The food was good but the burger would have been much better if it was hot, fries were good and hot and the drink was nice and cold! The parking lot and drive through is tight and can be a challenge depending on what you're driving.
It's always empty idk why. But there food is always good. Mcdonalds is next door and the line is always into the highway that's why I started going here. But I like burger king better than mcdonalds! Maybe less addictive additives than mcdonalds 🤔 🤷♀️
Fast service, and cheaper menu than mcdonalds! Tastes better too. They have 10pc nuggets for 1.50 and fries for 1.19 Anytime I need to get my kids somewhere to eat and play we come here, right now only Rankin hwy has their play area open.
I was going through the drive thru and my card was declined. Apparently someone was trying to use my card fraudulently and they put a hold on it. I had my baby in the car and I was stressed out. The girl at the drive thru was so sweet and just told me don't worry about it.
We love burger King! Thats it. Delicious burgers fries and drink. A side of chicken fries to share with my hubby. He always gets the double whopper with jalapeños fries and drink. It's also our go too place when we travel.
I had a great experience my only time here but loved the people where friendly. Thank you for your delicious burger nicely made! The food was made really fast and looked neat. The cashier was friendly but did not have a name tag on. Tony was 😎 cool.
Food is standard fast food. The young lady taking orders was extremely friendly, prompt, and helpful. Our order was ready quick and was all correct. The playground is entertaining for kids and bathroom was clean.
WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT & STAFF!! Fast, Friendly, and Good Food! Just wana CONGRATULATE the management and staff for doing a great job! They all treated us sooo much better here after our awful experience at the other location off of Andrews Highway. Keep doing a great job! Came in at 9 pm to get a bite to eat and let my little one stretch his legs. They already had the play place closed and cleaning it but they opened it up just for him and made his day . Very kind people and the food was fast and good
I know there are some places that have good burgers 🍔 😋 and fries 🍟 😋 but Burger King is and always have been one of my favorite burger 🍔 😋 places, trust me you can't go wrong by choosing to eat at one of their establishments. 💞👌🏾👍🏾
Food was good. They didn't have the tea out but the girl behind the counter got it for me easily. I like going here because of the play place for the kids but it could use a good cleaning.
Great service, smiles,clean, good food....I go on some these review sites and that's all some people do is bash one restaurant after another. Like they have nothing else better to do, sad little people. Well I'm observant enough to see what is actually going on and in the Permian Basin you're lucky you have enough employees to even open the door so the fact that they're actually trying without an attitude behind it says a lot in itself keep up the good work thank you

The service was very good. Friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly and hot. The restaurant was clean. We came for the Sponge Bob meal- it was good. The burger was big and had a yellow bun (crabby patty style). The cheesy bacon tots were great. They had run out of the pie. The granddaughter loved the frozen pineapple drink.
Stopped in to get two burgers for wife and I . We actually went in just for burgers but wife ended up getting shake and I got a cone. .My ice cream was good but the shake was way to sweet. She didn't like it and neither did I . Other than that place was clean and double bacon cheese burger was good. Wife request extra pickles and they delivered. So Burger King made your way. Very clean and well kept restaurant
Me and my family usually eat out from Burger King 👑 on the weekends! We love their large, fresh, french fries🍟 and burgers 🍔! Waiting time is crazy on the weekends and lunch time though, so inticipate waiting time for sure! They also have a play section for chuldren too! Tip: We like to use the coupons that we get through the mail! Great deals 👌
We went through drive through last night & we were very impressed with the friendly service of the woman who serviced us. Our food came out hot, accurately & was delicious.
Although the site was under construction for renovation, the experience was the same that I would expect at any burger King. The staff was friendly and concise, fast and efficient, and most importantly the order was correct and delicious. In spite of the current conditions and bustling area, I would definitely ho there again, no question.
