I've been to this location multiple times, and it's one of my favorite ones to go to when I’m in the area. When I first went here last year, my order was taken by an employee named Taylor; she was very nice and put down my order with no mistakes, and my experience has been just as good with every other employee. My favorite meal is the 30-count nuggets; it’s the best way to hit your protein goals since it has 100g of protein with only 900 calories and 500 cal if you get the grilled nuggets. I hope one day they add a protein shake with at least 20g of protein. 🙏

This chickfila is as good as any other when it comes to food but the parking lot situation sucks. It’s so congested and there is hardly any room to park. Also you must squeeze through the drive through cars and some cones (why are they even there) to access half of the parking lot and the other half is probably already full. I avoid this place because I know I parking will be a pain if I can even find a spot.

I’ve had a mixed experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food is always out quickly, which is great, but I’ve consistently had issues with their milkshakes. It’s happened multiple times that I’ve had to wait 10-14 minutes for a milkshake, even after my food was ready. I’ve had to flag someone down to get attention, and the milkshake would be sitting there, unnoticed, for a while. It feels like there’s a lack of organization and follow-through. I hope they can improve their service and make the experience more consistent.

Ate there a lot and the sandwiches there were usually pretty good. Had to stop getting the nuggets because they often were not cooked right. Good food is not worth a 45 minute wait in a drive-thru anywhere. The drive through design is horrendous and encourages people to cut in line. I saw an employee being yelled at twice in the parking lot by two different people for “allowing the line cutting”. Poor thing just stood there. Shame on Chick-fil-A for allowing this to continue. I will never be back.

The worst service I’ve had from a chick-fil-A. I placed a order at 9pm with my kids and once I arrived at the window I was told I needed to re order be “the order didn’t go through” even though they took my payment. Then I get the kids meal and they were all ICE COLD & not all the way cooked. I called soon as I got home and the manager “Rosa M” whom was highly unprofessional suggest that I put my kids back in the car (really cold outside) and bring the food back. I asked if I could bring tomo she said no you need to come back tonight. Very unreasonable and showed no interest in my concerns. I again never experienced this treatment from any chick-fil-a location.

Update: they ended up charging me twice and my points have disappeared. Also charged me extra for an incorrect item. Frustrating experience I had a disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru today. I came to redeem my free biscuit through the app and wanted to add and pay for an additional biscuit. The employee who took my order seemed very rushed. Even though I said multiple times that I wanted to add another biscuit, my order wasn’t repeated back to me, my app was scanned, and he walked away without letting me pay. When I spoke to another employee, he was kind and apologetic, which I appreciated but he said Benjamin was “locked in.” Being locked in means doing your EASY job correctly and not being rude. When the original employee returned, he responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “You came for the free biscuit, you got the free biscuit.” That felt dismissive and unnecessary. If he had taken a moment to listen, the situation could have been avoided. No wonder this place has a high turnover. Can’t do a simple job

We purchased a 12-count nugget meal in the morning, and the nuggets tasted like the oil was extremely old. The flavor was very unpleasant, so later that afternoon I returned to the store to request an exchange. I couldn’t come earlier because I was working. I explained that I didn’t have a physical receipt because I ordered through the app. The manager spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the order in the system and was unable to find it. I then offered to show my bank statement as proof that the purchase was made that same day. She said she would look at it but walked away for another 15 minutes. After waiting all that time, I ended up leaving with no food at all. The entire process took an unreasonable amount of time for a simple food exchange, especially considering the issue was due to the quality of the food.

I hate that this is my local Chick-fil-A. Rude staff and food not up to par. I literally drive out of my way to go to another Chick-fil-A when this one is only 5 minutes away. Unecessary charges to accompany the rude staff!

We love Chick-fil-A. However this branch has a terrible service and lazy manager. Today 11/07/2025 at 8:35 pm we waited for more than 10 min for our milkshakes that came melted. The car in front of us waited the same time as us for a Coke. It's really disappointing.

The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous. I love coming to chick fil a because you’re in and out quickly. I’ve seen other locations where it’s busy and the parking area is mall and they hire someone to navigate the traffic. They definitely need to hire someone to do it. Came here today and ordered spicy deluxe combo and food for my son as well, when I got my food they gave me a regular spicy ckn sandwich, even though the guy repeated my order I heard him say spicy deluxe but he still put the wrong order, so I told the blonde girl in the drive through and she seemed annoyed that I told her I had told the guy I wanted a spicy deluxe, she got a little sarcastic with me and told me if I wanted it that she would have to charge me 76 cent, so it upset me that I had to pay again but whatever so she charged me for that and then asked for the sandwich back that they originally gave me and I had to wait for them to remake it. Honestly I know mistakes happen but her attitude was not okay. I come here 2-3 times a week Joe my son and I and other day they forgot to put straws and my son really needed that straw. Also with my order today there was a hair in the chicken! I will post the photo, and months ago I had found an insect on my lettuce but I didn’t say anything! Now I’m fed up! I’ll be going to another chic fil a from now on, it’s a mile difference but I’m done with this location, i spend too much money here every week to get treated like this and have stuff in my food and deal with an attitude for no reason.
