Ate here out of necessity rather than choice as main restaurants were busy and we had not made a reservation anywhere. Pizza bases were shop bought and thick and uniform shape and size…definitely not the rustic pizza were are used to eating on this holiday, probably the worst one in 2wks. Wife’s GF lasagne and salad was nice though. Service was ok and functional. ‘Ok’ price for a tourist restaurant. Wouldn’t choose to go back particularly.

Pizza była ok. Piwo pszeniczne świetne choć bardzo drogie. Obsługa miła. Jednak słabe było to, że po zjedzeniu odkryłem napis na kasie: no credit cards. Jednak miałem nie dość gotówki przy sobie i gdy powiedziałem że muszę do auta na parking po cash, wtedy pani zaproponowała płatność kartą…

Pro’s: food was OK at best. Location was amazing, in front of the sea. Cons: service was slot and unfriendly. The waitress saw we were foreign and was not pleasant. With others who were clearly locals, she was much friendly. Price was ridiculous for what you got. We are still looking for the Chillie in the Chilli and garlic pasta, very bland. Margherita was basic.

Sono rimasto estremamente deluso da questa pizzeria. Il personale è stato incredibilmente scortese e maleducato fin dal primo momento, al limite dell’offensivo. Non si può trattare così i clienti! I prezzi sono esageratamente alti per quello che viene servito. In generale, un'esperienza pessima che non consiglio a nessuno. Ci sono tantissimi altri posti dove si mangia meglio e si viene trattati con rispetto. Non ci tornerò mai più!

Pessima esperienza, la pizza era anche abbastanza buona (molto pesante), ma la birra (una semplice birra industriale) non troppo fresca a 8€ per 0,4 la trovo veramente una esagerazione anzi una rapina. Il bagno inoltre era allagato e molto sporco. Non consiglio.

Fondamentalmente mangiato bene. Decisamente indigesto il conto. 2 pizze (1 salamino piccante e l'altra prosciutto e grana), 1 birra piccola, 1 birra media ed 1 caffè 52,00€. IL COPERTO 3€ a persona è imbarazzante (tovaglietta e tovagliolo di carta)

La maleducazione del proprietario non ha limiti! Ci stavano preparando il tavolo dentro su nostra richiesta nonostante la faccia disgustata del proprietario perché avevamo il passeggino. Ci stavamo per sedere quando il proprietario, non si sa per quale motivo, doveva usare una specie di bacchetta sopra la nostra testa. Non arrivandoci e credendo che fossimo stranieri ha borbottato VIA DAI COXXXXXX. Ovviamente ce ne siamo andati senza cenare.

Ho speso più di 40 € per 2 PIZZE SURGELATE E 1 BOTTIGLIA DI ACQUA! Poveri turisti stranieri che non sanno cosa sia la vera cucina italiana. Ah poi oltre alla pizza SURGELATA se ne cercate una Senza Glutine questo è il posto giusto. Oltre a vendere pizze a 16 € surgelate, sponsorizzano pure pizze senza glutine ovviamente surgelate Ma non lo. Scrivono che è tutto surgelato. Pessima esperienza, una rapina,sconsiglistissmo. Personale antipatico, zero professionalità, piatti colorati diversi. Non ci andate mai, sfruttano quel bellissimo posto per spennare i turisti con pizze e primi piatti surgelati. State alla larga.

Stateci lontani, prezzi esorbitanti, pizza schifosa 12 euro x mezzo litro di vino sfuso. Dessert della Bindi a 8 euro.

Fermati qui per caso mai più nella vita , tovagliette di carta con scritto il menu , si reputano pizzeria ma servono pizze surgelate di cattiva qualità. Mai più.

I’ve eating better pizzas in China! Be aware this is a frozen pizza... nothing related to real Italian food! Ragazzi questo è un posto di turisti, è una vergogna!

Worst food I’ve had in Italy. Would rather go home and buy the cheapest frozen pizza and eat that. This place staff is really nice to lure you inn for their 100% frozen pizza and it wasnt even good and there is no attempt to make it look like real Pizza. They also charge 3 euro per person as a fee which is way higher than other places here in Menaggio. Stay away from this place, dont ever go here. There are many other better places. Would recommend bailing from the place if you end up here before reading reviews.