I went there on sat around 11:30 pm , food was hot and tasty as always and both of the employees( i did not remember there names but one was girl and other was a boy)working there was so friendly and cooperative
So, my son had a birthday party over the weekend and it was Spongebob theme. The kids meals were spongebob so instead of buying pizza I went ahead and got kids meals for my son and all his friends. I just wanted to say thank you so much for going over and beyond with writing the names of each child on their happy meal so that I didn't mix anything up, to giving me enough spongebob crowns, and making sure all the toys were the same so their was no fighting over who got what. You definitely made my sons day, so thank you for being so accommodating. 10/10

I have had the best experience tonight at this Burger King. The staff were pleasant and very friendly while also being quick and efficient. Their kindness and patience brought a big smile to my face. The Midland Burger King never seems to disappoint when it comes to good food and a wonderful experience. Thank you Noah, Harpreet, Payton, and the rest of the team for the best experience of my week, you were all wonderful.
Friendly staff member Heather held open the door and greeted us cheerfully, thanking us for coming! From there, it just kept on being awesome! I was pleased to see root beer still on tap! (Many places are replacing this, for whatever reason.) Cleanest restaurant in town! Heather was a busy bee the whole time we dined! My gosh, that girl is a whirlwind of joy!! Thanks to the entire team. Lovely experience.
Food was delish as always (I'm seeing complaints about the salty fries in the reviews section but tbh they tasted great to me and I'm not someone who goes heavy on the salt) but the real winner was the woman tidying the place up, which I know sounds silly but I think I met the nicest woman on earth???? Told us to come back again soon while we were leaving and I full on considered driving up 3 hours just for her
I had one of those nights with five or six things on my mind when I pulled into the Burger King drive-thru. When I reached the speaker, a staff member kindly let me know they had just closed. I wasn’t annoyed at all—in fact, I offered to leave, since I didn’t want to keep anyone late. To my surprise, they served me anyway—and with genuine cheerfulness. If you're the owner reading this, I hope you'll consider recognizing your team—not just for how they treated me, but for the many other customers who’ve likely had a better day because of their respectful, cheerful, and courteous service. They truly deserve a raise.
Sandwich & coffee where good but hashbrown taste nasty like out to long & soggy. Dirty tables. But clean bathroom & no crumbs on floor. Friendly cashier. But didn't ask what kind of meat I won't on the breakfast sandwichs. But when I looked on my receipt I noticed it so I told them & it was a easy quick fix no attitude no complaints. If u are reading this have a wonderful rest of your day 🙂.
Prompt service at counter. Food was hot. Good portion of fries which were not refried. Burger was nice and hot and we'll put together. Tea was a slight bit sweet. But evened out when ice was added. Good experience over all.
They were speedy and an alert employee caught an error before our food went out. Anyone can make a mistake. They fixed it promptly and well. Thumbs up.
The service was friendly and to the point. The food was very good for the price and quickly delivered, I waited around 5 minutes for three cheeseburgers and two medium fries. The one thing that I didn't like was the beeping and noisy machines in the back of the restaurant while I ate.
I've had really bad experiences here, but the husband wanted their new burger. Wow, had a great experience here today. And the boss lady Dominique was exceptional. Very polite, nice, and so was our cashier. And the burger was juicy, them fries though hmmmm but overall it was a lot better then past experience. Interesting place. Recently re-imaged, so the interior is nice with lots of seating. Some madman at the drive through ordered four large meals, which slowed down the in person service. It took about 20 minutes to get food. This was surprising for 4:30pm on a weekday, but it is what it is. All round, a solid Burger King with reliable classic food items.
Usually this Burger King isn't bad, but it has been gradually becoming a bad location. Yesterday I ordered a Bacon and Cheese Whooper combo and received a Wendy's Dave's Single burger (see first 2 pictures). What the?... I was upset because I didn't notice until I arrived home and was not told anything from the server at the drive-thru. The beef patty seemed much smaller than a Whopper patty, and I do enjoy the usual Whopper bun. Also, they have been getting stingy with fries. The french fry container in my bag was barely half full. Don't know what's happened with this location... November Edit: I have returned twice since the last review and they have stepped up their game. Service is faster and friendlier and the food quality is back up to where it should be. I have included a photo of a picture perfect Whopper from my last visit (the last picture), and updated my star review.
