Laura is the best person here! Always so nice and friendly. Greats everyone with a smile. Half the time she’s alone, and she does a great job at it with multitasking. She’s always trying to keep the store clean and presentable. She makes my food and drinks to perfection. She deserves a raise or to even run this store! Fire everyone and hire more workers like Laura! She’s the best of the best!!!!! Other workers on the other hand are rude and nasty. Half the time the other workers don’t even wear gloves !!!! So nasty! I only come when Laura works.
This is the best dunkin!!! Laura is an absolute GEM!! Always so nice and friendly, always greets you with a beautiful smile :)) i go out of my way to come here, just cuz of her!! please keep her and make her manager, shes the only one who knows what shes doing! her coffee comes out perfect, and her store is always shiny and clean!
I had a really nice chat with the girl making my pickup order, really wish I would've gotten her name. She was so kind and personable, really made my day. Only issue is they left her all alone to do in store and pickup orders, which seems pretty rough. I've never been to this location before but I'd go back because of her!

I ordered Munchkins (7 for $3+tx), wasn't the freshest since they make there bakery items in the morning.. but it was a good snack to go..

Just stopped by here 3 days in a row for breakfast. They make good wake-up wraps, and they even include ketchup in the bag. I always ordered ahead on the app, and the orders were always on time. I only ever saw one employee making everything and helping pick up customers like me, and she was nice and attentive. The napkins/straws are always well stocked, and they put the morning news on the TV which is a nice touch. But I did also order iced coffee all 3 days and it always tasted bitter and sour. It was giving river water. I tried different flavors and less ice, but it never got better. Defeats the purpose of the $2 deal in the app, and the coffee in the morning is the most important part! I don’t feel good about going back if I can’t expect worthwhile drinks. I also agree with another commenter who said the jelly donuts are barely filled with any.

I ordered this refresher today as well as three other drinks for my co-workers. I started drinking the drink and realized WAY TOO LATE that there was a freaking COCK ROACH in my drink. This is DISGUSTING. I went to the store to complain. They did not solve this issue. This is unacceptable. They said they would refund my order only if I promised to not call department of health or put any complaint. That is unacceptable customer service. Spoke to two upper heads. One of the rudely hung up the phone on me after we couldn’t solve the issue. Be aware of where you purchase your morning coffee!!!! This is disgusting. Lady in the front was very nice with trying to offer me free food for a month or the new wicked munchkin tins. Managers did not allow it. Even told me it was just one time …. ONE TIME IS ENOUGH. CLEAN YOUR STORE
Customer service is pretty great when it comes to the male staff in the back. friendly every time I go, fast & efficient. Now the donuts are questionable. Bad quality I would say. Never seen donuts done like this ever with such poor filling yet charging full price. If you go to the west Hempstead one, The still serve REAL donuts A++ For example 👇↙️⬇️↘️👇 And I’m sure still looking for the jelly😔
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ location I have ever visited. The staff was extremely rude, and the cashier repeatedly attempted to cancel my order after I scanned my Dunkin’ app. I asked why this was happening, but received no explanation. He attempted to cancel the transaction three separate times before finally allowing it to go through. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially at a brand known for quick and courteous service. I truly hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers. I also asked the employer to toast my bagel bites and when I got to work it taste like he just took them out the fridge and put them in the bag.

I watched the cook used the same gloves to touch raw meat and cooked food. And when I asked if he knew he did that dirty stuff he goes "you don't like bacon". The whole place is dirty and I don't see how people can eat here
I walked out. Two elderly rude ladies. One was on the phone. The other was yelling at her. One made eye contact with me then proceeded to talk on the phone. I waited about 2 minutes then left. The gentleman ahead of me had left as I walked in. Now I know why.
Terrible customer service who ever is the owner making more money then the business. Only two employees on a busy day every day. Can’t hire more employees to give us great service. Can’t wait till there’s another Dunkin to compete with them on the same block cus this Dunkin ppl sucks new Owner should be replaced for sure or another Dunkin also the cooker on his phone and don’t pay no attention to what his doing
Terrible service!!! Takes about 20 mins to get service, and on top of that... after waiting, the little lady was rude when I gave a preference to how I wanted my food!!! She yelled and said I'm here by myself as though it was my fault!!! Having waited so long, I was extremely patient as well as understanding, so for that to happen was unacceptable, so I gave her an attitude right back!!! New staff is needed based on customers constantly walking out of that place with no order in hand!!!
This place is a mess. I never get my orders correctly when I order by Uber and it’s the drivers mistake because has been too many times that this has happened to me, plus sometimes they take too long to deliver. This location is the worse, I am tired of getting my orders wrong. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
The little woman behind the counter no accountability none! Told me to wait for a second because she had to give me a dollar, she didn't looked at me and kept asking me wait what what did you say? Kept explain to me how she was by herself and she's been working several hours when I never asked that question, chiku's me of saying that it was bad service or that I was upset about the service when all I said was okay and that was it. Never say anything's wrong about the service good or bad all I said was okay man I'll wait right here. You would think she would correct yourself and apologize and say sorry for her mistake right!? Of course not she's a woman and we live in the western American country with women don't have to be accountable for nothing that they say or do.
Go somewhere else. The one person working behind the counter is slow, clueless and has no idea what she’s doing. Tried to come on my lunch break and completely wasted it before walking out with no product. One person was in front of me, the store was otherwise empty. “Sorry guys” after waiting for an unacceptable period of time and then continuing not to provide service doesn’t cut it. Waste of time, waste of energy.

I’ve told them many times I order the same thing from there and it’s been 3 times I’ve been served whole milk instead of almond milk I have a really bad lactose problem. I waste my money every time I go there. If anyone is reading this do not go if you are lactose intolerant they don’t care about your health. I could’ve had an allergy, things could’ve ended up badly.

Worst service ever , staff was very rude, they have no clue about customer service. No restrooms whatsoever like every other DD in the Area Coffee sucks even the tables suck and dirty
