Went here with my wife just to skip out on cooking dinner. Food is always fantastic and the service was great. It was busy and we were still eating our food within 10 minutes after ordering.

Started with a pleasant greeting at the door. We were seated within 5 minutes. We all took advantage of the 3 for $10 deal which is a drink, starter and entree. The food arrived as ordered and tasted great. The staff worked as a team to take care of us and did an awesome job.

Chili's is a good place to go for a hearty meal and has a great variety to choose from, and everything is consistent. The prices are what you'd expect and so is the service. Always a friendly server who smiles when they talk to you. This time we spent $62 with 2 dinners and 2 Soft drinks. $10 Tip (2x tax)

I recently visited Chili's in Manteca and was absolutely blown away by the incredible changes they've made! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Chili's is dedicated to enhancing the dining experience. The new menu is a culinary delight. The dishes are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The classic favorites have been elevated with fresher ingredients and more vibrant flavors. The ribs were tender and perfectly seasoned, and the new Tex-Mex options are bursting with authentic taste. Service has also taken a giant leap forward. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a fantastic meal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere has seen a refresh too, making it more inviting and comfortable. It's a great place to relax with family and friends, enjoy a meal, and create memories. Chili's has truly outdone itself with these positive changes. If you haven't been in a while, now is the perfect time to revisit and enjoy the fantastic food and outstanding service. The reason why I like this place is the salad bar.

We were seated right away. All my kids enjoyed their meal and said their food was way better than the chili's, in our town. I asked for medium rare for my steak but it came well done. I was too hungry so I said it was ok. Our server said he'll take care of it and he did. I didn't even have to ask for him to do anything but his customer service was exemplary. Awesome employee

Went after my sons baseball game. The service was fast, consistent and friendly. We always get friendly service, just some people are able to manage providing quality service better than others. This was a good experience, even though the team lost.

Short, sweet, and to the point: Karissa is the VERY BEST waitress I’ve had serve me in quite some years. Just when I thought the art of awesome quality waiting was done, she proved it wasn’t. Karissa is a rare gem. She kept coming by to check on me and my wife, but not in an annoying way either. I noticed she was the same toward other guests. Karissa’s consistent and made our meals much more enjoyable! The restaurant was clean and we were greeted well as soon as we entered. I need to add that the manager is doing a very good job running the place. I will definitely keep going back there. I recommend it to all those reading this review. I need to end with saying Karissa’s a real peach!!

Last day and I wanted to have something different. I ended up here and must say I'm glad I found this diner. Happily surprised over the food. My waitress greeted me with joy and helped me to make my choices. Recommended me a combo menu with chicken and shrimps. It came out sizzling and hot, alot of food (like all other places in America, love it). Flavours was very good and I enjoyed my lunch/dinner alot. Shrimps had perfect consistency, the one I like with some mastication, and the chicken was very juicy with a fantastic flavour. I wonder if it is barbequed over charcoal. My cousin said it's not the best place but I was very happy I went there anyway. I was STUFFED, hard to breath lol but I just had to try the skillet chocolate chip cookie and it's to die for! I've always wanted to try one at a restaurant instead of baking it at home and what a joy! The cold vanilla ice cream on top and a warm cookie, it's a wow for me. And the cookie was soft inside and crunchy on the outside, come on I was in heaven there lol. Very sweet and you can share this one, a big dessert! For me it's a place you have to try at least one time before you knock it. Prices are good to.

This is one of our regular spots we like to eat at. The foods is always good and the drinks are good. Our meals are always hot and the staff is always polite. They usually have quick service and always ask how's everything a few minutes after you get your food.

We have dinner there. Everything was nice. The food was a little salty. The portions were generous. The atmosphere was pleasant. There were a lot of television screens for sports fans.

The food was good as always and the staff were great and we had no complaints. We stayed there for 2-1/2 hours and the staff came often to see if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

We always go to this Chili's with friends....service is always great, food is just as good, and there is little wait time even on busy days, plus it's clean.