My boyfriend and I were looking to grab some food quickly to bring home. Everything was going smoothly until we realized they messed up are order when we had got home. I was pretty upset because I ordered a whopper combo with no mayo with a poutine and there was no poutine and tons of mayo on my Whopper. I was upset. And my boyfriend didnt even get the burgers he had ordered. We got a kids burger instead.... Weird. Anyways, we were upset and my boyfriend called Burger King. And the manager was extremely helpful!!! They made our whole order over again and made sure it was fresh. They gave us new pops even! Plus we got all our money back. I was very happy about their customer service and how they handled the mistake. Awesome. Plus, Burger king has amazing prices for yummy fast food.
I just truly don’t understand how you guys can never get my order right. Ever, not once; it’s not like I’m going to sit in the line going out to the road AGAIN to get what I actually paid for. Simple, meat cheese mayo, I just don’t understand. I try to give this place a chance; someone please coach these employees.
Very slow paced drive thru. Felt rushed to hurry up and order with no other vehicles in line besides the one that was in front of us. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich. Not enough sauce on it. Not spicy at all. Fries were good and fresh.
First of all the cashier had problems speaking and understanding English. After a few attempts at getting our order correct we finally had success. Secondly we waited for 20 minutes to get our order. Half of it was ready and sitting out to get cold before the other half was ready. Very frustrating experience, one that would have been avoided if we'd went next door to micky dees.
I would give 5 stars to the 2 employees that were running the store during the lunch rush. Sure they left out some items and I had to turn around and go inside, but when I heard its only 2 employees working my annoyance quickly settled. No wonder ALL the McDonald's had lines around the building. BK, You guys gta step it up! Get them employees some help!
Things were really good. I wanted no ketchup on my Whopper. I add cheese and King size my drink... I just don't care for ketchup on my burgers. Overall great though! I took off that part and ate the other side. The drive thru was too long of a wait to do it again. I wasn't feeling like driving all the way back to get the order fixed. I haven't been to Burger King for months but thought I'd give it another try. I'm sure I'll visit again... I like the Whoppers! Smile!
The Staff Needs To Have A Lil Bit More Respect Than What They Have. Dining Room And Kids Play Room Needs To Be Checked Periodically For Dirty Tables, And To Spot Sweep. When I Asked To Have My Table Clean, They Gave Me A lil Attitude, But That O.k. It Looks Bad On Them Not Me. Thanks You For Your Service.
So I'm here and it's been over 30 minutes from order to get my food. The manager who I'm assuming is the older white lady just came inside (after I visibly seen her stomp her cigarette out) and handle cash then my food all without washing her hands. I've worked fast food and know it gets busy but it should be a lot faster and more sanitary than this. S/N at least its freshly made
The service has been good, generally. The drive thru window needs a lot more attention to cleaning. The windows and the outside ledge have been dirty every time I go thru! The building got a new coat of paint, but the lack of cleaning on the outside of the building takes away from the appearance of the business. Also, I'm a non smoker, and have seen employees sitting behind the menu board smoking... Disgusting!!
I love coming to this Burger King. I enjoy the food most of the time. The ice cream is phenomenal and creamy. Food is usually warm not really fresh but thats fine. I don’t eat there all the time anyway. I take my child to play but recently noticed mold in the outer play area. Very disturbing and disappointing to notice such thing. I’m not sure if I should bring my child to play anymore. It’s alarming and Im worried there’s worse organisms on the inside. There’s bound to be millions of germs but mold is something else! We do wash our hands before we eat, but you never know.
