The Fries are fantastic. A Frosty hits the spot on a hot day. Big Dave's Deluxe is no.1 for me. The Texas style biggie bag caught my eye & it was a wise choice.

Place is very clean and staff welcoming and friendly. The fries are good and the patties on the stack burgers as well. Their spicy chicken burger is a bit bland but does it's job for a quick cheap meal. Prices are accesible and you can even get some coupons if you download and use their Wendy's app (recommend).

Only went through the drive thru. My wife never had Wendy's. The cashier was patient and friendly. We didnt have to wait long for our order. Which was a plus for us since we have no A/C. Food was great, looking forward to next trip.

Great fast food place and good for when on a budget! Really like their 444 meal... nothing can beat this one as it is really economical and great tasting! It includes a jr. cheeseburger which can be modified to your liking with different toppings, some free of charge like condiments, lettuce or tomatoes! Includes a small order of 4 piece nuggets with choice of sauce and small fries and drink, but only available on the Wendy's app!

Clean. Quickly prepared and served my food. The manager was gracious and friendly! Free coffee refills. Atmosphere: No free wifi for dine in. Wall sockets DID NOT work. Working wall sockets and wifi are expected as far as I'm concerned. But!! The televisions were on cute animal content and a neutral news station, so I enjoyed that!

A good place to get a quick bite from, there affordable menu. Either through drive thru, or inside there cozy renovations.

Thier chicken sandwich is the only one that stands toe to toe with the overall product value of chick fil a. Its the best in its own catagory, especially the spicy one. Their frys are good. Their $4 for $4 line up is awesome. Salads are also a good combination and portion. They have finally just added coupons and promotion on their mobil app. I do wish they would bring back the original "Big Classic Combo" from the 90's. It was a thin square meat with a texture superior to any other top burger from the other national burger chains. It came in double, triple and quadruple meat configurations and the bun they used to use had tiny tiny yellowish seeds inbeded on top.

A preferred place for Cheap food. Very delicious. Service is typically great. The bill was decent for the quality.

Every time I've been here they have been pretty fast costumer service is very good.

One of those days that shouldn't happen. Went in for some baconator fries n fries were old and bacon was burned N cheese not melted on.

The food was good and service was fast. I'm giving it a 3 star only because they had family guy on tv and I had my kids with me. Mind you it was only 8pm. anyways there was blood on that cartoon. I ended up having to tell them to plz change the channel. Which they did. Other than that service and food was great.

They took about 30 mins to get my order ready. I mean I get that there was somewhat of a line on the drive thru but no, that's just, idk. Maybe it just bothered me more cause I had a 30 min lunch break and my time was pretty much wasted. Anyways the food was pretty good and service was alright.

Second time I come and soda machine is missing drinks. Printing recipe machine is out of ink, I like to see the price of stuff I bought. Food is good though.

This Wendy’s is kind of inconsistent. Some days and times it’s one of the best I’ve been to. Other days and they’ll forget half your order at the window. Plus still waiting to hear back from corporate from a bad experience...From 2016! However, everyone is very nice and friendly. I want to say one of the friendliest fast food places in town.

Fountain drink dispenser in the lobby has been broken for over a week, need to ask cashiers ro fill your drinks from the drive through machine.

They don't accept "Mexican" cards. So you will need *cash* if you are a Mexican customer. :(

Air conditioning is failing, the Coke machine had no Coke, the place was dirty and trashcans full. The food was still as expected tho.

Great remodeling job, too bad the service was slow when I visited. The cashier forgot about my order I waited a while. Didn't even apologize. All I wanted was a small chilie and a frosty.

Food is great and price is reasonable. The restaurant is a little ON the dirty side. Although its remodelled, they need to use better cleaning routines

Disappointed from last visit. I ordered the 4 for 4 and everything was wrong. Fries were bland, and along with the nuggets, the oil tasted bitter as if it was not changed from quite time. The sandwich also did not taste good as it used to be. Not coming back to this establishment, I hope others still good.

