Kind staff members! Drive thru at this location typically has a longer line (wait time). There is very limited parking options as well. Other than that, great coffee, great service!

I love how big this location is! Perfect for doing homework or catching up with old friends. Trey is incredibility nice. It's hard to find employees that genuinely love their customers and try to build a relationship! I wouldn't go to any other starbucks!

Good service Good food my favorites are the coffee with a double shot of expresso the Spinach feta egg white wrap. The lemon 🍋 bar is real good too. The bacon 🥓 smoked egg sandwich is a favorite as well.

Amazing customer service! So I ordered a drink through the drive thru. Everything went perfect, friendly order taker, awesome customer service, etc. As I'm pulling away like a complete idiot I didn't secure the drink in my cup holder so when I took the sharp turn out of the drive thru I spill my ENTIRE DRINK all over. After shouting a few obscenities I quickly park and run inside the Starbucks and politely ask for some napkins to start cleaning up the mess. The baristas were not only willing to give me as many napkins as needed to clean up the spill but also remade my drink FREE OF CHARGE. They were not obligated to make me a 2nd drink on the house because I was the moron who spilled my own drink, but they did anyway out of the goodness of their hearts. Now that is what I call going above and beyond for customer service! I'm going to tell all of my friends about how awesome this location is, and they definitely earned themselves a repeat customer!

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Keep coming back. They shake up the cold brews! hallelujah! The food is always delicious and they give perfect size pup cups! Update: I gave my name for the order and they spelled it correctly! First time in my life that this has happened. :)

This specific location is the best Starbucks experience I’ve had. I go here often and everyone is always polite and attentive. You can feel the camaraderie of the team every time you walk in. Best location anywhere ever. Feels like a cozy coffee shop and not a mega chain.

Tori was working the morning shift the morning, and made my week. She went above and beyond the expectations of a company like Starbucks. She not only made it right but she also made sure that I got back. It’s the closest to my house, so I go there naturally, but she doesn’t know that. She still wanted to ensure that she did all she could do that would come back. That’s customer service.

We have not been in a Starbucks for a while, but had been to this location in the past. We had some time before meeting for an appointment, so we decided to stop. We were warmly greeted, we were able to get the chocolate chip cookies, plus something to drink, and there were plenty of chairs to sit in. My only wish would have been having the coffee table clean as there were crumbs along with what looked like nut pieces on the table. There is a severe nut allergy, so we had to be hyper vigilant to only put items on there if they were not actually touching the table. The associates were busy, but maybe they can occasionally check things like that. It is difficult with a tree nut allergy anyway, because people who don't have allergies don't think about those who do oftentimes. We chose to stay, with 2 Epi pens on hand, while we waited in the cool store versus the hot car for our meeting, that was definitely our choice. We do wish there was more attention to things like allergies, in the training, it would make it a bit less worrisome. Again, service and the overall experience was excellent. and the bathroom we chose was clean, and definitely ADA approved. They get kudos for clean bathrooms, as many Starbucks we have gone to have been disasters, this one was very clean. One of us needs a little help these days when using the facilities, and it's so nice when you don't have to have trouble already, plus navigate a disgusting bathroom on top of everything else. The bathroom was big enough for a person with an assistant, who is in a wheelchair, or other assistance aids, to navigate. The toilet paper, soap, and paper towels were stocked, again, not something you can take for granted. We would have no qualms about going back to this Starbucks. I will probably bring wipes in case there is residue from previous folks eating, but I will not hesitate to ask if the table could be cleaned. If we were spending more time there, I definitely would have. The location is good, although parking is a bit tight at some times in the day. There are placard spaces as well, right up front. There are some tables outside, but it isn't a huge patio. A gentleman had a couple of well behaved dogs on leashes and they seemed to do fine sitting together out front. The coffee is Starbucks, like it or leave it, the passion tea lemonade was good, and the chocolate chip cookies were tasty. We were asked if we wanted them warmed, which we passed on this time, but they are even better warmed up.

