1st time back in months. Lots of new items & some old time favorites. I had the pick 2 of broccoli 🥦 cheddar soup & the turkey avocado 1/2 sandwich. It was great.

I’ve never had one issue when ordering, picking up or carry out, it’s always been a breeze. There’s also an amazing associate named (Mya) hope i spelled that right, who’s amazing. Very professional, friendly and has an amazing smile every time i visit. Keep up the great work!

I normally like going to Panera for a good weekend breakfast with the family. Otherwise, I generally only go there to buy their whole wheat loaf. Generally I have to call and ask to for them to have one ready for me the next day, but yesterday as I was driving home from work I figured I could just stop by and hope they had one that day still. I walked in, and waited in line. while in line, I saw they still had a loaf up on the shelf!! by the time I got to the front of the line, I had seen the Red Velvet Cookie picture pop up on the screen at least a good 10 times. I've never had one before, so when I ordered the bread, I also ordered 2 of the cookies to take home. the cash rep (who I think must have been the manager or at least coordinator) said they didn't have any, but she could make some for me, as long as I had 15 minutes to wait. I said sure, and she gave me a cup for water wile I waited, which was very nice. she said to just hang out and have a seat, and she would find me when they were ready. Almost exactly 15 minutes later she found me and gave me the fresh cookies!! so fresh they were still hot and soft!! they smelled so amazing I don't know how I waited all the way home to eat them!! over all, the food is usually great, but this time it was even better! and the service was on point too!!

Order for large family dine in an hour before closing. No crowd on Friday night. Everything prepared nicely. Slight mix up with salads and soups but easily fixed. Large bowls of soup: chicken noodle, French onion, broccoli cheddar all excellent.

Amazing panera bread. The food was spectacular and was prepared with quickness and without lacking quality. I would definitely recommend and I see there has been a change to management over these last couple of months and I am loving it and everybody there is so friendly and caring.

Ordered for catering and the service that the staff provided was phenomenal. They assisted to bring the order to my car, they provided all the items ordered along with utensils to make the serving of food easier, and even provided a handwritten “thank you” note which I feel is not seen often anymore. I would honestly recommend Panera catering as an option for the future.

On Dec 23rd, I went to have breakfast at 9:00 A.M. Tables were clean and sanitized. My breakfast was made efficiently and was delicious. The Linemen are very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

I went to this panera on friday at around 7pm and that was peak rush especially since everyone just got paid. The linemen are efficient workers and work very well and super nice. All the young men working there are so sweet and the ladies are so caring. Definitely would recommend.

My husband and I came in today for breakfast and we were very impressed with the service provided my Sandra. She was very professional, attentive and courteous. While we were having breakfast we observed how she made sure the coffees and supplies were available and made sure the tables were clean both inside and outside as well as helping at the register as needed. We believe Sandra has made a big difference as an employee of Panera Bread.

Very clean environment and friendly energy. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcomed there. The restaurant is very clean and the line staff did wonders in how quickly they worked. They seemed to have done a great job and made the line go down surprisingly quickly and it was very efficient.

Today I decided to give another try to “ PANERA BREAD “ @ Miramar, fl. Definitely they have improved a lot! Service got better. The place is super clean and well organized. I had a super delicious Sprouted grain flat bagel, with egg white spinach, super fresh avocado, Cheese and tomato. Also I included a cheese danish with a super fresh coffee. The wait was les than a minute. Below you will find my previous comment. I’ m moving from 1 star to 5 (I’m super happy for them) (Service has declined dramatically. The wait is horrible, with tree register in the front only one person; and take for ever, Constant new staff. Understaffed. Staff doesn't seem to be with it.

Upon ordering my coffee the host said “everything needed is inside the bag”. I was please to see how proactively this location was doing their part to prevent passing of the virus by not having the supplies out in the open for everyone to touch!! I hope many places will follow and do their part as well... Bravo 👏🏼 Panera!!!!

My sandwich was not put in the bag but a manager named Ayleen was super attentive and had it made super quickly! Great service with the staff overall I come in from time to time and I have seen durastic improvements with the work ethic of the staff within the past year. Some homeless people do hang around the store here and there but that is not any of the staff’s fault but just something to be cautious about.