I knew I should have just went to Raisin Canes because this was soooo disappointing to unwrap looks nothing like the pictures was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted WHEREs the manager
I feel bad for three stars because they were short-staffed, but there it is. The staff that was there (looked like three in the entire building) was hard-working and kept a good attitude. I'd give them 4 stars for sure. I waited at the order speaker for eight minutes before my order was taken, but they told me there would be a wait, so that's good. The management team has to find a way to fix it, but I understand it can be hard to pay competitive wages in Midland.
Enjoy foods, tables like bit sticky,foods are good,I like it!!,service usually good, but they always forgot my order, and is not been first time.... they still own me a burger right now... and there is a time found a hair in french fries that already fried, front desk usually people are nice.

Rude girl taking orders. Still better than McDonald's, but not by much. Most of the staff at fast food places in this town are pretty trashy people. This is no exception. The real restaurant's are pretty fair, you're better off going to those.
Ok so I know that mistakes happen and I love burger king... I had to go back in after receiving a to go order to get my order correct. I know the Manager was playing but his response was I knew you would be back. Um not the response I wanted from the Manager. If you saw that it was wrong why did you not correct it so I didn't have to be back....
My Lord don't think about going inside this one. They were so slow! There was only 1 person inside and he had ordered before I ever pulled up. After I ordered it took them 40 minutes to get me my order. They were focused solely on the drive thru. I watched at 15 orders made and handed out in the drive thru before I stopped counting. The inside service is 100% lousy, but it looked like the drive thru service was good. Then right before my order was given to me another customer walked in and ordered a whopper and they informed him they were out of whopper meat. Not saying to avoid this place entirely, but they are definitely not in top of things.
The young lady who took our order tonight was wonderful. The manager is horrible, she is rude, unprofessional, and calls her employees out in front of customers. This is not the first time I have seen this manager get into it with an employee in front of customers. I will not be going to any Burger King or anywhere else I see this manager working.
Poorly managed at this location. Burger King has decent fast food. I personally am not real big on fast food, normally they do pretty good here but it was bad service today also when we finally got our food it was cold, and missing burgers! They did fix the order, but it should have been right the first time!
We came through drive through, which was empty. Our food was made incorrectly, then took the longestttt to remake. Zero napkins given, that were seriously needed. Went inside to go get those. The food tasted like plastic. The sweettea was absolutely foul. & The dr pepper was out right not it. Wouldn’t recommend.
Food was low quality as expected from Burger King. But we knew how the food was gonna be when we came here. But didn't expect it to take 20 min to get our food. Maybe if the KIDS that work here would work instead of having social hour while customers are sitting in the lobby waiting for their food.
Burgers aren't fresh made. The meat patties used have been sitting up for hours. Like so many other places you have to let them know up front that you want a freshly made burger.
Why do u have people who can’t understand or speak English well enough to took someone’s order. After repeating myself 3 times I Ordered 2 kids meals. What I got 2 whooper jr.’s all veggies and one didn’t even have a meat patty on it and cold fries.. do better please
The food was cold and the fries tasted stale. The service was just rude and unprofessional. Everyone was on their cell phone. The drive-thru person handed the food over to me while still looking at their phone. I should have taken the hint why no one was there ordering food. Everyone was over at McDonald’s in the long drive-thru line.
We went in around 9 with some kiddos and the employee sweeping audibly sighed as we walked in...when we said we were eating in and not to go she said under her breath "greeeat" She did not make my friend or I feel welcome whatsoever. When we asked for lids for our drinks the staff seemed annoyed that we even bothered to ask. Will not be returning. The only reason we go to that Burger King is because of the playpen and now its not even worth it...this is not the first time its felt like we weren't valued customers but it will be the last. we wanted to give it another chance but were once again disappointed. Just went through the drive through orders one breakfast sandwich, one 3 piece French toast, I order hash browns. The French toast was for my toddler. I get home and there’s no French toast just a pack of syrup. So I call the restaurant and the phone number isn’t even in service.
Went through the drive one of the managers was working the drive had cash and credit card had ask him to get cash and rest on card he told me he couldn't do it because it would cancel the transaction, never have heard that before because I have done it there before. He refused to do it had to put everything on card. Which I know that you can, he didn't want to do it for me. Train this manager better. Unfortunately he hasn't been trained right.
