The best local coffee spot on the north side of Long Beach. Unique flavors and quality coffee. If you are in a hurry it might not be the place to go to but if you have the time the wait is well worth it.

While visiting my non-coffee-drinking sister in LBC a few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to indulge in a daily drink from Eco Coffee for about a week and a half! I bounced between their iced americano and cold brew, both of which were superb, and splurged once on an espresso-based smoothie. If the solid drinks and vibe weren't enough, as one customer described it, "the Cheers of Long Beach" provided a welcome place for my work meeting, some light and engaging social time, and casual entertainment from Pete's mental Rolodex of every repeat customer that came in. This cafe (dare I say, retreat) was one of my favorites in the Village and will definitely be back when my brave sister has recovered from having my family of 4 with her for almost two weeks.

Strong indie vibe. Owner is awesome. The shop itself is single-story cozy inside, maybe 3 tables and a sofa. Outside patio, several tables. Fine to work/study from. Drinks, , my fave is the turmeric latte, which I like to get iced. Also like the healthy smoothie blends. Highly recommended!

Every coffee place I visit (all over the world ) I try their version if they have it and Eco Coffee is right up there as one of the best I've had. AND it's local to me! I've been going to a place near Belmont Shores for my spicy mochas, NO MORE. Perfect spice combination.

This beautiful little refuge was the perfect place to enjoy my birthday breakfast. Peter makes an excellent espresso, and the egg, havarti, and spinach sandwich was delicious to the last bite. All served (dine-in includes the patio) on real dishes with very little waste paper and no plastic. Thank you, Peter and Viva, for a lovely morning repast.

Really cool spot close to Long Beach City college. Drink menu has a good amount of options. The baristas are nice, offering good service and I got chance to meet the owner, Peter, who's super chill and serves the community proudly! My iced green tea with lemon and honey was excellent and refreshing. As I was here, I can tell the customers are community regulars who love coming here and have a relationship with this cafe!

Small sitting area inside. A few tables outside. The coffee was very good. Prices were similar to starbucks. The one employee was nice. Hard to find parking. Parking is shared with about 2 or 3 other businesses.

Charming little espresso shop. In-door and out-door seating but you may have to take it away if they are busy.

This is a great little coffee shop. They have good drip coffee, blended drinks, espresso drinks, gambocha (or whatever the hell that stuff's called), pastries and live entertainment from time to time. Downside is the parking lot is tiny and services other businesses and it's hard to get in and out of and it's awkward to maneuver in and I've seen dozens of near misses as I drive by it. Also, it's TINY!!! Hardly any seating inside and a few benches outside. I don't know if there is WiFi, I've never tried to use it. The owners are really friendly and know their coffee very well. Despite the parking and the cramped space, it's definitely a must try if you're in the area and you love great coffee!

Only complaint is that this place is too small. Quiet, comfortable environment with local art on the walls. Their blended cappuccino is the best blended coffee I've ever had (FYI, I don't do sweet stuff). Great, solid coffee flavor, and they use organic code, too. Great coffee and socially responsible.

This place had a very simple and good selection. Got a yummy espresso shot and an ice cold brew. They have a bagel sandwich option including pesto for $6. Highly recommend. Music in the background, only a couple tables inside but plenty of seating outside in the front. There is parking behind the coffee shop.

Drinks are good, too expensive. Wait time for two drinks on a Sunday morning is about 12-15 mints.

Very good coffee, the staff is great (as long as they are there). We used to come here almost every Saturday morning, a nice walk on the park then a very good coffee but the inconsistency with the wait times became really annoying. It was very evident that management struggled to make sure staff showed up on Saturday mornings and sometimes it took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. I still come every once in a while (afternoons during weekdays, when I know they are slow) because their product is very good but we don’t go on Saturday mornings anymore... hard to justify over 20 minutes wait time for a coffee

One of the best coffee houses I have ever been to

We walked in this morning at 8:41am and we were turned away. The door was open however. The place smelled like weed. She said they had cold brew and that they don't open till 9am. We've been here before with this same barista and we think the service could improve.

As a Veteran who served in Iraq. I found out I only had $4.00 in my account. I told Pete but owner disrespected me and told me he didn't care He demanded that I pay him the money. Veterans do not go to this place!!!!