Need better cleanliness and need to have Decaf coffee readily available. Some people have allergies to caffeine. Today I went for lunch and Jonah was our cashier and he was so polite, patient and respectful. So refreshing to interact with a young person who is engaging and pleasant.

I refuse to go to a place the offers cold brew with the milk already prepared. What if I don’t drink conventional cow’s milk. I was really disappointed after paying almost $6 for a cold brew drink and to find out I couldn’t use a milk alternative. You guys need to do better. The restaurant is Extremely cold are you guys trying to rush us out… I was studying for hours in there. It felt like my Neighborhood’s hospital. The service was a bit slow only one ☝🏽 person at the resister. To make matters worse every time I would speak she would responds with a 🤔 huh or what did you say. Pay attention young lady. Not sure if I will comeback. The gentleman at the barista section was very nice he went above and beyond. Guess what!!! After waiting all this time for him to get me another drink, No one from the back bothered to call me to pickup my order. I literally had to look for it myself. What if I had forgotten which I did. That’s not great customer service. I will not return COVID or no COVID!!!!

I am a long time customer and generally dine at lunchtime at Panera. I decided to try breakfast, enjoyed the avocado egg white sandwich. However I wasn't impressed with the service. Unlike lunchtime, waited for about 5 minutes with only one other customer in front of me. Then had to pick up meal at counter with no kiosk service with only a total of 3 tables including myself. In a day and age of customer service, this did not meet Panera's customer service mantra.

I actually recently edited this review due to the decrease in quality of the food. I have to say I am quite fond of some of the girls that work here - super sweet cashiers. I wish the food were awesome too. It's pretty basic and meh. I do like their soups though. Black bean soup is hearty. Sandwiches here tend to be a bit sloppy and anemic. I get it, it's busy and they are rushing. They have been through some staffing changes and it seems to be on the up?

The young ladies who take the orders are nice. Food tastes FRESH. Very SMALL portions though. Quite pricey for sandwiches, soups & SMALL salads.😜I've had to have my order remade quite a few times here. Inside was dirty when I sat in. Crumbs on the seats AND tables.😒😜 They Need to do better with that - cleaning up,cleanliness. They also need plastic utensils available IN the area where the drinks are. Drinks/teas are Tasty.😊😋 AND they should give you butter for the bread. Also, they don't always offer you a grain Roll 🍮as a side dish. GRACIAS to the girl, Abigail, who did.

Management really needs to step it up. It was not even 8:30 on a Saturday morning amd half of the tables in the dining room were filthy, there was a line of at least 10 people amd only 2 girls working the registers and dealing with certain parts of people's orders that are not execited in the pick-up section. They ran out of hazelnut coffee and had 10 min before the next batch of souffles came out of the oven. Today's visit was a reminder of why we stopped going there. It's a shame because I do like their menu.

Been coming here for many years. Loved it. These past 3 years, service has declined dramatically. Constant new staff. Understaffed. Constant wrong orders. Staff doesn't seem to be with it. Sometimes staff has been with attitude for no reason. Like they aren't happy with their jobs. It hasn't become a pleasant experience anymore. I'm sorry to say my family won't be coming here anymore and letting others know. Hopefully that can change one day and it can be a great as it was before.

Service is rapidly declining at this location. I ordered delivery from there and the driver was literally shoving her clipboard in my face. Then today I went in for an order I placed on line. I gave them an extra 10 minutes before I went in to pick it up. The order wasn’t ready. The store wasn’t busy and the girls behind the counter were just standing around chuckling. They asked me 4 times for my name. Someone (I assume the manager) comes out to give me my pastry and tells me my beverage is coming up. Fast forward 15 minutes later, no drink. She asks the same chuckling females about the drink. They’re all shrugging looking at the monitor for what must have been the 20th time. Service is horrendous there these days. Gonna have to find another spot.

When I ordered online couple days ago, I went to pick it up prob 8 mints af We the time the system told me it will be ready and it wasn’t. No one checked the ticket and I had to way for another 10 mints. Also today I ordered a bagel and the way they cut the bagel destroyed he bagel. It really looked like someone didn’t care to even try cutting it correctly. Very disappointed of this location.

