Love it!!! Always crowded in Mineola. Bacon Burger does not disappoint. Frosty delicious, ate it with a spoon, it's like having a scoop of ice cream. It's thick enough. Didn't have to buy it in the store. Salad fresh and tasty every time. Chili has too much juice, tell them to drain it. But, chilli is hot and yummy, you can have it on the side, or on your salad. For sure bang for your buck. Coupon offers means you can spend $5.31 for salad. Without coupons you can get burgers, fries, nuggets, drink for $4 or larger size for $5. Well worth stopping by. Especially, if you're in a hurry. Drive thru goes by quickly.

Polite and professional staff. Manager was customer focused when my online order didn't come to store correctly, he corrected it quickly and offered free upgrades.

The new Wendy's in Greenvale is a HUGE improvement over the previous building in the same not so convenient location. The drive thru is an improvement, but getting out onto Glen Cove Road can be a challenge now that it is not possible to cut thru TJ Max's parking lot. The inside dining is really fun and there are so many seating options. A pleasure to dine in.

the guy that was working on Friday night 10/26 was truly awesome. I think he was a manager closing up for the night. He just had this awesome energy about him. Approached every customer the same with smiles and a great big Hi. Even though they were closing up he still let us eat inside until we were done which was super kind of him. I don't live in the area, but if I did I would most certainly return here. That guy is making Wendy's as a brand look great!

The food was great. Fresh and prepared exactly how ordered. Service was awesome. Freestyle machine was stocked and very clean. This has been one of my best Wendy’s experience in a very long time.

They knocked down the Wendy's that was here for decades and built a new modern-looking building that is smaller and taller. They added a long desired for drive-thru. Inside is smaller now but who eats inside at Wendy's anyway. It's a million times nicer than it used to be. Seems like is closes earlier now but otherwise good.

This is a very clean and nice Wendy’s. They do not have a huge dining room but it’s never busy inside like the drive thru. Staff is friendly, food comes out fast, and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle soda fountain. Many of the seats in the dining room have power near them which can be helpful to some.

Really fresh breakfast! They had a $3 combo meal promotion going on for the sausage or bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and potato fries and they were both delicious and fresh!

Easy to see right off of Glenn Cove Road servicing Greenvale and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available for easy ordering. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Weekly food and drink specials. We will most likely be going back.

I arrived at Wendy's a few days ago at 8:30 p.m. and ordered decaffeinated coffee. But she said she didn't have any decaf coffee. I didn't complain on the spot and switched to soda, but I didn't feel good. If the coffee isn't in the pot, aren't the employees just supposed to make it again?

Super busy location especially drive through during lunch so try ordering ahead on their app and pick up inside, much faster. I’ve never had any issues with this Wendy’s location. Food is hot and order is correct.

I've had no problems with the food here. The parking gets pretty bad during peak times as the parking lot is small and on a bit of an incline. There have been times where the staff did get my order wrong but that's on the rare occasion. Overall pretty decent place.

I like Wendy's. But it's a fast food chain. Our server was slow and looked disinterested. I'm there for their cheap burgers and Frosty so unless you are openly rude I don't really care. Whenever you go to these places you just need to have the right expectations.

They need to fix the leak which has been going on for the past week now . Its ridiculous when ordering. You have to be careful of the water coming from the ceiling, floor is wet in front the registers, they can do better. Meanwhile , I love the apple pecan salad .

the burgers are thin and the cheese is literally the same size as the burger which is pretty wierd. definitely better quality than Burger King and McDonald so it's about a 3 star rating

The redesign is nice. I like the drive through option as that wasn't there previously. The food was tasted great. The cashier and people behind the counter however looked at me waiting there and still continued to have a conversation and crack up while I was attempting to place my order.

Majority of the Wendy’s I got to with a drive thru always gets my orders wrong. I’ll ask for a sandwich without tomatoes every single time or try to add something extra and every time I receive my order it has specifically what I asked them not to do. This is literally majority of the Wendy’s I’ve been too. However the food is fresh and good. They just don’t give enough sauces.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day. A woman working there came out from behind the counter, picked up garbage and wiped her nose with her hand, and then went back to working at the register. No gloves, touching food. My server was slow. Seven employees for one customer and food was not hot and took way too long. They all seemed miserable.

Was given the bottom of the pot cold coffee. How about a time limit on coffee like most other fast food outlets Staff did not care

Spicy chicken disappointed me here. It was hard and looked either previously cooked or overcooked. A very hot day yesterday and I was disappointed.

Not enough staff, napkins and ketchup were both empty. Tables were all dirty and the hamburger had a slightly funny smell. They also need to upgrade to the self serve drink machine like the other locations.

