I come to this Starbucks almost every morning and im never displeased. Michael and Steve are the best!! honestly all the baristas are amazing and they work tirelessly all day to make sure customers are happy. THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST STARBUCKS AROUND!
I never have a problem when I come here and get my coffee. The service is wonderful and the coffee is always hot and fresh.

So today I decided to try this location I already had a terrible day and the boys Seth that works at the drive-through was incredibly happy respectful and overall amazing employee he turned my day from a crappy day into a very good day And all he did was take my water for my drink I will definitely be coming to this location again!! Always get my Coffe from them every since they opened up since I work near by. They’re always polite. The people working there have great customer service even if they’re busy. Oh and of course Coffe is always great!
The person on DTO was really lively you could tell they were making the most out of their work day and trying to put a smile on the customers face! There was a considerable line of cars in the drive through but the wait was short by comparison. Drink tasted great the cold brew wasn't watery and it seemed like they actually tried to make sure the white mocha was swirled into it instead of just sitting on the bottom and that little effort goes a long way. From another partners perspective I love this store just from visiting once!
my absolute favorite starbucks to visit! Seth, the store manager, is an absolute pleasure and getting to see him for my coffee runs always makes my day. he and his team always go above and beyond to make every visit a memorable one. :)
Friendly staff and good coffee
How can you go wrong with their coffee or moca or anything. The best thing about this location is drive through...i dont need to go inside, i would just through the drive through and get my moca latte...they have many other flavors of coffe, chai(tea) and nice cold drinks. Workers at this location are super nice and friendly. Wait time really matters, during rush hours you might have to wait few minutes to get your order, avg wait time i would say is around 5 minutes.
Cool & Chill atmosphere too sit, sip & chat! The staff works hard to make sure your order is right! Parking can be TIGHT... all depends when you visit!

Great spot near the mall, and close to many offices. The service is always quick, friendly and accurate. I like to stop at this location for breakfast or a lunch break. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Would recommend especially to use the drive through
I have only been to this Starbucks twice and it is one of my favorites!! The first time I went there the gentleman making drink was so nice and attentive to me as I was waiting by the counter. When I went this morning, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and had to ask for clean tongs when they cook the sandwich because I have an allergy. The lady taking my order asked me of my allergy and ensured me that they will take extra measures to make sure there is no cross contamination. I used to work at Starbucks, and I have to say this one is even better than the previous two stores I used to work at.

First time going to this Starbucks location and it was a very pleasant experience. Jocelyn the barista who took my order was very welcoming and very friendly. She made the whole experience a lot more memorable and this might become my favorite Starbucks around with the customer service and the atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend especially the drink the barista serviced me.
George this morning in the drive thru brightened up my stressful morning. Even in this rain for someone to keep such positive energy and a fun vibe… that’s SERVICE. George definitely deserves a shout out and some recognition for his service and positivity. Keep up the good work
Eli, She was very enthusiastic from beginning of transaction to the end of process. Especially, being late at night, 8:30pm, she was very approachable and friendly while we figured out our drinks. Even after transaction was processed, we wanted to change the size of an order. She did not hesitate to fix that for us.
I am a frequent flyer at this starbucks and usually come a few times a week around 6am. The morning crew is FANTASTIC and always so joyful and cheery in the mornings. It honestly makes my day a little better when I visit their location in the mornings because of their positive attitudes— maybe that’s why I frequent it often. I wish there was a way to better “shout out” this morning crew— but this review will suffice for now.
I have always loved Starbucks! This was my scenario today: it’s 5:45 pm on Saturday and their drive-thru is BUSYBUSY. I decided I’m in a rush so I’ll go inside, it may be slightly faster? There was no line inside and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The woman took my order & to my surprise, my order was ready right after I paid. This was my best experience at Starbucks and I think this specific location needs praise! They work hard and efficiently which I appreciate THANK YOU!
