I come to this Starbucks almost every day, as I live right behind. And everyone has always been so nice here. I’ve seen new faces this week and they have been nothing but sweet. Camilla did a kind act of service today, and I don’t even think she knows how much it meant to me and turned my day around. I spent the night in the pet ER trying to figure out what is wrong with my cat, and to wake up today and go on with my day, she made it a little easier! Adam is also e very nice every day. Suck great service!
Morgan was more than helpful this morning! She really made my day and week! I told her a bad situation and she put my drinks on the house and made me feel a 100% better. Please give this girl a raise or something! She’s absolutely amazing!!

While this is only a drive thru location, I noticed how clean the landscaping was, also met the Manager at the window I believe his name was Harold. Very polite, professional, and his team was very quick with my coffee. Thank you!

I was immediately and genuinely greeted by Hannah. She was so upbeat and friendly. Made my coffee exactly the way I like it. Kept checking up on me while I was there and made me feel like I was her only customer.

Went to Starbucks, which I normally don’t do because I haven’t found a drink that I really like. I went in the other day and the manager Harold was so helpful and recommended something I should try. I ended up loving it. Best drink ever. I will be back, thanks to Harold.

My Go-To Starbucks for several years. Full of fun regulars and precise excellent service. Lisset has managed this store for over 10 years. And obviously there's a reason why. Her partners seem to follow her lead, with Sage in particular being an excellent Barista and leader.

On here if you can! I stopped by here because it there but boy ole boy, what a surprise and delight moment. Sarah is a absolute gem. The only bad thing is there's no inside ordering, so on cold days like when I went there were long lines through the drive-thru.
They are quick and accurate on orders. You either have walk up or drive through. The prices on drinks are getting high, but what isn't these days. I do have an issue with them accepting my order and then the topping not being on there because they don't have it. I just with they would tell me before I order.
I actually love this place, however I went to get a drink I seen on TikTok that looked interesting. Online it looks like a smoothe or frozen drink, but when I got it, it was a liquid. It was ok, but not what I expected, was disappointed. The lemon loaf I got was amazing.

Fantastic location and staff, however, this location and the starbucks app aren't in sync. You cannot order using the app at this location or it doesnt match what they provide. They mentioned they've had consistent trouble with it, so you do have to order in person when here. It isn't a good pickup spot to grab and go fast.
This is a great place to meet clients and get business done. One of the perks for us real estate agents is the Free wifi. They have some good treats and decent coffee. The 4 stars is because there is better coffee out there but you cant beat the convenience and speed of Starbucks. This is a great location.

It's not that I had a particularly bad experience or anything, but just wanted to give a head's up that this location is drive through only, no indoor dining area at all. I found that to be a bit odd & inconvenient for those without a vehicle or for those may just want to enjoy their coffee & breakfast inside. But the cashier was polite & everything, and my breakfast was okay.

A very busy Starbucks location in Las Colinas. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering ahead on their App and when I got there, I waited a long time to get my order. I come to this Starbucks A LOT because I take my aunt lunch right around the corner from here. Today The attendant was Rude! I ordered my usual caramel crunch frappe, it was so watery, basically tasted like I ordered caramel water, I told her, she had an attitude when I asked if she could remake it. I then asked her the address to this location and she tried telling me it was the 3333 airport Frey address, that’s when my uncle said no it’s the 4080 address. I’ll find another Starbucks to give my business to. Highly disappointed today! I recommend u find a location more honest and one that takes pride in the work they’re putting in because of her I’ll find elsewhere to get my frapp at.

So this is the 2nd time I have ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream cold brew with extra ice and cold foam. Not once did it come with extra cold foam and I was charged for it nor was the cold foam WCM. Both times I have gotten it with mint foam. Then I order a Banana nut loaf and ask for it to NOT be WARMED...and it was warmed. So Now I will no longer go to this Star bucks. I will make the extra drive to the one on Story Rd & 183.

