Honestly, I was surprised how good this Popeyes was—especially for delivery. The chicken showed up hot, super crispy, and full of flavor. It tasted like it just came out of the fryer. Totally hit the spot. Definitely ordering again.

Food is hot and delicious. But my main reason for this review is that the staff is super nice and awesome mainly the shift lead Alejandra. She was super helpful, nice ,and understanding in correcting my order placed by me online. I will definitely be back at this location when I am in the area.
Popeyes is amazing! The food is always so fresh and tasty. Their fried chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. I can't get enough of their Cajun fries and those biscuits are to die for. The staff is always friendly and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. Whenever I crave some good comfort food, Popeyes is my top choice. Highly recommend!
We've all been to Popeyes, but this one stands apart. It's in an area that isn't tormented by homeless people, which means the bathrooms are clean and approachable and not gross. The whole restaurant is clean bean jellybean. The food is at the top of standards for the franchise. The kitchen looks well organized and not dirty. The staff was friendly and fast to complete my order. I've gone to some of these stores, and they can only handle one order at a time. This place is well run, and the staff and managers deserve to know just how well they are doing. This is a place you want to go to great food and a great front of house experience. Great job, guys.
Boywas I hungry today? I had to stop in to get my regular ghost pepper wings today I got 12 instead of six with a side and a drink. Which was mac & cheese & a sweet Ice-T, The mac & cheese, but I think they put their ❤️ into it. It was so good and cheesy and the sweet as ice tea is just cold because it’s too hot out here in Texas. Thankful to have it for times like these. I must say that I am a happy camper, and I will be fat, fat full. The service was a little slow, but I can say that they were busy and they did give me hot fresh food. Inwhich again I am very thankful for. I love them ghost pepper wings for real y’all Thank you Popeyes.
Love fried chicken? You want some cajun spice to it? Can't go wrong with popeyes. My number one place to get fried chicken 🍗 I love the tenders, both sandwiches, the fried chicken itself, the popcorn shrimp 🍤. I just wish they'd bring back the shrimp po-boy.
I go to this location all the time. I had some problems twice with my orders but after that, the customer service has been amazing. The manager Jose made sure my order was fresh and without issues everytime. I recommend this location 110%. I will always be their customer.
I used the app to order my food, I got there way before the scheduled pickup time and my order was already boxed & was sitting out. My food was barely warm & the biscuit dry! I asked the drive thru person if my food had been sitting out a long time, he just looked confused...Do better Popeyes..
It's ok. The only thing I get from here is the chicken sandwich and either red beans and rice or fries. I use to love to get chicken, but it doesn't taste like Popeyes chicken use to taste
BE CAREFUL when coming to this location I ordered a three-piece tender, and while I was biting into them, I felt them to be chewy. Upon further review, I noticed that they undercooked the chicken and it was still raw. This is how people get food poisoning if it happened to me I’m sure it probably has happened to other people’s food. I gave it a three star instead of five because of the great customer service otherwise, it would’ve been a one or zero if I could.
The chicken is getting smaller and smaller it is like eating quail now days lol they really need to work on their portion and sizes.
Went thru drive thru trying to get spicy chicken and gave me regular, they need to get on point, they are always messing up drivebthru orders and Im a local.
The chicken was so dry, tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The Mac and cheese was not good the noodles were very over cooked, the biscuits were extremely hard. I was very disappointed. This is not my usual location, so I am Not use to a Popeyes giving out food like this. The young lady in the drive through caught major attitude because I asked for napkins and honey. I should have checked purchase right then because I would have definitely got a refund of the 39.00 I spent!
Went to store 11703 at 8415 FM 1960 Bypass rd humble TX 77338; went tru the drive thru 7:32 pm order 16 piece family meal paid $58.43 ask for it fresh to get home and have old food took it back and for the guy to say he do not have to replace it because I touch it I wish I could them a 0 Because it all ways something when you go this Popeyes
I am forced to share my experience at Popeyes store number 11703. At this store, my order has been either wrong packed or incorrect. On 11/02/25, I ordered for two breast and I was served only one breast.When I complained about the incorrect order to a staff who identified himself as Erick Holder, he tried to charge me extra money to correct their mistake instead of apologizing. Any service can’t get worse than this. This is the worse service ever. For reference: ticket number 198 at 7:35PM on 11/02/25.
Somewhere there is a disconnect because the guy on the mic clearly asked if I want bacon and cheese on my bacon and cheese sandwich and he also asked if I wanted it spicy or original or whatever and I said spicy. Anyways I received a regular chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo on it. I know they would make it right but I don't have the option to go back cuz I done ate it but it would be super nice if them sweet folks in there could coordinate to get the whole order out correctly. Other than that amazing food and drink and amazing friendly service. Keep up the great work <3 EDIT: ***THIS ORDER WAS PLACED THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH
Just went through the drive thru and received the wrong food didn’t realize it till I got home . I have called multiple times and no one picked up. I’m truly disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but the food I received was not at all what I ordered. I hope this gets corrected. I will be reaching out again.
After spending $28 on a two piece combo and a 12 piece wing combo and they could not even put any honey barbecue on my wings like I ordered. I had to get back in my vehicle and come back to Popeyes so they can fix it! It’s actually ridiculous that you have to double check your food because the people who is working, don’t want to do their job, right! DO BETTER POPEYES !!!!
Walked in to wan inside the restaurant. After about 10 minutes of waiting for them to attend me when no one was in front of me the manager approached me to take my order. She asked and I gave her what I wished to order her next question was if I was paying with card or cash. I told her card! She then pointed at the new self order screens. What? I’m the customer with the money. If there was a line I could understand but there was no one there! I’m not going to do their job to order my food. I walked out and went to the next Popeyes across 59 and 1960. They were very happy to take my order with a smile. But I will never come to this location as they look like they don’t want to work.
Not quite sure how they train their employees but every time I go there the mess up my orders. Yes I should of checked before I leave the drive through how ever every other Popeyes I visit never have this problem. I ordered the #3 all white 1/2 wing and no French fries. Really!! I know now not to visit this one.
