Had subway for lunch today & my sandwich was made exactly as I asked good soft bread proper amount of veggies & a clean dinning area to enjoy my sandwich keep it up subway 👍🏼the young tall gentleman with glasses who made my sandwich went the extra mile for me I'll certainly be back....keep it up subway

Iv been coming here for over 3 years great place, calm and nicely located. It's not usually crowded but the drive through is not long so three to five cars maximum can fit and the twin is narrow. Food great and service as well.

Just wanna give my praises to an employee at the Levelland location named Melinda! As a customer and Door Dasher, I'm in and out of there a lot. I often see her tending to a store full of people (constantly by herself, even during lunch rushes for someone reason??) and she's busting her behind to provide the best customer service she can, all while maintaining a friendly attitude. The location seems to be short staffed a lot, but every time I happen to catch this employee working alone, it is very obvious that she's working her tail of as best as she can, as fast as she can. Just wanted to take a moment to give her a little shine, it's definitely well deserved!

I didn't realize that they had redone the Subways in Levelland, but not have they! It looks great inside and - the best part? They tore out the fence that made the old drive-thru especially hazardous (especially to teenagers on their driver's permit....R.I.P. Old Suburban..... 😅 But the young fellas working inside were absolutely wonderful - had the BEST SANDWICH EVER this time! Try the "Turkey California Club" with double meat - it was great! ☺️

If you want your sandwich right, better go inside and not the drive through. 2 of out 3 times I have been threw the drive through, they have not gotten my order right. I guess when you want extra olives, that means no olives to them.

I love Subway it's very convenient for me and it's healthy I always get my food delivered cuz I don't have time to go in cuz I'm at work I've noticed that they always forget to put something I ordered on my sandwich this time it was avocado last time it was sauce I'm upset because this always happens now

We ordered two 6” to be delivered. One sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomatoes. The other one, the smashed avocado was missing, which we had to pay more to add it! Sandwiches were good, but not what we were hoping for!

Food good. People friendly. However, I have day in drive thru at speaker several times for 20 mins and finally drive off because I never got waited on. People behind me drive off too. Ridiculous, especially at 4:30 pm.

A smart manager would have an employee during the busy lunch hour just for the window and online orders. Also, get the calendar for SPC when they are hosting major events and double staff those days.

I made an online order and when i went in to pick it up the didnt have it ready i ask for no veggies and they put everything on it and gave me the wrong drink and filled it up half way

Horrible. No white bread, no meatballs, no lettuce and no tomatoes. Got the online order completely wrong as well. And I'm positive I got food poisoning shortly after. Never again.

My husaband and daughter were ignored while waiting the two girls working were talking bout weekend plans .one was on the phone the whole time my husband was waiting then the two girls were talking . someone else came in and the workers payed attention to them right way.

Their drive thru wasn't menu was not working so I had to drive to the window and I ordered she took my money then she went to make my sandwich and came back to the window and said she didn't have any tuna and then she said what else would you like then I will have a turkey sandwich and then she said I don't have any turkey and I said this good friday And I'm hungry I had to get a meatball sandwich instead Close this place if you can't please anyone

Last couple of times I have gone here it has been terrible. Always waiting 20+ mins to get anything. This last time I just came here I was in the drive through, I was told “hold on” twice. 20 mins later I pull up to the window, and the one worker in the back said it didn’t ring. I told him that he told us to hold on twice. The workers here clearly don’t care, and are understaffed. I love subway but never going to this piece of &;$@ again.

Micheal is rude as heck . Swear everytime i go there he has the worst attitude. I literally spend at least a 100 bucks a week for my coworkers and I but I’m about to take my business elsewhere because why deal with a very rude worker who obviously hates his job and gets everyone’s orders literally everytime where i could go elsewhere and pay less !?!? Worst subway ever . Wish we had the one in Walmart still plus it takes at least 30 minutes in hold with Micheal in the drive through

I was really disappointed. The first time I ordered here and my order was placed online. I pull in the drive-thru (BTW, there were no customers), wait 5 minutes at the window and saw nobody inside. I pulled around, went inside, the loud "ding" went off. I waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes. Then out comes a worker with a frown on her face. I was not greeted in a friendly manner. She was rude from the get-go and said in a stern manner, "What order are you here for?" I replied back in a stern manner my name. The atmosphere was very tense. I pointed out to her that in the future when a customer is waiting a long time she could acknowledge the wait and at least apologize and explain the circumstances. She then said with an attitude, "Well I'm the only one here. I couldn't help it." I said "I realize that, but you could be a little more considerate" and pointed out that she is representing Subway. The argument went on and she repeatedly asked what I meant. So the entire concept was beyond her. Horrible service. Won't be back.