Finally decided to come try the spicy chicken sandwich.....well guess it wasn't meant to be! After waiting over 10 mins in the drive thru line decided to go inside and order. Well that wasn't any better! Guy at register just stared, said nothing. I said hello and began ordering....again nothing. They weren't busy, not even 10 people in the dining area...so that wasn't why. Just nothing, told him never mind and walked out. So bummed.
First of all they aren't prepared to serve what's on their menu. I've been 3 times as told they don't have what I wanted to order and it was different things each time. Secondly it's horribly disgusting inside. Example: Garbage on the floor, urine inside the playplace, sticky floor (probably from the pee). Service was by far the worst part. That entire staff needs to be retrained.
I really enjoy this place, but communication can be challenging as the staff speak little to no English. Unfortunately, this often leads to misunderstandings and mistakes with my order.
One of my worst fast-food experiences of all. Went with some friends and their kids to get a few things to eat on February 10th 2018 a little after 11 p.m. We ask the young man at the window if he can put half of our bill on a card and pay the other half with cash. He didn't seem to understand what we were asking so he asked the manager for help. I can understand the young men not having much experience and being possibly nervous about the situation but the manager, when we said that we're trying to split the bill he said they don't do that and was very dismissive and rude. Not only did they forget some of the food and drinks but the meat was cold, and any individual working in the food industry should know that if meat isn't kept at specific temperatures food born illnesses become a risk. There is so much more I can add to this but I've covered the basics, we chose not to eat the food because we truly believe that the risk of food born illness was too high and instead of arguing with the manager we wasted food and money and went to the McDonald's next door, who's burgers are smaller, but were not cold, not warm, but hot. This "Manager" really needs to improve his customer service skills, but I will not go to this location ever again because of the money and food that was wasted. I work hard for my money, if we weren't in a hurry I would have argued the quality of the food, but we went to a fast food restaurant for a reason, and the line to wait was too long for us to wait again. Well hopefully this will have a positive outcome on this establishment for other customers, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would prefer a well cooked whopper over a McDonald's meal.
Took more than 15 minutes simply to have our order take when we could see workers standing around doing nothing. Orders took at least another 10 minutes to be filled. We also didn’t even receive the correct size cups, and the worker walked away before we could ask him to fix it.
Chicken nuggets were undercooked and stuck to each other when I brought it to there attention they gave me more of the same chicken nuggets when I showed them the second time they said what do you want me to do that's how they come
Bruh I just ordered Uber Eats from here and they gave me the hardest damn cookies ever mane them cookies were not edible at all they wouldn’t have eaten them cookies so why send them to somebody like that I understand they were on $1 and change but it’s the principle of it.
The lady at the window was very disrespectful. She acted like I ruined her day. She didnt give me a receipt even though I asked for it. She rolled her eyes at me because I didnt have anything smaller than a $50 bill and she had to go make change. I'm not making another trip over there. She has no customer service skills and she should be fired. I forgot to get her name but if you go you will be able to tell who it is.
Usually pretty good. But was the only person in line and ordered two 5 piece French toasts and didn’t get syrup. Wasn’t a good time eating them without it.

Very poor quality on the food! Drive-thru server had a good attitude. However, after I received my food and left, I found cold, stale onion rings that were borderline hard. I decided to just leave it alone. Then I got home and realized that my burger was cold as well. I only live less than 5 minutes from them, so no reason for my food to be ice cold by then. I won't be going back to the Loop 250 BK.🤢
I pity this place. It needs new management or management in general. We waited almost an hr in line. The cheddar bites were the worst, they were microwaved, soggy, plain disgusting. My whopper was cold, the cheese not melted. Terrible, my unsweetened tea was pretty horrible as well, it tasted like dirty water. Im giving it a 1 star because the lady that took our payment at the window was nice and apologized for the long wait.
