The night crew is just there to hang out. They close whenever they want and ignore customers. I called to tell them multiple cars where in drive thru and they answered with a goofy hello like he was on his cell with a friend. I was then hung up on after asking why the building says 24hrs and I've come by a few times after 12am to find them closed. I'm definitely done jacking around with this Jack & the Box. Management needs to get a grip on the overnight crews. They're like children with no discipline, integrity, or respect.

I’m not from around here and don’t have a Jack In The Box where I’m from. Service was helpful and kind, food was hot and tasty. Definitely one of the better fast food burgers I’ve had.

Good News! I grew with Jack In The Box as a young teen 45 years ago but because of the change of name and logo to Jacks, I was never sure if was the same as good old Jack in the Box. So I just ate the tacos for lunch and I am so happy that they taste exactly the same as when I was much younger. Also this morning I had the breakfast platter which I honestly enjoyed more than the McDonalds breakfast platter. Here they make the bacon nice a crispy but not too greasy and the portions seem better than McD. Also I think I like this deep fry version of French toast more than hot cakes elsewhere. I upped my review to 5 stars because it appears this place is open 24hr.

So I've never eaten at a Jack in the box before. There were so many different kinds of burgers to choose from It was hard to make a decision. I ended up getting the butter burger.... My wife and kids chose their own burgers too. We all were pretty impressed with the size of the menu, but all had difficulty making our final decisions. The only place I've ever been to that maybe had a bigger selection with regard to the kind of burgers one could order, was maybe Red Robin.

I had to grab some lunch here since my state doesn't have any Jack's. I got the sourdough Jack, 2 tacos and a breakfast Jack. Everything was good, including the service.

My husband wanted a burger, I saw the sign for the redbull drink, I believe it was a small, 4.99!! It tasted terrible! I wasn't expecting my usual Dutch Bros rebel but still this was undrinkable and for the price NO!

After a few more visits of consistently great food I will definitely consider giving another star. Staff friendliness is 80% to 20% right now. Once again military discounts are available here. Good buy!

Easy to get to from the highway, yes it is... I would have given this location a 5th star... But the floor was slippery in the women's restroom... Not a big deal, unless I was to have fallen!!! I have to say Mark cooked some good tacos!!! Normally at most other locations they are greasy... But I have to say I was very satisfied with my order today. I honestly can't recall a single time that this location has let me down. Polite staff, correct orders. Pretty much all you can ask for from fast food 🤷‍♂️ Unlike it's counterpart on West Frank in Lufkin, this Jack in the Box makes your food exactly like you ask for it, at the correct price, and they don't act like they're doing volunteer work and that you're inconveniencing them by eating there... The ONLY qualm I have with this location IS the location 😂 It's literally across town (whereas the other JITB is less than ten minutes from my home). But such is the price of quality 🤷‍♂️ I'll GLADLY drive all the way out to 69S if I'm in the mood for JITB as opposed to going out on a limb & a prayer, HOPING I get decent food from W Frank St.

Service was fast as usual and everything was great except for the Jumbo Jack. It used to be one of my favorite burgers at Jack In the box but it now is a tiny piece of meet on tiny buns with the least amount of veggies and condiments possible. That saddened me. But every thing else we bought was great which was a Sourdough Jack meal, and the Supreme Mini Tacos. They were great.

This particular location was well kept, with friendly staff. The food was cooked properly, although there aren't many vegetarian options. Jack in the Box has a great variety of drinks to pick from while dinning in, including sparkling water. I would recommend this location as a nice place to stay at for a while as long as you stick to traditional menu items, and can get past the decor.

We really like Jack in the Box but this one is just eww. Love the tacos. Growing up we use to purchase them by the bag full! The first one my husband ate was nothing but grease! It was nasty old looking grease! The second looked much better. The curly fries were good. The sour dough patty melts we had were ok. Usually Jack never let's us down but this location did.

The fries are a little over seasoned for my taste. The chicken sandwich was pretty good and we liked the shakes. The staff here were a little disconnected from the customers and the facilities weren't that clean. It's just okay.

