Love this place. Makes me remember when I was a kid. My favorite it’s a ham and cheese kolache.

My first place in this location and the attendants were fast, helpful and friendly, the place was clean and neat.

Staff is friendly and efficient; it's hard to mess up a kolache so they're always delicious.

My wifes go to spot when she just don't have the energy to whip up breakfast. Love it here.

I was visiting family and friends in Katy,TX . I live in Oklahoma and there is no place that has a decent kolache. So I was excited to got the Kolache Factory. As always a great selection of food. Whether you want sweet or savory you will not be disappointed. Love the Philly cheese steak kolache. The icing on the cake is that they serve Katz coffee which is some of the best Texas coffee around. Try the Texas hill pecan,delicious. Highly recommended.

Was excited to try their vegetarian options. So much so that I forgot my cellphone at the store and when i left it was closing time. The young man there waited until i realised it and made my way back to pick it up. The kolaches were great also btw. My favorite is the florentine kolaches. Was delicious!!! They have great service too.

Best Kolache Factory I’ve found in the city. Consistently great, I highly recommend this particular Kolache Factory over any other in Katy/west Houston

I love this location, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. I enjoy every kolache they make. If you enjoy a little heat try the jalepeno popper you won't be disappointed. I visit every time I am in Houston please someone put a location in DFW.

A wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dessert kolache. Great for a quick bite to either eat in or easily eat on the road. Light on the wallet while not compromising flavor.

LOVE their kolaches. And its half price between 130 and 2! At least on weekdays it is. Idk about weekends. The guy was really nice and threw in a free cinnamon bun too.

I have been to a lot of Kolache Factories in my day, but this one FAR surpasses all of them as far as customer service and quality of food. I actually drive past one Kolache Factory to get to this one!

They have some really delicious, hearty kolaches in a lot of different varieties. The pecan coffee is amazing!

I absolutely adore Kolaches! When I travel to west Texas on Interstate-10 I always grab some of these delicious sweet and savory pastries. This store is located close to the interstate and easy to quickly access.

While visiting Houston the Kolache Factory was highly recommended— it did not disappoint! Despite arriving close to closing time, there were quite a few options to choose from. The location was immaculate and the staff was pleasant. We tried: - Ranchero Kolache (7/10) - Sausage & Gravy (9/10) - Cinnamon Twists (7/10) - Cream Spinach (8/10) - BBQ Beef (7/10) - Sausage, Cheese & Jalepeno (9/10) Edit: We went back again today to see if we could try a few more flavors that were sold out yesterday: - Pepporoni Pizza (10/10) - Texas Hot (10/10) - Fruit Kolache (6/10) - Ham & Cheese was missing so we couldn’t rate - Cinnamon Roll ( We had our selections warmed up but when we got back to the hotel most were still cold. We think it’s because they were warmed in a box. Yesterday there were perfectly warmed but they were in a bag. Either way, we were still happy with our experiences and would definitely come back!

Emily, the owner is very nice and caring as well. I always talk to her when I need to place orders for pickup the next morning and everything is smooth, quick, and easy. You can tell she cares deeply about her business. Highly recommend!

HUGE variety and selection, but I feel it's a bit over priced for the quality.

Great Kolache especially the sausage and gravy ones, FANTASTIC TASTE.

Price is right overall pretty tasty but not amazing.

There Hievo Ranchero rolls are the best

A favourite stop everytime we are driving through Katy. A great variety of delicious carb-loaded treats. All kinds of kolache.

It was my first time at this location and the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. A bonus for me is that they had Texas pecan coffee! I ordered my favorite bbq brisket and they didn't disappoint. I also ordered a bacon eggs and cheese and sadly I found myself wondering where is the bacon.

Ok kolaches. The fruit ones are not very good. Gets an extra star for good coffee.

They're OK, but the quality of the fillings could be better. I guess they're shipped in rather than being made in store. I highly recommend making homemade kolaches to see what they can taste like with higher quality ingredients.

Don't bother coming here after noon. They don't continue to make product so you just pick through leftovers, whatever didn't sell in the morning. I understand cost control but don't stay open if you only have a couple of products. Going to find a place to eat breakfast at 1pm on a Sunday

Nothing special. I could get the same food at a convenience store. They put our kolaches in the microwave. This did not improve the taste.

Just don't like their kolaches. Weikel's in LaGrange has the best anywhere. I just get my nails done next door to them.

The rudest, most curt and demeaning person I have personally witnessed in a food service leadership role. She is a bully to her staff, and an utter grouch to her customers. I went back more than once hoping she was just having a bad day but Im afraid she is ALWAYS having a bad day and gets a sadistic thrill out of projecting that negativity onto those who cross her warpath. I learned my lesson and wont be back.. I feel sorry for her staff and would recommend ANYONE TO FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

my husband and I ate there recently and we suffered a severe case of food poisoning; I ended up in the ER. We used to visit the place regularly but since this incident I have called them several times to speak to management but he never seems to be available and will not return calls.

Worst place for kolache . Was here in the morning for fresh kolache asked if they were freshly baked was told yes only for me to bring them home and discover that they probably have stayed on the shelf for more than 2 days

Found hair in my Italian chicken place baked in the dough. Ruined my breakfast. Gave full refund.

They have a coupon out but store has a sign that it's not valid with anything with egg which is the majority of their selections. Smh It also doesn't specify that on the coupon.

Placed an uber eats order they never made my order so i had to come in and get it my self had the WORST experience ive ever had in the food industry.Food was given to me cold and definitely not freshTo all those reading go to the kolache factory on south fry rd the customer service is immaculate and food is always fresg

I called ahead of time to place my order and sent one of my employees, Alyssa, who was ordering her own food, to pick it up. We had a coupon, one for each order that they refused to accept because only one person was there. Alyssa called to let me know this issue at which point I asked to speak to a manager on the phone to explain there are two customers, two different debit cards, and two different emails on the coupons! Not to mention, my order was placed on the phone ahead of time and hers in person. However they refused to speak to me! I could hear them accusing Alyssa of "taking advantage". The whole thing was absolutely absurd and the fact that we had to argue with the staff and their stubborn refusal to honor a simple coupon means I will not return to this location and I will tell everyone I know my experience as well.

Emily is a terrible Manager!!! Graciela is a hard worker and a sweetheart.

I would have to come extra early to ensure i got some whole wheat- but now poor no Kolache factory within my area carries them anymore. Once again makes zero common sense- if you have a product selling out before 10-11am stock more of that produc- don’t discontinue it 🤦‍♂️
