*Update* For the past several months our drive-thru orders have been spot-on! They haven't messed up an order in a very long time and they have not been out of items from their menu either. It's been a welcomed change! I'm changing their 1 star review to 5 stars and so relieved and happy to do so!! Drive thru, 8pm. Ordered cinnamon twists, Sorry we're out of twists. Ordered Pepsi, Sorry, we're out of Pepsi. Sorry, we're out of napkins, Sorry, we're out of hot sauce... I just can't with this place. They are always messing up orders, they are always out of important, standard taco bell items, they are always confused! Over it.
It's Taco Bell. The food was hot and as expected. Whenever I'm hungry for a burrito, this is my go to for a quick meal.
I used to avoid this Taco Bell, whatever they have been doing, they have stepped up their game! I always am pleased with the customer service and quality of the food.It has become my favorite Taco Bell in the area!

I consider myself to be a bit of a Taco Bell connoisseur, and this restaurant gave me one of my most pleasant experiences to date. The cashier was kind and efficient; the gentleman working the line were fast *and* protected my food from being handed out to the wrong guest. I'm looking forward to visiting again! It has a nice small town feeling, so comfortable in fact that a girl brought her desktop computer in to work on her homework.

I order regularly off the app for pickup and I usually have great service! Every once in a while there will be an employee having a bad day or a missed/messed up item but we’re all human! I just wanted to shout out the employees who recognize my name when I order and go out of their way to make my order perfect and don’t judge me when I order multiple days in a row LOL thank you guys you are awesome
The team here is excellent! We eat here all the time because we’ve been building our own house and it’s easy to feed the team at Taco Bell. There are always options at Taco Bell, and this one always seems to get our order right. They are hard working and friendly!
I went through the drive thru. There was a few cars in line, but I didn't have to wait like I expected. The food was made properly and the order was correct as well.
Shout out to Gloria for the awesome food! It's always perfect! I love going in while she is there, she always gives the best costumer service! Don't go in while the teenagers are working on night shift though, they are very sloppy and don't make orders right and don't answer the drive through and lock the lobby doors when they don't wanna make anything along with just straight up closing the place hours early just to go home

Regardless of their mistakes, anytime my order is wrong or late, the workers are incredibly apologetic or quick to fix my order with no extra charge, highly appreciate all their efforts
Cadence & Mr. Gavin gave me great customer service, but my taco shells were stale. Mr Gavin said he would replace my order when I come in again. Thank you sir, I'll be coming in soon for my order. Other than that it was ok for a midnight run.
The gentleman working at the window is very nice however the food is consistently sub par. I get that it’s fast food and that people aren’t being paid well, but that doesn’t mean that customers shouldn’t get what we pay for. The last time we were there we were shorted some tacos, cheese was added to all the tacos even though they were ordered without them and confirmed at the window they were without them. And 3 of the tacos weren’t even wrapped; they were just thrown in the bag under the wrapped ones. I’ve never experienced this kind of disregard at any other location.
I sent in a mobile order when I was in Greeley, and by the time I got to the Johnstown Taco Bell, my food was still not ready. They kept saying drive thru first. If that's the case, no one will ever get their food any other way but drive through. They employees were rude about it. I waited another 25 min for my food to be completed.
Good is good but it would've been even better if I got the entire order that I paid for!! Like seriously?! Refund me my money or get my order right!!
Went inside. Ordered nearly $100 in food. Took it to a table inside. Of course they screwed up and forgot part of the order. When my wife went up with the receipt and tried to have it corrected, they tried multiple times to tell her she was lying. When she told them, we have it all sitting at the table and they could see what we received, they still tried to tell her she was lying. It took another 10 minutes for them to give us the rest of the order. Management and service here is the worst from any Taco Bell in a 50 mile area.
The staff were yelling at each other. Cursing each other out in English and Spanish. And it took quite a while to get our food
I hate fast food now. Kiosk ordering is stupid and takes American jobs away. Had to talk to someone to substitute beef for chicken anyways because I couldn't figure out how to on the Kiosk. Every worker ignored me also, it's like they didn't even want to help someone at the front counter. No hot sauces stocked, super low on napkins, and all tables were dirty. Benefit of the doubt maybe the lunch rush wiped them out but I don't think so. There's more to say but whatever.