Go to another location!!! Horrible service! Rude employees.Except for the guy who was cleaning the dining room who was great! My husband forgot his phone and he was kind enough to chase us outside the door to give it to us. I give it two stars because of him. Kitchen employees cursing in front of customers while preparing the food. No baguettes to go with the meal. No other bread alternative offered. Chicken tortellini was frozen cold. They warmed it and never even apologized. Even after giving me the wrong salad and a small after I ordered full size. Never coming back to this panera again.

Four of us had lunch there today. Menu changed alot. They deleted several sandwiches and salads, and bread items. Their soda machine was out, so had to try the juices which I didn't like. I use to love Panera's but I won't be going back. Just not the same.

Food as any panera was good, however the service was lackluster. Waited 35 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Finally asked supervisor after people that ordered after me were being served. The sandwich was made incorrectly and had to be changed yet again. I understand the morning rush but having to wait 35 minutes for a breakfast sandwich does not seem reasonable.

I like Panera Bread in general but this location continues to mess up my orders and takes longer than usual for my rapid to go orders to be ready (5 to 10 minutes late from the original pick up time). The employees are nice and they do fix my meals if I catch their mistakes before I leave the restaurant. However, why is it so hard for them to get my orders correct. Please fix this as these issues are becoming more of the norm at this restaurant.

Their employees need better training. I find very unprofessional to throw this young ladies in front of a register without knowledge of their menu. It took longer that I expected because I had to wait for them to go ask. People are rushing in the morning to get breakfast and go to work. Not fair for them to be yelled at because of poor management. Also, I glanced at the lady in the back arranging the trays of bread, she wasn't wearing her facemask correctly, her nose was out.

I’m a regular at this Panera and usually have a great experience. The food and atmosphere are consistently solid. However, during my recent visit, I had an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member named Freda. She took my order in a very passive-aggressive manner, which felt unnecessary and out of place. I understand everyone can have off days, but customer service is a key part of the experience. I hope management takes this into account and ensures all staff represent the friendly environment Panera is known for.

First time visiting. The food was ok. Don't know what the hype's about. I had a sandwich, coffee, and fruit, honestly, publix better; which was in the same Plaza. For a quick grab only will I visit again.

Hoy estuve en este lugar y la mesa sucia la limpié yo. Pedí media sopa con medio sandwichs y me fue mal. El sandwichs pedí queso no me lo pusieron,pedí aplastado me lo dieron de tostadora. Terrible. I would give it no stars if it was an option. I ordered the chipotle melt which literally had 2 small pieces of chicken and old avocado. It was sloppy not at all put together. Tossed it in the trash. I understand they may be short staffed but that is not an excuse for terrible service. The green tea is flavorless and water downed.

Very disappointed! Ordered the new Margarita pizza. The one displayed looked delicious. But one recieved was tasteless ! A piece of flat dough bread with very little cheese and 3 pieces of tomatoes for garnishment , and no sauce whatsoever . Had better in my high-school cafeteria! Will not be ordering this ever again .

Well I've been standing here 18 minutes after my online order confirmation said it would be ready and no one has even bothered to ask if I need help. Teenagers on their cell phone with no interest in helping at all. This is a recurrent problem with this place. I'm a patient person but this is at least the third time something like this happens. Management needs to step in and restructure this place because after all the food is pretty good...

Been coming here for years. Lately food portions have gotten ridiculously stingy, especially for the price. Paid $7 for a kids chicken noodle soup with a piece of bread. There were 3 noodles, 3 very small pieces of chicken, and 8 micro slices of carrot. Second time this has happened in a row. Will stay away for a while. I can get a full kids meal (2 tortillas, 3 items, fruit, and a drink) for that much at Chipotle in the same plaza. And my kid won't still be hungry afterwards.

I’ve been coming to this panera for years, but I’ve noticed a huge decline, not only in service, but in cleanliness as well. I have observed the cleaning lady being on her phone and then refilling the drinks without washing her hands or without wearing gloves. The last straw was when I had breakfast with my daughter last week and there was a roach crawling on the wall and onto her seat. That just did it for me and I’m not going back.

