I was here Wednesday evening 1-10-24 (7:50-8:20 PM). The food and service were good but the atmosphere was a mess which made it more difficult to enjoy the food. This was not an issue of being a break time for workers as almost every table was messy and every garbage can was overflowing. It looked like it had been like that for quite some time.

Went in the evening and only one or two other customers. All the tables were dirty, inside and outside. The food tray had dried food on it. Once we got our food 5 employees were standing around, a couple of them on their phones, and one employee was working hard. The rice was dried and hard, the chicken was cold and tough. I would not recommend and I will not go back.

Parts of the rice was dry and hard. I asked for extra cheese but didn't receive it. One staff member wasn't the nicest. Burrito roll was unbalanced and had a hole that opened even wider as I ate it.

I went around 10:35 a.m. to get a salad bowl, chips, & guacamole. The chips were stale and now I can see why if you go early there are pre-bagged large chips on the counter & they must be from the day before. The chips were so stale, they should throw out the chips & always use fresh ones for the day of opening.

Spent $100 on Uber Eats, which I’m fine with usually: but my burrito (I ordered with everything) was 95% white rice with a few pieces of steak and some slivers of veggies. My girlfriend’s steak bowl was way too spicey (we usually love hella spice) I never complain but this is just wild. Very bummed.

3 people in my group became sick within 30 minutes of eatting here. The most stale chips ive ever been served in a restaurant. LOUD MUSIC. It was under $50 to feed a group of 4, Imodium and Pepto at Walgreens was another $29. Heed reviews and avoid this location.

If I could I'd give 0, worst and dirtiest chipotle I ever been to. Rudest service, all the side refreshments utensils and napkins are empty l. There's like 8 employees 3 customers and all the tables are dirty. Seems like no one checks on this place

The Manager is so ride to customers and to her own employees. She's telling at everyone constantly and belittling the employees. And it's not working coz her employees don't even know how to properly roll a burrito!

The staff at this location is very rude. Multiple times over been there, they just seem upset to even be working there. One of the shorter ladies snapped at me and rolled her eyes when I asked a question about my order. I think they need to work on some customer service skills unfortunately.

Shitty. Every table dirty. Out of steak. Lack of respect. Been to over 100 locations but different here. Rather eat at McDonald’s. Good luck

This has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in, the staff are yelling across the food line, having inappropriate conversations, and acting completely unprofessional. On top of that, their attitudes are extremely rude. I get that it might not be everyone’s dream job, but if you’re here, at least do it right. Tonight, I got home to find my meal spilled everywhere because they didn’t even bother fastening the containers properly. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here—service is consistently horrible, they often run out of meat, and if they do have some left in the to-go section, they refuse to serve it to in-store customers. When did it become okay to treat people walking into the restaurant as less important than mobile orders? This location is ridiculous.

A few bites into my burrito I found a hard foreign object. I can’t figure out what it is, kinda like a piece of a thick twig. Anyway I tried calling to notify them, the robo responder was a pain to get through, I finally got through and no one picked up and the answering machine was full. I wanted to contact them to warn them in case they know what this is and possibly not have it served to others, but they appear to have left me no way to get in contact via phone. Maybe they will see this and contact me as I can’t seem to contact them. This happened 30 mins ago.

Came in to order a burrito and bowl. After the first guy put the rice and meat everything went down hill. Had one person making the bowl and another making the burrito. Both seemed annoyed I was not able to answer both at the same time when both were talking to me at the same time. Person making the bowl apparently I had enough ingredients and closed it up while I was telling the person making my burrito what I would like in it. When I asked the lady who closed up the bowl if they put lettuce in there she very rudely told me she does not know. Would recommend the rude lady practice her looking skills so she would know if there is a pile of lettuce on top or not or at least open the lid back up and check. After I checked the bowl did not have any lettuce in it. Food was decent but service is terrible. Choose a different location if at all possible.