Ordered a carry out order and some of the food was just wasn't worth it. They forgot sauce for the chicken cantina bowl, one of the chicken "nuggets" was the size of a pea and basically bread, service was just terrible and there were really no lights on besides the kitchen area. Also had to look through the bag and notice they forgot the chips. Just no good
At the drive through they never, never, NEVER provide napkins. I do not think they order all products because they never, EVER have the new, special items. They always forget the avocado salsa for the cantina burrito. They ALWAYS wrap items upside down so toppings fall out as you open them. They do not make the products correctly, they put the wrong sauce on the Cantina burrito. They put the Chipotle sauce, and that's not what it's supposed to come with. The kitchen is all teenagers, and I appreciate that they are working, but they need some sort of management that actually supervises and teaches them how to do their work properly. The only reason I keep going to this location is because it's super convenient, there are no other Taco Bells anywhere near me, it's a small town and the drive-thru options are limited.
Avoid this place. When we first moved to town we were pleased with how fast and efficient this taco bell was and were excited to have a good taco bell close to us where the food was made right and fast. Now they refuse service if you go to the lobby, miss items or make them wrong and refuse to refund or replace them. If you order from the app they don't make the food and say they will not make the food. They are EXTREMELY rude and have 0 customer service skills. Whatever happened in the past few months has turned this place into a nightmare. Would probably be faster and cheaper to go to Hays and make the food at home. Needless to say that's what we'll be doing from now on.
This location is always out of something or another whether it’s a meat, the whole item, or drinks. Very rarely has specialty items available for order. We love Taco Bell but will no longer be returning to this location because it is so unreliable. It gets our family fed, but not the items that we’ve already taken a whole order for and are scrambling to figure it out.
Zero stars. Ignored every single modification in a $50 order of food for a family of 5. My kids are pissed and won’t eat and honestly neither will we. Can’t wait to get some better food options and never come here again. Waste of money
My family loves taco Bell, but this Johnstown one is the worst. Every time I go to this Taco Bell they are always out of things. They are incredibly slow, you will wait in the drive thru for 20 min every time. They never get my order right. Their lobby is constantly closed, so then you have to go back through the drive thru and wait another 20 min just to get the things they forgot in your order. They do not know how to run this place at all.
Management needs to fire the manager that will make you sit in there waiting for food. I am a delivery driver, I go into the lobby and they tell me is closed because they are slammed, manager tells me I need to leave and go threw drive threw at 7:45 pm I am in the lobby. Manager kid is in the back making every drive threw order and continues to skip my order because I am still standing in the lobby. Asked the closing kid after sending there for 15 if the manager kid was making my food. He says yes just a few more min. Another 12 min goes by mind you this its 8:30 i has stood there and been lied to by some punk kid because he is to lazy to make 4 fry boxes. Then I finally had to yell at the YO ARE YOU GONNA MAKE THIS FOOD?! no bro you need to go threw the drive threw!!!!!!!! This kid and night closing team needs fired. Isn't understanding what customer service is and very childish wanted to argue with me about making it or not after I said you know what. I'll have your Management ahold of your job. And he wanted to say I am the manager... great kid ill call the owner who signs your pay check
Staff isn't helpful. Asked about drinks because they didn't have them listed on menu and the guy said 'oh I dunno' . Took water, received with no ice. Asked about ice and he said oh we don't have any. Things you should tell people beforehand for $100 Alex.
Absolutely zero service. All employees had their backs to the cash register 5 ft in front of us never even acknowledged us. Eight employees watched us or walking around never acknowledged us for 7 minutes. Had to use the unmanned kiosk to order. When picked up our food the Powerball was five pieces of chicken a scoop of beans and half a cup of lettuce. Burrito had more sour cream on it then beans. One asked about a fork they pointed at the door. Will never eat there again.
I don’t have a lot of expectations for a Taco Bell, but this is a ridiculous level of incompetence. If you go into the dinning room…..30 minutes is a low shot on getting food. Order online, closer to an hour. The employees were literally hiding in the back. Such a sad way to run a business. Pathetic.