It was unprofessional because 2 ppl who had Noone at drive thru kept me waiting and didn't take my order I had to wait for another girl to rush whatever she had to stop doing to take my order when clearly those 2 girls with the headphones on their ears don't pay attention and all they focus on texting on their phones. Very unprofessional to be on your phones when customers are waiting

Henry was a rude cashier. He gave us an attitude the entire way through the order. When there was confusion he did not clarify anything and continued to give us an attitude. Will not return to this location.

I waited eight minutes to finally get my breakfast sandwiches with no cheese and and im Uber driver.... driving had a pickup when I looked at it my food they HAD cheese.... was nobody else on line or in the restaurant 8 MINS. TO THROW IN GARBAGE ALLERGIC TO CHEESE

Never been in a Wendy's so dirty and slow, asked for a drink , they didn't have it, asked for a sauce, didn't have it, asked for chili, they didn't have it, asked for chocolate frosty and guess what, they didn't have any....really? Need new personnel, someone responsible to take care of this Wendy's .

The guy at the counter literally didn't acknowledge us, and when he finally did he was very rude. There were 3 people ahead of us and it took 10 min to finally get our order taken. Also there were no side salads, my mother ordered a hamburger and got cheese

My husband and I just stopped by the Wendy’s at 18 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale, NY at about 11pm tonight. We had worked a long day and just wanted a fast, fresh, good meal. We walked in and immediately were struck by the dirty table, chipping paint, and overall dingy appearance. Regardless we placed an order and I asked where the restrooms were. I was directed around the corner. I walked over to the door, opened it, and walked right back out. I have never smelled a worse bathroom in my life. And that includes the bathrooms in the subway in the city. I should have walked out right then. I told my husband I would gladly hold it for the hour drive home than use that bathroom. But our food came so we chose the least despicable table and sat down to eat. The fries were not fresh or hot at all. The burgers tasted like they had been reheated. All of a sudden I take a bite and something pulls out of the burger with my bite and feels hard and weird. So I pull it out of my mouth and nearly vomit on the table as this long plastic netting type thing (pictured here) comes out of my mouth. My husband and I simultaneously picked up our trays, threw out everything, and walked out in disgust. I will never eat at Wendy’s again and someone needs to get down from corporate and find out what the hell is going on in that place. It’s despicable.

I came in today and was given the wrong order twice, whenever I come here they never fail to mess my order up. I ordered the barbecue burger and asked for mushrooms and bacon to be added. Instead I got the peppercorn mushroom burger and let the cashier know, instead of making me a new burger she tried to give me barbecue sauce to throw on it. I told her no because the two burgers were NOT the same. She remakes my burger only to find that she still put the wrong cheese on my burger. I typically let things like this go but it’s a common occurrence here, it’s annoying now.

I went to this Wendy's 10/23. The manager's name is Caesar. He refused to hand me part of my order and insisted I had not paid for it. I showed him on my phone through the mobile app the paid in bright green letters. Caesar continued to refuse to hand me my order in broken English. Caeser then smiled at me in a creepy manner and stated he would give me the remainder of my order for free "just for you". I spoke to Claudia Torres who called me to follow up. I discussed with her the steps this Wendy's needs to take in order to help their employee Caesar work with non-Hispanic and female customers and hand customers their orders. She disagreed and stated because she is Latina and has lived in Flushing she cannot be racist towards Asians. I educated Claudia on the case of Yu Yao and Carlos Salazar Cruz in Flushing, NY. After I explained the case to her Claudia Torres in no uncertain terms dismissed the events of the Yu Yao case. Claudia explicitly stated she felt the events were a nonissue. She then hung up on me. Do not go to this cesspool if you are Asian American.

HORRIBLE SERVICE… wish there was a zero star option today i Ordered the 2 for $6 sandwich and was about to pay with the person that was taking my order then the spanish guy taking drive thru orders came to up to tell the person taking my order in the front and told him don’t sell me the 2 for $6 sandwich i said why it’s CLEARLY up there 👆🏻 on the menu why aren’t you u selling it he said its after lunch time he doesn’t sell it i said its up there in your MENU u should honor it he insisted he did not want to sell it to me and i had to chose something else from the menu… What horrible service i have experienced if I didn’t have my hungry 3yr old I would of never bought anything at this Wendys and….I always buy online for pick up at anytime at this same location and for the same 2 for $6 sandwich and its always served I don’t know what was this guy problems he needs to get some CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP

The girl at the drive-through in the afternoon is a rude obnoxious brat. She should be pushing a broom or a mop. She has no business speaking to customers I would fire her yesterday.