This is one of my go to restaurants! We had the best waiter, he did a fantastic job with serving us. The food was great and our drinks were always full. It’s really hard to find a place that has good waitresses and waiters, but every time we go there we are served well. It does tend to get busy here so try to skip the busy times like lunch and dinner, especially dinner. My favorite thing on the menu is the chips and salsa! Their crispy chicken sandwich and tender are definitely a go to as well! They definitely need bigger booths, chairs are always uncomfortable, but that’s not a deal breaker though. All in all a great place with great service and great food!

Oscar is a fine bartender. Always on top of his game. Gets your drink made quickly. Carlos is a fantastic manager he was touching tables..

Our waitress, Amber, was the best ever! My family is older, loud, n slightly off lol..my cuz Eddy gv her a bad time but she didn't deserve it! I think she deserves a raise! Ironically my cuz n his wife pd the entire bill n tipped her as well, but we put more tips down for her!!

Visited this last week and had a good experience. My server was attentive and worked the bar as well as keeping my coca cola filled. The food was good and presented well.

It was my boyfriend’s and my first time dining here, and it was amazing. Everything from the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant and even the bathrooms was great. When we came in, the restaurant wasn’t packed, which made it easy for us to relax and really enjoy our meals. Our server, Amber was wonderful and helped us so much. I loved the way she interacted with us she truly put a smile on our faces. So far, so good. We will definitely be coming back!

I ended up showing up about a half hour from closing due to work going too long. I expected allot of eye rolls and irritated attitudes. It was all "welcome in" and "hellos". I'm sure they weren't 100% pleased with my late arrival, but I paid early and made sure to finish what I could, and put the rest in a to-go box at 10pm when they closed. Definitely love these people.

We decided to eat here while staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. The food is delicious and really affordable. The house margarita is super tasty! We also got the molten chocolate cake for dessert, talk about delicious! They seat you quickly and the waiters/servers are very attentive. Overall great experience ! Wish we had one in our hometown !

Today, I took my family to Chili's in Manteca after we came from my youngest child's dentist appointment!!! We were all very hungry and decided on Chili's!!! The service was great, the Server made sure we had everything we needed, as he kept checking on us every ten minutes or so!!! He knew the menu very well and even had some great suggestions!!! We left on full stomachs and very pleased with our meal!!! In addition to that, they had a bunch of TV's paying the Olympics!!! You could see a TV no matter where you were!!! This might be one of the best Chili's I have encountered, and I've been to a lot of them!!!

We had my son's bday there and it was awesome! They let you bring in your own decorations and take reservations for larger groups. Our server was amazing and very patient with taking orders for so many of us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the food runners kept coming up to me and my guests asking who ordered what when bringing out the food. While I'm entertaining 15 kids and 18 there again for any amount of people we have.

When we arrived, it was pretty packed, but got seated within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the table we were seated at was not comfortable for the six of us, however, the staff was so accommodating that we were able to move to a more comfortable table within minutes. They were very kind, professional and we thoroughly enjoyed the food.

This place is only good if you sit in the bar, they've got teenagers for the wait staff and unfortunately they're quite young teenagers so they they don't seem to catch on very quickly with what you're saying, or follow very well. Ordered a Sprite with tequila, got a Sprite with a lemon in it? It was funny. However the bartenders are always great punctual attentive and the food usually doesn't disappoint. I've only had one bad service here and luckily that was years ago

The young lady that waited on us, was very pleasant. It's always refreshing when you can have service with a smile. The quality of the food was also a nice change. The food was hot, timely, and quite tasty. My party will definitely be returning again.

I went to try their lunch, I had seen advertised. I enjoyed my lunch and the atmosphere. The service was a little slow. Probably not the best option if you are in a hurry, but as I do not do fast food, it was good for me.

I ordered to go, and it was very quick. My daughter and I had a "Steak" night! It was very tasty and not expensive either. We will definitely Italy return!!! My advice, get the mo Ike app! They will send send you coupons you can use to get a great deal!

Took my god son there for his 8th grade graduation and I must say it was nice , our food came in no time we was in and out with the quickness just how I like it .

I enjoy coming to Chili’s every now and then. It’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a casual family dinner. My favorites are definitely the appetizers, especially the Southwest Eggrolls and chicken tenders. They hit the spot every time. The food is consistently good, the service is usually friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. It’s one of those places you can always count on for a satisfying meal.