Twice recently I have visited this location as a GrubHub delivery driver. Both times I was completely ignored in the lobby. Tonight, another customer exited as I entered and wished me luck. A second delivery driver entered after me and also had to give up waiting. The teenagers behind the counter claim they are prioritizing the window over the lobby. They say, they have to priroitize. Why is a customer who enters the drive thru twenty minutes after I arrive in the lobby a higher priority? Of course, they don't tell you they are going to ignore you unless you confront them over their rudeness. They will glance at you from behind their working counter, but they do not speak to you. As a driver, I will reject orders from this restaurant going forward. Wasting an hour for one order is not worth my time. I did ask for their managers information but they did not give it to me. They claimed they did not know when the manager would be working next.
Second time I have been to Taco Bell since the Mexican Pizza has been back and second time no pizza. First time was no shells which I an sure they were to lazy to fry. Today they were out of sauce. I thought they weren't going to run out this time. This is the worst Taco Bell in chain. Once told me it would take 30 minutes to cook shrimp for tacos. Come on.
The MANAGER of the restaurant was so RUDE when we asked for a simple request to have chips on the side of our meal. Basically threw the sauce at us when we were leaving and didn't say a word to us the entire interaction when we were paying. I don't post reviews often but the whole ordering experience was awful.
Went into the lobby and they said their lobby was closed and was told we could go threw the drive threw. We were in our log loader and would not fit threw their drive threw. We told her no, and why and The girl at the front asked the kitchen guys if they wanted to take an order and they rudely said "We're already doing an order." We, Cotton's Tree Care LLC will NEVER go to that Taco Bell again. Was never treated so rudely before. We go to the 7-11 that is located at the same location all the time, so there is plenty of opportunity for us to eat there, but won't.
Ordered two steak soft tacos and one cinnamon twist. Short version went something like this: two steaks tacos - do you want supreme? - one of them - anything else? - one order of cinnamon twists. The price seemed low so I checked the bag and only had one taco with spilled cinnamon twists in the bag. Upon pointing out the missing taco the clerk motioned with his finger to wait just a minute. His response was only one taco rung up. No offers to get another. No apologies. Nothing. I finally just said. “Forget it!” and drove away.
Spent over an hour in the drive through with only 4 cars in front of me … and I guess an hour in the drive through wasn’t long enough prep time for the staff as my food was thrown together very sloppily, and thankfully I checked for all my items because they weren’t all in there.. I’ve come here many time expecting things to get better but they just get worse.. Johnstown needs a better fast food restaurant because this is ridiculous. An hour for 4 cars… are you kidding! Absolutely horrible…. Ordered 2 nacho bel grande and 3 soft tacos. The nachos only had bean and beef. Called the store and the manager can barely speak English, then asked if I can come back so they can remake my order…. No I’m not driving 20 minutes so you can make up for a bad order that should have been correct the first time. $21 for this bullsht? Done with Taco Bell…. How quickly a food chain can sink.

We live near this location. We drive 25 minutes to a different location in a different town when we want taco bell. This location is THAT bad. The negative reviews are well deserved. Go elsewhere.
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but every time I come here, regardless of time of day, I leave disappointed. Staff consistently give either no customer service or are rude. Today I ordered ahead. Google claims they're open; from 711 I can hear people in the kitchen, but doors are locked and I sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Usually if they're not open I can't place a mobile order. I'm over it. From others reviews it's obvious they just need to put something else there or maybe get some staff that does the job they get paid for... for how much these damn places cost anymore it is not worth the absolute garbage fire that I receive when I come here.
Waited in line for 27 minutes just for a taco and a burrito. Then i get my food and the taco literally had no meat in it just all lettuce and cheese and the burrito was cold. Also every single time i go here the employees don’t even talk to you they just shut the window in your face. Surprised this place is still in business.
This location used to be great. I am not sure if the owners changed or who owns it but it is now horrible. The young people who work here are hard to deal with. Twice now we've had very strange encounters with employees. Last time was just a few days ago. We pull up, asked what we'd like, my husband gave our whole order, the only thing the kid caught was Dr. Pepper, he then went on to tell us how much he LOVED Dr Pepper, so my husband goes on to repeat the order AGAIN the kid goes on and on about how much he loves Dr Pepper and my husband had to repeat the order for a third time. When he ordered a soft taco, the kid freaked out about how much he loves them. It was weird and totally bizarre. The order was correct but we ordered sour cream to be added to our burritos and there was a tiny amount at the very end. And the burritos just didn't taste good. If this locations goal is lose all customers, it's doing a great job. No one will reach out when you do their survey or complain through the website. I get it, no one here cares! That's fine, we won't be back!