Atmosphere is real bad on this very first visit, dirty tables and messy floor. Ice option broken and drinks dispensing in hot temperatures. Service could be better. There was only one cashier and you can see it in the other people‘s faces as there was a line building up that they did not know how to take orders for the customers so they stayed in their designated area as they gave me and the other customers that stare of awkwardness. Food is overall really good. Well heated and crispy. Cashier Ramon was very polite and took my order proficiently. Upon receiving my order which was nuggets and fries, the typical sauce used would be barbecue, but I received ghost pepper sauce even though my receipt says barbecue dip. Nice environment as it is quiet and soothing music inside. Probably will not be coming back to this location, but still a good place for others that live in the area.

If it wasn't for the beautiful sweet girl taking orders inside I don't think I could give it even 2 stars. The cleanliness of the store inside in view of guests makes me question the cleanliness of the back of the house. Even when dining inside you are given your food in a bag definitely didn't make me feel like I was wanted to stay. Please clean up it wasn't even busy when I visited

They take forever to give you the food, they don't ask if you want anything else added on the side like ketchup, salt, pepper, and they give you attitude when you ask for it once they are delivering you food away from the service window. Plus I have gotten the wrong order once every 3 times I go there. So check your bag before you go, even if you're late, because they take 15-20 minutes to make a burger, and then they will give you something you didn't order.

Not a ounce of professionalism in site the register was completely ignored leaving me waiting 15 mins for service I was treated rudely and got a special sandwich that lacked special ingredients plus the place was very smelly and dirty

ATE INSIDE AT DOWNTOWN WENDY'S ON MAY 18, A.D., 2023, AND THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT AIR/C WAS BROKEN. SO WE ATE LIKE IF THE FAKE FIREPLACE WAS REAL. IT WAS MISERABLE.

This is probably the slowest Wendy's that's in town. Regardless whether its day or night its a guaranteed 10-15 minute wait. Not only are the waits long but the lighting needs work in that location its always dark like if its closed. Overall would rather drive to another location farther than where I reside than this one.

I went to this wendys today and I placed the order I got my order wrong the guy that was taking my order was being super rude he was being so rush’s to the point were I wanted to just leave. I stayed and my order was raw...meat and everything.

I ordered thur the drive-thur they took forever to charge us my total was $46 something so I gave the guy charging us $50 he took the money and just walked away without giving me my change back I was thinking maybe he needed change but after a while another employee came to the window and just stared at us like "what are u waiting for" so she just printed out our receipt thinking that's what we were waiting for then the first employee who originally charged was like "oh they still need thier change" so the lady was oh I'm sorry here's your change and by the way we only have enough for 2 frostys ( i had ordered 4) then she goes we will replace the other 2 for cookies i was ok that's fine. So once we got home I took a look at my receipt and the cookies are cheaper then the frostys then they forgot an order of chicken nuggets. Horrible service. They should double check their orders. But i guess it was my fault as well for not checking my order before leaving.

Just going from the service I received I give it 0 stars, breakfast hours, I went in at 8am, there was no one inside no one in the drive thru, I waited around 10 minutes before someone came to take my order, girl was on the phone with speaker on, I ordered a chicken biscuit with bacon egg and cheese, the girl interrupted me, having an attitude, and said that doesn't come with bacon egg and cheese, I replied I know, can you add bacon egg and cheese, she didn't say a thing just had a bad attitude. Wendy's you need better training for your employees, ohh it didn't have cheese.

Terrible! The bun was stale the meat was over salted the fries were cold and old! I had to ask for a refund! The manager never apologized or seemed phased by the atrocity! The food was unfit for human consumption! The health dept should pay a visit! I left a complain at wendy's site but so far no word! I hope someone looks into this soon!

I had to drive to Wendy’s at calton and San Bernardo just to get service. After 9pm service is non existent through the drive thru. Have gone on various nights and nobody will answer even after 10+ minutes wait even while saying hello at every minute. Pulled up to the window and waited an additional 5 minutes while calling the store various times. Double checked that they are open and they are.