Good food they got some good specials. Chips and and salsa are really good. Service is good not great could be a little more friendly and ask a few times if you need anything. Atmosphere is good a little noisy but what did you expect.

Good experience on a Saturday night. No waiting even though the place looked full. Food was very good. Great portions. Only disappointment is that for the second time in a row I order a draft beer and I get a flat, warm drink. Other than that, good place to eat.

The nachos were awesome, the steak was ok, the half lemonade half tea wasn't sweet enough, the server was kind and patient. The soup was great. We had a good meal and for a good price. The side of fries was a bit small.

Usually a slow location but today was worse. My family and I had to wait over 15 minutes to get our order taken. We tried flagging the waiters but they either did not notice or ignored. Crowded but not more than usual. The lady who was supposed to serve us never came. We watched as she helped the bartender and served drinks instead. Some chick with tattoos. I came in pretty hungry, but now I'm nauseous. Asked for chips before we got our food but they never came. Update// I gave an extra star, because the food was good and once we ordered it came quick, but the initial wait is still a 2 star experience. Just don't come here if you're starving and want to eat -now-. There are faster places to eat in town that are equally as good.

Decent food with the same quality of service

Food was better than i remembered. Our Server did not catch her name but she was great. Attentive, friendly, and working her butt off as she was only one working the bar food service side.

The food was yummy. Did have to ask for utensils and napkins as well as salt and pepper. After I ate I used the ladies room and was shocked to see how dirty it was. I just hope the kitchen isn't like this. This looks like it has been ignored for a long time.

Always a good time at Chilis’s. food was good drinks were adequate but idk mid. I personally would go to Applebees if you are in the vibe for a larger selection of drinks and better appetizers. PLUS i haven’t been in a while and i swore they used to give you chips and salsa as an appetizer.

There was a bug on my drink

I’m usually a pretty good tipper but not with the service I received this evening. Our initial waiter was no where to be found once we ordered and didn’t know who our new waiter was, received my salad after my hot entree, and the salad was wrong. Had to hunt down someone to get refills and to fix my salad; getting my salad took over 20 minutes to receive and had to ask about it again. My receipt showed a comped item but I never received anything extra. Waiting time was just ridiculous to get my order fixed, refills on drinks (one refill), and to pay. What would take my family and I at 45 min at most took 1.5 hours. With a 4 and 7 year old, took a lot of self control from losing it.

Went to dinner here. We ordered the 2 for 25. I got the steak. I ordered it med it came out well and had a weird taste. It also had a dark brown look to it like when it's old meat. They brought me another one. This time it looked med but still had that old meat look and had a weird taste. Manager did take care or us. Everything else we had was good. Just don't order the steak.

Watch your server .. They mess with that game nonsense and charge you $1.99 for this trash. I took the 2 bucks right off his tip! South western egg rolls look NOTHING like the menu. They are full of mushy stuff that looks like they scooped it from a diaper ... Gross 😝

Service was slow. Ordered the 3 for me $10.99. Was charged full price had to have a manager correct the price. I asked for a bag so I could take chips home. I was given a box and 2 small cups for the salsa. I am not happy may not come back for awhile.

I ordered chicken nachos to go and got 6 chips. Six. The picture on the website shows a plate. Also my friend, who’s allergic to dairy, ordered a dairy-free sandwich. They buttered it. 2 stars because they remade our food when we complained and went back, but they shouldn’t have ripped us off the first time. Nobody is paying $15 for 6 chips and some condiments, and they knew that, but chose to only give me 6. Also, they were not aware the website said the sandwich was dairy-free, so they didn’t have the proper ingredients to make a dairy-free sandwich, and that is their fault. Their kitchen staff should know their menu. It’s extremely dangerous to label something as allergen-free and serve something with that allergen. People can die over allergies, so it’s very important to be careful. She was careful about her own allergies, but if she hadn’t inspected the food first, it could’ve ended badly.

But we sat and waited, waited 2 waiters male explained host is there, & will be soon. She never came. We had to Leave and ate at Red Robbins. Seated immediately, served drinks immediately nice nice customer service. Will never go to Chile's in Manteca again.

