Beatrice was so amazing beyond amazing I came to Burger King. I had a sweet tooth. I didn’t know how to use the computer to order and I said do you have sweets? She said yes we do let me help you and she help me place the order at the front desk. I didn’t have to use a computer. She’s amazing. I am so grateful I’m even borrowing my friend‘s phone and account because I couldn’t do it by myself

Workers were friendly and nice. Food, it's fast food, nothing to complain about. You have to use a code to get into the toilet, but I couldn't quite figure it out. The place was a little dirty but I guess it's central so has a lot of traffic coming through. Atmosphere, normal. Had some beggers ask for money inside whilst eating, and he told us to "vete a tomar por culo" what a friendly chap.

The place is very nice, the building is historical! 😍😍 the Queue is QUICK! the LOCATION is PERFECT!! i was craving Burger King’s fries 🍟 and i found the restaurant directly infront of my face. this junk food is tasty 🙃😀. the laborers service is good, especially one of them brought my takeaway food bag to my table! Although New Year’s eve and all celebrations .. queue is quick!! in rush hours. you can pay with cash or visa/credit , also the machine takes both you don’t have to wait. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 The weather is goooooood in winter. take your table outside 👌🏽 don’t miss the view, you’ll feel the history ❤️🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🙏🏽 BY THE WAY, two NEGATIVE things: 1) the ladies toilet WC 🚽 is very DIRTY. ❌❌❌ 2) the timing in GOOGLE MAPS is NOT CORRECT! ❌❌❌ Madrid 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸

Burger King never disappoint. There is always good promotions so I recommend downloading the app beforehand. Great location on the city center and from there you can connect to any place in the city. Recommend it for family and friends.

Local amplio , limpio, bien colocado y muy bonito, también cuenta con terraza exterior. El servicio es rápido. Cuenta con varios kioscos para pedir. La comida como en todos los Burger nada que destacar.

OMG - it was fantastic! I haven’t had Burger King in over 6 years since I was dx with celiac. They were all very knowledgeable about CC. The GF bun came pre-packaged and they got everything for my burger from a separate area and not the line. The fries were also made in a GF fryer! The only thing is I wish it was a little bit hotter when served. I took photos of the kiosk with all the options. My husband speaks Spanish and reviewed everything with the person at the counter. But again, they were very knowledgeable. Nothing like here in the States! Great option for gluten free!

Popped into BK, Granada for some ice cream. Ordered a chocolate sundae & a caramel sundae using the self order machines. Sat in the restaurant, which had air conditioning & cooled down further with our yummy ice creams!

Standard Burger King food with a few menu variations that you can't get in the states. It serves beer so that was cool to see when I studied abroad here. The location is great so it served as a meeting place where all of my fellow American students met before we went out. It was a good reminder of home and acted as a sort of comfort food whenever we got homesick.

Comida aceptable, aunque algo fría y con poca presentación. El servicio fue lento y parecía que el personal estaba desbordado. El local estaba medianamente limpio, pero el ambiente se notaba caótico. Podrían mejorar mucho la atención al cliente.

Chica como cualquier Burger King. Nadie va a comer aquí porque la comida sea buena sino porq es conveniente y muy céntrico. Les falla que la comida antes era barata y llevan unos años subiéndose a la parra pero en fin, no hay mucho que decir.

Hay un chico trabajando allí alto , delgado y moreno que debería dedicarse a otra cosa. Ayer al hacer el pedido en barra dije que con sirope de caramelo , se equivocó y su solución fue poner sirope de caramelo encima del chocolate ( el cual no me gusta). Pero todo el mundo se puede equivocar . Hoy antes de que me pusiese el sirope le comenté que por favor de caramelo. Cuando salgo ,otra vez chocolate . Entro a decírselo y me comenta que se lo debería haber dicho.Le contesto que lo he hecho . Con muy mala ostia tira el helado a la basura y me sirve otro el cual me entrega con la misma mala ostia. No todo el mundo sirve para estar cara al público. Lo único claro es que yo pido las cosas bien y pago por ellas y quiero lo que pago. Así que un lugar tachado de mi lista

Le doy una reseña porque no puedo dar menos. Viernes 26/12 Somos 15 con 5 niños. Local a las 10 más o menos a mitad de mesas. 3 adultos en barra y los demás en mesas. A mitad de tiempo aparece Rambo (seguridad). Y nos dice que si se ha terminado que nos llevantemos del taburete que están muy cotizados (palabras textuales). Debe ser que son de madera de ébano brasileño. El local medio vacío. Y los modales de Rambo dirigiéndose al cliente nefastos . Hacérselo mirar porque no es de recibo. Comida y educación al cliente deben ser esenciales y algo falla Y yo sé que es (Rambo). Un saludo