Great service at the drive-thru, although it's a little tricky to find if it's your first time there - but there is one in the back. The staff is always friendly. My dog gets excited for a pup-cup (of course!). I seldom go inside as when I have, it's a little too cold and noisy inside for my taste.

I don’t even live around here but I drive to this location even though there is a Starbucks right next to my house (Main St&Teel) because this is the only Starbucks in this area that ACTUALLY MAKES THE DRINKS CORRECTLY. You can always taste the brown sugar swirl in your mouth with the Brown sugar oat milk drink at Main st everytime, it’s never shaken right. I always pay extra for salted caramel foam, and I get PISSED everytime I leave because Main St never makes it right and I can never get my money back. Foam there is always blended in and it’s gross. I’m not paying $8 for that bullshit. Not even just that drink, all their drinks at Main st compared to this location is just terribly made. My husband has to drive all the way here to FM 423 for his coffee fix bc people here make it right. To the regional, district manager: give this location extra credit and a raise because people here makes the $8 coffee worth it.

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times! Mostly through the drive through. Somedays it is quite slow but overall, I’ve rarely had a bad experience. The baristas are always so pleasant and friendly. The drinks are always what we order. I prefer this place to others in the area.

They don't make the iced caramel cloud macchiato like the one on Teel does which is disappointing. I also got a mocha. I don't think they stirred it which is annoying when you get it through the drive thru. Any other time it's fine.

Not any different than any other Starbucks. Make the coffee just like any other, not over the top just overpriced... lol. Can't give five star because black coffee is just that. If they made a coffeeffee I would rage about it... maybe next time I feel like getting something over the top and it definitely changes my mind I'll update the ratings.

I come here allll the time and everyone is so sweet. Today I ordered decaf because I’m pregnant and they totally put caffeinated coffee in my mocha when my label clearly says decaf. I just want the staff to understand the dangers of making these types of mistakes. My heart rate has been elevated and now I’ll spend the rest of the AM in bed. What a waste of a day....

This is a nice location. They make their products well and have a pretty open space on the inside. Their patio is partially covered, looks nice, and is pleasant to sit under during cool weather. Parking is rather limited though and is next to a large gas station, but it is also next to a nice walking trail and park. So if you like to take a scenic walk with your coffee, this is a pretty nice setup

Update: Not long after my original review, this location got a huge face lift. They brightened it up with hanging track lighting, installed a booth wall with plenty of outlets to plug in your devices, and updated the furniture and decor. The staff seem to be much more upbeat and friendly and positive now. All very welcome changes! This place is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area now. Pretty standard Starbucks. I don't typically do the drive-thru, but whenever I have, it's been a good experience. Two things keep this Starbucks from being my go-to: the indoor seating layout is sorely lacking in functionality (only certain seats have access to outlets), and it's the darkest Starbucks I've ever sat and worked in-almost to the point of feeling depressing (they could benefit from a skylight or something in there, lol). Other than that, it's good.

Disappointed with the direction this location has taken. I no longer recognize many of the employees, and the new manager seems unfriendly and unprofessional. I've been coming since it opened, and it no longer feels warm and friendly. Update: I've updated from 2 to 4 stars. They've definitely improved in all areas.

I would have given it 5 stars because it's a great spot most of the time, but I had a horrible experience with two female employees who served me cold coffee, and had no customer service skills. The rest of the staff is friendly, and my drinks are well made.

Well run and efficient, except I've had a number of orders come to be completely wrong. The location is a bit of a hassle to get to, and the drive thru can cause of headaches with cars backing up, but this is a typical Starbucks through and through.

Really long wait in drive through. Asked if they were ok and all she said was “yeah yeah”. I Suggested that next time to apologize for long wait times which why I asked them if everything was ok to be nice. There was a really long line. Food and drink was fine.