Went yesterday and ordered a steak medium rare. Once it got to the table it was still red and blue in the middle and tough. Beyond undercooked. Sent it back and received another one in the same state. Sent that one back as well. Asked to speak to the manager and she came over stating "this is the first time I heard about this and I'm sorry" and then left. Had no interest in our problem and offered no assistance. So I finally received my third steak that was cooked to perfection. Asked the server if we can get this item removed from the check and he offered to speak to a different manager. Came back with 15 dollar gift cards (nowhere near the amount of the meal) and we sent him back because we wouldn't be coming back. We told him we just wanted it removed from our meal and call it a day. He went and talked to the manager and knocked it off our ticket. Why not do that from the beginning? Why make the server go out of his way multiple times to fix a company issue? We tipped him well and went on our way. Until chilis fixes their poor management and poor service, I will not be back. It wouldn't have been a problem had the manager stated the cook was new and was learning. I would have been understanding but I felt like I was a hassle in their eyes. Also it wasn't just me that had a issue, a table near us sent back a steak too.

I go to Chili's quite often, and tonight I ordered food delivered via door dash.. the dasher was fine nothing wrong on this part, everyone's food was ok except my burger.. I ordered a bacon burger and got a raw burger instead... It was gross, so pink, I threw it away. Made me sick. They clearly didn't check it to make sure it was cooked. At least my fries were good. LoL wish I could post a picture of the raw burger on here. . . Do better Chili's cook! It's only the cooks fault, usually the staff is great when I go in person. . Guess I should have ordered the pasta , oh well.

Have to say this was probably some of the worst service I’ve ever had…our waiter took our drink orders and only 3/4 drinks got delivered and he took a decent bit of time before taking our order. When placing my order I ordered another drink and requested no sour cream. When our food finally showed up, I instead had only sour cream and no pico which is what I wanted in the first place. We had to flag him down to request just a small bit of pico and ask about the drink we also ordered. He said he was on it….but in fact was not. He seemed like he was half asleep and didn’t ever ask us if we needed refills or anything else and I ended up not getting my drink until after everyone at our table had finished our meals. He ended up not charging for the drink but also never brought out the pico that was requested either. And not to mention that the quesadilla was soggy and I could have easily made a better one at home lol….honestly will probably never return as that was the biggest waste of money and an overall frustrating experience.

The most dissapointing restaurant experience I've had. Took forever to get seated (not even a busy night) took just as long just to order drinks from our waitress. She was extremely slow and unnatentive. Asked if everything was good right when we got our food, then never came back to check on us. Food was completely tasteless, as if it hadn't been seasoned with anything at all. Took almost 20 minutes just to get one dessert to go. Slow service, crappy food, so all around a bad experience. Would've rather went to McDonald's. Never coming back to this chili's!

Horrible customer service. Party of 5 and no servers to wait on us. 20 minute wait and wouldn’t let us sit and have water! We would have waited for the server to finish her break. We just wanted to sit and have water. I was going to pay for chips and salsa at the bar for us to eat while we waited but were told no. Two young men at host stand so couldn’t one seat and serve water. We waited 15 and left. 5 other tables were placed on a wait after us. We chalked it up to having worse service once seated .. went to Mexican. It was a long day playing a tournament … no WiFi and no customer service

Went out to dinner while out on vacation and we’re met with no greeting, then the gentleman said to follow them and Sat my husband myself and our 3 children without saying anything. We sat there for 10 minutes with no one coming by for drinks, not even to say they will be with us in a minute or anything. They didn’t even acknowledge we were there even through we made eye contact with 4 of them. Terrible customer service and attentiveness. In fact there was none. Not sure who the manager is but I would suggest finding someone who knows how to run a team or train for customer service. Super bummed because we were looking forward to dinner out as a family especially being our kiddos don’t eat out in restaurants all the time. We walked out without a word from staff as they saw us leave (shocker). I would not choose to give this location our business. Super disappointed.

The Barbecue tasted like chemicals, and felt like rubber. They gave us a table with food under it. The dishes were wet when they gave them to us. They had crumbs on them

Worst service ever. I used to go to Chili’s one of my favorites. Today I asked for strawberry lemonade for my daughter, never brought to the table. The food took an hour to arrive and it was salty. Never coming back.