Food very average pizza barely edible . No credit cards accepted and did not let us know up front. Asked for tap water and charged us 8 Euro for bottled water. Added a 3 Euro service charge per person. Tourist trap Avoid

This was, without exaggeration, the worst pizza I have ever eaten—not just in Italy, but anywhere. The crust was bland and soggy, the toppings tasted cheap and carelessly thrown on, and the overall experience was a disgrace to what Italian pizza should represent. For a country so proud of its culinary traditions, this place was a true letdown. What made things even worse was the uncomfortable atmosphere. While we initially brushed off the cold service, it became hard to ignore the subtle but unmistakable sense that we were being treated differently—less kindly—than other diners. Whether it was because we were tourists or something else, it left a bitter taste far worse than the food itself. Avoid this place if you value good food and fair treatment. Menaggio has many charming spots—this is not one of them.

I would give zero stars if I could. The hostess was incredibly rude and displayed racist behavior by refusing to seat us, claiming the restaurant was fully booked despite having several empty tables. After dining at a much better restaurant, we returned to find those tables still empty. I will never come back here, and based on other reviews, it seems we dodged a bullet. Save your money and energy.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered the pizza and lasagne, Prices are ridiculous! 5 euros for a can of coke. Disgusting canned hotdogs for a pizza topping. Service charge of 3 euros per person. Lasagne was nice but tiny portion. And with these prices an absolute rip off. Only running because innocent tourists wonder this area. We really ordered the basics and had to pay nearly 50 euros

Don't waste your money on this place. First of all, the pizza was quite bad. Way too much cheese and nothing like a really Italian pizza at all. Secondly, they ask 3 euro per person for the 'service'. Which is not that amazing at all. For us that was 22% of the entire bill. Outrageous. The pasta is okay, but nothing special there. The drinks cost 5 euro and that was just a regular soda. Better get your own soda or water.

I visited this pizza place in Menaggio, hoping to enjoy some delicious, authentic Italian pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but enjoyable. The food was so bad that I felt compelled to leave a very long Google Maps review to warn others. First and foremost, the pizza was not fresh. In fact, it was a heated frozen pizza that wasn't even well heated. The crust was soggy and the toppings were bland and unappetizing. It was clear that no effort had been made to make the pizza fresh or to give it any flavor. To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant. For such a terrible meal, I felt like I had been ripped off. And on top of that, there was a service fee of 3 euros per person, which is extremely high for a pizza place. I couldn't believe that they would charge so much for such a poor experience. Another thing that really bothered me about this pizza place was that they only accept cash. In this day and age, it's unacceptable for a business to not accept credit cards or other forms of payment. Especially in a touristic area like Menaggio, where many visitors may not have access to cash, it's extremely inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this pizza place to anyone. The food is terrible, the prices are too high, and the service fee is outrageous. Save yourself the trouble and find another restaurant in Menaggio to enjoy a delicious pizza.

Worst pizza in entire Italy or even in world. Frozen, super hard crust and tasted like mud. Pasta was horrible as well. Charged extra 5 euro for 2 person and 5 euro for a 500/750 ml bottle of water. I was in italy for 10 days, ate all my meals in restaurants and I can certainly say that this restaurant doesn’t belong in a magnificent place like menaggio.

One of the worst meals of my life. Frozen pizza, extremely salty/oily pesto and rude staff. Claim their card reader is broken so you have to pay cash. I said I have no cash and the card reader was miraculously fixed. They also charge a “service fee” that isn’t stated anywhere (service is as bad as the food, so not sure what that’s for). Left the food on the table and left, it was that disgusting. They know their food is awful and they don’t even try to hide it.

This is a racist place. We were waiting to get a table for 2 and another family of 4 too ( We and the other family having brown skin) . On multiple occasions they put us on hold in a queue and served white/ Caucasian people. When asked why, they had nothing to say and kept telling us to wait in a rude manner. We waited a while and found a better place. There are many other places around without racism. Do not recommend!

Ordered fish dish and it was smelly. Waiter told us that it is ok and they don't have fresh fish (hmm, maybe just a bad english). Anyway, food wasn't worth money and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