Of more than 40 Panera restaurants we've been to, this one is the worst! Filthy floors covered in trash, restroom not stocked, slow service, out of bread for ordered sandwich (at Panera!). Will not return to this location. Where is Panera corporate quality control?

It’s always on a Sunday that this Panera always does my order wrong and take longer to prepare it when I’m the only one in line. Weekend laziness from the employees it seems. EDIT: Ordered on Monday and have been waiting for about 20 minutes now. Disastrous. Last visit for sure.

I am providing just one STAR but it's because of the delivery service. People should be aware that Panera at this location is no longer doing their own delivery. It seems that they are using Uber Eats. I say "seems" as I do not know if that is true or not. Today I ordered 67.00 dollars in food and beverages and two items were missing. It has happened before, so, my bad for not checking the order before the driver left my home. My wife called the establishment and the manager (I will not provide the name as she seemed to us like a very nice person) said that there was nothing she could do regarding giving us a credit or sending the missing items with another driver. The reason she gave us was that Panera Bread (company) does not do their own delivery any longer. That we used Uber Eats and that we need to contact them directly. Even if we put a credit hold was not going to be against Panera because they were not the ones that received the payment from us. It was from the third party. We thought that we made a mistake when we placed the order directly through their website but reviewing everything we found out that there was nothing saying that we placed the order with a third company. We called again and explained, and she stuck to her facts that a message must have appeared explaining that we were using Uber Eats. I just did not want to keep on a conversation that was going nowhere so we asked for the Uber Eats number in order to call and get a refund. The problem was that the number we were gave was not for customers but for companies like Panera Bread. So, we googled for a number to call. We called the one we found the customer rep told us that we needed to request a refund directly via the app. We explained that we do not use Uber Eats app and do not have an account. We were told that then there was nothing that they could do if we did not order directly through them using the app. So, now, before we request for a credit directly to our credit card company we called Panera Bread (Customer Service) directly and explained the situation. Not only the receipt and any other messages were from Panera Bread, but the charged posted in my account was by Panera Bread, too, not a third party company. The person told us that, in fact, everything shows as we explained and that what we have at Miramar is a franchise. But, that they had to either refund our money or deliver our missing items. There was no third party shown on the process. I decided to go ahead called again and asked nicely for them to prepare the missing items as I was planning to pick them up myself. The manager kindly agreed. When I got there I explained to the manager my conversation with customer service and she told me that she also contacted the owner and was told the same she told us. Furthermore, that the owner told her that "BY LAW" they do not have to let customers know who is delivering and if something was missing, well, nothing can be done. I felt like, just be glad we are providing you the items. Again, I am sure she was just relaying what the owner told her. She told me she understood our frustration but that there was nothing she could have done differently. So, food was good, as always, but if I order again from them (which I am not sure that will happen) I will use Doordash (my experience with them have been very good) or pick it up myself. Delivery from Panera Bread Miramar seems now like a scam and based on what the manager told us, I have to deduct that the owner could care less about customer service. Updated 11/12/2020 - I decided to give it another try as I used to like this place so much. I saw the Margherita flatbread and it looked good. What a disappointment again. Just by looking at it I knew it was not going to be good. It was just a piece of bread with a little of mozzarella on top. Better if you buy bread and put the mozzarella at home. I just threw it away and prepared myself a sandwich. This used to be such a nice place. I will never again order from here.

Took 10min to get my order to eat in the cafe of just a cup of soup. It never came out and I had to request it 15mins later after standing waiting. They had no idea what happened. 30mins after being in the cafe it came out. Soup was cold and spoon was dirty. Never again 0 stars.

I love Panera Bread overall. This is why it’s even more upsetting to see how this particular location is horrible. I’ve ordered from this location 3 times in the past, today being the 4th and last! They never, ever get the order correct. I pay for bacon, sandwich has no bacon, I pay for a bbq salad that has particular ingredients, the give you a salad made with different ingredients and put bbq sauce on it. Like I don’t even understand how they can be the same company because I’ve never experienced this at any other location. Change the staff or increase the amount of staff, do something. I’ll go the extra 2-3miles away just to get what I’m actually paying for.