This place is ALWAYS TOO SALTY… ALL THE TIME … EVERYTIME … even especially on the “not guilty” side of the menu. Look at the salt on these Asparagus.. I couldn’t continue eating no matter how hungry I was.

We were so hungry went there for lunch, we ordered for kids and for ourselves, kids food was extra hot that should be warm or atleast at comfortable temperature for kids and on the other hand we order tripe dipper buffalo wings were dry and cold egg rolls was like soaked in oil .

The food was great! The chips was terrible and unhealthy ! I thought that was complementary as the waiter asked us if we wanted some chips so we said yes! And included it on the bill which is extra! Not cool!

Our server never brought our silverware,so we had to go find her but we ended up just asking someone else. Never asked for refills til we asked someone else. Our table was for 7 of us 5 adults 2 kids. Our server wasn't the person who initially brought our food to our table. We got charged for a drink when we told her about the error she didn't offer to remove the extra drink she knew it was a mistake on her part but kinda was like oh yea I charged your table. She needs to find a different line of work.

Can't rate the food because we didn't get any. We waited about 10 minutes to get seated. Not bad! About 7 pm we got seated in a booth and about 15 minutes later no one acknowledged us, so my husband asked the hostess who walked past our booth and she said our waiter was very busy and maybe he hadn't seen our table. She said she would let him know. 10 more minutes passed and still not even an "I'm sorry i have been swamped can i at least get your drink orders?" Nope, so we got up and walked out. What a waste of time! Mind you this is a place we normally go to and love, so this made us pretty upset.

The atmosphere is ok Service is ok. But damn that food was crazy salty. My tortillas soup was a mouth full of salt. I had to put crackers to balance the salt. My fries crazy salty. Burger was sour. Pickles, mustard. No salt. All I tasted was mustard and pickles. Needless to say I won't ever come back again. 3x times I've been to Chili's and they have all been unsatisfying experiences. I had to settle for McDonald's after that because my food was so unsatisfying. Imagine being so bad you have to eat McDonald's afterwards. That's how bad this place is.

A few days ago, I ate at this location to try the tripple dipper and got the chicken crispers, big mouth bites, and hot fried mozzarella, the food tasted great, but after a couple hours I found out I got food poisoning. I was hit with severe stomach cramps , nausea, and uncontrollable bowl movements. I did not eat anything else after this meal when this occurred but it just was an upsetting experience I had to endure, everything else was great besides the food poisoning.

Went in tonight for a quick meal at the last hour. Really simple, get a meal, eat and take the left overs to go. I poured the drink I was given with my meal in a to go and asked to top off and when I drank the sprite and tea it was watered down. It was obvious that water was used to fill the drinks to the very top. That’s terrible and it ruined the 1/2 of drink I had left. The chicken sandwhich was “ok”, but I didn’t say anything. I was greatful to be able to just take my partner out to eat tonight, but putting water in my drink instead of refilling was terrible customer service. I’ve never experienced this before. I would expect better from chillis as I’ve always had a good experience no matter what city or state I am in. The person who helped us was Oscar on my receipt. He kept looking at my table while cleaning the bar after he gave us our filled drinks and I was paying. I didn’t think anything of it at the time and I still left an 18% tip. Not cool! I will not be going back to this location again.

Absolutely horrible service! We ended up leaving. No reservations and had to do a call ahead. Called at 3:45 for 16 people at 5. They tell me to call back 30-50 min before 5 so I call again at 4:15 and put us down. Get there at 5 just for them to tell us 30 minutes. 45 minutes pass with no updates so we ended up leaving. What a freaking joke. Manager is useless too.

Wow this place sucks! My salad wasn't fresh, I could see brown lettuce! My meal was supposed to have tortillas but instead I was given fries. We had to ask for utensils and napkins! Like really?? It's obvious we need utensils. The steak had no garlic butter, they wouldn't let us upgrade steak to a 10 oz. And they don't have Texas cheese fries anymore. Won't be coming back! Waste of money! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money here. All the staff are lazy, act like they hate thier job.
