I came to get a drink and only asked for easy ice, but the guy taking the orders got really snappy with me, apparently because he didn’t hear what I said and I get that, but his reaction was uncalled for. He was rude and even slammed the door open, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. My biggest concern, though, was how long it took to get my card back after he took it. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

Went to the drive up, three different times, waited 10 minutes each time, really wanted that footlong cheese coney, nobody ever came on the intercom, I drove through the drive out, looked in the window and everyone was shooting the breeze. Manager really needs to look at this, unless they were one of the neglecting ones.

We ordered on the Sonic app, parked at the booth, checked in, and waited about 20 minutes. During this time, we saw other customers get their food via drive-thru and walk up to the window. The Sonic employee looked at us 3 times and didn't bring anything out. So we decided to drive to the window because we already paid. Once we got an employee, they told us to wait. After about 2 minutes, they asked us what we wanted. We explained the situation, and they claimed they didn't know we were there because we hadn't pushed the button. We explained all the other Sonics, checked in via the app, and they gave us the order. The employee was rude and cut us off, asking us to drive to the window to provide them with our order. Once there, before we could speak, she flung her arm out with a cold bag and said, "Have a good night…” We didn't tell her about our order and missed our drinks. She had an attitude when we mentioned drinks and asked what they were, and Sonic was out of everything we ordered magically. As the conversation was becoming unprofessional, we decided to leave due to the night's location and lateness. The employee's attitude was disrespectful and lazy. We have cold, soggy food and no drinks.

We placed an online order around 7:30 on Saturday night. We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later sat in line at the drive-thru for over 5 minutes no one came to the speaker or to the car that was already at the window. We tried to walk in and you could not do that. We drove to a spot and push the button for service waited and no one answered. The truck next to us pulled out and they went and got in the drive-thru line to see if they could get service. When we finally left, without our order, the car that was at the window when we first arrived was still sitting there. There was three girls in the building, one actually looked like she was working, one was just looking around and the other was sitting at the desk looking at her phone. We will never go to this Sonic again. Management has some serious staffing problems as this is 7:30 on a Saturday night. I sent an email to corporate asking for refund.

I ordered the breakfast burrito from here. This is the second time my eggs came out with black specs in them. I took a bite and it tasted horrendous.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for a brown bag special. Then they got the order wrong. If you are the owner if this place I would consider burning it down for the insurance. 5 people standing around not doing anything. Hire a Labrador, you'll get better service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The service here is abysmal. Ordered ice cream sundaes and not only did it take 20 more minutes than when it said to be there, but they skimped out on the amount. They were also clearly not fresh, as they were melted. They weren't busy so you would imagine the food would be out pretty quick, but the employees here couldn't be bothered with that. This is not the first time it has happened at this location, even when you use the app to order. Save your money and buy ice cream somewhere else.

By far the worse food received. They tried to hide the burnt part and flip it over. After taking the first bite the taste was horrible. I checked and seen this crisp black hot dog. Never again from this location.

Do a favor yourself and avoid this place, you will thank me later. Rude people 😒 and their food is nasty, not even my dog would eat it.

Maybe instead of Sonic we go with a name that better describes the pace of service. I ordered on the app and still have to wait over 20 minutes to get my food. Through the window i only see 3 employees: one in the kitchen, one working the headset, and one sitting next to the window on her cell phone.