Ordered the apple pecan salad, ended up throwing up 4 or 5 times and contracting a stomach virus. Not sure what happened but I don’t think anyone washed the lettuce and the chicken was not fresh. This was a very painful experience and I will never go here again

Rude employees really bad food! Got a single with cheese and it was over loaded with condiments And ZERO beef flavor and their NEW FRIES SUCK they compare them to McDonald's and I see why because McDonald fries suck too got a shake and asked for half vanilla and half chocolate and got a teaspoons worth of vanilla and it was 2pm and they weren't even busy. I don't know what happened to this chain but no Bueno for me.

Updated location but still the same terrible service. Make sure you get your order correct before you leave. I had to ask 3 times for the items they forgot from my order. And it has happened multiple times. Maybe inexperience or just plain don’t care. I suspect it’s the latter. Will update if things improve.

Unprofessional rude Ghetto employees. Constant use of explicit language despite kids and customers being around. Employees not dressed properly for their work environment. Restaurant not clean. Bathrooms smell as if something died. Would not recommend this restaurant. Thought I was in the hood and not a restaurant.

I went with my friend to get lunch before class and we each ordered a $6 biggie bag with a couple little substitutions. To be quite frank, the woman at the drive through was practically yelling at us through the intercom while we were asking for our food and, to my confusion, the order was over $16. Now, i got a small frosty so i didn’t say anything- maybe it was the tax, whatever, im just used to it being closer to 13-14 for two even with a frosty. Now, imagine my surprise when i open my food to eat once i can settle down and burger? check. fries? check. frosty? check. chicken? nope! Do people not get trained on what food goes into a biggie bag anymore? it’s a jr burger, jr fries, 4pc nuggets, and a drink. Sorry, but what an absolute waste and what genuinely rude and disrespectful service.

Terrible service, I ordered at the Drive thru at 12:30 was asked to wait 3 mins in the pick up spot. At 12:45 a worker came out to bring someone an order and I asked about mine. She asked me what was waiting for. Apparently they forgot about my order. When I finally got it, of course it was wrong. I had to hop back on line and had to create another order. Long story short, if you patronize this Wendy’s and Cesar is running the drive thru, make sure they don’t forget about your order and check the order before you leave.

0 stars. upcharged for EVERYTHING. ordered a combo meal, got upcharged for a larger drink (not requested, nor offered) and got charged for the side which we were told was included. we ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato (the girl asked "instead of fries? we said yes), they only gave us a potato and when i went back in to ask for sour cream and chives, as ordered, they charged me a dollar.... for what i had ordered and was already included in the price. nasty service, rude. not worth it.

The drive-through attendant was extremely rude and impatient while taking my order, even yelling at me today around 1pm. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I believe she may have previously worked at another Wendy’s location in Glen Cove. I’ve also noticed the reviews have been slipping lately, and after today, it’s easy to see why. The staff clearly needs better training and management oversight to restore the level of service customers expect.

I just left this establishment. The drive-through window ladies were extremely disgusting and rude. I checked my mobile order. They forgot to give me my hot spicy nuggets and when I told her she told me it was in the bag so I handed her the bag. She told me I must’ve taken everything out of the bag find you it’s myself and my little child in the car, the other drive-through ladies and proceeded to tell her in Spanish that she did forget to give me the nuggets so she went back and got the nuggets and threw them at me

Walking up to the restaurant I found the door broken and violently swinging in the wind. The thing nearly hit me walking in slamming behind me. I know I have seen frail old people go to Wendy's and out of fear that a older person may have to deal with that informed the staff. They kindly told me that the manager was using the bathroom and they would inform them. After words I heard them making fun of me for even caring in Spanish. I chose not to say anything due to them handling my food. I've had fast food restaurant make mistakes on my order here and there but it's been a while since I've had an experience that made me as uncomfortable as this one.

I got egnored for 7 mins ...am time Sunday morning ....all I wanted was a large coffee. Finally got service. Person/female could not speak English.....but wouldnt take my $50 bill & I didnt get a coffee. But Starbucks took my $50 bill with no problem. Wouldnt ever stop in a this Wendys again. Employees seemed they didnt have to be there. Owner should really consider new welcoming employees

My boyfriend went through the drive thru. Approx 10 mins ago. Told the person taking the order THREE times for the SAUCY BBQ NUGGS combo. Got home and the bad were plain nuggets. No soda. Blue cheese sauce. And on top of that the heavy set woman taking the cash and handing the food in the drive thru window was beyond NASTY. Should he have checked the order? Yes, however, he went for me and wouldn't know what to look for. Get better with the order taking AND the nasty attitude.