Girl behind the cash register was very rude and yelled at me for telling her the soda was out. The place is always a mess when I walk in. after today I will no longer waste my money on this store. No excuse for being treated as I was. And please next time change out your spinach. It was old and gross 🤮

So every time I come in there, there is always customers leaving cause there is only one working. Today I came and there were 5 customers that walked out due to short staff. The inside of the building is dirty- windows full of dirt, tables are not cleaned off- service is horrible never have I seen a manager on duty to let them know…. If there was better service this place would due great.

The last time I went to the drive thru I was asked to hold on they would take my order shortly. I waited 20 minutes and no one ever asked if the could take my order. I drove past the drive up window they had two employees working there and one car in the parking lot. It seems to me someone could have taken my order in that amount of time. The two previous times I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before they came back to take my order. It seems like I am waisting the employees time to place my order. I made a call and have them my number to make a complaint I doubt I will get a call back. I will not be going back any time soon.

Usually out of everything, lack a daisy attitude from employees, about 1 out of 10 times ordering thru app they actually get the sandwiches made, they are not made correctly, when they do get them right they are about as good as any other subway.

Went in today at 3:15 to get a sandwich. Walked in and the music was so loud, I guess no one could here me come in. Stood there waiting for someone to pop up. Nothing. No bell to ring. No sign of any human. Just left hungry.

I don't know how many bad reviews and complaints a company needs to try to fix things but it must be a bunch... has anyone ever been able to order at the drive thru without waiting 20 minutes first.. I haven't.. Subway used to be a premiere place to eat but guess no more.. sad really from what the founders saw and expected in the 1990s

I understand being out of some things but being out of everything is ridiculous. If you order a salad and you are out of everything to go into it at least have the decency to give me 8.00 worth of lettuce and tomato. You put more on a sandwich than what I got...

Today I waited 20 mins in the drive-thru waiting on someone to take my order..sent my kid in to let them know several cars where out there .was informed that if we wanted food we needed to come inside..talked to the manager on duty and it didn't get any better..as I was finished letting her know we waited forever, she told me there was nothing she could do, walked off and started cussing about me..this place is a wonderful place if an adult would take it over and not children..I understand when you are short handed but as we where passing the drive thru window, the manager was on her phone in the back..

UPDATE and downgrade to 1 Star: I went back here on 09/06/2025 and was verbally threatened and harassed by a customer, who appeared to be a friend of the employee working there. The employee lied to the police and claimed we had a "disagreement". Your store owner Curtis is going to hear about this. INITIAL REVIEW: Chronically understaffed and mismanaged. I am surprised that Subway is letting one of their franchise locations be run so poorly.

Absolutely will not order from here again. Firstly, I ordered 2 sandwiches, both were wrong. Neither one was toasted and one was on the wrong bread. I called and told them it wasn't right. They offered to replace them. I agreed to the replacements. I got the replacements home, and my sandwich was nearly inedible. Mustard and ranch were literally pouring out of the sandwich with every bite I took. I know a little spillage is normal, but not this much sauce all over the place. I wasn't even able to finish the sandwich.

Customer service is horrible, and when going through the drive through they get aggravated because they can't understand you. You can talk loud and they still can't hear you. Hey Subway in Levelland, maybe turn up your head piece or update your system, and teach the employees how to have better customer service!!!

This Subway is getting worse by the day. They never have the food options available to make a complete sandwich, for example; bread, veggies, meat etc. they are always out. I have gone in numerous times, would order my sandwich and the reply would be, “Oh, we don’t have any of that at the moment.” I just went back to give them one more try and was screamed at from the window that they are CLOSED, and she did not know when they will be back open and slammed the window…. Unacceptable!! I asked for franchise owners number and was given a out of order number after being on hold for 20 minutes.

Why are there no signs or disclaimers stating that you can’t change things? All they would do is take off ingredients, so I got a cold tortilla with some meat and cheese.
