Sort of weird. They really emphasized their Drive-thru out front. To actually enter, just come around to the parking lot, and you'll see the entrance. I like that you just order on the screen. They do have outdoor seating too, but to seats and the furniture look a little wornout. Still are to sit down at least.

Dropped in for a cup of coffee. It wasn't as hot as it should have been, but hey, coffee from a massive chain. They had a nice little set up outside but all the furniture was worn down, if not broken, and stained all over. Then there was a crazy homeless guy that walked in.

I always go to a Dunkin Donuts whenever I travel outside Seattle as we don't have one in the city. I'm not so fond of their coffee but their munchkins are good especially the chocolate munchkins.

Highly trafficked location due to its ease of access for locals leaving long beach in the morning to get their morning coffee fix. My daughter's usual strawberry frosted donut barely had and frosting. She also noticed that the drive-thru display of donuts is not just a blank sign with wires. Somewhat disappointing visit.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ,I went there with my aunt and at the windows of the drive through,the lady who gave us our coffee was rude to us if she dont like her job then why work there? Rude.Rude.Rude.Bad experience for the first time going there.

Got a Boston cream, there was no cream. I came and asked them about it and they looked at my plain donut and "there's the cream" what cream??? I also got a sandwich and asked for american cheese and didn't get that.

I bought a drink through the drive thru and gave the cashier $10. But forgot I had 10 cents so I tried giving it to her to get $4 but she gave me an excuse to why she couldn’t give me it.. so i got $3 and a bunch of change.Basically she doesn’t know how to do math..its fine i guess😂

good coffee, absolutely horrible service. you can stand there for 30 minutes and unless you keep asking and bugging them about your order, no one will approach you or give you an update. This happens every time I go to this location and it happens to everyone I see waiting. I don’t understand how it never improves!

Drove out of our way to this location because of Dunkin advertising a free iced or hot coffee for nurses during nurses week. However, this location is not participating. Such a shame that the owner of this location does not want to support and give back to healthcare workers.

I can't believe I paid $6 for a small matcha and they handed me a drink that was all ice and I literally finished within good 2 sips.... I feel soooo ripped off, I can't believe that's not illegal 😡 I also ordered the mini bagels and one of them (it comes with 2) was so hard- I guess burnt, that it was inedible...so yeah, definitely got ripped off here. Definitely do not recommend this location. However, at least the 2 sips of Matcha and the mini bagel I ate were pretty tasty at least 🤷

I visited this location this morning, it was disappointing, I ordered a jelly and Boston creme. They were so tiny and the appearance was not nice. My spouse ordered a strawberry drink and the lady at drive through gave him a strawberry iced donut. She was so rude we didn't con front her of her error. Also in the parking lot there were people drinking beer in the lot. I will not go to this location again.

Ok, i'm never coming back here. Ordered the six dollar combo, the side of hashbrowns was only about five pieces. They were extremely soggy and tasted of old refrigerator and dirty microwave. The bread on the sandwich was cold and not warmed up properly, and the bacon was so hard. It made my teeth hurt. I got my coffee, and they didn't put any sugar. The donut was so small and tasted artificial. There's places down the street that have real quality. And this was such a waste of time and money. This was my first time coming here, and I was in a rush to work, so I didn't have time to go back, but for sure, I won't be back. My overall impression was employees not properly preparing food and food not properly being stored since the hash browns tasted like refrigerator. 1 star for Dunkin

Drive thru person was extremely rude and even argued with me about my order. Told me i was wrong and i ordered something i didn’t order took the box and changed out the donut never even apologized or was greated goodbye or even a thank you . Definitely never going back to such bad customer service & feeling unwelcome.