This is the slowest Panera I've ever been to. There was a long wait at the register as there was just one open, and then I had to wait about 15 minutes or more for my food. My husband got food from the shop next door and was finished eating before I even had my food. Plus they made the Fuji Apple Chicken salad incorrectly. It should be mixed greens and not romaine. There should be cheese and nuts and tomatoes. I'm also annoyed that Panera now charges the same price for a salad with or without chicken. Even McDonald's charges less for a salad without meat. This was my second time at this location, and I won't be back.

This is the most unprofessional and disgusting Panera break I have ever been to. The floor was super sticky The staff is rude and unprofessional. After 25 minutes of waiting for my order to check my order before leaving, and a sandwich was missing, had I not checked the bag I would’ve left without the order. There was no utensils or anything ready for me. Never going to this Panera again!

I love Panera bread but this has to be one of the worst ones ever. the workers are rude hardly acknowledge your presence and they never have anything. they wait till after you pay to tell you that they don't have anymore of the items that you'd like. I cannot count how many times I've gone there and they have no cinnamon crunch bagels or bread bowls, etc. managers don't care so how could you expect the workers to. one time I was waiting for my food and I went up to get my food and it was sitting there and they were talking and then he looked at me crazy when I asked them if I could have my food. I don't know why I keep coming to the specific Panera bread expecting a change it never does. I am hoping this review is seen and they change because all the other food chains in this area are wonderful. They really need to step up their game.

I believe I’m not the only one who has the worst experience ordering online on this location.... they use companies for delivery that you will never be aware and guess what?? You are never going to receive your food and they will going to tell you that is not there problem even do you where never aware that another company was involved..... the manager said that is not their problem if we never received the food that WE ORDER IN THEIR WEBSITE ... NOT ON UBER EAT OR DOOR DASH... you guys are terrible, is not the food or the restaurant is you EMPLOYEES that make this place horrendous!!! 0 STARS

This panera used to be good. This was a horrible experience. I ordered rapid pickup. Still wasnt ready for 15 mins after I arrived. I literally saw my food sitting there and no one packaged it for 5 or more mins. Understaffed, also the employees were lost, they literally threw my order at me. I had to ask for utensils... the quality was terrible. Everyone was like 16. Where is management? I used to work at panera they are never this bad with quality. Save your time go to the one on Pines and Hiatus.

During a recent visit last Monday, a simple request for chips turned into a troubling experience. I was informed that I would have to pay extra for the chips, which took me by surprise. The manager became confrontational, accusing me of dishonesty and theft. His behavior angered me to the point where I threw the disputed bread to the floor. Later, as I was eating, the manager approached my table and threatened to report me to corporate and have me arrested. In response, I stood up, walked around him, and left the restaurant with my meal unfinished. This encounter left me feeling unsettled.

Terrible service. I placed an online order and arrived at the time it was to be ready. Waited 20 minutes and still didn't have my food. They obviously don't care about the online orders as every person complaining was about their online order not being ready. People who ordered 20 minutes after my order were getting their food. Then they tell me that it's going to be ANOTHER 10 minutes because they have to cook more souffles. That's right, it took them 25 minutes from the time I placed my order to decide to actually start cooking the food for my order. The entire time the staff were cracking jokes and chatting, checking their cell phones. When I finally received my food, two items were stone cold from waiting at the pass so long and the third item was scorching hot out right out of the oven. Why make two items 15 minutes before the final item is ready? Absolutely zero interest in serving their customers in a timely manner. Pathetic.

Disappointed in the sandwiches at Panera. The last few times I've eaten here has been disappointing, especially at $14 for a half sandwich and drink. I ordered a Chiken BLT and it was very light on the chicken. Probably won't be back.