I give a three ⭐ for the workers. They are friendly and ready to serve you. The food. OMG let's just say the hash browns are horrible. They taste like they were cooked yesterday but refried to serve you for today. Taste like old grease 👎🏽👎🏽

Today 06/26/23 at 7:00pm I ordered online and got there it took us 15 minutes to get our food when I got there only one person was doing anything the others were playing on there phones I normally don't have a problem but this happens every shift these particular people work.

They can be kinda rude sometimes. The food is okayish my husband was upset with the potato wedges(he only took one out) but I enjoyed the egg rolls.

They got our order wrong. Plus, the food looked like it was tossed on there. Able employee had his pants hanging down to his knees pretty much & as he turned around, you could see his underpants. Half of the employees had no hair nets on.

For some reason employees at Jack In The Box have stopped putting sauce in the tacos. Seems like employees need to be retrained how to do their job

The food is usually fairly good, but the service is severely lacking. We ordered food & since there was a long line we pulled around the front to make sure we had everything we ordered. We were missing 4 of the 6 tacos that we ordered so we went back through the drive-thru. The young woman asked if we were sure they weren't in the other bag, we assured her that there were only 2 tacos. Accidents happen especially when places are busy, so we waited. When we were handed a bag with our tacos there were only 2 in there. When we waved to get the young women's attention she got an attitude & said what! When we pointed out that we were still missing 2 tacos she closed the window and said loudly OH MY GOD! To which I'm assuming the manager laughed. We eventually got our other 2 tacos, but by the time we got home everything else was cold.

Ordered two sandwiches and some tiny tacos, they got the fry order wrong and the fries they did give us were cold. Pulled back through the drive through and got attitude from the cashier. Absolutely ridiculous!

So this is the like fourth time I’ve ordered in the hours of midnight and two am. And I’m always missing half my order and never getting the correct items. It’s like they throw random stuff in the bag hoping I don’t notice. What y’all do hire a bunch of lazy workers 😏? And it ALWAYS with the same too male workers at night that love to mess it up. Do better the only reason I order from here is because it close to my neighborhood

They got our order wrong missed some of our items and sandwiches are messy not well prepared. Need better service and food preparation. Definitely needs some improvement for the evening shift!

My trucker friends stopped by to get food and you wouldn't serve them in the drive thru, told them to go to the door then laughed at them? You realize everything you possess comes by truck right? Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to! Waited 30 mins in the drive thru. Get our food and 3 items are missing and they want us to get back in the drive thru line to get them! Walked to the doors to get our items and they still didn't have all of them! Plus our food was not fresh, so why did we wait that long for cold food?

I've had to leave their drive thru twice because of the staff's hygienic practices. I thought washing your hands after mopping and digging in your pants before handling food was just common sense. Everyone wasn't raised the same, I guess. Eat there if you want to, BUT watch the people touching your food closely. Good luck.

Waited for 25 min in drive thru line tonight for: 4 tacos, 2 boxes of loaded tiny tacos, 4 regular chicken sandwiches, & lg sweet tea. Got down the rd and realized im missing 1 box of the tiny tacos. Go back and she argues saying she only charged me for 1. I let it go...whatever. Get home to find the box of tiny tacos I did receive are not even loaded. Will not go back!!

This place absolutely disgusts me!!! If you close before your time that’s posted online and on your front door you shouldn’t accept online orders!!! This place took my order, took my money and then the drive through lady was not only rude but told me they were closed!!! She refused to give me her name or a refund! She had a smart mouth and turned the speaker box off when I asked why they took my order if they were closed!!!

This place was dirty, musty. The soda machine looked disgusting. The manager was back there dressed like a high school student! Half the staff look like children and they all looked high! And before I could make it to the counter another lady came inside from the drive-thru to have her meal remade. As she left she whispered to never eat here. Service was a lil slow, but not the worst I’ve ever had. They were annoyed to serve me. Fries were undercooked so bad that they were inedible. The popcorn chicken was pretty good! First and last time for me! Oh, and the mascot is pretty creepy too!!!

I used to love jack in the box’s chicken nuggets, today, I got those 10 pieces are all different than every my last time ordered. It’s old or left over ones recooked! Taste awful, they should not sell the left over food to their customers and ruin their reputation! It’s food industry, you don’t sell left over food. Not right! Change it!

