This is by FAR the best Dunkin. Everyone who works here is the nicest. They’ve almost captured that “local coffee shop” vibe because of how nice and comfortable all of the employees are.

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkins for chocolate glazed munchkins and this one has the BEST! Every munchkin was actually glazed. My spark’d energy was made perfectly. I wish I could go to this location whenever I want, but it’s out of my way.

Coming from a NYC girl, the coffee here is better than a lot of other Dunkin’s! I don’t usually like their regular coffee but it was so good here.

This dunkin has the best service staff. I will literally travel a few towns over just to come here. Everybody is nice, professional and super friendly. If anything ever happens with your order like a mistake or the machine messes up. they also make sure you are compensated with alternatives. That is extremely rare these days.

RE; experience with server here- “R;” R has a unique way of speaking with guests that makes her seem more like a friend than a server. Not only does that lead to an increase in her tips (I noticed many very large ones in the tip jar!...) , but it also leads to an increase in your total sales as well. The latter is important for us as we strive to help local top-notch restaurants recover from COVID-related depressed sales. In addition to working in the front of the restaurant, it appears that R has ample experience as a cross-trainee in the back/ remaining part. I’ve notice that she takes on responsibility for helping clean the restaurant at the end of her shift. This is important during our current COVID- crisis, and is also much appreciated by us, as patrons. I would be very happy to see her move on and advance in her career in the customer service industry, where I happen to work. Btw. The food was extremely fresh, and outstanding, esp the donut; coffee was hot and fresh as well...

Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family. The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can. My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.

This Dunkin is a very friendly location located in a prominent part of Hicksville. The staff here remember who you are and what your daily or weekly orders are. Many times I've seen customers come in, say nothing and only have to pay. The service here is excellent which is why many people are regulars here.

Stopped for ice cream, it was melting as it came out of the freezer and it was only in the low 70s yesterday. Makes me wonder if the refrigerators are in the same condition with milk going bad. Servers were friendly and attentive but a manager should definitely check temperature conditions for food safety purposes.

Employee doesn't listen what we are ordering. Always in donkin donut's problem I think so problem language they don't understand. Because ask many times again wrong order. I understand how is difficult language. They're nice people very kindly and after they say no problem we will change(replace it) order. I said it's ok I don't want to take their time. They got my order correct but the dissemination of the orders when they were ready was confusing and there were definitely some language barrier issues. The parking lot is NOT big enough for a drive thru. Good luck not getting into a fender bender. It's completely gridlocked. Great location for a DD but the property isn't big enough. One team member stood out. "Dennis" didn't ring us up but he had an infectious smile- in a sea of non-smiling workers in this place, he stood out as happy to be there. Good for him, I hope he keeps the happy outlook.

Good coffee. Okay food. Good service. My main gripe is that twice I have popped a tire in this parking lot. Staff needs to clean parking lot more often as debris falls from trucks that use the drive thru.

Easy to see right off of Old Country Road servicing Hicksville and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available for easy ordering. No public Restroom. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

***Store was newly renovated for first quarter of 2024, but almost everything else about this location is the same (service, etc). Also, floor mat near the counter was not fitting/placed properly, causing it to curl up at the corner, which can be a potential trip hazard for customers. The new floor center display with merchandise/products is placed too close to the pick-up counter and it has one side that protrudes out at the lower section (about shin/ankle height), which I almost tripped and fell over on. New store layout/design is good with an open and brighter look.*** Original/older review: Typical Dunkin coffee, donuts, etc. Service can vary. Like that this location is open 24/7 (restaurant/store closes after specific time, but the drive through is open 24/7). The traffic light to exit the lot can take very long to change and sometimes it never changes to green, even as traffic for the other sides changes. It's also a "No turn on red" light.

Great location however some of the employees don't even know how to say good morning and even when you order a head quite often the order is not ready when you get there. The new drive through menu is extremely bright , Almost Blinding !

I use to LOVE coming here. The women who worked here in the morning made my whole day start off well. This past 6 months there are many very young ppl working here with ZERO customer service care at all. Terrible. The make NO conversation have no personality it makes coming here feel flat.

I didn't really feel welcomed here. I ordered the Kiwi refresher 10/10, the chicken wrap 4/10, a dozen donuts, and a sourdough sandwich 4/10. All of my "hot" food was cold in the middle and one of my smoores donuts had no filling. This location needs improvement.

Too small of a lot for this type of store. The drive thru takes what feels like forever. Their delivery truck took up an entire row of parking spots. Probably not smart to accept deliveries during the day. The only redeeming factor was that my drink was made perfectly.

Been going here for a long time it's Dunkin' donuts what else can you ask for. Got a dozen bagels last week to bring to somebody's house with certain ones people wanted told them the donuts check the box everyone was wrong. A month ago the girl handed me a cup of coffee at the drive-thru the lid wasn't on spilled all inside my car and all my leg thank God I didn't I didn't get burned that bad.