Ordered on the app. Went to the drive through for my order, I checked my order it and was missing a stacker, pulled into a space went inside had to wait for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. Then they made me a new stacker, come home to find for the chips and cheese, I onyl got the cheese! How hard is it to confirm the items in an order.
This I the worst Taco Bell in the world. I love taco bell too. The last time I went, I pulled up in the drive thru and the lady on the other end said "welcome to Taco Bell you are only allowed to order 7 items" What the heck... 7 items?! For a family of 5. Good grief. These are the laziest rudest workers. I have tried to complain multiple times and nothing gets done. I went there some months back and left there crying after they double charged me, I was missing half my order, and they locked the dining room doors and wouldn't answer to help me. I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. And went back through the drive thru and had to wait another 30 minutes to get my food fixed. The staff was rolling her eyes at me, and I had my newborn baby in the car with me screaming his head off. No apologies, just eye rolling
Well I'm extremely disappointed. For the nachos you gave me you gave me crunched up chips the size of my fingernail... I noticed you knew that it was screwed up that you gave it to me and tried to make it better by giving me a FORK to EAT MY NACHOS and my 5 layer burritos aren't made correctly instead of the cheese sauce you put shredded cheese and meat and sour cream..... not worth what I paid for at all
Sunday was my third time visiting this location in the year since we moved here, and for third time, I was unable to get food. I have literally never been able to get food here because of one reason or another. This time, pulled into the drive through just before 10p and waited several minutes before two kids (employees I assume) walked up to the speaker to hang a piece of paper on the speaker saying they closed at 930p. Neither said anything to me til I addressed them. This location is a complete joke, and it amazes me they are still operating given how horrendous the place is run. Again, for the third time, I could not even get food here. My wife, who is 1 for 3, said the one time she did, it was awful. This establishment is terribly run, the service, when it's there, can barely qualify as service, and makes the company look like a total joke. This place needs to clean house, get under new and COMPETENT management and start again. I truly am amazed this place is still even in business. Kudos to you if you've been there and actually even gotten a meal, even bigger kudos if it was good. Maybe one day, I'll actually know.
How is Taco Bell not out of business. You're ripping off your customers with the quality AND quantity of your food! Horrible! $60 for 2 crunchy taco party packs and 2 chalupas and they didn't even barely have anything on the inside and the chalupa bread was soggy! I wish I could post a picture of this horrible food!
Had a Large order and 3 Chalupas, chips and cheese and a burrito missing. Called when we arrived home and clerks were very rude “ I’m the one who made your order and everything was in there”. Those items were not in the bag of food we received. My wife goes down and waits in the lobby and is greeted explaining what was missing (again). Clerk with poofy hair says “ why didn’t you mention the burrito on the phone” Oder gets filled and Clerk(Poofy hair) is heard calling my wife a liar saying “ She’s lying I put the food in there”. Disappointed to say the least…
So much noise in the background they couldn’t hear us. Instead of working they were chatting. When we got our order and got home we realized most of our order was wrong and wrapped poorly. Couldn’t even cut the quesadilla. And we were also missing a couple items. They also don’t have time to check their product and we have moldy tortillas. This was pathetic. Simple job and yet can’t even do it.
What a disappointment. THEY’RE OUT OF BLACK BEANS. made the detour off the highway to come to this Taco Bell and I can’t even eat. I am a vegetarian, not by choice, and I got stuck in the drive-through line because somebody was behind me. What a waste of 15 minutes in the drive-through line and 15 minutes detour. Reading through the reviews as I’m sitting here, and management clearly has an issue with fulfillment. Seems like they are always out of something. If you’re on 25 north or south, do not pull off for this Taco Bell.
Wow, how do I even explain? I have never had such rude service. The kids that work here are extremely uneducated in how to ensure customer service. Long story short this last experience, I was accused of wanting free food and denied service, not even a Pepsi. I suspect they are giving out free food to all their family and friends. These kids escalated the situation to the point of calling the police to inform them of what is going on at this location as not one employee would step up as the manager to resolve or deescalate the situation. I am almost 60 yrs old and if I worked there I would have accepted the coupon as it was given to me by this location without my solicitation from a past experience of waiting in the drive - thru for a long time. I have photos of the offending 2 worst employees, but won't upload because I believe the one of the girl is under age. I would fire both of them just for escalating the situation, specifically the girl. Where is the manager? What kind of training is happening at this location? What is going on here? Just wanted a taco and pepsi. I ended up driving to another Taco Bell in my home city I frequent and used the coupon with no questions asked and not one word or rudeness or being accused of one thing. So there is a difference of service at the Taco Bell locations. I made an online complaint and requested a call back and still to date have not received one.