Not impressed... after 15 minutes of waiting (literally) for our food, it was less than average. Manager on Duty was standing around, eating and watching others work. Trash cans were over run inside restaurant, and tables were dirty. In the back you could see plastic and debris on the floor where cases had been unpacked and wrapping had not been picked up. Definitely not the cleanest nor best organized/managed Jack in the Box I have been visited! As we walked out, cars were backing out of drive thru due to waiting so long. Will not frequent again.

Had an online order. The restaurant was out of shake mix. You pay $1.60 extra for a shake on the app. I was given a medium sweet tea instead (on a medium sized order) which is ridiculous. They should have upped my drink size or given some other form of compensation. Now I'm out that additional $1.60.

We ordered 30 tacos today with one cheeseburger and 6 medium fries, we thought they had everything because the man had 4 bags, one bag being the burger, but there's no need for 3 bags to have tacos in it. You can easily fill up two bags with the tacos but they forgot our fries, but we live in Nacogdoches so we weren't going to turn back after we got home. The tacos also came cold. We wouldn't have minded if we waited longer but obviously the guy didn't wait for the fries to be done or they just forgot to even make our fries. This isn't the first time they forget something either but again we live in Nacogdoches so we didn't turn back when we found out.

Lack luster at best tables nasty food was hot so we're the tempers. While placing my order, an employee at the end of her shift was trying to get a drink for the road only to get snapped at by the bald Mgr to "get outta my kitchen." The entire dining room could hear this. Meanwhile, the other employees are mocking and laughing at her..again the whole dining room with customers can't help but here this. School playground mentality isn't very professional. Had I caught on sooner what they were doing to her, I would've just bought her a drink myself minus the bullying. Hostile work environment. Regional Manager fix this. Advice to the young lady get out of this one horse town come back in 10yrs in your new SUV and laugh cause they're still working there.

Only 2 people there, ordered and 20 minutes later a third lady showed up and was in a hurry to get busy. After 30 minutes I went back to the counter, 10 minutes later talked to one lady and my order was gone from the computer but she managed to find everything we ordered rather quickly than. Total time from ordering to eating was 47 minutes.

I ordered food on Wednesday the 5th through the app on my phone. They were closed at 3 p.m. . The way I've been working haven't really been able to speak with anyone about this. Finally went by a few nights ago at 7 p.m. Sunday night and the lobby was closed. Didn't feel like waiting through the drive-thru to speak with someone. not really something can be handled by phone. I just want my food that I ordered and paid for it and it was too late to cancel the order.

I’m a regular in this drive thru and I get the same thing every time! It’s a sweet cream Caramel iced coffee with light ice.. the past 3 times I went it was not filled up as it should be and there is no caramel.. I make sure when I get to the window I ask to make sure they don’t forget because I understand people make mistakes and no one is perfect.. but this is getting out of hand.. idk who the new hires are but they are not polite at all and nun of my orders are even close to being right.. please do better..

I swear I really think it's in the jack handbook to serve cold and hard fries after 10 at this place. It has happened so many times at this location. There were 3 cars infront of me and I thought to myself everything will be fresh. They proved me wrong. The fries were not warm at all. So it makes me wonder how much they cook and how long they let them sit in that fry station. If they are that lazy what else are they doing wrong in the restaurant.

Hours of operation are suppose to be 6a- 11p. Went in at 9:45p and the silly girl said we had to go through the drive through. Horrible service. It’s ridiculous that these folks were too lazy to take an order. We are truck drivers and should be able to eat when we need too. If the sign says 6a-11p that’s what it should be. Poor service

They forgot to give me my drink. I ordered 2 large fries and a value fries. There was exactly 10 little short fries in the the value size. They totally shorted me. How can you give me an almost empty tiny bag of fries? I looked in the brown bag and none was spilled in the bottom. We also ordered 4 tacos and 2 sandwiches but still had to pay extra for two ranch dip for $0.27 each. We got down the highway and had to turn back around to get the drink and the rest of the fries, no apology in fact after I politely told her she just walked away silently and I didn't see her for a minute and I didn't know if she was helping me. I didn't tell her but the tacos were VERY stale. TERRIBLE experience.

