What Customers Say About Taco Bell
Experiences at this Taco Bell are inconsistent. Some customers praise friendly staff and fresh Taco Supremes, especially appreciating the manager's attentiveness. However, many report issues with order accuracy, rude employees (specifically Brianna P), and inconsistent hours, especially at the drive-thru.

Taco Bell Glendale Reviews
My order was made to order, and it was correct. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely return because the staff is terrific.
I bring my 95 year old friend here 2 times a month. It is her favorite!. The taco Supremes are always fresh, made as we order them & hot! Delicious! Also the staff is friendly to everyone who comes in and on the phone. The best Taco bell I have been too!
Wow! What a difference! The last time I was there it was an awful experience. This time it was fantastic. The manager was there - well, on her way out for the night - but took the time to ask me if I had been taken care of. She was genuine in her concern and asked the staff to make my order ASAP. My order was ready in no time at all. They used my name and thanked me. While I was eating my dinner, an employee came out to clean the dining room, which almost never happens. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you for your efforts, Taco Bell! Keep up the good work!
Drive thru attendance was very polite and friendly. They young man repeated my order. Order was correct. Only thing is that I asked for extra extra onions to be added to the chicken quesadillas, but it was hardly any on the two I order. My mom was disappointed. I ended up cutting some onions when I got home to put on them. I wish Taco Bell would but the lettuce at the bottom of the hard shell tacos so they don’t fall apart when eating. Other than that, good service.
Service & cleanliness means a lot to me. They did a great in both these areas. Friendliness of the staff greatly appreciated. For some reason the food never agrees with me. Tastes good but digestive system says no. I'm sure I'll try the bell again... mostly because the staff was friendly and kept the restaurant clean.
I eat Chicken Cantina bowls on a regular basis in St. Louis, MO. I was just at this location, I ordered a #3 and a Cantina bowl. None of the meat has any taco seasoning and the chicken is horrible big and small chunks and shredded meat. The cook needs to be trained on how to season the meat
$35 spent. Can’t even package the food directly all of it ice cold
Why is it always so hard to get good service and food here?! I don’t think I’ll go to this location again even tho it’s the closest by a long shot!
I’m done. I’ve been coming here for quite some time after work but this is the second time I’ve been charged twice . Both times the team refuse to help at late night, girl tonight gave me such attitude about it when I asked for both receipts for the orders telling me “you are only getting one so you can only have one receipt” after telling me I was charged twice. Hopefully corporate responds to me given I don’t have the full info I am sure they’ll need to get me my refund or I will be storming down there for a refund from the GM. Completely ridiculous treatment. Go somewhere else.
Brianna P is the worst employee I have ever encountered in any customer service setting. She is extremely rude and is quick to anger. She does not deserve a job. Anywhere. I NEVER leave reviews cause I get people have bad days or it’s not their fault but my goodness she is a problem. Feel bad for her friends and family tbh
This is the worst taco bell in wisconsin hands down they mess up every single order everytime. You'll never get the drinks you order and they mess up your order
The drive thru repeated back that I asked for alot of Diablo sauce and proceeded to give me two. I believe they gave me two because I saw on my receipt they took it upon themselves to round up to the nearest dollar for charity without my knowledge WHICH IS STEALING so I told them I wanted my change, had they asked I would've been happy to but them doing it without asking was INSANITY. so I'm sure the 2sauces was them being petty
Manager is super rude. We asked for sour cream in the burrito. We realized they didn’t put it in there. We then asked for a side of sour cream. The manager was in the back yelling that she won’t remake it and won’t give us sour cream that we said we would pay for. Worst customer service
Almost every time either the drive through doesn't take cash or card so I had to go in. No one is working the register and was waiting around for 15/20 min at the register while my food was sitting in the bag... a lady handed me the bag and I just grabbed it and turned around and she starts saying whats your problem... REALLY how dense are y'all??
Manager didn’t use my coupon and she charged me for the item and when I told her she started lying about it. I kept telling her that she didn’t take my coupon and she said she did but she charged me anyways.
Briana P is incredibly rude. My friend and I went through the drive through and she wouldn’t let us order separately. That’s fine I guess but she told us “No. You have to order together”. On top of that 3 of the 5 items we tried to order she said they didn’t have and she was rude about it. When we finally checked out our two items she didn’t say a word and just handed us the bag…. I know fast food is meant to be quick and easy but I couldn’t help but feel this interaction was incredibly rude, if I wasn’t starving from my 5 hour drive I would’ve just drove off. Lesson learned I guess.
