Niuda Milano Reviews
Very authentic, am definitely coming back, could be spicier and don’t worry, they have a pretty strong chili oil you can add
What a wonderful food experience. We had a lovely time and the food was delicious. The service was really on spot and it's awesome that you can also see the chefs preparing the food in the back of the restaurant. You can see that they put a lot of effort to make things authentic.
Just WOW! One of the best ramen we've had the the spice level isn't too much. The food was super fresh and cooked perfectly. We loved that you could see the kitchen and chef making the noodles. Big portions and good price. Definitely recommend but it gets very busy so a booking might be necessary. Staff are very friendly and speak good English.
Great Ramen, it was made in front of us, I remember being more hungry as I saw the chef making it. The place was clean, very spacious and Well decorated. I ordered number 10 on the menu, it was delicious and the serving was very generous. I recommend this place for a good ramen experience.
I can’t share the common love for this place because I have eaten much better ramen. This was a bit tasteless (my person opinion). Although the service was quite nice and polite, it took a bit to bring the second starter even if we ordered and the same time. It would make sense to wait a bit and bring them together.
2,5/5 ⭐️ for me, 3/5 ⭐️ for my friends Unfortunately, it was one of the weakest ramens I’ve ever tried. We were tempted by good opinions, but the food was rather disappointing. + the ramen pasta itself. It was delicious, you could tell it’s made from scratch, amazing. You can also choose how thick you would like your pasta to be. + the staff was really nice and attentive, and the restaurant itself looks very cute. - the soup. I chose vegetarian ramen, and it tasted like the most basic vegetable stock, it lacked any Asian flavour. It wasn’t spicy at all. - the toppings. In my opinion there were too few and of a weird kind. I’ve never had carrot chopped in my ramen before. There could definitely be more variety of toppings, maybe some vegetarian “meat” or baked vegetables. And lastly, the egg. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t the perfect 6-minute egg you expect in your ramen. Also, you have to get it extra, it’s not included in the price.
They put very little meat in the ramen and its mostly the fat part, the taste is also not very balanced and lacks certain flavors that you would get in a good ramen.
