Pizza Hut

The pizza is good and pasta is also good. The location is bit difficult to find at night as there was no proper board and board was not lit. The inside atmosphere or vibe is not pleasant. Need to improve..

The pan pizza evokes memories of a time long gone when the hut was the pinnacle of American pizza. I am not sure why they are trying to branch into other types of pizza when the core product is so good. Accidentally had the 'hand tossed' cheese pizza which frankly was not very good. The single pan pizza on the other hand seemed straight out of a fond childhood memory. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are ordering pan pizza! Note to any tourists without a US phone number (you need to enter one to order), they may try to call you to verify the number and given the website doesn't allow you to enter an international number you shouldn't order this way or end up like me waiting over 2hrs for a pizza that never comes (had to go to the store where they told me it was cancelled - on the tracker it still said in preparation...and I don't think I got refunded either).

We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery while staying at Miami beach Saturday night. It was definitely later than they claimed but it arrived still hot and cheesy good. It seemed to be made fresh and was accurate to what we ordered. They did not send plates as requested. We used paper towels instead. Overall good experience and we ate it all. Thank you

This is an absolute disgrace. The two Cuban women were talking and yelling inside and completely ignored me for 17 minutes. At 6:56 PM, a young lady from the shift change came in, clocked in, and immediately helped me — but the two women from the previous shift never attended to me even though my order was already placed and waiting. This is a total disrespect to the customers. The Manager must take immediate action on this. Today is Labor Day — if they don’t want to work, they should quit the company. I strongly recommend people not to buy here; no customer deserves this kind of treatment.

💩 only deserves 0 stars, we travelled there specially whilst holidaying in mid- beach as my son loves pizza hut and was looking forward to trying it in the states. The staff paid no attention to us, 4 of them around 1 other member of staff looking at a phone, totally ignored us whilst we sat there for over 10 minutes, with me throwing in a few heavy sighs to try and get attention, before we got up and left. Went to Venezia, 2 minutes walk North, and was greeted with a smile as we entered and got served properly to good food.

This is not customer service.You're supposed to treat the customer as a customer and not like someone who owes you something. Not only do you treat me like as if I owe you something, you're also talking to some random person on company time. This is unacceptable by any standard. Absolutely horrible experience for a scheduled delivery order at 7:00 p.m. and it is now 8:41 p.m. with no food. Upon my first call to Pizza Hut after I had received a confirmation email I was told my order was delivered and after the second call I was told that the order had never been received which was a lie because both the delivery driver and I got a confirmation of the order. After the third call I was told that the order was canceled and no one could explain why I got no notice that the order was canceled since I had been waiting and tracking my delivery through the doordash delivery driver who was on the way to the store to pick up the order. The person with whom I spoke also could not tell me whether or not my credit card was going to be credited for the purchase price and told me to call back the next day. I'll never ever is Pizza Hut again for any deliveries and I have deleted their app from my cell phone.

If you are ordering from this place and you're from out of town and don't speak Español; make sure they repeat your order back to you. Better yet, use the app! I'll be contacting their corporate office after this weekend to get my money back for the product I was dissatisfied with on the account of terrible managing etiquette. Y'all aren't going to ruin my Art Basel 2024 experience with your terrible customer service skills taking your job shortcomings personal.
