Harrison is the best barista to walk in and see, she's very sweet remembered my name and order sometimes better than I do and is non stop hardworking. Rachel is also very sweet good customer service definitely one of the better parts of my day. They make me want to buy more.

The barista made all the hot drinks to clear off the queue and made my Frappuccino last. She wore a vale and looked miserable. Didn’t call out my drink as I was the only customer left. She should’ve understood that most customers here need to catch a train somewhere or another.

Service with a scowl… never felt so rushed out the door before and completely unwanted. They judged my order massively with nasty comments and spilled my drink without redoing it, absolutely appalling service and shocking immature behaviour. Never seen anything like it. Please address this as soon as possible. This was two members of staff. One woman with dark hair and tanned and a larger woman with blonde ish hair.

I visited this store today and to say the least, i was not impressed, granted it was a little bit busy and there were only two members of staff on, but i felt they were quite rude and unprofessional to me and my partner. after we had ordered, they wouldn’t take my partners apple wallet QR code for the starbucks app which has never been an issue before, then when they did scan the code, it didn’t take off their staff discount, which wasn’t acknowledged at all. another thing to add when we were ordering, my partner asked for a few extra shots of the vanilla syrup and the other member of staff who wasn't serving us exclaimed “jeez” which personally we both found quite rude. and after receiving our drinks, they were both made wrong, mine missing a couple shots of vanilla and my partners not having oat milk, even though the oat box had been ticked, making this practically inedible to my partner due to allergies. i’m really not the type of person to write reviews like this but i felt that this was needed as especially the allergy could have ended much worse than it did.