I wanted to report the two baristas (Hispanic girl & her male coworker) as I ordered two spinach feta wraps and two medicine ball teas we drove to the window and paid for our order then a couple minutes later the lady at the window gave us semi cold teas when they were supposed to be hot. We asked her if she could warm them up because they normally come hot. She then rolls her eyes and hesitates but eventually takes the two teas to warm them up. As she is talking to her fellow coworker he takes the teas open the lid and sticks his bare finger in the tea to check to see if it is hot. I immediately told her to please give us our money back and that I will report that to corporate because that is not sanitary. I also requested my money back and she hesitated at first but eventually made the correction. Although I am waiting for my money to be back in my bank account I want to report that they are not sanitary at this location which is a food safety hazard. I do not want any gift cards I just want for them to retrain them on how to handle food and drinks because what I saw last night was disgusting.
What an experience at this location!!! Order online; arrived at the location 20 minutes later, and was told the order was not completed. I was told 2 of the drinks still needed to be made. I waited and watched customers pick up their online orders. I didn't understand how my order was not completed since 2 of the 4 drinks were already completed and sitting by the window to water down. If 2 of the drinks were already made, then why were the other 2 taking so long, and they were all cold drinks. I asked and told that they are short hand however I counted 8 employees in this drive thu location. Two were sitting in a rolling chair, not sure why. After asking again I was ignored and then an employee named Imon slammed the drive thru door on my hand. Then the shift lead came to the window and was even worse. I told her that her employee slammed the door on my hand and was only able to say, oh. Didn't apologize or attempt to make it the situation better. After requesting for a refund, that also was hard to get. Once in the process of giving me a refund, she stopped to attempted to help another customer. I told her what are you doing, and that she needed to give me refund instead helping another customer. After being at the location for 35 minutes I received a refund. Worse service ever for a Starbucks that takes pride in customer service.
This spot is ONLY DRIVE THRU. They don’t even have outside seating area. It says on their google listing that they are dine in, but it’s not.

LOLA was very rude. There was a miscommunication and she was not friendly about it at all. Did not acknowledge us as we left and just all around didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Not the experience I expected from a new Starbucks. Drinks are good, she just left a horrible taste as we left.
This employee was so RUDE. We asked for an iced cappachino with a strawberry cakepop on the side and the employee insisted that we ordered a strawberry frappe. And when we told her we did not she said "well thats what you said at the window" and handed us THE WRONG drink. This is the worst service i've ever experienced with this company.

I am not one to usually write reviews but my daughter and her friend visited this location this morning and the worker that took their order at this window harassed them my gesturing at their chest and trying to reach for their necklaces. They are minors and this was a full grown woman. All they remember is her name started with an M and even though they showed they were physically uncomfortable, she did not stop asking them. I will be reporting this to corporate because it's totally unprofessional and invasive. I would definitely not be letting them come back here again.
I usually go to Starbucks around DFW today. I went to this one and I asked for a coffee refill. He gave me the runaround about how the refill work all I need a coffee in my cup to drink it how simple is that so he asked me to pay for $4.50 for a coffee refill which I refuse, this guy with an Indian accent is not Professional. He don’t even know how to deal with Customer. This word is the fact about refill on Starbucks I don’t know he tried to rip me off or what If you're a Starbucks rewards member, you're entitled to free refills of hot coffee, iced coffee, hot tea, or iced tea regardless of the drink you order to begin with. If you're not a rewards member, you can get a refill for $0.50. Here's the catch: you need to order your refill within the same visit. So, if you have a Starbucks on campus, it might be a good idea to start studying there, so you can take advantage of free coffee throughout the afternoon.
Just ordered caramel protein latte. It is the one of the worst protein latte i ever had. It just small amount of milk and water nothing more.
We got to the window and we tried to use my wife’s partner discount and they charged us full price. When we asked she said we didn’t give the information although we did. Took a shift supervisor to come over and say that isn’t how the discount works. She typed the numbers in wrong so she proceeded to scan the app (like we said multiple times to do but they insisted wouldn’t work) and finally applied the discount. They were extremely rude and condescending throughout the process. Highly unprofessional to just overcharge and try and act like it was our fault and put out by having to fix your own mistakes. Partners were out of dress code as well in ways that affect food safety. They had filthy aprons and the shifts LONG hair was not restrained