Update!!I guess now that Covid has calmed down, things are more normal and this place has gotten better This is the SLOWEST STARBUCKS ON EARTH, Why? 4 cars in front of me took me 20 minutes plus the put me on hold at the speaker for 4 minutes???, all the reviews say the same thing, doesn't management read this? Corporate? This is just unacceptable!! Coffee is good but service is slow, a snail could probably whip up a coffee quicker.

This place used to be nice and social. I just waited 15 minutes in store for a coffee. There wasn't any more than 3 cars in the drive thru. No line in front or behind me. I ordered soy and it came wrong. I had no time to correct it, but what if i was lactose intolerant or vegan?

Picked up a moldy egg/sausage wrap today 🤢 tried to call the store to let them know a few times but it just kept ringing and then said call ended. Wanted to let them know so this doesn’t happen to other customers. I figure there must’ve been a break in the temperature control chain so other food items are likely affected.

I travel to many Starbucks and this Starbucks always has unfriendly servers and when you ask for light ice or warm coffee they put in the system but when it is made the request are ignored. I want to give you business but you never change so I am assuming it’s the management that hires and trains so unfortunately this is what is excepted. Not all Starbucks are like this they are happy to serve you make sure what you requested you are given to the best of their ability.

Visited the 423/720 location today to get caffeine, muffin and cookie fix. But sadly I chose to pass on scarfing down the cookie before I made it out of the parking lot. I have heard that Cookies Crumble. But for some reason this one just doesn't appear very appetizing. Was it stepped on, maybe. Gonna be a sad day. Caffeine and muffin was on point.

Not sure why my green drink wasn't nearly as full as the other drink I received. Quite a lot of room in that green drink. That is unsual for that drink as I've grown accustom to it as a loyal customer for 17yrs. I purposely chose the drive through at this location, so I had no plans on getting out of the car today. I often feel rushed at this location (it's not my #1 choice), so I didn't feel it fair to hold up the drive through. Neither did the employee(s) welcome conversation or a resolve to this situation.

Drinks are standard. The drive through is THE SLOWEST IN ALL THE LANDS! I’ve been to this location way too many times to count and EVERY time the drive through is ridiculously slow. Pulled right up to the menu (relatively short line) and I’ve been here waiting for 20 mins. There’s like 4 cars in front of me. Absurd.

I ordered online and, when I arrived, I went straight to the window. Two employees saw me and ignored me. I sat there for 3 min. No one acknowledged me. The situation was so odd, it made me question if I placed my order at this location. After checking my receipt, I called the store to confirm. No one answered the phone. I went back around, this time, i stopped at the order screen where I saw a sign that read, “if you have trouble ordering, please pull forward” which lets me know my initial maneuver was not out of the ordinary. I then asked the employee where I was to go if I placed an order online. She then asked my name and told me she would check to see if they had my order. She then acknowledged my order as being placed there and that it was ready. When I finally received my order i noticed my beverages were cold. These employees ruined my experience.

They gave me a cold mocha which was probably made for someone else and did not pick. I ordered a tall mocha and vinte pike (regular coffee) via drive through. They handed me mocha as soon as I got to the window and took a minute to get me a regular coffee (should have been the opposite since regular coffee is usually ready and mocha takes time). I kind of felt the mova was not hot but did not say anything. But it turned out to be colder. Did not like the way they treated.

One of the slowest Starbucks I've been to. The drinks taste fine and the staff is nice, but be prepared to wait an unnecessarily long time. Update: Still consistently the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Lowering to 2 stars because the wait time is simply ridiculous.

Every time I come to this Starbucks, my order is wrong and the staff is rude. They are too busy with personal issues to take care of the customers. I'm sick and tired of paying 3.25 for a coffee that I end up throwing out. Employees of other Starbucks locations in the near vicinity have even warned me to stay away from this location. I blame myself for thinking some day they'll get it right.

Horrible service... Went inside and was ignored for first 5 minutes (drive thru staff glanced my way and choose not to acknowledge me or notify counter staff). No name taken, no receipt offered. Store counters dirty with coffee spills and trash all over. For 11am on a Saturday (non busy time) and a staff of 6+ this is terrible. Won't be back.