So me and my Hubby come here every afternoon/evening & the staff have always been kind & accommodating 😉. They always get our Cappuccinos On POINT👍 ❤️❤️ all of them kids! Never a nasty 🤢 face and always a smile 😊 at least to us they do! We stay for awhile so they treat us like regulars and I must say I really really appreciate that ! Keep up the great work!
This location understands service and the Starbucks experience as intended. As an ex-partner and someone who does his work/studying in a cafe, I can honestly say this location is my “third place” and have never felt less than welcomed and acknowledged: - Service is quick - Orders are accurate - Partners are upbeat, personable, but professional Keep up the great work!!
Great store. Excellent service. Prices are the same as any other Starbucks - really depends on what you get and how much of it. The store is a nice sit in store to work, catch up with some friends, hang out, etc. There’s a drive thru option available too. Parking is available right there, so no need to look for parking.
I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, usually through the drive-thru and I’ve always had a positive experience. I’ve also been in the middle of a pay it forward which was such a cool way to start the day. Everyone here is very friendly and efficient! My drink is always made to perfection.
Love going to Starbucks actually preferred here more than douncan dounuts. I love how they take their time and make the drinks also very nice customer service very helpful. Also made me a baby drink whice had just milk and whipped cream he loved it...also all of our drinks was made perfect would definitely recommend comming here if you are in this location. Update 2022 Updated drinks I love matcha green tea frappe with coconut milk and sugar free syrup topped with whip cream let me tell you this is fire for those who can’t have much sugar it’s still slightly sweet but an awesome choice for a blended drink I also love their cold sweet foam like how do they come up with all of these varieties of drinks and different styles and combinations like wow amazing and most of the drinks are pretty good I have tried some that were ok but I guess different people with different taste buds would like it much better but love it here also love their chicken caprse sandwich it’s my next favorite thing here

I think that was the name had the coffee ready for him before I went to pay cause he heard the order lol Excellent customer service!!! Hands down!! Place is super clean!!! But the music kinda to loud for u to have a conversation tho!!!
I would love to give 5 stars to the Supervising Barista Tyran! His speed, skills, attention to detail and precision are remarkable. The drive thru was immensely backed up because he is truly the best in there and can’t manage the entire load alone. Hopefully others will take notes on his skills! Request for TYRAN to make your beverages.
I move quite often and travel alot, and starting over in a new city can be overwhelming and lonesome. However, no matter which Starbucks Ive walked through, from the Middle East to the Caribbean, it feels familiar--a safe space and assurance that everything will be ok. I will say that at this particular Starbucks, I have felt like Im at home. Every barista Ive interacted with is quick to instantly make me feel seen and easy to share a laugh with. I have all the best equipment to make a really good coffee at home-its definitely cheaper for me to do so. Honestly, the only reason I keep walking through that door are the partners at this location. From the first day I walked in two months ago their hospitality has been a blessing in my life and a reassurance I did the right thing in relocating to this area from 1200 miles away. Whatever is their source of collective joy, I wish could be packaged and given. Keep up the amazing work you do and know it makes a difference!
i have been coming to this starbucks since 2022, and it is my favorite! these recent negative reviews calling out the "girls" or "young ladies" are so odd. every time i come in, the baristas are always kind to me and trying their best.
Okay im not one to do this but I saw that Erika Montes wrote a review which I figured she would. I was a customer who viewed the interaction with her and the barista. The way she spoke to the barista was totally disgusting and rude. Yeah they greeted a dog at the window but they went back to their jobs. She's upset at a policy that the employees have no say over, and is upset that they seem to be enjoying their job, which can be very stressful at times. Sometimes all you need is to be kind and ask, and chances are they will immediately give you what you were waiting on. And by the way they are making your food/drink so why would you ever be rude to them. I hope you get over whatever is making you miserable and treat others with kindness. These workers are so kind and hardworking, it's a shame they have to deal with customers like you Erika.