Card seems to have been scammed i received a 96 dollar charge later the same day that I went through the drive thru. I am currently working with my bank to see where it was ordered from.
One of the Slowest, most unmotivated group of fast food employees I’ve ever experienced. 15 mins to make 7 tacos and two burritos. There were two orders on the screen, I was the only one in the dining room. This is on management and ownership. Will not be returning.
We walked in and no one that worked there acknowledged us. Not hi, not we will be right with you, nothing. We decided to order on the kiosk. Sat down and waited. My order was ready but my drink wasn’t with it. She went back to get me a cup. My wife’s order came out with no drink after I had told the gal she ordered a coffee. We ate our entire meal and the coffee never came. We went back up when we were done eating and reminded them we still didn’t have coffee. I get that it’s fast food attached to a gas station, but smiling, kindness, acknowledgment goes a long way
The 2 toddlers running this store connected to 7-11 turned off their sign 20 minutes early AFTER several people were waiting in the drive thru and instead of informing us they let us all waste our time and leave much later. On the way out, the small child with the poodle hair gave us a dirty look while the other employee did all of the cleaning. Don't hire new borns that look like they still listen to mumble rep to run your business for you. Didn't think I'd have to ever say that...
This Taco Bell is the worsted it took 30 minutes to get my food and all the employees look like they hate it there and they didn’t even say the name on the bag so the person can’t know if there food is ready so I’m not going to to this Taco Bell

Ugh get your speaker fixed so we can hear you and you can hear us. Get your order screen fixed so we can confirm what you THINK we said is correct or not. You couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear you so we got charged extra for a drink we didn’t want. Always missing items and why are the soft tacos ALWAYS sooo soggy?! Very disappointing.
Updated my review from a 3 star to a 1 star, almost anytime I go here something’s missing or my order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a grilled steak burrito today and the cheese was just thrown ontop a cold burrito not grilled at all. I hope management will make a change here to keep quality up.
Horriable service I spent $29 bucks on food at this location the cheese and fries had barely anything in them. When I called to complain the manager advised me I had to drive back Whitch I live in the next city down in and show him like I was lying he then got rude when I wanted a refund he wanted me to drive back and show him my receipt and he would refund me and stated I would be back tomorrow with my receipt an pictures and he just kept trying to talk over me and hung up on me! I don’t even know how they are in business still. The worst place to eat! If you want half the food you paid for then definitely keep going here! And good luck! This is the only Taco Bell that is close to our house. So we go there when we want Taco Bell but it seems like everytime I go I always have a bad experience. There is something always wrong with my food. The night crew disappoints me very much they don’t do much to give you the costumer service you deserve. They sat there and laughed and thought it was funny how I wanted my food made.. not a very good face bell to go to
Stood in line for 5 minutes while the employees just looked at me. So I had to order off the computer. While waiting for the food I noticed how filthy that place is. Under the prep area the white floor is black. NASTY filth
If you are local, you know this is one of the few options. We have given this Taco Bell a few chances to be let down every time with missing items and inedible food that’s usually smooshed in a ball. Reached out to corporate, etc for refunds on missing items with no response each time. Missing items is the least of that Taco Bell’s worries. Save yourself the time and money and pick another option- you’re welcome.
We waited 15 minutes at the window for the mobile order which only had two create your own box deals. I ordered one box with a cheesy Gordita crunch and a 5 layer burrito, the gave us an original chalupa and the 5 layer burrito was gross, covered in beans (pictured). Then in the other box was a black bean chalupa with no sour cream or cheese and a soft taco with no cheese. They made us a refried bean chalupa with both sour cream and cheese still in it and the soft taco had cheese on it. They messed up all 4 food items and with my family member being extremely lactose intolerant, they couldn’t eat their dinner. This was all online on a mobile order so there’s no excuse for “not hearing that part” when ordering.