I have been waiting for about 15 minutes inside Starbucks after my order was placed. Emphasis is placed on drive thru… just your drive thru and you will be fine (I am regretting going inside and ordering)

This location is extremely slow. Took a total of 15 minutes at least before I finally got to place my order at the drive thru. I wouldn’t go here again if you’re in a hurry because you will wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru line to get your order. My order was also incorrect and got the wrong dairy-substitution. By that point, I didn’t have time to go back to change it.

This place must have undergone a staff change or something because the service is always slow. Like your waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Sometimes more. The drinks are Not as good as they used to be. My husband's coffee comes out burnt every time we come here. It's unfortunate. I guess I'm gonna have to start driving further to get good starbucks coffee.

Terrible long wait to order. I got a smaller size for my drink and I never got my sandwich. People behind me already had left. So, I decided to inquire & they say somehow they did not receive the order and asked me if I had placed it online. What?!? I was already late for work because I waited TOO long in line to just place my order and pay. Plus my order was so messed up and they did not even care about it. I am NEVER coming back to this location.

I walked in and it was empty not one person said hi and were all in bad moods. It just turned lunch time and they have ZERO sandwiches only grilled cheese. I’m so confused. This is not a typical Starbucks experience that’s for sure but will be my last at this location

One of the worst Starbucks EVER! Everything I wanted to order, they were out of. I attempted to order a Carmel ribbon crunch, no ribbon crunch, I ordered two banana load slices, they only had one, terrible….Then as I went to pay for everything that I ordered, which I didn’t even want to order originally but didn’t have a choice,, they didn’t have change for a $100 bill. They should just close down at this point. 🤬🤬

Terrible location...the worst in the area. The only reason they maintain volume is because of their drive thru. Consistently lack luster speed of service and product availability. An occasional mistake or product outage is fine, but here it is the norm. Save yourself the stress and visit the Starbucks in the Kroger across the street or on the corner of El Dorado and FM 423.

I visit a Starbucks everyday. Literally. However, I try to avoid this location as they are slow and not professional. The staff seem to be more interested in socializing with their colleagues rather than running a smooth operation where customer service is their ultimate priority.

Requested a simple espresso macchiato with foam to the top dry and after two attempts the barista still could not get it right. First attempt with too much milk, second attempt with minimal foam. Her focus was definitely on getting the drinks out on time rather than getting them out the way the customer requested. Won’t be back to this one . Unfortunate since it’s really not that complicated .But had to post and let others know since when you pay good money for a drink that you want your way, If that matters to you you probably don’t need to go to this location. And did I mention she had an attitude when I asked her to make the drink over again, she made me explain twice why it wasn’t right Which is why I didn’t even try to ask her to make the drink a third time. Definitely not up to Starbucks standards. Visited at noon on September 17.

Every time we get coffee from this Starbucks location, its always half full or barely full. Some of the employees are rude. Just a total poo customer service. Management needs to pay attention to this problem and make changes because you're not making your customers satisfied and happy.

Not sure if they are trying to be funny but I go to this Starbucks often because it is not far from my house and order the same drink which is the vanilla bean Frappuccino with extra caramel and although I ask for extra caramel they always over do it and then ask if I would like it made over Same thing today and same person over did it again like I want extra caramel but not a half of a cup full learn how to measure please and thank !!!

Just went by today and well I was dissatisfied with the service and time it took to obtain my drink. Oh they could of also mentioned they were out of certain ingredients as I received a completely different drink than the one I had asked for. Also, it took about 20 plus minutes to get it and there was just 2 cars in front of me!. Please save your time and consider going somewhere else.

