They have a good variety of flavors and the prices are average, so they make up for the quality and service. They also constantly offer promotions, and I've found them to be friendly. The facilities are simple but cozy. I would recommend more variety in snacks or drink accompaniments.
They're tasty. Personally, I think the liquid could use a little more flavor, but the tapioca is delicious. However, unlike the downtown branch, the large ones are quite small, though the cups are very pretty. They're a bit over the top for something that's thrown away immediately.

I love the taro-flavored drink! It's one of the few places in Zacatecas that sells this flavor without the added sweetness. I don't like the typical taro drinks 😅, but they always prepare your food or drink to your liking. They have snacks available at the bar, and the place is ideal for taking photos on the chairs or with the wall decoration. You can pick up your drink, or you can take it to go. The delivery time is relatively short; everything is prepared fresh, and it's super delicious.
This is the first time I've tried this type of drink. The balls are a different sensation, though they don't really have any flavor; they just feel good to chew. There are some tastier frappes elsewhere.

They give you a straw that they themselves know won't rise the tapioca. That's the only reason I don't recommend it.
The cups spill everything and the straws are not suitable for tapioca.
I had left a 5-star rating, but one time I went with my mom, she ordered a marzipan tapioca, but when it was delivered to her, it had the pieces of plastic from the marzipan wrapper, they ground it up without opening it, along with the wrapper and that's how they gave it to us, what bad service and more because it can be a health risk.

The service couldn't be worse. It seems like they're doing you the favor of even looking at you, not to mention serving customers. I'm not looking for them to throw themselves at your feet, just decent service. Even at gas stations, they're more attentive.