I just gotta say, this Starbucks never misses! Every time I go to a different one, I get nervous because I never know how my drink's going to taste — and honestly, I've had to throw some away before. 😅 But this location? Always on point, every single time! The staff here is the sweetest. I know most of them by name now — it honestly feels like I've known them forever. Huge shoutout to Zartaj for making my drink today! She doesn't know it, but she totally made my whole day just with that one drink. 🥰 And seriously, Jordan, Krista, Nirian, and Zartaj — y'all are amazing. First time in Starbucks in years… the staff was amazing and really patient. Luckily it wasn’t too busy but she didn’t rush me and was considerate of my allergies.
They are an awesome crew ALL SHIFTS! They are very special to me. Sometimes, i see them overworked & probably underpaid. They deserve so so much more and to be reconized and appreciated because they all are HARD workers, caring & super friendly. Now the new people are going to take some time to get used to, especially the rude ones😟
They made my drink great but took so long I came 5 minutes after my pick up time and it still wasn’t ready. Need to hired more staff.
Very friendly baristas at this Starbucks! Also 2 large tables for groups of 4 to 6 people at a time, as well as smaller tables available. The bathrooms were just ok - the floors are industrial concrete so there's a coldness factor I am not fond of, but there was toilet paper, soap and a working hand dryer, so points for that! Overall NICE.
This starbucks was built entirely to be a starbucks. Has a great open big inner space and a nice outside space as well. Plenty of parking, entirely isolated from mall and all the other shops around here. Has a drive through as well. When I went there the staff seemed newish, but did the order just fine. Place was clean and hip and enjoyable to be in.
This is definitely one of the better stores; it’s open plan, spacious with plenty of seating, and very clean. A special shout out to Stephanie for turning great service into excellent service with her smile and her fantastic attitude, it’s usually the little things that make the biggest differences.
Girl at drive thru was rude and ignorant regarding menu. My order was great, thanks to the team. Was ordering the citrus mint drink for my cold, the person in drive thru kept asking me to repeat my order, another team member stepped in to stop the madness. My drinks were spot on, no thanks to the girl in the driveway thru window.
The staff is good with their service, however the drive-thru street needs to be cleared of debris and refuse. I only use the drive-thru there, and to see such unkempt conditions is quite a turn off.
Asked for a white hot chocolate and they gave me a chocolate hot chocolate. Called manager emily and they gave me a credit. Tonight I told them I have a credit for a white hot chocolate and they give me a white mocha....Do not leave the drive thru until you check your entire order. They always mess up..
Staff is way too focused on drive-thru orders and not inside the store. I counted at least 5 people working here and barely attending to the in store customers. Half an hour for one drink isn’t good.
Every time I come here they’re out of the jalepeno chicken pocket. I mentioned it to the cashier that maybe they can order more and she responded with “we try but we run out fast.” This is the third time I’ve been to this location and they were out. I wasn’t even accommodated for them not having the food item in stock.
The Amazing Starbucks is open now!!! With Drive Thru! Up-date 11.9.17. Initially I gave this Starbucks 5stars because I was so excited to see it building for 6months and see it first day have my coffee it smelled, looked & felt my dream come true have star bucks next to my house... it deserved 5 stars then, but for the last 6months I’m buys my coffee here and I am very disappointed. Yes. I feel sorry saying this but it’s true. I DRINK MY COFFEE BLACK and I’ve traveled around the world and east to west by road in States “my coffee my star bucks” was always the same and I loved it. But this location surprisingly has no consistency it is weird for a Star bucks. 7 out of 10 I get different taste in my coffee. One day they didn’t have blonde I guess and they put water in some pike tasted like leftover tea from last night... hey this is not right. I DRINK IT BLACK DON’T MESS WITH MY COFFEE! So I am taking 2 stars Back for no consistency. Fair? Other than that all Lov3 ;)
This is my local Starbucks and i go 3-5x WEEKLY! Great friendly staff clean environment but these past 2 weeks ive been extremely disappointed in my drinks…. I get the same thing every time so i definitely know when something off with the flavor, on top of that my drinks have not been getting all the way filled up. I try not to complain bcs i get they might be busy and rushing or maybe training new hires but i pay $9 for my drinks to not be filled to the top or to taste bad.