Went through the drive thru on a Thursday night at 11:30. Hours clearly state they're open until midnight, but when I got to the speaker, an automated message said they were closed. Pulled up & there was a worker at the window with a headset on who just stared at me as I drove by. Laziness is rampant in the fast food industry, and my experience was 100% unacceptable.
I just tried to go through the drive through here on my way home from work. There was no one inside, no other cars in the drive through. I went up to the order spot, and they said "there are only two of us here right now so we are backed up we are only accepting mobile and door dash orders". I came to literally order one soft shell taco with cash and they wouldn't do it.
Drive thru is supposed to be quick and convenient anywhere you go. I am not sure why I torture myself and keep giving this location more chances than it deserves. If I come after work between 6pm-7pm, the last few months I always seem to be the unlucky customer who gets them in "the middle of a shift change," and am asked to park and come inside to order. I worked a long shift on my feet, and get food that is then inconvenient. Its even more frustrating when multiple staff members are at tables on their phones during these staff changes every time. This has happened several times the past 6 months and I don't understand how in 20+ years of when I splurge for fast food, this was never an issue. If i pulled a stunt like this at my jobs, I would have been written up or fired. Then tonight I gave more order 3 times to one young gal who said she couldn't hear me, and when I asked if she could hear me now she said she was talking to someone else and to restart my order. Then I pulled up and had to pull forward because they needed to give the car behind me an order and then had to pull back all in a 2 minute period. There is a reason why Yum Brands is switching over to AI, this location is a prime example why they need to phase out in person cashiers for orders. I probably will give them another chance once the AI drive thru gets implemented. This is why entitled, unmotivated workers in the work force, who do not apply themselves, do not deserve $15-20 an hour. These jobs are for young workers to learn basic skills such as communication , customer service, following directions, math, etc. If they want those wages go to tech school or the trades. There is no way these people should make more than let say EMTs make who are trained to save lives. Do better Taco Bell Glendale! This isn't the City of Milwaukee standards.
How are any Taco Bell‘s still in business? I swear every Taco Bell I go to is closed way before closing hour. This one accepts online orders for some reason and yet the doors are locked and the drive-through is closed so you can’t actually pick up an order. There are workers inside, but they will not acknowledge you and they’re just sitting on their phones eating their own food from Popeyes. It’s 11pm on a Friday and they supposedly are open until 1 AM. I’ve worked service industry, I get it. But why keep the workers there and accept online orders if you’re closed.
This visit was to give this location a chance at redemption due to my last visit being weird because an employee showed up to threaten another employee and the police showed up and everything. My order was okay that day.Today, I went straight to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering. The men's room toilet was one of the worst things I've seen.I decided to ignore that since I was only washing my hands.I put soap on my hands and the sink wasn't working! I'm aware of the sensor,by the way. I walked to the hot sauces and I used napkins to wipe the soap from my hands and walked out because if I can't wash my hands, neither can the employees in the men's room. DON'T TRUST THEIR FOOD WITH A RESTROOM LIKE THAT.
I placed an order through their app, walked in to pick up my food and they told me I had to leave the dining room because they ‘closed’ it. This was at 2:20pm Monday February 5th. They asked me to go through the drive thru and I told them I didn’t have my car because I walked from work. They insisted that I leave, or they could get in trouble for having the Dining room open. They then made me exit the dining room, and locked the door behind me, forcing me to walk through the drive-through to pick up my food. I then went, explained it to the driver that was in the drive-through what the situation was, and she told me to go ahead of her. then, the lady at the window rudely told me that my food wasn’t done, and I had to go after the car. Then, waited between two running vehicles, waiting for my food at the window, She thrust my food at me, and then slammed the window. I insisted that I didn’t get my drink, I had to wait even longer, standing outside of the drive-through window, and then she handed my drink to me I’ve had rough and kind of a bad service at this location before, but one of the managers was extremely kind to me for years, but this was absolutely unacceptable and I feel like probably illegal?
Depends on who is working, it's highly likely the order will be wrong or shells will be stale. You'll only get a receipt by request. Some of the employees look like they are upset about being there. Gives me concern about food safety if i ask for wrong order to be remade, so I've thrown away food instead. Won't ask for a refund because it feels like they'll just serve it to someone else. If there's a lighter skin, short, elder lady with accent working the window, your order will often be picture perfect. Even the high school kids are ok. If it's anyone else, it's likely to be a bad experience. This was ordered in the morning but after breakfast time (I asked for no sour cream because it upsets my stomach)