Telita con el de seguridad, fuimos unos amigos y yo y me echaron por acabarnos la comida y quedarnos un rato sentados siendo las 23:30 de la noche con el frío que hacía fuera, nos echaron solo a nosotros, después de la gente que había ahí dentro… patetico la verdad, tuve que decirle algo por el simple hecho de no entender el motivo. Pondré una hoja de reclamaciones a ver si así me echan tmb

Hicimos un pedido de hamburguesas por 16 € y fue un desastre total. Mi hamburguesa: pedí extra cebolla y lechuga, sin pepinillos, y llegó con cebolla mínima y muy fina, lechuga presente, y pepinos que no pedí, además de que la salsa que pedí no estaba. La hamburguesa de mi esposo: la pidió sin pepinillos, y llegó con pepinillos, totalmente incorrecta. No pudimos reclamar en el momento y, para colmo, ya no teníamos el ticket. Es inaceptable que un local falle en tanto detalle básico de un pedido pagado. No recomiendo este BK: no cumplen con lo que pides y el servicio deja mucho que desear. No es la primera vez, pero esta vez sí que se pasaron..tampoco dieron servilleta ni pajilla el equipo de ahí es horrible. encima pedí un Sandy que me lo dieron sucio lleno de Helado…y por falta de servilleta use el ticket … mal pero esto no quedará impune exijo una compensación.

Pues que no voy a volver más. He pedido un whopper que me voy a dejar a medias porque está completamente frío y me lo acabn de dar ahora mismo! Muy mal, siempre me pasa aquí, pero ahora aseguro que no volveré jamas ni yo ni mi familia

La comida está intoxicada; la mayoría que comimos pasamos una mala noche. Tardaron en servirnos y se equivocaron. Hemos tenido que ir a urgencias porque la intoxicación ha sido tan fuerte que no hemos podido parar de vomitar y hacer cólicos.

Ya al entrar huele a frito que tira para atrás, las actitud de las camareras pasotas al máximo, ni te informan de que tu pedido esta incompleto sabiéndolo de sobra ellas , ya que escuche como una de ellas decía que lo que había pagado no lo había y aun asi no me dijo nada al darme la bolsa con la comida...diría....cuando llegue al hotel, ya se dara cuenta..lo que pasa que me adelante y les dije que por lo menos podían avisar al cliente que un producto no iba y darle una solución pero me tuve que adelantar yo , ya que les escuche y uno ya tiene mucha calle. Aún asi ni lo recomiendo ni volvere por supuesto...un cuadro todo. El personal deja bastante que desear.

Es lamentable la falta de personal de este burguér King es día de Andalucía hay solo uno preparando y otra persona sola preparando pedidos atendiendo la caja y poniendo helados es una locura esto está a tope y los empleados no dan más de sí solo dos personas para un establecimiento en pleno centro se lo deberían hacer mirar los responsables es inconcebible

Had a terrible experience here. I was served undercooked chicken. I showed it to the employees. They tried to deny that it was raw but immediately threw it away when I showed them the pink juices oozing out in the middle. Then when I asked for a refund because I lost my appetite and didn’t want another sandwich, the woman with red curly hair yelled and argued with me because I had taken more than one bite. That’s how undercooked meat works…it’s fine on the outside and raw in the middle. She and the manager were extremely rude to someone who ate unsafe raw meat due to their carelessness. They did not apologize once and started to cuss at me. I left with the taste of raw chicken still in my mouth. I hope I don’t get sick from this. I would not recommend this Burger King.

they gave me raw food uncooked and when i took it back they didn’t apologize instead quickly threw out the food as evidence and tried not to refund me if it ended there i wouldn’t even write a review but they then verbally harassed me cussed at me and ushered me out MIND YOU THIS IS AFTER GIVING ME RAW CHICKEN IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH MONEY AND SANITY PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE they are rude unprofessional and unsanitary

Terrible service, food was below average. You can only imagine how bad my experience was given I’m going out of my way to write a review for Burger King. They would not let us finish our food and turned the lights off on us, amongst many things.

Burglars. They try to put you extra stuff in your bill. You ask a normal menu they put you "Gigant drink" (it's free refill), "Gigant potatos"...in all the menus .. The "Delícias Pollo" are terrible, see the photo, dry and small. The ice tea it's almost water!