Busy busy! But those girls are hard at work! I really appreciate their hard work! I’ve noticed in the past few months how more pleasant everyone is now since getting new management! The atmosphere has indeed changed and I’m glad to see it!
Normally Id be giving 5 stars, but the past couple months, every time I order I can taste the overextraction of the espresso, but its weak at the same time, and they also havent been putting the regular 6 pumps of flavor in. I dont know whats going on lately but Im pretty much done going here. $7 is too much to spend on coffee that is now continuously made wrong. The iced white mocha at this location no longer tastes the way it should. It tastes like weak, mildly sweet smoke. Something has gone wrong at this location. Im thinking their espresso machines might need to be serviced. Theres no reason espresso should come out tasting burnt. That means either the barista doesnt know how to pull shots, or the machines are not extracting properly and need some adjustments and/or cleaning. If not for this, it would be 5 stars. Im only writing this review in hopes they will see it and look into it. Ive been drinking the same drink for a few years, so I know what its supoosed to taste like. I make drinks at home for work and have been having to add more coffee and white chocolate to get the flavor anywhere near right. And it only works because I use the same white chocolate Starbucks uses as well as Starbucks pods in my Virtuo machine. But when I do that, it turns my already expensive $7 coffee into a outrageously expensive $10 cup of coffee. Thats simply too much money and effort for a cup of coffee that I bought specifically to be able to just sit down and just enjoy it. Its pointless of I have to put more money into it and basically make my own coffee. I might as well just make my own coffee at home. Come Seagoville Starbucks. Get your equipment looked at and get the recipes back in order.
Never fails with the Starbucks either the employees are too lazy or truly out of menu items but yesterday I ordered a Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher today they Hispanic young lady stated they’re no longer making them ok summers not over so why are they on the menu? Which I asked they didn’t like that so they gave me my order of sandwiches cold and my topping for my Frappuccino with 🤷🏻♂️I didn’t ask for Oreos
Idk who taught these guys to make a sandwich, but this ain't it. One side on the bread is rock hard, dry, cut your gums up, type bread. The other side is saturated in pesto and has soggy bread. My suggestion to Starbucks is to at least spread out the toppings and make sure your stock is fresh. I'm glad I didn't tip too high cause I would have gotten back on the road and not come back to dispute this terrible sandwich. It's too expensive to have been this messed up. I'm dissatisfied.
Walked in at around 12:20pm. The order taker was finishing up the previous order, then began restocking the shelves and did not verbally acknowledge me. Ok, then walked in order taker no 2 (gal) did the same thing. So I looked at the girl and placed my order without being asked and the guy says you can get that. Another few seconds of stale air, then the gal says we're restocking. (Really, I figured that out 3 minutes ago). She now proceeds to ring me up. I understand people have to restock. There are two people one should stock and the other assist the customer. Not good customer service as you might have already deduced. Adding that the work area near the pick up where most of the flavored liquids are kept has such a foul odor that it would make most Starbuckers about face. Hope this was a helpful review.
I ordered through a drive thru. I had a vanilla chai tea latte with coconut milk and my friend had a caramel frap. They seemed disorganized and were not sure of my order was correct. It was too sweet and I'm not sure about the milk, but it tasted odd. I am not so confident of driving through and be on my way at this Starbucks location again.
Ordered a coffee that didn't have a secure lid, so it spilled all over my clothes leaving a coffee stain on them. They made a new one for me, but no acknowledgement at all that they didn't prepare it properly even after I told them about the lid. Thankfully, I wasn't burned.
The food is good and in time of course but what irritates me is the website point system. they use my points when I'm saving up even when I don't want them to and they blame some "cooperation" but I was once informed BY A EMPLOYEE that the points go directly to them in the store system. So it really angers me that they do this and only make up excuses that they have nothing to do with it.

