Manager girl is absolutely the rudest person. Her shift just started and she took my order with such attitude, rushing me and I had just got to the speaker. Asked for the manager she said it was her.

This location everytime we come, donut flavor availability is too poor service is too slow and unfortunately being one of my favorite franchises, this location management should be taking care of. Is compromising reputation and eventually customers will be lost. I strongly recommend you to pay attention on this one. I hope next time I come my expectations be exceeded. For now, o will say there is an opportunity area. Staff is under training, beverages are not hot enough , flavors are always limited, facility looks dirty.

So around 1:07pm I went to get 4 coffees and some donuts for my sister cause she usually orders with my cousin not me. But when I went I was trying to order and when a female never got her name took over for a male cashier to order I over heard the same guy say "Oh My God!" And I was deeply disappointed and kind of not welcomed so when I finished ordering and went to the window I don't know if it was Diego and or the other tall guy on shift. But Diego handled me at the window with care and I saw two other young ladies looking at the window talking about me and when I saw thru the window and it just dropped my stomach so unfortunately that I don't believe the service I received and if my sister orders here again I will ask if she gets bad service like I did cause this is not okay that I recently had this specific experience hope it doesn't happen to anybody else. I'd rather go to Krispy Kreme than handle this male teenagers service.

This location sucks overall the general manager yamilet is always yelling at her employees there’s no day she isn’t. They never have options for donuts not just that but when you ask her about the donuts she is rude about it always saying she cant do nothing about it. Keep in mind she is the general store manager something needs to be fixed. Obviously she is the problem I’ve noticed that the times I’ve gone there’s new people which makes sense due to her attitude and her way of being with her employees. I feel bad for them I suggest you guys drive a little more to the George dieter location they always offer great service and always have all their donut options.

Shittys service honestly my husband was trying to order my drink how I like it and the lady kept interrupting him without knowing what he was asking for! The fact that she didn’t even do it the way I asked it want made me the most angry additionally the drink isn’t even full ! Horrible service and the fact that when I told her she made it wrong she just told me no I didn’t I made it myself the food was even worse like if she hates her job and just threw everything together worst Dunkin’s by far !

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HOW THEY MAKE THE DRINKS! They have no structure at all they mess up drinks and don’t even apologize or try to make it better in any way! You wait 30 plus minutes for your drinks and they are still wrong! Management!? Does that even exist in that Dunkin ? I live right around the corner from this Dunkin but it’s not worth the wait or stress! Something needs to be done to fix this!

This Dunkin’ Donuts used to be one of my go-to spots, but the manager, Yami, has completely ruined the experience. Every time I come in, Yami is either snapping at employees or acting annoyed with customers. It feels like they don’t even want to be there, and honestly it makes the whole store uncomfortable. I’ve seen them roll their eyes at people asking simple questions, and the energy they give off just kills the vibe. The staff looks stressed out and it’s no surprise why. I don’t know how someone with that attitude is in charge, but it’s definitely the reason I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

At approximately 10:15 p.m., my family of approximately 10 entered the establishment to purchase coffee and donuts. Initially, the donut selection was limited, which I can comprehend given the late hour. However, the situation escalated when the hot coffee was unavailable, and even the cold coffees were prepared incorrectly on two separate occasions. Furthermore, the staff exhibited an attitude, suggesting a lack of motivation and willingness to provide service. There were three staff members present, and none of them demonstrated any initiative or exhibited customer service skills. To make matters worse, two staff members informed us that we were required to leave. When my uncle pointed out that it was 10:43 p.m., and the establishment’s closing time was 11 p.m., he was repeatedly told by another team member that we need ro leave. This response was accompanied by a significantly more confrontational tone. Given that the establishment closes at 11 p.m., why were we asked to leave? It appears that they are attempting to conclude their shift early to commence their weekend. However, for us, this is our weekend, and the establishment is expected to provide a service that justifies the expenditure of our hard-earned money on their products. Unfortunately, it seems that the staff has failed to fulfill this obligation, as their job is primarily focused on customer service, yet they are unable to perform this function effectively. This incident is merely one of many consecutive negative experiences that have prompted me to write this post. I am currently seated outside the establishment with my family.

Have given this location multiple chances and the benefit of the doubt but it continues to disappoint and be the absolute worst Dunkin and business I’ve been to in this area. I just picked up a coffee and donut and specifically asked for light ice in my drink. When I get it there is so much ice I can’t even push the straw through the ice. I let the young man know nicely that I had asked for light ice. He takes it to the barista who instead of adding coffee or doing the drink over takes ice out and gives it back saying the ice that’s left will melt and make more drink. That’s is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. This is a 6 dollar drink and instead of treating it as such and doing the right thing they decide to give me this. On previous visits I have been parked for over 15min as I watch others who came after me get their orders and leave. When I walk in and let them know all I’m waiting for is a coffee and how long it’s been I usually walk in to them still not having the drinks ready and them not even knowing what I’m talking about. Avoid this location at all costs. Better yet go to one of the 4 Starbucks in the area. Anything is better than this location.

Bought 2 croissants with egg, cheese and bacon and was charged for it all and literally got no egg in either one of them. I decided to just eat it like that because I was starving only to take a bite and pull a strand of hair out of my mouth, quite literally disgusting.

Initially I was happy Eastlake got a Dunkin donuts. The next closest doughnut shop is on Zaragoza. You would think they would take advantage of being the only doughnut shop in the area but nope. Every time I visit this store, I end up walking back out empty handed. Their selection is ALWAYS lacking. It's bad enough a dozen doughnuts cost around 15 bucks. All they have are reject doughnuts available. It's like the Ross of doughnut shops. I'd be pissed if I was the owner of this franchise and I saw the reviews my store was receiving. I hope they build a Krispy Kreme right nextdoor. I asked them multiple times for the number to their regional manager, a young lady told me she was the head manager for the area and refused to give me the number. I don't like being a Karen but since she refused to provide me the info I will make it a mission to go above and beyond to find the regional manager and the franchise owner. Lol If I'm gonna Karen I'm going to do it right. Dear Governor Abbott.... 😂

We were excited for a Dunkin’ so close to us but it has been a huge disappointment. Our first time going they were busy so we understood why we had to wait up front for our items. The coffee was good and the donuts were perfect. That was the only time we have had a good experience. Since, our coffees have been the wrong order, the donuts are stale even in the morning. When they are not busy, they make you wait forever in the front parking. The food we’ve ordered recently was burnt. The staff has no accountability and seem to not care. They talk bad about management, they are rude in the drive thru, if they mess up an order there is no ownership. There are so many more things that is wrong with this location. It needs either new management, more training and better treatment of employees.

We were very excited to have a Dunkin minutes from home, but unfortunately we’ve been very disappointed after several purchases. My bagel sandwich was so badly burnt that I couldn’t eat it, and I went through the drive thru so I didn’t realize it until I was already at work. Needless to say I went without breakfast that day. On my second attempt I bought a dozen assorted donuts for my family, and what they gave me via the drive thru was a disheartening mess. Donuts without frosting, with paper stick to turn, and others full of various types of frosting from other donuts. You would’ve thought I squashed them with the lid they were so bad but as you can see on the picture I didn’t fo that. I asked the young lady for a replacement and not only was I not given an apology but I had to get off my car and go inside and ask for the replacement donuts once more because I had already waited more than 10 minutes outside for them. Again these all trips via the drive thru. When I told them I’d been waiting outside for replacement donuts the manager looked at me, and said nothing. You would think as a leader of her team she’d have customer service excellence. Very disappointed.