You can appreciate that I'm not the only one who has a bad experience with this Panera. Every Friday we place online orders for our office. First they never have the order on time we always have to wait and only if they want to acknowledge you, otherwise is like you are a ghost. Second the orders are always incomplete. Normally we are not complaining but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. We always order the 24 bagels and cream cheese. My mistake was not to check the order before. When I arrived at the office I realized that they only put 17 bagels and no cream cheese when we asked for 4. Call immediately to speak with the manager and their answer was that they did not have it and that is why the order was incomplete aaahhh but if I do not call to claim, they charge you as if the order is complete. Unfortunately if the manager has a bad customer service what can we expected from the employees. Most are teenagers that have no idea what customer service is and if you claim something they do with the worst face. Not even 1 star.

There is no air conditioning in that store. I've been twice in three weeks and they still haven't fixed the air conditioner. It is incredible that in the middle of summer and with so much heat they do not fix the air conditioning. I start to think about the employees there, it is inhumane that they have them in that situation for so long. It even makes me want to report them for those working conditions in which they have them. Imagine that one goes relatively quickly alone to eat and the heat is unbearable.I’m very upset.

I’m no longer impressed with Panera Bread. Their portions used to be a good amount at a reasonable price and now their portions lack that amount and the prices are outrageous for what they serve you. I had placed an order in the restaurant and approximately waited 15 min for my order. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and nobody had ordered in front of me. I went over to the kitchen to wait for my food and the staff were having personal conversations with each other about video games and such. There were only two people making the food in the kitchen but they had like 6 staff (not including the register) who were just standing around! After waiting for a while, I asked where my order was and if they were working on it and the gentleman told me he’s working on it right now. He was able to put all the food into the bag with in a minute of me asking him. I’m very confused and upset why it took almost 20 min for 3 items which one of them was a salad.

Is this place for real? Not coffee or cold...and it seems to be the norm here as two clients also said "Panera, always the same"! Really? I don't recall Panera being this stingy or lazy!! At least this one in Miramar...terrible! But they charge you fine...

I’m convinced at this point all Panera bread’s work the same where not one seem to get an order right. It’s truly disappointing as I love Panera bread. I was actually surprised today that nothing was missing from my order when picking up curbside. Ordered a Greek salad with chicken and as soon as I tasted the dressing it wasn’t even Greek dressing. Had a sweet taste to it that clearly was meant for a different salad. I get we’re all human and make mistakes but this location makes errors 100% of the time.

We placed an order on Panera's website for Teacher Appreciation Week, to surprise our staff and celebrate the amazing job they do for the community! The order came incomplete I called them and the response was "... yes I have it in my hand, you can come an pick it up..." I explained that this was not our fault that they have to send it and again "... no we can not do that, nor reimburse the charge, you can come any other day and get the missing items.." I explained that we are Teachers that can't leave the classroom to pickup an order that was placed and charged and still to empathy at all. Very disappointed with this store and the poor answer of the manager.....Terrible customer service!

The service in this place is really bad. No matter how many people is in this place, they take forever to prepare your food. A couple times their coffee was cold in their containers or just no coffee at all. Sometimes they mix the meals putting the bacon or other ingredients in the wrong sandwich. I used to order the Avocado egg white sandwich, but couple times the avocado was hard and bitter or just too old. I decided to drive a little bit more and now I am going to the Panera at Pembroke Pine. They should fire the manager for lack of leadership and customer service. BAD PANERA Miramar!!!

July 23, 2022 (7:00pm) I have been going to this Panera for awhile. Today was the last day. We were waiting for our order. The guy ask what I was waiting for and I told him. He had the nerve to tell me that he already gave it to me. If they weren’t talking so much cramp with each other he would have realized that he placed my order in the Uber eats bin. When he and the others realized what they did they apologized while also laughing and blaming one another in a jokingly way. I was not amused . The only reason I did not cancel the order was because my youngest was very hungry.

The service in this location is hands down the worst. The workers don’t care about customer satisfaction. I have come on various occasions only to get old food, food has been sitting around for sometime, they gave me someone else’s order. The prices they charge are wayyy too expensive for the quality of food served. You can eat at chili’s for cheaper. My husband and I waited this visited 35 min for our food. I mean it’s terrible. I plan on calling the manager on this because they take your money easily but if you ask for a soup to be served fresh they give you hell! I asked to speak to the location manager and apparently after waiting around for 30 min we were told they weren’t there!! Do not come to this location!!!

