This is definitely one of the better pizza joints in LR. I ordered a small deluxe pie and the lady was kind enough to tell me about a lunch special they have that would knock 2 bucks off the pizza and add a 20oz drink to it. So customer service is definitely on point here. Now to the pizza. It is quite tasty with a very good crust. I think it could benefit from another meat choice like salami, if they have it. I look forward to trying other pizza varieties here, along with their sandwiches and wings.

DO NOT, I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT go to this place, specifically this particular store, unless you either can catch them on a slow day, or like me, you've packed your patience. I can't lie, I get it after trying it. For a pizza chain, the product is great! I guess that's why that particular day was sheer pandemonium!!! I sat for hours watching people come and go. Some got their orders, and others had to wait like me. I think two people just walked out and quit mid shift. Customers started walking behind the counter. A manager from a different location came with her crew and saved the day. I was told I'd get a refund, but that didn't happen, and I still went home with missing items. My advice, don't just pull up on a whim. Call and check on their wait time before you make an order, even if it's an online order.

An hour for ONE SMALL pizza. An hour. Because the crew made a completely different pizza than what I actually ordered. I wasn't offered a refund, a drink, an apology, NOTHING. And then it STILL wasn't cut the way I asked. This location has greatly diminished in both quality & customer service! You'd do better going to Little Caesars, honestly

Order took about 30 minutes longer than quoted, missing garlic sauces that were requested, brought wrong drink, said they would be back with correct one, waited an hour nobody showed up called and was told they were out of Pepsi and they just were going to not replace it, advised that would be stealing requested another drink, waited another hour still nothing arrived. Not the best experience, no communication, and it's not very nice to just steal money from customers. Even gave the driver a $20 tip. Lesson learned. At least the pizza wasn't trash.

Um,...our cheesy breads were uncooked on the inside...like it was LITERALLY wet flour. I mean I don't know how this place is even open? What if it had been a kid who ate it? Would you pay their medical bills? No, is the answer. Please hire better people. Never ordering from them again. Unsafe. Do not order from them unless you want to get sick. Edit: I received a call from the manager/owner, idk who, they did not say...and was told that "there is nothing in our pizza that will make you sick, we only have flour water and yeast" so I asked "eating uncooked flour and yeast won't make me sick?" And he says "no." Lol. So obviously my next question was "did you go to school?" And I did not get an answer. To Reiterate, HOW is this place even allowed to be open? P.S. I am attaching a simple Google search here for the person, shockingly in charge of feeding people, who does not know that eating uncooked food could potentially result in food poisoning. Again, hire better people. Thanks.

We ordered delivery for the first time and it took 45 minutes for our order to arrive (we live 1 mile away; I should have just picked it up) Pizzas were ice cold and they didn’t include the salad or sauce cups we paid for. Had to call restaurant for refund on missing items. Never again!

The Woman manager got moved from the other Marcos that was recorded and on live Facebook digging in her pants and then dealing with a pizza without washing her hand I’m talking digging down in her draws it was disgusting .. instead of firing her they moved her to this location.. it was disgusting and unsanitary and she do not where gloves just disgusting…

I just received my food, which I've ordered online, like many times before. I had a horrible experience with the delivery guy. He didn't want to give me my order unless I gave him the confirmation number, which he didn't have access to at the time. Never before had I been asked so many questions before placing an order. Even so, the delivery guy asked me for a tip before delivering my order.

My husband ordered a large White Cheezy (our favorite) Pizza online tonight & the employee forgot to add any sauce to the pizza. How do you forget to add a sauce to a pizza? A while back, we ordered a pizza & we ended up getting a different pizza than what we ordered. Marco’s has really gone downhill. It used to really be very good. This will be the last time we will be ordering from them. We would give Marco’s a negative value if that was an option. We are heartbroken about this franchise.

This is my first ever review of Marco's because I always been going to this pizza place for many many years but now this will be the last time I’m going to this place recently new owners have bought almost all the central locations of Marco’s pizza so please be aware I ordered two pizzas along with two cheese bread. The cheese bread was completely raw. There was no cheese inside in the past the cheese bread was always gooey and hot and delicious. I noticed that I just basically was tasting plain bread and when I opened it up, I realized that the inside was raw and there was basically no filling. Also the pizzas tasted bland. The one I ordered it yesterday afternoon so this will be the last time I’m ordering from Marco‘s folks stay aware or do not buy Marcos at all. The new owners have completely been stingy and they changed the recipes.

It appears to be under new management. I’m not sure whether or not they can speak English. On my last three visits, they did not put extra sauce on the pizza. In fact, they barely put any sauce on it at all. There are multiple reviews created by other customers who have experienced the same types of problems. Corporate management has responded to previous complaints with the same superficial wording each time. I would encourage readers not to respond to requests for feedback or survey information. I’m done with them. I will not be back. I would encourage other customers to do the same. Before you delete the app from your smart phone, be sure and delete your account off of the app first.

Food was very bad looking and couldn't even be bothered to put cheese on my cheesticks. Would have asked for another but employees were smoking cigarettes right outside the door and I am very allergic. Pizza was short on ingredients and what cheese was on it was burnt.

So I love the pizza from here, it's always good and the staff is friendly, but the lady in the back is making pizzas with her bare hands, like, her raw fingers. Skin to pizza..... I work in fast food....that ain't right. That's nasty.
