The woman behind the counter was in such a rush to make the sandwiches that she didn't take the Xtra minute to toast the bread and chicken properly plus she rushed all the toppings and started to.put cheese(which I didn't want) Very unfriendly too. Food looked and tasted slopped together. We were here last year,and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and took great care in making my sandwich. Such a difference!
Soda machine seems to never work and forces you to buy a bottle which is more money. The cookies are also hard as if they were left overs. Quality has definetly gone down.

I’ve always appreciated the quality and service of Subway, but sadly, this was my first bad experience, and I left feeling disappointed.

Yesterday Dec 1 i came at 9:50 am and was told that they open at 10 am. The sign posted on the door says open 8 am every day. When I came at 11 am and presented a Subway coupon a young lady told me they don't accept coupons at all.
Been here a few time, the lady at the front does not want to serve anyone. Kept on wiping the counter and ignoring the customer coming in. Will not be going back to this subway again.
Staff is extremely rude. I ordered online to use a coupon and he was yelling at me because I watched him make my sandwich. Told me to sit down or else he won’t make it and even though I didn’t ask him to change anything, he said he won’t add or change anything from the ticket printed so no point of me standing and watching him
Went there for lunch there was one lady making sandwiches and she's touching everyone food with the same gloves. What if someone was allergic to something. She's touching the oven with the same gloves she's grabbing food and using the meat cutter. I know that can't be sanitary. Whoever she was working with he was too busy on the phone& there was no covers on any of the food and nats were everywhere. I know you don't care about other people food but that's just disgusting. Don't go into food business if you can't keep it clean.
Owner is an idiot. Wouldn’t give me my sandwiches because I provided the wrong name at pickup. I used mobile app to do online pickup using my girlfriend’s name, when I got to the counter I said my name and he loses his mind. I showed him the order number and receipt on my phone and he still wouldn’t hand over the sandwiches. This guy was ready to lay down his life for 15 dollars worth of sandwiches, it’s never that deep. They’re rude and inconsiderate here, go to the FreshPond location for better service.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This makes me never want to eat at a subway establishment again! When I came in, nobody was working there and a lady sitting down told me that the subway employee will be right back because he is getting coffee. So I decided to wait. I sit down and then when he comes in, I asked him are you guys honoring the BOGO deal that is available online and he says it’s not being honored at this store. So I said okay… so I have to place an online order and he says okay you can try but it’s not every store. So I found the website and placed an order for pick up. Their machine prints out the paper and they ask if it’s mine (not sure why that matters). Then he makes the sandwiches and asks for my name (I’m the only one at there with my sister and I already told him im placing an order). I say my first name but he says it’s not the name and shows me the receipt with the name. I say that’s my last name and then he asks if I have ID! WHY WOULD I NEED ID TO ORDER FROM SUBWAYS?! but I calmly said no I don’t but I can show you on the phone my order and he says I HAVE THE ORDER ON THE PAPER, WHAT IS YOUR NAME?! I tell him my full name again and he goes is that really you? and I said yes, so I just take the sandwich. I feel like he knew it’s my order and he just wanted to be a jerk to me because I’m ordering the BOGO deal. I walked out of there angry and when I got home, I’m even MORE angry. He didn’t put all the ingredients I requested in the sandwich and he put VERY LITTLE MEAT! it was like he was angry that I placed a BOGO deal so he only put ingredients enough for 1 sandwich and spread it into 2 sandwiches. Worse sandwich ever! It was MOSTLY BREAD!!! He was giving me a hard time and made my sandwich wrong on purpose. I didn’t even do or say anything disrespectful so I’m not sure why I had to be treated this way over SANDWICHES! I’m not sure how subway customer service standards are but I can see why this location is not getting a lot of business. if anything, subways should give me a refund at the very least!
Employee asks for ID before even making the sandwiches that were ordered on the app. Make the damn footlongs and have them ready. Then i have no issues with showing my ID. That's why the app is there for to make things quicker, not wait some more. Also the boss footlong was missing the fresh mozzarella. I can't deal with ignorance. Guess i will order from another subway that doesn't require a credit check for fraud!!! Ugh $24 really???
This is the worse subways that I have ever been to. They need to terminate the employee that worked today 10/4/24 around 11:55AM. Why do I need my ID to get a dam sandwich when I showed him my online order on my phone. He has terrible customer service and gave attitude for no reason.
When I ordered a soda, I was asked if I wanted ice. Was it a special service? Was it an added charge? I said no. I filled my cup with soda which turned out to be warm. All of them were warm and the ice machine wasn't functional. I went back to the counter and asked for ice. The owner dropped one large chunk into my warm-as-saliva soda. It was awful.
Horrible subway, walked in here two days ago and ordered a meatball fl through the mobile app and proceed to wait 15 minutes to be told, “Oh we don’t have any meatballs” Walked in today and as soon as I walked in, i’m asked how can I be helped, and responded with that I placed a online order, for him to respond “you have to wait, you just placed it” and that I was also rushing him. Get better and competent staff members not people being a smart ass. He almost got slapped.
Placed an order in the app for pickup, came to the store to find out that the order hasn’t been made cause they didn’t have roast beef. The staff didn’t cancel the order for me, he asked me to contact the customer service for refund. Can’t imagine how poor the service is. They could’ve informed us or cancelled the order before I showed up
Ordered online and went to pick up in store. When I told the guy working there I have an order he asked me for the name on the order but since I ordered on the website it didn’t ask for my name. I told him my name but it didn’t match the name on the receipt he has so he kept saying that he can’t give me the order even when I have the order and confirmation number that I read out to him. He repeatedly told me he needed the name for the order and I repeatedly told him it didn’t ask for my name on the website. Even when I showed the receipt multiple times and read the order out, he still wouldn’t give it. Ended up telling me that he will cancel my order and told me to pay again. Would not order from here again!
The bread makes or breaks the sandwiches. It’s at least a day old and dry. What happened to fresh baked bread. Prices are too high these days to justify crappy product. Update 2/10/2025 The bread was like two day old bread, dry and flakey. Ruins the sandwhich. Girl at the counter confirmed they no longer bake fresh bread on site and that its made at least the day before off site. And the fresh sliced meats promoted last year def doesn't happen at this store. I work in the area and used to come weekly, if not more. Just not enjoyable anymore. They should just shut it down. I'm not coming back.

Terrible service. I ordered a footlong that was supposed to have just lettuce on one half and lettuce, tomatoes, and olives on the other. Instead they added olives and lettuce on the one half. They also tried scamming me by charging my double, luckily I caught it. I would recommend checking the sand which and receipt before you leave.