I will never go back to this location again. Someone needs to supervise the children working there and explain when a customer orders no pickles that you don’t remove pickles and send out the burger. In doing that the bun is saturated with the pickle juice and still tastes like soggy wet pickle filled mush. Pure lazy and no thought to customer satisfaction or service. Threw the whole thing in trash.

When you spend $25. for 2 lunches you would hope (since you are the only one at the drove-up window) that they would take their time AND COOK IT FRESH! Nope. Their hours of operation sign says the lobby is open at 6am. Walked from my semi truck parked at the next door pilot to the store at 6:45. Doors locked, and lobby lights not turned on. And I really had a want for an ultimate sausage sandwich. If the lobby opens at 6am, I expect to be able to go in and order something any time after that.

I get there 15 minutes before they are "open" (they are 24 hours). I get to the speaker and I wait and I finally say hello? No answer, so I say hello again and I get yelled at saying they are closed (you 24 hours or not?) Wait 8 minutes, I get the food, I ask for the drink and I'm told there isn't one... There is though so this the wrong order, he takes it back aggressively then goes inside and it sounded like he yelled at an employee. I got the food and drink. Will not be returning to this location and I may stop going to JITB if I continue to be treated poorly.

My wife and I walked into this Jack in the box to grab a quick bite. The manager that took my wife's order was not in the mood to take her order. Not friendly at all, nor was her customer service even half of what an immature child would've been. We will not be coming back to this Jack in the Box. The people who hired this female (5'2-5'3, short brownish hair, about 200 lbs) needs better training, needs to smile, and needs to take care of every customer in a way that the customer wants to come back to this store. She may be having a tough/bad day, but that doesn't have to be shown or given to the customers.

Absolute WORST service! For starters, the girl taking my order in drive-thru was bothered that I ordered. I ordered 2 #4s with a coke, easy. Right?Followed by 2 tacos. She forgot my tacos, and then didn’t give me a receipt, or my card back! I went back around and waited another 35 mins and she said she couldn’t give me the receipt for the first order, so I don’t even know if I got charged twice for the tacos!!! This is the second time I order this exact same thing and don’t get my full order. My fries are supposed to be a large and they’re not even half way full! I used to work here as a teenager, and my manager would have never allowed this! I’m very disappointed! I just got off a 12-hr shift and this was supposed to be my first real meal today (nurses never actually get a break). This is not what I PAID FOR IT!! :(

We ordered the taco meal with curly fries. Finally got our order with regular fries, tried to get the attention of the employees to get the right fries. I love the tiny tacos when they actually have the nacho cheese on it. Not only that, I asked for extra nacho cheese on my tiny tacos willingly to pay the price. I have tried to contact the store, I called a few times so they can fix it, no one answered I just wanted my extra nacho cheese on the tiny tacos. My tacos are dry barely any cheese on it honestly..

This USED to be one of my favorite go-to fast food places but recently they don't complete orders with requested condiments or provide napkins, the self-serve drink machine is always out of order (no ice or syrup), the workers play around too much and the bathroom is disgusting. On another visit, I couldn't go inside at 9:45 PM as the doors were locked when the sign (on the doors) say interior is open until 11 PM. Do better!

We stopped in for dinner tonight. We were not greeted at all , I finally had to ask someone to take my order because we were paying with cash. The girl taking my order interrupted me half way through ordering to tell me my total, I had to tell her I wasn't finished ordering. She seemed annoyed to have to do her job. We waited a long time for our food and mine was not even edible. My cluck chicken sandwich was fried so long that the meat shriveled inside the breading and was like rubber. The whole staff needs training and discipline.

Cashier took quite a bit to take our order even though all 4 individuals working made eye contact with us and ignored us. They didn't have the correct cups for the iced coffee in stock so we settled for the regular soft drink cup. Drink machine was all out of Coke which seems like whoever is in charge of ordering supplies and products isn't really paying attention to inventory. Recieved food and the chicken in my sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like the patty was burnt the previous day and then refrigerated only to be reheated and served the next evening. Ended up just swapping it out for tacos. Overall there's no quality control on the food and an obvious lack of current managing experience. Haven't wrote a review in quite some time but this experience definitely called for one.