This location is "ROGUE" they give you what they want to give you, instead of using signature roast, they will use blonde roast even though you specified on your drink order signature roast. This is the problem "they gave an average retail food service worker a title (barista) in order to quell their ego and now they act as if they are the equivalent of a Doctor or Rocket Scientist", all the while a customer is just looking for what they ordered. This is not the first or last time something like this will take place, as I recall pulling up to a window at McDs and seeing someone dressed in a clown suit.
I usually come to the Starbucks because I typically have a decent experience, but today was completely the opposite. The barista Shaquil gave me a half empty coffee. I asked for a grande cup to do a comparison, because I thought this looks way less than if I would’ve just ordered a grande drink. Shaquille immediately called me aggressive and said I did not need to act this way probably because I’m a person of color, and female so the automatic ignorant discriminatory verbiage would be to call a female aggressive or defensive. I guess since everybody is removing their DEI rules it’s ok to be blatantly racist. When I measured it, right in front of Shaquil. He proceeded to tell me I ordered light ice, which I do for a reason because they typically give me a cup of creamer when they make my drink, as he did. Of course, my drink was short, even in a grande cup, it was smaller than a grande cup, probably the size of a tall drink. Needless to say the service was deplorable and if you don’t like your job or got up on the wrong side of the bed, please don’t come to work because the attitude is unwarranted and disrespectful. I will definitely be taking my business to the Story Rd. location, much better service and I always get a great drink.
Normally good service here but today has been one of my worst experience at Starbucks. My mocha frappe taste awful & has huge pieces of ice in it. This is after they remade it Bc the first one was worse. I’m so disappointed. Will never ever be returning back to this location. Please also get More friendly staff like at other Starbucks locations !
I went here yesterday for coffee, of course. I got it through the drive-through, and as soon as the lady handed it to me, it spilled all over my body and car because the lid wasn’t closed properly. It was extremely hot, and since the entire drink spilled, I couldn’t think straight for a moment and had to pull into the parking lot to clean up the mess. I went back to the drive-through and asked the lady for another cup. While she was saying she would make it for free, one of the guys came up and told me to come to the front counter. I explained that she had offered to make it free since it spilled, but he hesitated, and I ended up repaying for the coffee. Since it was way too early in the morning for any kind of drama, I just said, “Okay, I’ll pay.” I’m only sharing this to say: whoever you are, I know karma will find its way back to you. I hope you learn to be a little kinder because that stiff, power-play attitude really doesn’t belong in the service industry.
This place is racist I tried to go here with my family to get water and maybe do a second order of a coffee but they refused to give us water without a purchase with them not knowing that we were going to make a purchase for a different order so we drove off and got nothing due to the staff being so rude.

Customer service wasn’t great. I stood at the front register waiting to place an order for some time, while the barista held a lengthy conversation with a guest. The restaurant wasn’t busy whatsoever. Once the order was placed, the barista continued to hold the conversation with the guest, stopping all preparations of my order.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. First my Drink was made incorrectly so I had to go back inside to get a remake and leave my other items in the car(which got watered down and the food got cold ), I wait for my remake Patiently until I notice people ordering in-line and receiving theirs and yet I’m still waiting on a remake . Meantime, customer service was horrible , rude and obnoxious. Then go to realize the drink I left in the car that has now watered down is a small when I ordered a medium !!! At this point, I don’t even wanna go back and ask for my money or anything. I just don’t wanna deal with it. $31 dollars wasted. I will never return to this location!!
I ordered citrus mint tea. They took almost 20 mins to give it . The one who placed an order me after got the order and I was waiting for the order which isn’t fair. Mint tea is good. I hope they treat everyone equally
Due to my entrapment in the nightmarish cosm that is corporate America I am unfortunately resigned to order from this location which has somehow managed to perfect a matcha that is equal in bittterness to that of their manager. The ladies who work there are delightful but maybe if their manager actually treated them with kindness it would come through in the matcha.
First time visiting this store in the area. Not so pleased with my visit. After dropping off my father for a doctor visit/check up and planning to come back. I put down a mobile order for my drink. I normally do an iced beverage but with the cold front, I went for a hot version. I waited a little longer to walk in past the designated pick up time. I walked in and realized it wasn’t ready, so I waited patiently. The store wasn’t busy and maybe less than three people waiting on drinks/food to be made. Once I noticed it was made (not calling my name), I grabbed it and it felt too light in weight. I got in my car, took the lid off and the photo is what you see, almost more than an inch from the top. I couldn’t go back since I had to be ready for my father’s pick up time.