On Friday 09/5 . I came around 6am and I seen a man with a white beat up pick up truck yell profanities at cars and the little girl outside . I will be filing another complaint about that man. cause he shouldn’t be around that store and those little girls anymore. The little girl said he was a regular. My wife told me to make sure management heard this! Sweetest workers there.
The drive thru attendant might have served us well before she got her coffee this morning. She definitely seemed annoyed that we ordered coffee and came thru the drive thru to get it.
Get the bunch of immature kids out of this place. Got to the drive thru at 6:05, 4 cars waiting on line behind me. 6:15 comes around and still waiting on line. All the kids working there come strolling out and walk to their cars not acknowledging anyone on the drive thru line. They all pulled away and didn't say a word to anyone. Mind you they are supposed to be open till 8:00. Fire these kids and hire people who actually have manners and don’t leave work early.
Focus on making drinks for drive up only. They have a sign to asks for your drink for security but, none of the 6 employees are available to ask because they all are making drink for drive up and no one acknowledges your presence.
I got charged 7 extra dollars. I didnt know until I saw my bank statements and my drink was only $6.45. ASK for the receipt bc this isn’t the first time. This happened to my cousin too.
The worst! I placed a mobile order for a tall java chip frap at 12:01pm and I when I got there 15 min later it was still not ready. I got my drink 19 minutes later! 12:20pm! Unacceptable!!! NEVER coming here again!!!
Drive thru experience is always very slow. I live in the area but always try to avoid this location due to very slow service from drive thru as compared to other Starbucks drive thru locations.

Horrible Experience! I usually dig on this place because it’s the only drive through in town. But when I come home to find out my tea is all kinds of messed up . IM TIGHT ! Barista handing me three drinks in a tray while visibly seeing the drink tray was defective, but still handing it to me causing my drink to spill all over my car and myself. Baristas reaction was omg! Closed the window and turned her back back towards me and didn’t ask me to remake the drink for about 4 minutes I sat there in the drive through waiting for an employee to acknowledge me and what just happened. Until another employee ask me what was wrong and remade my drink. This was not handle professionally by the drive through employee. Very unsatisfied.
The drink is Very disappointed, not taste, so water. Wait 5 min. No one told me that my drink was ready.

Today my friend accidentally ordered a hot drink when she wanted a cold one. When my friend asked if it was possible to get a cold drink the worker with the pink hair said sure but that was after she gave her the accidental hot drink. So, my friend had a hot drink and then they gave her a cold one for free. The worker asked my friend to throw the hot one away. Normally, the worker has allowed the costumer to keep both drinks as there is no point in wasting and throwing the other one away. The worker was very rude, rolled her eyes, and had very poor costumer service skills
Their nitro cold brew doesn’t taste right. I get a nitro every morning and sometimes from different Starbucks, this Starbucks in particular tastes the worst. I don’t know if they aren’t cleaning their nitro keg or if they cut the nitro with the regular cold brew.
The slowest crappiest Starbucks in Nassau county, Hands down. The drive thru takes a minimum of twenty minutes for a cup of coffee
It is 15 degrees outside. I went to Starbucks in Hicksville. I asked for the restrooms with very good manners. A young man said . are you going to buy something. I said no sorry. And he said The restrooms is only for customers. I hope his grandma has the same situation one day. Unbelievable!!!!
The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an online order of food and drink, i ask my boyfriend to go in for me and they tell him someone must’ve taken my order and so they give him the food order but refuse to make him another drink because “I already picked it up” threatening him saying they will look at the cameras and make sure someone picked up the order, the drink wasn’t even 5 $, I didn’t understand why they had to make such an issue out of it.
Worst staff I've ever seen in my life. Waited on the damn drive thru like for 10 mins rushing to work. I asked for 4 ristretto shots and they gave me regular shots.. I also asked for light soy milk and there was just no soy milk. And when I received my drink all the ice was melted and it was watered down. Never again, I wanted to throw my drink at the building.
