Half the drive up stalls are busted and speakers don't work and the lady taking my order was not nice nor knowledgeable of their own menu.

Ordered ahead on, and checked in to pick up my meal. a lady comes out 5 min later and told me they're not taking any orders. I told her I ordered my food before hand, and she just said to just get the refund on the app. kind of annoyed I came all this way and paid before hand. Lady was rude and unprofessional.

The most neglectful service ever. I waited in the drive through for my turn, was told to hold on and was never spoken to again. I waited thinking they were trying handle other orders or give them the benefit of the doubt. I waited 15 minutes, and said hello waiting to hear back from someone but was blatantly ignored. I reversed and pulled forward again thinking it was a possibly censor issue or the coms got disconnected. Still nothing. I waited a bit more, another car pulled up behind me in the drive-thru, and then left the line after another few minutes, proceeded to pull in front of me and had their order taken at the window. It was only after 20 minutes of being ignored that they decided to take the order. The restaurant wasn’t busy, just had careless staff. From reading past reviews it seems as though this is a continuous issue..

They need a zero for rating. I went there tonight at about 8:15 p.m. through the drive thru waited 5 minutes and said hello n got no response. I then thought I'd pull up to the window and order with a car in front of me waiting at the window forever finally I drove off and went to whataburger where you are acknowledged and service is great. I will never return to Lockhart Sonic.

Can't rate food or service or atmosphere. I've been here on two different occasions and have opted to go through the drive thru due to time restraint. I have sat there for a minimum of 10 minutes both times with no communication. No reply. I've driven up to the window being there was no line and was just looked at and ignored at the window. I only drove up to the window giving the benefit of the doubt that the comms were down. They weren't. I was just ignored. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

Went to get a large drink and corn dog at 2pm. I went thru the drive thru and was asked to wait. After 5 min I said hello?! Nothing. Waited 5 more minutes after 2 customers behind me just left. After 13 min I left. Yall need to get it together. I don't mind waiting but being ignored completely is not ok. Instead of hanging outside with your friends try serving customers!!! This is the worst location ever and After several times of terrible customer service I will never go back.

This place is horrible! It took over 15 minutes to get a large Fountain drink brought out. The tator tots and mozzarella sticks taste like French toast sticks. Change the grease every now and then jeez! Every one that works here looks mad all the time even when you tip them better than you should. Slow slow slow if you have only a short amount of time to eat. I'd try elsewhere

Food was made completely wrong my daughters kids meal missing fry's burger was made incorrectly it's the saddest burger I've ever seen in my life they need to pay attention to what they are doing waste of money

Worse place to dine in Lockhart I ordered 2 drinks and it takes over 15 minutes. we need new leadership! Dont be scared to hire more employees to serve those who pay you. 11-16-22 update still one of the worse places. Added a pic what is supposed to be fresh tots not just cheese but paid for extra cheese can you find the extra cheese, bearly got regular cheese. Step up your game please 🙏
