So just like everyone else, morning are fast and quick going to work, dropping kids off at school etc. I was under the impression that the staff at Whataburger was on the ball? Well not a surprise, after all they are just kids which lack the experience of what customer service really is! I mean they did take 100% of my money that I worked for but I ended up getting 60% of what I asked for. Bacon instead of sausage, no syrup or butter with my packages, have you ever tried eating a piece of paper? Very unpleasant, well that's what I got at this place. Shitty service and stuff I didn't order. Shame on the management there for letting this kind of customer service happen. You guys kinda suck at this!!

I have been to this Whataburger twice now. The service is incredibly slow at the drive thru. Once I got home with my food, a Whataburger with cheese and fries. The bun was so dry I couldn't even eat it. The fries were cold and stale. I actually ended up throwing a $10 meal in the trash. Disappointing, very disappointing.

I have always enjoyed Whataburger. I had a double-meat with bacon at lunch on Sunday. The burger looked like death warmed over. It tasted stale, and for the next 18 hours I had an upset stomach. Still having issues with my tummy.

When the hamburger looks like it had been sitting for days, you can’t finish it and your sick for three days, then manager is a very bad, bad manager. Man one person and they tell everyone they know NOT to go there.

I don’t know people are giving this whataburger a 5 star. Never not once has this restaurant location reached a 2 star for me. Sorry to be frank but this the slowest whataburger in history. Fast food more like slow food, chilis is even faster than this drive thru. I have done curbside like 5 times in hope they fall through but nope, whatever kids are grilling in there are like the sloth from zootopia. Also for some reason, no one in that kitchen can mix fake gravy correctly. Every single time, I mean every SINGLE TIME their gravy is water. Actually it might be more water than water. Oh and get this, the food will be warm but guess what good luck getting a good size chicken patty because all you will eat is buns and lettuce. Sorry but not sorry cause this location is the worst. I said what I said but I will have to keep getting this rubbish whataburger because who wants to drive far.

I ordered on the app 20 minutes before arriving at 6:15 in the morning, ONE Person in line in front of me. I sat there in line for 15 minutes just at the window… What’s the point ordering ahead if the food isn’t ready? Like 3 different people came to the window asking for my name for the order…

Got a regular Burger this evening, worse Burger I have had in a very, very long time! The " Bun" was scorched on a four sides, not toasted but, burnt! Mayonnaise was slattered , so much so, it's was dripping! Never again will I buy anything from this place@

It’s unexpected that when we ask for no ice they put ice in our drinks. The burgers are smashed and there’s no labels on the burger when something is taken off or added. I understand busy food service can be hectic but they also give out invalid coupons.

Whataburger used to be the best in Texas. Not anymore and especially not the Leander location. Regardless of time, day of the week, or what you ordered, you WILL wait at least 20 minutes. For those who only get 30 min+utes on lunch, this causes a problem. Do better Whataburger

Ordered my burger without cheese, the girl who took the order confirmed the order w/no cheeese and I still got burger w/cheese. I called and spoke to the manager. No apologies just a thank you for letting us know. I swear service these days have gone down trenendously.

Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to make a bad review, but I recently ordered thru Uber eats and the service from Whataburger was terrible. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onions. When the order arrived it wasn’t even spicy, and was missing all the ingredients except for the chicken and bun; truly disappointing. I ordered large fries and they didn’t even bother to get that right either since I got a medium instead.

The food was tolerable, restaurant was filthy and young people vaping inside like no big deal. They even sat their vapes on the table. This is my first time coming late at night and I will never do it again.

BEWARE OF HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!!! I would highly consider looking at your food before eating it. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my breakfast taquito. The hair in question was cooked into the eggs. (I could pick the eggs up by the hair) I doubt I'll be returning to this location. Whataburger, please do better.

Drive through- my Whatabuger Jr hamburger pattie was cold and I mean cold, paper thin with holes in it! Ridiculous after you wait in line for 20 something minutes. Fries were good and hot just needed some salt. Drinks good. No napkins given and receipt didn't look like the correct receipt, see pic. This place is already super busy, because not many choices in this area but imagine how much busier it would be with quality food!

Went through the drive through and ordered burger and a medium drink. My burger was great however after taking 2 or 3 sips of the drink i ran out of drink. It was a 32Oz cup and when i opened it, it was filled with ice upto the brim. It felt as if there was 3 oz of soda in a medium can. Really appreciate they taking into account the time of day and also decide on the ice... Either way filling the cup with ice upto the brim is not a great thing as the probability of folks in a drive through doing a refill is very slim.. Writing this not as a complaint but as a way to provide feedback to this store so that you can improve this.