Wow. Dirtiest Panera ever. Every single table dirty. Restaurant not even busy and staff standing around. Some are dancing. Meanwhile, trash is literally over flowing, every table filthy, and trash area filled with dirty dishes. Service sucks. Staff not friendly at all. Staffer called my order. 3 items were missing. When I asked for them, he looked at me like I was crazy. Soup is watery as heck 😩

Honestly terrible experience. Arrived and the person who takes orders at the front speaking with a co-worker who was on “break,” left me there waiting for like 10 minutes to take my order. The workers here were super slow with all the orders there was to do. One who seemed to be on break for too long , manager telling him she needed him to come back in because she needed his help ignored her. The others working behind the line laughing at the poor manager when they were doing a terrible job. Instead of heating up my bread with the bacon and cheese the girl adds them after the fact, so i got cold bacon and unmelted cheese. The kid behind the line heating up cheese on it’s own, scratching his nose with his gloves on to later put them on the food again. The girl looked lost the entire time. This poor manager needs a better team. Day this happened 09/26 order placed at 6:15pm didn’t leave until 6:55pm, i’ve been to other paners and have left in less then 10 minutes.

Food needs to be evaluated for temperature and safety reasons ie bagels, chicken sandwiches, and the soup and the salad. Manager needs to be notified and corrective action taken.

This Panera is extremely filthy. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating here because it is so dirty. The carpet is black with dirt. The tile is dirty and sticky. The fabric uphosletered booths is worn and shredding. The millwork at the drink station is filthy and falling apart. They missed items in the order.

It is official! This Panera bread is the worst in America. 1 ⭐️ is to much for this location. I’ve complained several times throughout the years to corporate and nothing ever improves. I decided to just stop going to this one. After 2-3 years, I finally decided to give them a try and this is the nasty food we opened our bag to when I got home. Suppose to be Mexican street corn chowder….Nope!

Bagels are a rubbery texture.Food was not sliced and not toasted. Chicken is dry. The food needs to be evaluated for safety consumption and check the temperature of the food.

This location is disgusting and the workers are super rude. They were focused more on gossiping than doing their jobs. I just asked for some cups because I had just order two drinks from the app and this girl just rolled her eyes and gave me attitude for no reason even I had asked her very nicely and respectfully. The store is filthy and nasty. No one bothers to clean up the tables. I have gone to multiple Panera locations before and never have seen this before. These people are not doing their job correctly. Also, does not cost anything to be nice to people who are buying from your store. Extremely Disappointing!!!

my mac and cheese was ice cold, and our order took long even though the restaurant had a couple of people. We noticed lately the service and quality of food is down hill. I placed a rapid pick up order during my lunch break and walked from work to this location to pick up my meal. When I returned back to work, my sandwich was just thrown in its container. I went back to the store to speak directly to the manager about this. I showed her the package and its contents. She just briefly apologized and said she will train the employees how to package the meals for rapid pick up. I don't think this is a training issue. What employee just throws or places a sandwich in a box the way they did, not realize it and not fix it. She did not make it right with the customer, even after I told her I walked to and from the store. So much for customer appreciation. Its been 3 days since I left feedback about their service on their website with the box checked to contact me. No response. The pictures below. (When I opened the container/ lifted the top bread / tried to figure out what this was) in order.

First time here. Horrible Service by the manager, a young woman. Very Rude and disrespectful. A manger mistreating customers is very strange, maybe because I am a woman too, not sure why. Very slow service also.Dont recommend at all.

One of the worst Paneras of the many I have been to. Rude and obnoxious employees. They prefer to talk (more like scream and howl) to each other and blab instead of taking care of customers. Wait time of over 25 minutes just for a soup. Customers just standing around dejected and waiting for their orders. Extremely dirty carpet, floors and tables. Although many Paneras are bad, this one is possibly the worst I have ever been to across the country. They truly treat the customer horribly.

I enjoyed going to Panera, but on Saturday, I tried the Lentil Quinoa Bowl, and I got food poison! I've been throwing up & in the bathroom with fever. I would not eat that soup ever again, I should've known better, it didn't look fresh!
