Accidentally placed my curbside order at the Cantrell location instead of the new Chenal Parkway location. They called the Cantrell store to get things straightened out and made the sandwich for us without any problem! Saved us a 30 minute trip across town. The food was great as expected from Jersey Mike’s, but the customer service was what really stood out.

I love this place and the people working there are amazing. I have celiac disease and on occasion, I love to have a sandwich at a place that has gluten-free bread. But in all these years no one has ever asked me if it was preference or allergies. He informed me that he’s going to change his gloves and that he would fix it on a clean separate area and I watched him and I was so grateful to see that in action. I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years. And I was so impressed with the customer service and the sandwich was amazing not only will I be returning often, but that is the only place I will go and get a sub.

This is hands down unparalleled customer service not seen in the restaurant industry anymore! Dustin, the store manager and trainer remembers my name every time I come in, and I haven’t been in in well over a month! Seriously impressive! Whatever he’s paid, it’s not enough - that alone makes me want to come back routinely. You can tell all of the employees here have a good time working together and doing their job. Not an AirPod in sight in any of their ears and a smile on every face!

Jersey Mike's on Chenal is a favorite - I try to stop by at least once a week. Food is consistently fresh and delicious, staff is extremely friendly and efficient, and restaurant is clean and inviting. Great location to grab a weekday work lunch.

Jersey Mikes is my go to fast food place. As I get value for money 💰. I usually order a giant 13, "my way", which consists of spicy mustard, vinegar, pepper, onions, mayo, pickles, cut in thirds. And ❤️ they did not disappoint-- even though a private capital firm purchased JM out some time ago. Which makes me happy.

The young men at the counter were absolutely delightful. They were courteous and funny and put of with our inability to make decisions. They took pride in making the sandwiches perfectly and they were indeed marvelously delicious 😋. We were extremely happy with the food but even more tickled by the amazing service. I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s today! The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was the guy working the grill, he was absolutely on point. You could tell he knew his craft, expertly handling the grill with speed and precision while keeping everything fresh and perfectly cooked. Not only was he fast for a big guy, but he also made sure each order was done just right, hot, juicy, and full of flavor. Even with a busy line, he stayed cool and focused, making sure every order came out perfect. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it makes all the difference. Huge shoutout to him and the rest of the team for making this one of the best sandwich spots around. If you haven’t been to this Jersey Mike’s yet, you’re missing out!

I tried the Club Supreme sub today and it's a tasty sandwich. Not quite as good as their competitor (initials J.J.) but pretty close. And their customer service is excellent.

Slow. Be prepared to wait twice as long as most sandwich shops. They seem disorganized and possibly understaffed.

Ordered the Hot Italian, no tomato. The guy taking my order wrote it down correctly. The woman dressing the sandwich apparently didn’t bother to read anything, however, because I wound up with tomatoes and she left off the hot relish (that was the entire point for getting the sandwich). After waiting that long, getting home to find out it was wrong was disappointing.