I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte. I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I got my drink there was no caramel and the order was completely wrong. I will not be going to that Starbucks anymore this is the 3rd time something like this has happened.
What an horrible experience! I used to come every day since the first day they opened, and suddenly last Sunday, the unthinkable happened. I order 3 drinks through the drivethrough, and when I get to the window, I asked to add a muffin as I forgot to order it. The answer was: no sir, we can't do that, you will have to get in line again with your car. I was like: what? I just need to add a muffin to my order. And the same answer was given. No drivethrough that I go to, ever did that. If you forget something, they simply add it to your order. It's just a ridiculous rule! You spend $18 for 3 little drinks at Starbucks, which for some people it can represent a whole day pay, and then, this is the stupid and senseless treatment you get. Way to go Starbucks, you are giving reasons to people to just hate you. This is what the small Pa and Ma coffee shop would have never done to a long standing customer or to any customer whatsoever. Instead, you let corporate non sense drag you to the bottom all meanwhile keeping and increasing your price tags. Booooo!
The staff is completely rude and I am so not satisfied with them. They comply messed up my Drink and the "supervisor" gave me such a nasty attitude when I returned back to the store and stated that my drink was terrible. I asked to speak to a manager and the store managers name and she stated she wasnt allowed go give that information to me. I am absolutely disgusted with my level of serviced I recieved. Go to the one is Westbury it's way better.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I went today Sept 6 at around 3:12pm and there was an actual BOOGER in the drink. The female manager who picked up the phone was entirely unhelpful, laughed at me, said she never heard of anything like this before, offered zero apologies, and then told me to "have a nice day" before promptly ending the call. Oh, and she said she conveniently wouldn't be able to process a refund UNLESS I personally came in. Guess that's on me for being nice to these people. These employees are sick, irresponsible, and vile. I called corporate to leave a complaint for this location since the manager apparently doesn't want to do her own job.
I will never come back to this store. The woman on the drive thru took our original order and all of a sudden just said “so you just want two coffees right?” Like she didn’t even hear us. We ordered again, pulled up, paid and was given our order and they were both wrong. When I said something she told me one was not wrong and the other was and we’d have to pay for the difference to add what was missing. When I asked why I had to pay for a mistake that was made twice I was told “that’s just the way it is. Thank Starbucks”. When the coffee was handed back she asked me if I had any other problems or was it finally good and I said I will never be back to which she replied with something snotty not even worth remembering. Absolutely a joke for $12 for coffee. I will never be back.
Stopped by here one morning and the coffee has a urine like undertone. Never had a coffee I paid for taste worse than the one from my machine at home. Girls working at the register were giggling to themselves. The breakfast item I paid for was still frozen solid on the inside, too bad I didn’t realize until I was already at my destination. The water used at this location tastes off as well.
I usually don’t complain about places because i work in fast food aswell, but when i was in the drive thru, i asked the girl a question about a drink and she legit respond in a way like if i am acting dumb, she could’ve be nicer because it was a simple question, she was rude. on top of that i gave my little sister her pink drink and at the bottom of the drink, with the strawberries we got a piece of plastic.
Drive through line was long as always so went inside to grab my coffee. It was one espresso shot and oatmilk. It took 15 mins and 2 people behind me got their orders first and the drive through line of about 10 customers also got served first. I’m not one to complain but please learn to prioritize in the order you receive.
Been here at least 6 times. Service is always slow. They use way more ice in their cold drinks than any other Starbucks I've ever been to. Make sure you watch them because they will take advantage of you.