I understand it’s hard to hear customer orders sometimes in the drive thru, and when you get to the window it’s the wrong drink. Everywhere else they are quick to remake. I’m very reasonable and polite, and ask for my drink to be fixed (asked for iced, given hot). I proceed to watch them pour the hot drink and hot milk over ice 😕. And then when I asked for it to just be remade was looked at like I had 2 heads. It costs quite a lot to get Starbucks and having hot watery milk for my drink from pouring 140* degree milk over ice is not something I want, and frankly poor quality standards. 🤨

To start off, the general manager has never been exactly friendly every time I have visited the store. The employees have always seemed “too busy” to take my order. The other time I went through the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes before anybody came over the speaker to greet me. On the positive note, I did receive my food and drink in a timely manner. I will only come back because it’s the only drive thru close enough to me.

I happened to be in the area this week and tried this Starbucks 2 days in a row. Bad service in the drive through both days. It was around 2:15pm so not a busy time of day and there was only one car ahead of me. Yesterday, I ordered a Venti and she tried to give me a Grande. When I told her I ordered a Venti, she argued with me. Then today, I asked for light ice and got a drink full to the top with ice. I mentioned that it should be light ice. She again argued with me that it was light ice. It wasn't. Bad service all around and they don't bother to want to make it right. I'll drive a little further to get what I order.

I had to come back twice to get my drink right. I know they're busy people but customer service is everything and the girl had an attitude. The manager was sweet but the girl on the expresso machine had a strong attitude. This is why I stopped going to Starbucks but they take your money with ease.

We just moved to the area and were excited to check out our new neighborhood Starbucks. We were disappointed seeing how utterly dirty the floors were just a couple hours after opening. They must not have swept/mopped the night before. There were piles of trash, dirt and large pieces of debris all over the floor and under tables. So how hygienic is the drink preparation area? Total turn off. We won’t be coming back here. Unfortunate as the drinks were made quickly..We would have really liked to frequent this place.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Sat at the drive thru for 30 min being second in line. I saw them finish my drinks and start others without even giving mine. Standing in line waiting for my drinks and she won’t take my money. I had to knock on the window and ask for my drink. Only then she gave it to me and I paid

THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! Not only are they EXTREMELY SLOW, their drinks are hit and miss constantly! And for me to spend $7 a drink I expect to get the same drink every time. And because they're so slow and the line is so long in not going back through just to have them remake it. I feel like I waste money atleast every 3rd time I go. I just started going to another coffee shop instead since Starbucks doesn't seem to have pride in their work anymore.

Drive thru experience was terrible. Placed a mobile order, but many items showed out of stock. Service person was flustered and confused when I explained this. Took over 20 minutes to get through the line, and I sat at the window for several more minutes while no one even acknowledged me. Finally they handed me my second order (not the mobile order, I had to ask for it) and did not even so much as apologize for the slow, disorganized service. Will not be back to this location.

I come here all the time, and always get friendly service and good coffee. However, some blonde chick with glasses at 8:30PM took my order wrong. When I told her I asked for it to be iced and not hot, she took it without saying a word, and took her sweet time remaking the whole drink from scratch instead of just pouring my drink over ice. Then, when she handed it back, I told her thank you, and she didnt say a word and just closed the window. Ridiculous to be treated that way over a slight discrepancy, especially when I was being very polite about it. Guess I should expect high school service from a high school employee.

What a joke. I keep giving them the one more chance & went for the 4th time. Again, no foam on my latte, even asked for extra foam because past 3 times I’ve received 0 foam. This location is long overdue for a beverage training session.

Go to another Starbucks if you want to have a pleasant morning without the rolling of eyes+passsive aggressive coffee. If you hate your job, please get another one. We all can tell I promise. Glasses can’t hide that. Also giving yourself a tip with asking is baffling. Watch your Receipt You Might notice a five dollar charge for if they didn’t deserve. Starbucks isn’t doing so great as a company And right now it needs good employees more than ever. Good Luck to the GM🫶

Just picked up a drink that was $6.98 and got home noticed the drive through barista gave himself a $5 tip….. the total on my statement showing $11.98 for a flippin iced white mocha. I will NEVER be stopping at this Starbucks location again this was incredibly shady. I’m all for tipping for good service but this happened against my knowledge which is unacceptable. BEWARE

This location the girl (nose pierced)in the drive thru was nice until I kindly asked her if they could remake my drink. She basically took drink back mixed it and put bk in cup and changed my lid. Lazy and not good service. Asked for a pink drink 1/2 sweet cream and 1/2 coconut milk. This taste like whip cream!

