude for the unpleasant and subpar experience at this location. I am disgusted with the fact that the workers think an online order means they can give people no food even though they are paying full price,and then be upset when their customers want to let other people know that they shouldn't go there and get scammed.

Very rude service and super skimpy on the veggies and meat. I used a coupon and got three sandwiches, they were supposed to be the Philly cheese steaks. They are pretty much just bread. Don’t come to this Subway, just go to the one down the street you at least get what you pay for and they aren’t super rude.

Should’ve read reviews before ordering. When people say, that they skimp on meat, they really mean it. Ordered a Philly but I might as well have gone to Safeway to buy a roll and slap some sauce and veggies. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Avoid this at all costs

The food was so salty. We paid 17 dollars for one of the sandwiches and it had 3 slices of turkey. The meatball FOOTLONG sub had 5 of the smallest pieces of meatballs and the oreo cookie was so soggy. Food was so inedible that we had to throw it away.

AVOID THIS SUBWAY LOCATION AT ALL COSTS !!!! I would have given 0 stars if at all it was possible! Visited this Subway on October 6th, 2024, at 7:30 PM PST, and had a highly disappointing experience. The staff on shift, SAPNA and another employee who refused to give their name, were rude and unhelpful. I ordered a veggie salad, and they refused to fill the bowl more than halfway. When I politely asked for more cucumbers, I was told they couldn’t put more than "8 cucumber slices," per their manager SHILPA's "instructions". This was absurd, considering I paid $10 pre-tax, and they insisted on leaving the bowl half-empty. You can see that in the image attached and that is after i asked them to add extra cucumbers. It was way lesser before. ( i was ok with all veggies and didnt say no to any, to have that much space left in the bowl) To make matters worse, another customer returned after discovering that her foot long meat sandwich had only two pieces of meat in it. The staff refused to remake the sandwich or offer a refund, leaving the customer visibly upset. The policies and customer service at this location are absolutely ridiculous and unethical. They seem more focused on cutting corners and RIPPING customers off than providing a decent experience. I highly recommend avoiding this location until they take a serious look at their practices.

Got a footlong flat bread Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich. The chicken was rotten and when we complained owner told that the same chicken prepared in this branch is being supplied to other Subway branches. The taste and smell I was getting is the Teriyaki sauce , but I didn’t find any sauce and it was white pale chicken that was served to me. The owner was extremely rude, if I don’t like it I can trash it . Thanks for the suggestion, that’s what I did. The rating of this place should not be even 2 but have negative ratings. They don’t care about service or quality.

This place is absolutely terrible with the portions. The customer service was bad as well because the lady was rushing me to the point where I didn’t even get to pick what I wanted. Never eat here bruh, there’s a chipotle down the street with better service.
