They usually are good but lately they either missed something or put just a few fries compared to other times or they forget to put the ranch. 😔 Just check your order before you leave.

Wingstop definitely satisfied my wing craving with their crispy wings and flavorful sauces. But be prepared for a potential wait - my experience was unfortunately marred by slow service and a long wait time for food. It took 30 minutes for my order to arrive after I placed it, which is a bit ridiculous, especially considering it was a to-go order. Things weren't helped by the fact that they seemed understaffed and even forgot to give me a cup for water. To their credit, they were quick to fix the order when they accidentally messed it up at first. Overall, if you're looking for delicious wings, Wingstop delivers. But my recommendation? Order ahead online or by phone to avoid the in-store wait. Your tastebuds will thank you, but your patience might not appreciate a long wait, especially on a busy game day.

Worst Wingstop ever ! The managers iris & Allison don’t care if your order is wrong. They chicken is always raw and not fully cooked. Skip this Wingstop if you can.

I ordered through the app. Door dash brought me the wrong order. I called to correct the order and I was told there was nothing they could do.

Wings are extremely dried out, I got a 6 piece flats- mild and the skin on the wings tasted like leather, tasted as if they were cooked in old/burnt oil. Fries were good though. You'd think a place known for wings would do better.

Don’t waste your time, they selling oversized chicken wings; that are undercooked. Don’t waste your money or your stomach. Also the manager just sits at the back of the table chatting it up!.

My friend who’s pregnant called the store today kindly asking that her food be made fresh since you know she’s pregnant, and she was received with a terrible attitude and loud behavior. The lady on the phone kept requesting a refund but all we asked is that they made it fresh for her, and no they weren’t about to close. They had 4 more hours of functional time left. I’m heavily disappointed. Once we got the food the fries were cold and her sandwich wasn’t cooked properly truly unacceptable.

i ordered food from here , i made a mistake & called to fix the mistake & they told me to cancel my order , i did that & that was on 11/08/25 and today is 12/05/25 & i still haven’t received my money back i have called them every week & they have been giving me the run around about giving me my money back the manager irish was so very rude to me & im just trying to get my money back for a order that i didn’t receive .

Food was under cooked blood running from my food notified the GENERAL MANAGER and she told me she can’t fix my issue and she will not provide corporate number for me to input a complain and she hung up on my face multiple times go to this store countless times never experienced this or any issue and the first issue come about now she wanna be nasty and rude

Whoever they had answering the phone on 8/25/2025 evening at 8:59 pm is rude as heck!!! She answered but didn’t even see what I wanted first before putting me on hold. The first time I called I was on hold for 6 minutes with no return or follow up. Hung up called again and she did it again immediately before I could speak. Hung up and called and and she must’ve realized it was the same number so she placed it on hold without even letting me say what I needed. I called in regards to an order I’d placed online but couldn’t even get help. I’ve always loved this location until that. I understand there’s customers in the store but just don’t have a phone if you’re gonna do that.

I ordered the boneless 15 piece Wing but the guy who was working there His name is Arthur gave me a bone in wings with no ranch and I came home. I live about 20-25 minutes away from the store. It’s just a Bad customer service when I called in He was r rude and keep arguing with me that I didn’t order boneless wings. Very unsatisfied. 100% . Totally waste of money.

This location is a disgrace, called in a order they kept hanging up on me, drove to location to place order. This location was very dirty and ran by a bunch of kids! They stop taking orders at 1130 but the door clearly says open till midnight! I seen them turn down a first responders order at 11:24 so rude, very unsanitary. All cooking and on Iphones an sticking there hands in there ears and etc.. I asked the girl for her managers info they told me they don’t have a manager. I asked for Natasha the LLC holders info and they refused. nobody knew the wings stop district manager info either, this isn’t over I wasted over $60 on this order and would still like to speak to a corporate manager at some point in time!! Thanks
