The mgr waited on my family and I! She was great. She had really impeccable customer service and she was very kid friendly. My children just adored her! This place was one of the absolute best sonics we've ever gotten food from. Every crinkle fry was hot and perfectly crispy. The jalapeño poppers were also perfect and of course my double burger was neatly built and wrapped with precision. The girls all greeted us and were super friendly. Great job guys.

Kids meal was the best vegetarian option. A bit greasy but overall a decent grilled cheese.

I only order through the mobile app and have yet to have any problems. Very good app and you get 1/2 price drinks when you use it.

For fast food, it's good. Tots!! Is this the location in the middle of nowhere that took about 30 minutes to get us our food??

I will not comment in depth since I was a GM for those particular Sonic a few years ago and it would be a conflict of interest. With that being said, from a customer stand point, wait time was longer than other locations, food was mediocre and greasy and prices seemed higher than Hillsboro and Itasca locations.

The slushes always taste horrible every time we drive through. Like mildewed dish water maybe? Otherwise the place is great.

I can’t believe how much ace they gave me in my rt 44. There is literally barely any drink… The burger was good though. Make sure you ask for light ice!!

No slushees! We made the drive just for that and they didn’t have any. The girl working offered to spice up the kids drinks, which was really nice of her. Our food wasn’t great though. My son’s tomatoes on his wacky pack burger were bigger than his patty! It was just a thin layer that was way over cooked - edges were impossible to bite through.

Long wait every time with non-welcoming employees!!! At least the food was good though

Before you order and pay for your breakfast burritos, make sure they aren't out of hot sauce. Because they wont bother to tell you in advance.

Always gotten really bad unflavored chicken from sonic, but the junk in the tater tots is new. Customer service has always been good, but the food is just awful.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite, it's Sonic. Boy was this a big mistake. Looks like they have two people working. One cooking and one trying to work drive through and front counter. Not fare to employees or customers. Needless to say the orders are wrong and wait time is ridiculous.

Stopped here on a road trip and ordered 2 drinks and cheese sticks to share, paid 25 cents extra to have some extra marinara (which is kind of a wild price for a little sauce cup) but when we got back on the highway, we found that our straws AND our sauce cups were not included in the bag! 😭

This place is absolutely filthy. We were starving after a long time on the road and my burger had brown lettuce and a grease soaked bun. There was a nasty puddle of water inside the kitchen and the staff just walked right through it like it was no big deal. I chunked my burger in the trash. Never done that before. If I owned this franchise, I would be concerned.

Was told no onions came on my order so they didn't ring it up without onions... 10 miles down the road... One half of the burger was covered in onions. Food quality was mediocre and not on par with other Sonic locations. Was also extremely slow despite only a few cars ahead of us. Something close to 15 or 20 minutes in the drive thru. Edit: Revised after the store response was to basically say, "Maybe it will be better next time?" What type of customer service is that?!? Yup, that's a way to instill faith in customer's returning after a bad experience.

Used my card last night and had my debt card information copied by the drive through assistant. I asked her why she swiped my card 2x She got really nervous refusing to answer just a shaking hand and red face asked me if there was anything else. I will need to get in contact with someone in corporate. The manger there just told me that was Impossible and hung up on me now has left the phone off the hook so no one can call them.

Sitting there for 20 minutes, at the window never acknowledged us and we asked how long our order would be never responded. Was three small ice cream shakes.

15 minutes later, my food was still sitting there, getting cold. Went to ask for my food and the workers were apathetic, confused, and slow moving. “Here you go” is all she said, handing me 3 paper bags without interest in my satisfaction.

Terrible food. Managers don't know what they are doing. All around circus show going on behind the counter

The woman working the drive thru didnt ask if there was anything else we wanted and had a bad attitude. Didnt get the right size food and received narry a single receipt.....

All the food was stale and cold as ice. The chicken sandwich had clearly been sitting since lunch began as gross as it was.

Waited at the drive thru for 30 minutes and didn't even take our second order. We just left. This place has terrible serivce!

I order a hot fudge sundae. I was told they don't do hot fudge Sundays. They told me they could do a chocolate cup. Which is literally just a small cup of their chocolate shake, which is not what I ordered.

I had to wait for them to quit gossiping in the back to come and help me💯😡, then when I told the young lady I wanted the number 2️⃣ only the 🍔 (the triple smasher)... She said I was just informed they're still frozen🤔🤔🤔🤔💯💯.... I asked what do you mean🤔💯? Are they not made fresh🤔💯?... And it is 2:30 in the afternoon, this seems very unlikely to me💯💯.. So I asked her is there a 1-800 number I can call and complain because this does not seem right to me💯💯...(in a nervous voice💯) She said yes.. it is posted on the front....Anyways they won't have to worry about me coming back in here again💯💯... I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING FROM SONIC 💯💯💯💯💯💯... I will include a picture the complaint line was in case someone else to make a complaint 💯💯💯