Every time I order delivery from this store my order is incomplete, I called the store and and they never answered. Half of their items missing, 3 of 4 drinks missing, fries, nuggets, no sauce, napkins, straws, ketchup, nothing, if they can, they’ll send the bag empty, and when you reach customer service, all they can do is give you a miserable $10 coupon. No accountability at all!!! Horrible service, if they let me, I’ll give them 0 stars.
I just went here to get some food with my grandma and sister to go on the inside it was preety fun but the guy at the register kept giving us ugly looks and when we got in the car and me and my grandma started eating out mozzarella sticks they were not cooked at all!!!!! Super doughy and cold and not good. I tried calling them multiple times but their phone number is not in service.
So I came to this location on 9/12 around 7:30. I have never witness a manager treat another employee so poorly this manager was literally calling this young girl a pendeja multiple times. I front of other customers. She also started making remarks towards customers. This lady had a tattoo close to her eye and had a neck tattoo. I really hope upper management get to see this post because this lady should not be a member a management.
Customer service has declined tremendously at both locations. Anyone who works or is a patron of Burger King knows that the dressings on the whoppers are mayo and ketchup. With that being said, I ordered a whopper with mustard only, in lieu of the mayo/ ketchup combination. The rude cashier that took my order replied by using the term “add” . He stated add mustard. I immediately interjected to let him know that I wanted the mustard only, because adding the mustard would be a merge of mustard, mayo and ketchup. Well, the rude cashier must have gotten offended when I tried to correct his errors. He became rude by raising his voice, rolling his neck and throwing up his hands. I then asked him if mayo and ketchup still came with the whopper. He stated in a rude manner that he didn’t know! I then informed him that this is why I wanted mustard only. I finished placing my order. Both burgers had ketchup and mustard on them. Apparently he removed the mayo. How can anyone work at a fast food burger joint and not know how the burgers are dressed! I approached the manager and informed her of the error. She immediately made excuses for him. She did remake the burgers but, that were not made to order . Both burgers included items that I had omitted in the first transaction.
By far the WORST fast food establishment in Midland. The first time we went, it was my brother and I. There was no one in line at the drive through and the restaurant itself looked like it wasn’t busy at all. We pulled up and it took five minutes for them to tell us “give me a minute” very rudely. We waited another 5 minutes and said “hello” and we were answered back with a very rude “I said one minute”. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, no exaggeration, the woman took our order. We asked for the chicken strips, only strips, no meal, and they entered in spicy nuggets. We had to tell them 4 times to correct it. Then when I told them a whopper with cheese and no mustard I was told “we don’t do it like that” I replied with an excuse me and she replied with a “do you want the whopper or not?”. At that point we left and went to another burger king who served us well. Episode 2: me and my family went last night (figured night shift would serve us better) It took them yet again another 10 to 15 minutes to take our order with the restaurant not being busy again. We asked for 3 number one meals with cheese, large with sprites. We also asked for 2 number fours, large with sprite and Dr Pepper. We pulled forward only to wait for 20 minutes for the cook to finally come tell us that he didn’t know where the drive through person went and he couldn’t take our money because he didn’t know how to pull everything up. After 5 more minutes of waiting we watched what looked to be a manager get out of her suv (looked like she had been smoking) and came in and went to the window. Laughing about the fact we were waiting like it was some joke she said my bad and gave us out bags and drinks. I asked her for corporates number and she didn’t look very happy. She replied it’s on the receipt. We left and went home to find we weren’t given one of the number four meals, just the drink and one of our whoppers was gone as well. I called to complain and no one picked up. I was left a voice message from the “GM” this morning to call her back. I called and got no response yet again. This place is horrible with customer service. The food we were given was cold and hard. It doesn’t seem like anyone in that establishment takes their job seriously. I’m very disappointed to see such a place with a reputation for great fast food be brought so low by careless employees with bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. Me and my family and friends won’t be eating there again and we are making sure to let anyone we are aquatinted with know to stay clear of the restaurant as well.