Miss my order every single time... Simple caramel latte. Last sunday they missed it and caught it in the drive through, they remade it after a push back... Today again I sked before leaving they said it had caramel.... Get home... It doesn't.... I don't get it... One order and placed in the app to avoid errors.

I love paying for a large iced coffee that’s all ice.

So extremely upset at this store. Came in to pick up a dozen #5 donuts for my daughter’s birthday celebration and find out they don’t have nor make it. Mind you, I called on Tuesday evening to place the order with a man that assured me they did and would have it and would call if there was a problem. The girl that told me they didn’t have it was very kind and apologetic and even offered half a dozen regular donuts but my daughter was looking forward to her #5 shaped donuts. Never coming here again. So disappointed! My daughter is devastes too!

I am here couple of time at night as it is 24 hour drive through. Every time i had really bad experience. And today as of jan 2, 2022 around 10.40 est. the server/ attendant showed extremely rude behavior, first he denied at all he don’t have anything. And when tried to order as app order he behaved like he just want to get rid of all customers. Dunkin’ s should look into this place really urgent.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came here to eat and have since been diagnosed with hepatitis A and mono after eating here and this was the only thing I had eaten all day. I literally had to be hospitalized for 4 days due to my severe symptoms. I am now dealing with a plethora of health issues since this diagnosis and it is completely ruining my life. whatever you do, STAY AWAY!!!!! unless you want your health to decline significantly.

Terrible drive through experience. New employees should not be allowed to take orders, I’m pretty sure the employee I spoke to was partially deaf. We told him the same order 2 times in the drive through, he got it wrong. Then we went inside to finally get the right drinks and not get a refund for the drinks that we were charged for originally.

My unsweetened tea had coffee in it so I had to throw it out. I ordered on the app and the drive thru machine was busted so it took forever. Bad experience.

I just got home from the drive through and am so annoyed. I ordered iced coffee milk 2 sugars there was no sugar and coffee taste old. Strawberry frosted donut tasted stale. Chocolate glazed donut looks like someone already started eating it. Glazed stick was about the only thing ok. I have tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. They don't even deserve the 1 star

The girl at the counter didn't even look at me but sized my wife up with such an attitude on her face as she mumbled, "can I help you". Got a cold "hot" sandwich that I had to give back and have reheated. My wife sat and ate there and all the while I just watched this cashier "interact" with other people and it was the worst. The drive thru need fixing..waiting 10 minutes or more in a drive thru is crazy. The service overall significantly slow and management need to pay attention to that aspect part of the business. PS I encounter this type of service for my past 10 visit and this is my last.

He told me I parked too far away to hand me my drink and his employees were rude over the intercom for ordering.

This place is disgusting. There is always some ridiculous line in the morning in the drive thru that never moves. The workers are extremely slow. Several cars wait for over 15 mins then just end up leaving the line. Pathetic, they need to get it together.

I'll start off by saying that our family have been loyal to this location for many years. The women there are pretty awesome. My wife and I go every single night and order the same four drinks sometimes with donuts $14-$20 later. I Just left this location @7:50pm and will never return. Younger man at window with glasses knows our order as he's there from time to time at this hour 7:50pm. He started by saying how can I help you and as soon as I mentioned the 1st drink that I know he recognized "a small iced coffee with 7 cream and 8 liquid pumps of sugar"suddenly huffed and puff and said wait a minute. This is the same individual I've thanked over and over and was never acknowledged. The owner should take action as you've just lost $420 of our hard earned money monthly or $5040 year..

This place doesn't even deserve a single star for the night service. The day staff is amazing. I frequently visit the drive thru , the man always screams and has no sense of decency. The coffee taste like hot boiled water, food is barely cooked the way I'd like and anytime I ask for ketchup that man has a nasty attitude for some reason. the member was ' Mohammed ' as per my receipt. I have complained multiple time about this staff member. It seems Dunkin doesn't care, so this is it for me. The exoevtations upholded by the day staff are completely ruined by this nasty service of the night staff. Very disappointed. And am never coming back.

Spent over $100 for my team breakfast ,donuts ,coffe and i did not get any cream or milk for the coffee came back just to see if they will just give me some creamer or milk and told me they always put it in every order they ask for a receipt wish i dint have and before I could get any words out the lady walked away not even offering to sell me anything and i was willing to pay but i was completely ignored very unprofessional will never come back

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The store is supposed to close at 10 PM, but I arrived at 9 PM and was told it was already closed. One of the employees was on the phone and completely ignored the customers. I will never return to this location.

$16.53 for a large iced coffee with 3 extra shots of espresso. I called it to their attention and they assured me that was the right price and everyone had been under charging me in the past. 7 months I had coffee here twice a week but never again.