Irma gave attitude to me the entire time I was ordering. I’ve worked at fast food restaurants myself and this is the poorest customer quality I’ve ever gotten. I wish I was over exaggerating but I know a bad worker when I see one. Never coming back here again.

In the Drive Thru the guy kept having us repeat our orders very very often. I felt sick so I got off the car and went inside to the restroom. The restroom was disgusting one stall was so dirty the employees seem to not care or be lazy about cleaning the restrooms so they just put a yellow caution cone on the really dirty toilet stall. While the other stall was dirty all over the floor with pee and other liquids, the trash can was so full with toilet paper I could see the dirty toilet paper with poop hanging all over. Extremely dirty.

Every time we go this Wendy's something is wrong when we get home. They forget out burgers, and last week they forgot the sour cream for sour cream and chives potato. I was so upset but I was at TAMIU. There was nothing I could do. Today was the last straw, my husbad order a salad, and my kids were waiting for the food. The worker came out and told that they had no cheese for the salad he ordered. Then, why sell us the salad without saying anyhthing. This is a deceptive practice. It is like selling a cheeseburger without the cheese. I will never buy anything from this Wendy's again.

Place says it closes at 1AM. Customer service rep said it was 1:50, even though it’s 12:40. They also said they didn’t have any drinks or frosty…..why put one hour and not respect it?

The food is ok, but the service is really bad. They forgot to add something to my order, and when I told them, they said I had to make a line again in drive thru. Ridiculous. I was polite about it until they said, "Yo nose tienes que regresar a la fila." I wasn't even going to mind. I just wanted to let them know. Never again. At least not in this location.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Management has not trained their employees whatsoever. Cashier didn't know how to use register to place orders and the fries were nasty. Oil has not been changed in ages. DISGUSTING! Air not working.

We told them we wanted large and they charged us small. Also they didn’t wanna charge the difference so they charged us double also when we got home there was pickles in my burger I told them no pickles that am allergic and I almost ended up in the hospital thanks to them. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they couldn’t when I didn’t even bite the burger very rude and bad service they looked at me and said it’s not my fault your allergic mamas and it hurt my feelings never coming here again.

When I got home chicken was super cold, did not look grilled looked steamed, parts of lettuce was brown & red apples were sour. Just not good at all. Not worth my money spend. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN. And kept threatening her that she will run her off. When the poor cashier wasn't even doing anything wrong ! I want to report the manger to the higher ups. Returned to store to speak with mgr after bank notified me of attempt to use my card. Went to drive up and asked to speak to mgr. Very rude individual stated to come inside. When I went I was ignored by all, mgr never came to front. Horrible business service, I'm sure one of them probably tried to use my card. Reported to corporate and received follow-up. Not the first time I have issues here. Always out of certain items and overall not worth it. Go elsewhere

Just terrible. The fact they still mess up on the orders when it's on takeout is just horrible. A stray of hair was in my nuggets, the burger was not as ordered and was given to me with hair too. On top of that, they're just the same as any other fast food place that don't get their orders right. Altogether, I'm not going there nor is any of my relative going there as they too had their orders messed up too.

The manager and the cashier were very rude and got my order wrong, then told them I had ordered a different drink and they just made a gesture and made a comment between them two. They gave me the Strawberry lemonade with excessive Strawberry syrup on purpose. This place needs a manager that will act professional and someone who will lead their staff in being very courteous and friendly to their paying customers.

I’ve gone to this particular Wendy’s several time and the service has just gone downhill. I won’t be going back. Visit1: No ice in any of my drinks and wasn’t told the reason why they didn’t give me ice. Maybe next time tell your customers that you don’t have ice. 🤔 Visit2: I ordered an ice coffee and it didn’t have ice and it tasted horrible. Visit3: My order was taken wrong and I end up just taking whatever the person rung me up because theirs always a huge line at the drive-thru. They do have plenty of parking spaces 😂 The outside is clean. Good job 👍🏽 on that!
