I ordered home delivery, everything was fine, the price was fair, it's not the most gourmet but it holds up very well, the only detail and my score was because I asked for it to be browned well, I had to brown it on my stove, actually I would use less dough, but it's a matter of taste, I would order it again, thank you.

Soy super fan de su pizza al pastor, pero se me hace muy ilógico y causa mucho enojo qué abren a las 4 y tienen servcio a domicilio hasta las 5:30, mi hambre no aguanta tanto!!

Por el precio el sabor, por desgracia siempre que pedimos tenemos que llamar por que tardan en mandar el pedido y eso que vivimos a media cuadra.

Falta aseo en el baño y en la zona de consumo. Buen sabor. Buen precio.

I ordered the Caprichosa pizza for delivery. I found the flavor and consistency of the ingredients to be very good. I really liked it and I recommend it. The presentation wasn't the best, as it didn't cut very well and came with slices out of place. The service was attentive and fast; it arrived in about 30 minutes. I gave it three stars for the presentation, but the pizza is very good.

Like most of the comments, poor service, they respond reluctantly. Someone mentioned that the sun makes them grumpy, which is probably why they're so "emotional." I'd rather not order there anymore.

Tardan demasiado en llegar y cuando marqué me dijeron que ya había salido, esperé 20 minutos y volví a marcar y me dijeron que apenas iba a salir así que si solo me van a dar el avión es un pésimo servicio y eso que vivo cerca, lamentable.

Mal servicio encargué una pizza y después de 1 hora 15 minutos no llega la fui a buscar y tardaron 20 más

Las pizzas están buenas desgraciadamente sus tiempos de entrega son los que lo perjudican en varias ocasiones he pedido para llevar o envio a domicilio, incluso con plataformas y se tardan mucho en ocasiones más de una hora, eso no es servicio.

Asco de lugar, hice un pedido, me lo confirman y después de una hora hablo para preguntar y no hicieron mi pedido porque no conocían mi colonia, patéticos..

Esperé mi pizza por 2 horas a través de Rapoi y nunca llegó.

Pésimo servicio, pedí para llevar y tardaron mas de lo que dijeron, pase a buscar mi pedido mas tarde y la chica de recepción olvidó mi refresco, llame para pedirlo a domicilio y va mas de hora y media y no lo han traído. Pésima experiencia.

Pésima atención al cliente, 3 veces he pedido y las 3 veces han tardado casi 3 horas con mis pedidos o simplemente no llegan. Trato de comunicarme con el restaurante para cancelar y no me contestan, me responden en WhatsApp y solo leen los mensajes.

I ordered chipotle pasta with bacon. It was terrible. The pasta was cooked undercooked, some of the fettuccine was stuck together, all chunky and tasteless. The chipotle "sauce" was watery and bland, and the undercooked bacon strips, which I mistook for ham, were all watery and chopped up, looking unappetizing. The garlic bread was old, tough, crumbly from being so old and poorly toasted; greasy and tasteless. I left it half-finished and practically full. I won't buy there again even if I'm starving like last night.