Very crowded Starbucks that has time and again made drinks incorrectly. The older gentleman at this location is quite pleasant, perhaps he is trying to make up for his female coworker with the pink hair being so rude and snobby. I will no longer visit this location, if I ever go to another Starbucks at all due to this behavior
I ordered hot chocolate without milk and I got it with whipped cream… when I showed the cashier she told me in a rude manner “ We can’t make without milk” I said why didn’t you tell me when I ordered because I just had it in Starbucks Battery Park few days ago and she responded me “I didn’t hear you said without milk” @managers of this store kindly train your employees properly… it happened Feb 10,2024 at 8:03pm .
I’m really disappointed with how Starbucks handles gift cards that aren’t linked to a Starbucks account. My daughter received a gift card for $100 from her aunt for her birthday and was excited to use it throughout the summer. We used giftcard only once. When I went to use it again, the remaining balance had vanished. After contacting customer service, I was told they couldn’t help me because the card wasn’t registered to an account. This feels like theft. The money was loaded and spent only partially, yet there’s no way to trace or recover the remaining balance unless I had linked the card in advance. It’s unfair and completely lacks transparency. If you receive a Starbucks gift card, register it right away—otherwise, your money might just disappear, and Starbucks will deny responsibility. I expect more from a company this large. Very disappointing and disgusting behavior
Very poor service and disappointing experience We always come to this Starbucks with our family to enjoy a nice moment together. We always order the same drink, but this time it had no sugar at all and tasted completely bland. We kindly told the staff that it didn’t taste the same and that they had forgotten to add sugar. Although they agreed to replace it, they did it with a bad attitude and were very rude about it. To make things worse, the new drink they gave us was exactly the same—flavorless and without sugar. We felt mistreated and very disappointed. What used to be a pleasant family outing turned into a frustrating experience. We hope they improve their customer service and pay more attention to the details in orders.
As soon as I walked in to the store I noticed the manager with a disgusted look on his face. Not well mannered. He needs customer service classes asap. The staff is unfriendly as well. I knew he was the manager after my coworkers explained to me what occurred while we were ordering. Me and my coworkers went in to order coffee and a few went to the bathroom. They refused to let them in the bathroom if they didn't order anything. Their policy is if you come in a group anyone can use the bathroom. We ordered five coffees and they did not let them use the bathroom because they were black. They explained they were with the group ordering the coffees twice and the woman still refused to let them use the bathroom. We went back to let the manager know what had occurred and he told us "That's why".
If you wanna wait til the next day for your coffee, this is the place to go. The drive thru takes about 5mins per person in the window, and the mobile order ahead isn’t any faster. Staff seemed lazy and didn’t have a sense of urgency or care that people are waiting. There’s another Starbucks less than a mile away down the same road in Jericho, way better service.
I came to pick up online order my order wasn’t ready there .l was repeatedly told it a not ready yet it s not ready.
Ordered an impossible sandwich, received egg & pesto. Ordered additional food items separately and requested that they weren’t warmed and kept in the packaging (to have for the next day, if that really needs to be explained). The cashier had to ask permission if ordering food items and not warming them was allowed. She said they could do it. They *still* warmed up the food items. The pre-written notes on cups and bags is forced, and is a waste of time for the staff; don’t make them do it. Starting to hate this store and Starbucks in general.
My mobil order takes about 20 minutes to start or load anything it’s very slow and not working properly.

I order light ice every time - most Starbucks are great, honor the order, and make it as-requested. This Starbucks, apparently, does NOT honor the light ice request. This has happened here SEVERAL times, and I’m sick of paying nearly $7 for half a cup of ice. Never returning to this location.
I used to just let it go, but today it happened again, and I’m honestly furious. Every time I order a Pink Drink at this location, it tastes terrible — nothing like a real Pink Drink. I don’t know what’s wrong, but they’re clearly not making it properly. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks around here. This keeps happening, and today was the last straw. I truly don’t understand why this keeps happening — it’s absolutely unacceptable.
