Usually get delivery here. I haven't had many issues until recently. I cancelled an order, then 3 hours later a delivery man showed up and called me. I told him that I canceled the order hours ago, that I was very sorry for the inconvenience, and then I proceeded to get yelled at by the delivery driver over the phone, then he hung up. I've worked in the food service many years, but nothing would ever constitute being t h a t unprofessional and mean to a confused customer. Just get Papa John's.

They refused to close the door in crazy cold weather and their response was “some maintenance” letting customers eat in this cold weather is just atrocious! Now I know why no one goes there and goes to papa johns instead ! Worst pizza experience ever ! Pizza was also not tasty, crust was too soggy for some reason. Me and my friends had the worst experience ever

I would give 0 stars if I could! I ordered delivery and left detailed instructions on how to find the place, yet the delivery guy kept calling me and YELLING that he had no idea where it was and couldn’t find it. While I was trying to explain the location, he hung up on me TWICE. He then said he would just leave the order at a random place. This behavior was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE.

Placed an order, but they brought me the wrong order, then said they come back with the right one. They never did, I had to call the store about my order and get it three hours later. Food was good, though!

I ordered two pizzas with a coupon that costs me $28.05 for a delivery and I mentioned the instructions very clearly to deliver it to the front desk person. But they just left in the soil at the door outside the hotel. Moreover it is not the main entrance, it is a side entrance. What should we say to these delivery people of dominos ( I ordered directly through dominos app). Please keep your sense and deliver it atleast to the front desk so I can pick it up. Does these kind of people really need a star.. to rate them.

My driver sounded wasted drunk and gave my food to the wrong person and drove 10 minutes away from my location that was given. When I called the store they said that I gave the wrong location and couldn’t give a refund, unacceptable.

I’ve been coming to Domino’s for over four years now multiple people have ran this store some better than Others.. Whoever decided to allow that rude incompetent woman to run a business should be ashamed of themselves if you can’t handle the business Find another job!!!! Lisa or Liz I believe was the name couldn’t hear over the LOUD music Leaving your crew to drown while you hide in the back laughing knowing people are waiting for their food absolutely disgusting! waited didn’t even get my food made yet I won’t be back.

My pizza was two hours late and I had to drive to come pick it up even though I wanted it delivered. Ticket says it was done an hour before I even got to the place. No one picked up the phone when we called more than 4 times. When I got there, they were actively ignoring calls (they weren’t even busy). They had like 5 people working at the time and there was only a couple waiting inside for their food. My pizza was cold by the time I actually got it.

I never do Google reviews but want to help out others. My last two deliveries took 2 hours to arrive, with a soggy box from staying in their heater for too long. They offer you a free pizza as a result, but when you try to to order on a different day, they either a) are not accepting orders via the app (phone orders cannot be linked to your account or b) have the same delivery times anyway. This store is clearly having staffing issues. I would avoid ordering from them until proven otherwise.

I’m pretty sure chicken bites were part of my order, but whatever this burnt-crispy stuff was should not have made it into the box—not even disguised as chicken bites. Either you missed this, or didn’t care, and I don’t know which is worse. Goodbye Domino’s: you just lost us! 😡😡😡
