The cleanest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. It's been years since I've been to one. Sean was extremely friendly, prompt and professional. I'm not in Killeen very often, but I will definitely return when in the area.

This location is my favorite Dunkin to visit. A heads up they are out of items often because their truck is behind BUT I’ve always been told once arrived with no issues switching out items or getting a refund. My personal favorite is SEAN is attentive, kind, and in my eyes a great leader! Please keep him, I adore his enthusiasm.

Sean helped us and he was one of the nicest and most service oriented people we’ve ever had. My wife and I go to different Dunkin’s all over Texas due to frequent travel and tbh, we don’t ever leave reviews. Sean made the difference and was extremely kind and also helpful. People should be taking notes from this guy on how you treat customers. Great job!

This Dunkin' Donuts is consistently fast and efficient, Located conveniently right off of the I-95/ Ft Hood Street, this Dunkin' is a great breakfast spot before going into work. There's been multiple instances where I pull up, order, pay, and receive my order in about 2 minutes (with no one else in line). Definitely one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to!

Happy National Donut Day! Good customer service & a free fresh donut after purchasing a small drink. The cashier greeted us upon arrival & quickly took our order. We sat in the lobby & our order was hand delivered. The lobby was clean & smelled fresh. The bathroom. Was fully stocked and clean. Great visit!

I loved Dunkin donuts but it has changed a lot and not for the better but hey what do I know ..I'm just a customer now cocoa was a bit watery my son said my caramel macchiato was good donuts we ok cold not warming.. but again I haven't been here too often .quick fast service with a smile .. professional Blessings to all

I normally don’t have any complaints but today I get 2 sips of coffee and the rest cold foam… makes zero sense. I was in a rush and didn’t have time for them to fix it

The girl was friendly and offered alternate. I go out to car and ask my lady which she wants. I go back in and tell the worker what she wants. The girl then says they are also out of almond milk and offers alternatives. I chose an alternative and she starts making it. I go in the bathroom and it's disgusting. I give the girl behind register 5 stars for being nice, offering alternatives, and making the drink which my lady still loved. But cmon guys, she should not have been allowed to order in the app if yall didn't have the stuff. This is a new location and there is no reason for this bathroom to be this gross. This isn't one day of not cleaning. This is at least a week. Your workers are using this bathroom and washing up in this nasty bathroom. 🤢

Second time I was there and ordered a Vanilla Chai and it was sour. I explained that it was sour and the y remade it with the same ingrediants... still sour. When I reach out to district about it I got no reply. But I did get attitude from two of the workers cause of thier mistake.

Very disappointed with our first and probably last visit at this dunkin. Employees acted like they didn't want to be there. We came in the afternoon, so we asked what donuts they had left, employee said he would see and said nothing for the next 5 minutes so we judt ordered glazed. We were given a burnt bagel and didn't receive the two donuts that we ordered. We weren't given a receipt and he shut the window immediately after handing me the coffee.

My hash browns were a sad, smooshed mess, as if they had been stepped on before being thrown in the bag. The rest of my order wasn’t much better. It’s frustrating to spend money on food only to receive it in such poor condition. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Ordered a pistachio latte through the drive thru. Cup wasn't even filled up and it doesn't even taste like coffee was added! I didn't think it was worth driving back to say anything because the guy in the window wasn't friendly at all, like he was too good to be there, and I've been to this location many times before but the last few times were disappointing. Orders are made incorrectly, which is funny considering they only have a few breakfast items that are really simple to make. They are always out of items, even when they show them as in stock on the mobile app. They haven't had the French cruller in years, yet it's still on the mobile app and available for these locations when it's not. I had an issue where I never picked up my order, and the regional manager said they would leave my refund for me at this location with my name on it to pick up. When I came to pick it up, no one had any refund for me and had no idea who I was. I never got the money back. Don't recommend coming to any of the bell county Dunkins.

I usually love this Dunkin’ Donuts however when I came in at 6 PM through the drive-through, the worker was so rude. He gave me the wrong donut. He didn’t acknowledge me. He didn’t say hi. He didn’t let me know that it was the wrong donut. He just gave me two donuts and one of them was messed up So I waited and drive-through until he came back with the correct donuts, but he still did not acknowledge me. Didn’t say anything didn’t apologize. He just tossed me a doughnut literally

I was in at 12:15 pm on 02/19/2026. The lady at the front was very rude. Because I ask her to make some fresh coffee and then as she was telling me that the coffee was fresh because of the lights on the container. I told her no because she was very rude and I told her that I will never come back to the store. And no recipient.

It's 11:00 in the morning on a Saturday and apparently all of their chicken and eggs are frozen, they're out of most of their drinks, and missing a lot of doughnuts. To top it all off the person working the window had a really rude attitude.

Do not recommend this location. Staff are not pleasant, the ice cream is never in stock - including the flavor of the month, and overall just isn't worth the hassle. It's a miracle this location is still open with how it's run.