It would be convenient to have an accurate conversation with the cashier while ordering. Needless to say, the loud explicit music provided by the employee’s gets in the way. Personally, I’ve had my food messed up at this location in Johnstown multiple times. The attitude received by Nick towards customers is unprofessional, and him blaming customers for his failed communications is unprofessional. A simple fix would be to review the order with the customer before dipping out to the back to go mess around. -10/10 recommendation.
Ordered food here with my wife and kids and didn’t receive all of it and we were eating inside and the worker (lady with curly hair) was cussing and saying we are lying that we got the food. Seems like a common theme. All the workers were slow and angry.

We have not complained publicly about mistaken orders, missed items or ingredients over the last two years. Tonight we are pretty sure a chemical cleaner for the toaster oven thing was in our food. We tried to call and talk to a manager on duty but were put on hold...for ever..This used to be a good Taco Bell as far as they can be. Really very sad
This tacobell is the worst I've ate at!!!! This is the 2nd time we've come and they always get are order wrong, the chicken nuggets were burnt crisp(we had to throw them away) plus my husband had to drive back out to pick up the order they forgot. This is ridiculous. They have to many young kids working there with bad management! They need to shut this place down, or completely get a new crew or get the health department to go and send a secret shopper to investigate how they prep and deliver food.
This place is always trash but we go anyway bc it’s convenient but I think that’s our last time, as we’re still fighting food poisoning from our food last night
Seriously the worst Taco Bell ever! I’ve been here a few times and they forget about anyone that’s not in the drive through. This time I ordered from the app and it took 45 minutes to get my food!? That’s crazy! She asked my name 3 times and just kept telling me it was coming. I’m only ordered two value meals… never again!!
They got our order wrong, we respectfully went to show them and ask them to correct it and they cussed us out and accused of us not getting the order wrong. Despite all of us having seen the order filled with dairy. Do not support this business they hate their customers. And to the lady who was managing I'm sorry you work with people who do this, I hope your skills are appreciated somewhere better
What is this? It certainly isn’t a Mexican Pizza. It was stale tostada shells and no tomatoes and barely anything in the middle. Does management or corporate read these? This location has problems. It advertises closing at 11 but they close before 10. If I owned or ran this place, I’d be displeased knowing I’m losing money by them closing early and giving subpar service.
We always check order when going through the drive through and the girl taking orders asks us if there is a problem and she assured us the order was correct. I got home and a taco was missing. This is so common my husband decided to go back. He was met by two rude employees as he explained they forgot a taco. The girl was trying to slam the window even as the mgr. was trying to talk to my husband. They didn't want to give him the missing taco. For his trouble my husband asked for a free taco. Typically they offer this or a coupon. The employee said "NO, we can't do that"! Finally the manager told them to make one. This taco contained maybe a teaspoon of meat and the rest was lettuce. He contacted the manager when we returned home and told him what had happened and the manager told my husband to come in and he would remake our entire order for free. Manager said he would speak with the rude girl. Won't be going back. Sadly this used to be a good Taco Bell but it is has turned into a "Taco Shell." Go down the road to Taco Johns!
This place is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. Idk who runs this but having all those immature kids working there with no structure is a damn train wreck. Never around, goofing off making delivery orders late. It's ridiculous
I am an Uber Eats driver and this store claimed the order I was picking up was "Stolen". When asked if they were remaking they said "no". And asked me to cancel the order. That is really unprofessional as if I cancel orders it goes against me and my job. I understand the current climate of our society, I am a part time delivery driver trying to make ends meet. But when you encounter people who have 0 sense of pride in their work/life it's incredibly disheartening.
Spent 9 dollars on Chrunchrap with chicken. It was hard and no chicken added only CHEESE. Good god guys you had one job and no other customers were there. Yikes. Employees are fun but like...$9 should be a bucket of food not a hard flat zero protein crunch rap. Damn it......NO. ONE. WAS. THERE. How do you mess this up so badly when literally no customers were around? Are we deliberately making food this way?
For a fast food place in an up and coming town you’d really think that they would care about who they hire more. I have gone here 5 times so far and it will not go up to 6. Everytime I have gotten anything from here it is made so poorly it’s practically inedible. I’m very aware it’s called FAST food for a reason and they don’t have the time to perfect every order however it has consistently been shitty service and food no matter what time or day I go. If the managers are reading this you need to get new people on your staff, the employees here are rude and act like they have never been in customer service before. I never leave bad reviews and if I do that means it was horrible more than 3 times and I can’t bare it anymore.
