This one is my favorite. I been to some that I did something I never have done before. I called cooperate. The one on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach is nicely staffed, clean, and friendly. Props to them.

I have been ordering food here for over 25 years. Staff is very friendly. Food is served correctly. Parking lot is very small, hence the 4 stars. Most patrons use the drive through.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered the Gremlin midnight meal. The server appeared distracted she identified the wrong order. Then when she found my order she didn't apologize made no eye contact while handing my order. Did not include the sweet and spicy sauce which was the main reason I ordered this meal. No napkins and no gremlin air freshener as advertised. 😒 I don't live in the area and too far not worth driving back to complain this is the next best thing. Check your orders before you leave. The approximate time was at 9:30 on 12/23/2025. Just in case you might want to speak with your employee about customer service

I understand mistakes happen but it has been several times now where I order Diet Coke with my meal and I get a regular Coke. Usually this is something unimportant but for people like me who cannot have regular soda because of Type 1 Diabetes (I was born with it), it puts my health in danger. I don’t go here often but when I want to treat myself. It’s just unfortunate and I don’t think the workers realize it can really be dangerous for certain individuals to receive the wrong food or drink.

First, the morning manager is awesome, he's always friendly and polite. Kudos to him for setting a fine example. The afternoon crew is an absolute wreck. The cashiers don't know how to properly run the sales for the EBT transactions. And on top of that, not very friendly or polite and frankly unprofessional and incompetent.

Hello I went into jack n box tonight and ordered the special and the lady said said thay don't have it.but I bought it yesterday. And I went home and saw it on a commercial still advertising it.don't go to the Huntington Beach store on Ellis and Beach. Every time I go in there it's a bad experience and language problem with the workers. I will never go back.get real jack.

Bad Food I got the Gremlins Midnight Meal and couldn't eat it. The guy at the counter didn't give me the Gremlins stuff either. Until I asked. They take EBT at least.

The breakfast jack was smaller than i expected and I could taste the fry oil in the hashbrown. As a former restaurant employee with 4 years of experience I was disappointed. Plus the soda machine was out of most of the sodas and only a few diet options were available, which I understand because it was the lunch rush so they were busy but still a let-down, could’ve been fixed when doing prep in the morning

Came here shortly after midnight to pick up an online order; only one car in front of me and I still ended up waiting for my food for over 20 minutes. Thought maybe the restaurant was short-staffed but then saw that there were 3 people “working”. Not sure about everyone else but I like my fast food to actually be fast.

Lobby closed at 10:15pm no option for people picking up food and without car or making in store purchase, only drive-thru car allowed

I decided to try this location because I saw it getting renovated .. big mistake! The place looks good, new paint! That's a facade though. Inside, the tables are not cleaned and dirty. I saw other patrons busing and cleaning tables before they sat. For me though, the service and food is foremost, it's a fail for both at this location. I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Combo (#24). When I got my order my hash brown was in pieces. I went back to the counter and asked for a new one, oh dang she was pissed of being called out! Instead of apologizing she tried to justify that it's the same. After a few minutes my new hash brown was ready. She called out and when I got to the counter she threw the hash brown on the counter. I took the hash brown and went back to my table. Nope, I didn't argue, I didn't make a scene. The last thing I want is to confront a JIB $20 per hour crew member having a power trip. I'm just not coming back!

Usually this place is decent. Looked up a special online was 2 for $5. pulled up to the restaurant and asked twice if it was active, they said yes so I ordered it. When I went to pay it was full price. When I inquired about it they said it was a digital deal. I was tired and hungry and said fine. When I got home I realized that they only gave me one. So I paid twice the amount expected for half of the product. They also did not include the condiments I had asked for. I tried to call them but it goes to voicemail. And the voice mailbox is full.
