Every time I come into this store, I see a clean working area, a well stocked bar, I'm greeted with lively and helpful staff, and I've not been unhappy once with the results. Often there are customers enjoying their meals at one of the tables on the side. A warning though, there may be a line, come accordingly.

Always great food and service at Bolsa JM! I am writing this review specifically for the care the team took tonight 3/20 7pm on my mobile order for my daughter, who will be late coming home from school. They actually read my special instructions note and took great care to follow through with my weird request of wrapping the bread and veggie/meats separately so that her bread wouldn’t get soggy. I am impressed. I feel like custom request especially on a mobile order get overlooked! Great attention to detail! So happy!

Never thought I’d pay for a sub/ basic sandwich… but figured I’d give it a try. Atmosphere was welcoming and informational on all the choices. Service was efficient and the sun was excellent! Guys were Dope, Good Food, Give it try… it might surprise you?

I've always loved jersey Mike's and how fresh the food is. we did go during lunch hour so the line was quite long but that's to be expected. The only negative that I noticed was the gentleman running the cash register was wearing gloves and handling money and then he would also assist the employee next to him who finished assembling the sandwiches putting them on the paper and scooting them over. well the cashier that had dirty gloves from handling money and touching buttons on the register was also touching the bread to cut the sandwich in half and then wrap it and it's paper. should not commingle dirty money residue with people's food.

The customer service is always great,Derick is always nice and welcoming. He goes above and beyond to make sure we leave happy.Food is always amazing! We love it here we will always be coming back.

Jersey Mikes is the best. #17 and #26 are my regulars and they never disappoint. The crew is also great!

I don't know the kid's name who made my sandwich tonight (12/8/18), but he was great. He was funny without being unprofessional. He definitely knew what he was doing. Most importantly, my sandwich was quite delicious! I always love Jersey Mike's. This location is as great as all the others. Thank you!

Welcoming and friendly staff. My friend that I came with is a vegetarian and so she is limited on what she can eat. These employees went out of their way to accommodate and discuss options. They were very personable and I was impressed.

4 young people were working when we got there, made food for our group of 12, each meal/sandwich was made with love, and we enjoyed our meal and time there. Some of us had to modify the orders, and it was welcomed without any problem.

This is a busy little location, however they always deliver! Sandwiches and always done correctly, The hot subs are hot and the Cold Subs are cold and fresh! These sub are worth the price. Thanks Guys You Rock!

Over the years I've tried numerous national sandwich chains, Jersey Mike's is the winner in my book! I frequent this store often (3-4 times a month) and I always get exactly what I ordered, made from meat and cheese sliced at the time they make the sandwich and everything is fresh and great tasting.

Wasn't too busy so got my order fast. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak can't be beat! Was so good tonight. Nice when a sandwich is consistent from order to order. Gives confidence that when you return home and open it, it's going to be as tasty as ever. Typical fast food joints quality is all over the board. But Jersey Mike's subs are always made right. Been my experience so far and don't expect anything to change. You can count on them.

Love Jersey Mike's. This one is no exception. Quick service and delicious sandwiches. I get the Turkey with no cheese when I'm eating healthy. When I'm not I get the Italian or my favorite, the chicken cheese steak. The meats are high quality and super yummy.

We've been going to this Jersey Mike's for years and have always enjoyed the customer service and of course the sandwiches. Yesterday the system was down and they were only taking cash. Apparently there was a notice on the door however my daughter didn't see it. When my daughter got to the register she didn't realize it was cash only. The person helping her made the remark "do you know how to read". I am hoping this is an isolated incident.

Other location actually called to tell us they ran out of something and if they can replace it. However the Bolsa location couldn’t bother answering the phone for us to try to get our food fixed.

Customer service is non existent. Rude to my dad right in front of me. We’re going to the Jersey Mike’s on Seal Beach Blvd from now on. Hopefully under different ownership & management.

Hey all sub sandwich shops, when you make a hot sandwich & you wrap it to go, you've created a BIG problem! By the time I get home, the sandwich gets all soggy! There's a simple solution, but this Jersey shop won't accommodate me. They have a plastic container with 2 exhaust holes on top = perfect for a hot sandwich. The manager cited prohibitive cost! (Like they would go bankrupt...) Please correct this faulty defect in your operation or stop making hot sandwiches!