I went to this location on yesterday morning , I had a few extra minutes before heading into work. I waited in line longer than expected but that’s ok, the coffee is worth the wait sometimes. However, for me yesterday was the worse experience I’ve had at this location. I ordered a frappe gave special instructions not complicate. The order I received was warm, full of liquid not at all the iced caramel frappe I ordered. I did not have time to take it back, by this time I’m not running late for work, and not to mention the line of cars behind me. I took the drink home and dumped it out; I work from home. The strange thing is that lady working drive through had a strange look when she handed me the drink but it didn’t cross my mind to later. Nonetheless, I will not be visiting this location again.

just picked up food, double smoked bacon sandwich is cold in the middle. cold cheese and cold bacon, not cooked thoroughly. drive thru lady couldn't recall i had a drink, she asked me twice if I only had food. I tried to call before posting and it rang over 10 times. Noone picked up. subpar sevice

I will never go to another starbucks again. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at starbucks but I decided to give it another try. I decide to go through the drive thru and theres a car that I can’t tell whether they’re waiting to pull in or not so I give them a minute since there is now an opening. They didn’t move so I pulled in. Immediately the car starts honking at me and tailgating me. The driver is yelling and cussing at me. An employee comes out and immediately gives me attitude and tells me he will call the cops. Honestly, I’m not worried at that point because maybe the cops could get the man behind me in check. I put in my order and the “partners” are very passive and rude. Once I get to the window, the employee that came outside glares at me through the window. The service here is so poor that I will never give starbucks another chance. At this or any other location.

Save yourself time and money, go to another starbucks location. I placed a mobile order here since it’s the closest to my job . My coworker went to pick it up for me, however when i saw the drink i knew something was way off! The green tea matcha is the only drink i get for years so i know the color is not right when i added EIGHT scoops of powder and no ice .It look like how it would look if the ice melted , it suppose to be a dark green color. My drink is never cost less than $7+ and this drink tasted like straight up water ! The whole drink went in the trash . Read other reviews, avoid this location!!!

I had ordered an Iced Espresso in a Venti Cup with light ice and Almond Milk.I used my rewards and reduced the price to $2.87.The lead Braista named Jessica stated “They ran out of Venti Cups” when they where orders in Venti Cups right in front of me thus I had to put my drink in a Grande cup.I believe she noticed the price and wasn’t pleased or was told by her management to do that. I called customer service to give my rewards back to me.It’s just a drink but did not appreciate how she lied to me.

Ordered a dark roast with cream in the drive thru. I took a sip when I got home and immediately spit it out. Best way to describe the taste was it tasted like vomit! Opened up the lid to see this! What is this? There was no sticker on the cup. I'm convinced it is something spoiled. Took it back and got a replacement which was not very good either but it didn't taste of vomit. They said I probably received someone else’s order. Sorry but there’s no way someone ordered that. I should have just asked for refund. Now I feel sick to my stomach. After my last few negative experiences at Starbucks I don't think I will be returning. The coffee is too expensive for the poor quality I have been receiving.

Place is horrible. If I didn't have a work meeting to dial into, I would take whatever this is back. 20 minutes in the drive thru for what looks like a burnt roll of paper towels. My iced coffee has only a splash of cream in it for a trenta. Had to add my own creamer. Starbucks, you need to get this place in order. It is light-years behind your other locations. New update. After many months I figured I would try this place again. Nothing has changed. No very berry hibiscus, nitro machine not working, all out of breakfast sandwiches, and NO venti or trenta cups!?! Unbelievable.