We’re not usually people to send negative reviews, but we will not be supporting this location any longer. There was no hello, goodbye, thank you, your total is… we waited in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes. And when we received our food, two of the items didn’t even have any ground beef or cheese in them- burrito supreme and beefy 5 layer burrito. Not acceptable!
I went in there to pick up a door dash order and the"manager" ( sounds like the same curly headed kid in other people's reviews) starting talking crazy to me and tried to fight me in the lobby, he even tried to " take me outside". Not to mention the store wreaked of weed and they were blaring music in the store as if it was a concert. The"manager" was clearly stoned and more then half of the staff did not have on uniforms, hair nets or gloves. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.This staff is unprofessional to say the least amd if that is a manager acting that way then no wonder this location is ran like a circus. Regional needs to gain control of this store
Just ate at this location for the first and last time today. About an hour after eating my 2 “crunchy” tacos which were in fact soggy and barely filled. I got diarrhea and it’s now past 5 I’ve been to the restroom 7 or 8 times. I’ve never experienced this at any other locations. I’m sure I have food poisoning because I have the chills and feel very nauseous on top of the stomach pain. Very irritated and sick.
This Taco Bell is horrible. My Crunchwrap supreme has no meat in it. They forget my items. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but everytime it just sucks. Don’t go to this one. I’ll drive out of my way to the Iceland one instead.
Worst location I’ve ever been to! They always forget something in your order, when you get what you ordered it’s soggy or half-filled (taco’s only 10% filled with beef… mmmkkk), Door Dash cancels us routinely because they take too long to bring the order out, and the manger’s are very rude, don’t offer solutions, and argue with you. End result - Hire better manager’s to lead your employees. Your problem begins at the top… hire trash, they train people to be trash. Do better. Johnstown is growing. It’s only a matter of time before we outgrow and replace this location. Rise to the standards of our town or get out.
Terrible service, soggy half filled tacos, and missing half our food. New ownership needed in Johnstown, please! We love our Taco Bell, but will look forward to getting it out of town moving forward.
Once again this Taco Bell forgot half our order… we had already made it home and called for a solution. The “manager” was super unprofessional, did not provide a solution that worked for us and I asked to speak to another manager. When she said out loud, “she wants to speak to another manager,” the man (who I assume to also be a manager) said “there is no point!” Upon confronting them and asking if that’s how they truly handled situations, she continued to repeat “I’ve offered you solutions. I’m sorry they aren’t up to expectations.” When I asked for her name, she responded she doesn’t need to give me that information. This place has become a huge disappointment. Not sure if it changed ownership a few years back, but it’s never been worse!
Food was good except they forgot my taco for the 7$ deluxe box. Service was absolutely terrible they only gave us 4 sauces and we just wanted a few more and even offered to pay for a few more but the worker named ferby (the manager as he says) refused to give us more and said “ well they are technically free but we can only give one per item” even though we offered to pay for more overall just very rude service from ferby :/
Honestly so disappointing. We ordered uber eats, asked for no sour cream and all the burritos had sour cream. I payed extra for beef and got two tiny chunks. This is ridiculous
very rude the fact that they got everybody else in lobby taken care of while a door dasher waited 20+ min for his order last night at 8:46 pm friday august 22nd 2025. no help from anybody, had to have a second employee ask what i was even there for again after being ignored. blasting heavy metal music instead of attending the one person left in the lobby, completely out of uniform irresponsible manager, unbuttoned shirt, no hair net, no customer service, a bunch of employees in the back doing nothing staring back at me like i’m supposed to have the answer. i hope Victoria or whoever the regional manager is for this exact store can get their employees in check considering they hold every other taco bell in the area to a higher standard. you can save your automated response “sorry for the inconvenience please contact us” because there’s no point. i just hope Victoria or whoever the regional manager is takes care of business and doesn’t allow these kind of irresponsible tendencies continue to underlie in your “store”. i also Just called trying to ask for the exact regional manager to make sure this review is left for the correct person but even now the employees are clueless with no general manager on site dated saturday august 23rd 10:47 am. so if no manager is on duty right now to answer calls then that also goes to show negligence. Door dashers are your coworkers, please treat them like it. (update) seems like the curly haired manager is a constant issue from swearing at previous customers to now completely not caring about uniform regulations or time standards. laughable business honestly.