I had to use the restroom. I have a disability. An internal, physical disability. I do not have a large intestines. I had to urgently use the restroom. I'm only an undergraduate in college and I am low on funds. Haven't received my next paycheck yet and I was denied my disability. Extremely disappointed with their policies. I used to work at a Starbucks shop in Merrick. I have never ONCE denied anyone's disability because I know how that feels like. I understand that there are policies and employees must follow them. But this is just to show how extremely robotic and unethical people are nowadays. Told myself that I'm never going to buy anything from Starbucks ever again. And I still stand by that. Have not bought anything from Starbucks in almost 2 years. And it's going to stay like that. Extremely disgusted with their policies. Do better Starbucks. Absolutely DISGUSTING and disturbed.
I was picking up an order and my order was ready and they just need to bag it up just to do that. They took 15 minutes and telling me we got to serve the walk-in customer. Then why the hell did you take the DoorDash order if you’re not not work in an order?
Most of the staff are great but the manager is awful. I saw a worker look very upset (maybe borderline crying?) after speaking with the manager, concerning behavior and the higher up’s should look into the manager’s actions.
This is the store that always always always has to skimp out on any sauce ordered. It’s every time, they are so cheap , do not recommend coming to this location
This is the only Starbucks that charges for half and half in a coffee - a splash of half and half cost 70 cents. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a coffee company charge for a table spoon of half and half.
Mind you my drink was supposed to be made by 4:36 and it takes me 15 minutes to get to this Starbucks so I showed up by 4:45 ish. At around 4:55 ish, after seeing my drink sit there for who knows how long while the girl works on drinks from the drive thru to get their times down, I ask the man about my drink. He said they’re running a little behind. 20 mins is not a little behind. He had an attitude with me. If a drink isn’t ready or even being worked on by it’s pickup time don’t put it as it’s ready just to get your time down. Don’t get an attitude with me because people reasonably want to know why it’s taking 20 mins for a drink
This is the worst Starbucks ever. The workers are the worst—they don’t give your order on time, they don’t even make your order properly, and they lie to your face saying they don’t have something when they actually do. I went here four times, and all four times they messed up my order and didn’t offer to change it. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks.
I stopped by on 1/17/26 and ordered two drinks. While I was waiting, several customers who arrived after me placed their orders. Despite ordering first, I ended up being the last person to leave the store, watching people who were behind me receive their drinks before mine—including orders that were larger than mine. I asked the person in charge if this was fair, and instead of a clear explanation, I was offered a “recovery card,” which was never explained to me. I was not told what it was for, how it worked, or even clearly offered to receive it. I eventually walked out, and no one stopped me or actually gave me the recovery card or explained anything. My only question was whether it was fair that customers who ordered after me were served first, and I never received a straight answer. It’s frustrating to pay for something, order first, and then watch multiple people walk out ahead of you. The lack of communication and accountability made the experience even worse.
I don’t know what’s going on with this location. I come here often but today the absolutely lost my service! The white girl in the front was so rude it was crazy. I was trying to use my points for an americano and got it mixed and ended up with a pastry instead. However, when it was explained to me the girl proceeded to ROLL her eyes at me and spoke to me as if I was a child. I’m old enough to be her mother and found it extremely disrespectful. This location will never receive my service again and I would recommend no one come here.
I stopped by and this is Starbucks and it was the biggest mistake. It was a horrible service a really bad experience. They deny a glass of water to my son. They say I need to order something because he’s a new policy and I buy a coffee like I do every day and the service was horrible to make me wait more than the normal when a really rude attitude when they’re playing with a dog in the window and it was people waiting on the line. This is a Starbucks I totally don’t recommend to anybody
This is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever had the displeasure of using. We waited in the drive through to pickup a mobile order, for literally 30 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.
Usually this location is really good. My experience today was horrible the girls running the drive-thru were rude and acted like little children. I think management should remove them. I would avoid this location if you plan on using their drive-thru.
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I wouldn't recommend stopping here. The service is too slow, and locals often place their orders at the window, which makes it even worse. This is my third visit, and I won't be coming back again. I ordered two hot drinks, and I burned myself because they forgot to include the brown sleeve.