Never has cooks or staff. I've tried a few times out of necessity to go through the drive through. Dont! It's a big mistake. They never have staff, it always takes forever, and I'm sure because of staffing issues it really doesn't taste that good, definitely doesn't taste as good as the other burger kings taste. Save your time and money and go anywhere else, trust me, you will be happier.
I've been twice recently, looking for breakfast on my commute to work. The service and food were disappointing both times. Service was provided by the manager both times. The store and drive through was surprisingly vacant at 7am I even wondered if they were open. My first stop I ordered a simple sausage egg and cheese biscuit only to find no egg or cheese once I was on the road. My second stop I requested coffee and OJ and had to ask for the coffee which he hadn't charged me for. Mind you, on both occasions I was the only person inside with one or two in the drive through being handled by another employee. These might seem like simple oversights and easily forgiven. I'm simply accustomed to better service and higher quality and the McDonalds next door - which has just been torn down for remodeling. I no longer wonder why they are slow in the mornings. I won't be revisiting.
I really love Burger King it's my favorite fast food restaurant. But I made an online order and as soon I a got there the place was filled with people at the counter asking for their money back. They said they all had over 30 mins waiting for their orders. The manager was giving everyone their money money back, instead of being apologetic she had a attitude that didn't help. She said she was low on staff and people should be considerate. I did feel considerate but hows low staff your customers problem. They did take over 15 mins to give me my online order which is supposed to be faster. Not to mention the food was cold and the chicken burger tasted aweful
Order in the drive thru. Got the whole wrong order had to go back to get the right burger I ordered. Ordered a large fry a the box was not even full so a waste of money upsizing when I didn’t even get what I paid for. Not to mention the language barrier of trying to explain that my burger was wrong. This place use to be so good an on top of it. Just goes to show that service has gone down hill. Won’t be returning here.
Burger King has gotten so cheap that they have to charge for there sauces .25 per sauce and no free one think McDonald's sounds good at least I can get enough free sauce to eat my meal my way right away
Rude Customer service guy at window was so rude he was giving adittude never going there again I'm going next door to McDonald's for now on 👎 he even threw my card in the bag with my food that is just gross then I asked for sauce and he just shut the window on me.
After two days of being stuck on location and working on my way home I decided to stop at this Burger King. Absolutely starving and knowing what I wanted I repeated my order three times I got a number three with everything on the burger no ketchup no mayonnaise because I’m allergic to something in mayonnaise I asked instead mustard and made sure she repeated my order. Tired mentally and physically exhausted I get home I open my burger and there’s mayonnaise all over it. I didn’t even bother calling because the girl in the drive-through seem like she really didn’t care which is really funny to me because these days these little punks that can’t get orders right in the Drive through wanna cry because they weren’t 15 an hour but can’t even have people skills or get somebody’s order right. I am so upset right now I will never give this place my business again it’s really sad that you can hardly go anywhere in anyone gets your order right tomorrow I will be calling corporate letting them know whoever’s in charge of this location you have failed miserably
After working a very long and stressful day of work my wife decided to pick up a quick order of nuggets on the way home to unwind. After being treated with no politeness or decency, paying for the wrong order, and then asking for it to be corrected, got eye-rolling and yelling to the back to make more nuggets. When it was done she was handed the food and the window slammed in her face, 24 nuggets and 1 sauce, shut out so fast she didn't get to ask for some more. We both have worked in retail for a decade, whatever this place is it is not friendly or courteous. And it was the cherry on top of a 15 hour long day of our own work stress. These hourly employees today have it made getting to push buttons and take our money and get a check. Some people work for their cut.
I asked for coffee and they where out I ask for a Egg normous burrito they gave me just A tortilla with egg on it on then I asked for hot sauce and they where out so I was like do yall have orange juice they said no so this was a terrible experience If you're going to eat a Burger King I would recommend you eating at the one on Andrew's highway not at the one on loop 250 I'll never go back there agian
Literally got told to step to the side after waiting for 5 minutes to order so that all the hispanics could order first. Crazy work
Never coming to this restaurant again. Came twice in one day. I live across town. Places two serpents orders two different times and they messed it up. Asked for my money back for my troubles they said I had to bring the food back but my kids are hungry. The sandwich that was missing was my wife’s. Big language barrier. I’m telling all my friends and family not to eat at this establishment.
We went tonight ordered dine in.husband got a #2 with cheese, maybe, lettuce and onions.no ketchup or Mustard .husband took it back they had it wrong .so then u went to see what was taking long .the lady hands me the burger 2x wrong again with ketchup again .he went took it back for the 3x it had mustard .so he tells them I just want my money back.the worker tells him you need to bring all the food back.she meant my good I was eating it.so he tells her can I see your policy where it says that ma'am?.so the other lady tells her worker I'll give him his money back. BTW she asked another employee who do I call ?.little do they know my husband knows the owner.service always bad there.
They took super long with orders, when I asked how long it would be they said 5min and they took over 20 min, I had called ahead
You had a good run but now with the continues high turn over your orders are always in consistent, employees just hanging out talking when dinning room is a mess, order times are ridiculous for just a burger and fries, parking lot is a disaster with drive through out to the hwy can't get in or out, female management to busy flirting with male employees while orders continuesly coming back wrong, very unprofessional. Way more concerned with pickup orders than with customers already there. Horrible laguage barrier still. What happened ? Won't be back , high turnover and improper training will kill your business.

Ordered on app and only received my cookies. Tried to complain on app and kept being redirected because app wasn’t working to connect. Tried calling this location where I ordered from and they aren’t answering phones. Tried another location no answer. Tried emailing customer support and was told they can’t do anything to help me. Can’t do anything to help me???? So I order $33 worth of food and don’t get my food order or a replacement for it not arriving or a refund? This is beyond ridiculous. So I got charged for something I didn’t get. Burger King on midkiff sucks.
This burger king literally has never gotten my order right. And all I ever get is 3 spicy chicken wraps, that's IT. Tonight my husband went to pick me up some spicy wraps, and they didn't even have sauce on them. It's worth driving a little further to andrews highway for, as their bk is 100x better than here. This bk SUCKS.
Guy at register doesn’t know English. Order a triple patty whopper and got a triple patty cheese burger. Went to the manager she told me I had to pay the difference for the whopper I order at the register. I paid for my food but the guy at the register didn’t put it in right and I know she heard me placing my order. I won’t be coming back again. Customer service is horrendous and the restaurant is filthy. If you want your order messed up and be treated like trash then this is the place.
Drive through mixed breed girl with the nappy hair is rude. Got my food cold cheese not completely melted. Then gave me a melted slurpee wheres the manager or the number to corporate I know I should have chosen somewhere else regardless of the reviews but I had work so I had to make it quick don't waste you're time going here problem was brought to their attention and refused to remake.Looks nothing like the pictures . Disappointing Experience at Burger King in Midland, Texas My recent visit to Burger King in Midland, Texas was nothing short of disappointing. As soon as I stepped in, the atmosphere was lackluster, with the restaurant being eerily empty. The fountain drink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with sticky residue and spilled soda making it an unpleasant sight. Venturing towards the restroom was even worse - it was an absolute horror show. The state of cleanliness was appalling, with an overpowering stench that made me want to leave immediately. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority for the staff. To add insult to injury, the food I ordered was a letdown. Despite expecting a warm and satisfying meal, what I received was a burger that was cold in the middle. It was as if it had been sitting out for too long before being served to me. In hindsight, I regret not choosing McDonald's instead. Their consistent quality and cleanliness would have made for a much more pleasant dining experience. Burger King in Midland, Texas, needs to seriously step up their game if they want to retain customers.

Ordered uber eats was 30 min late food soggy nasty and would never use uber eats again from this place or anywhere really paid almost 60.00 for a jr whopper and a beacon king like really worst experience ever
I found this restaurant to be very dirty. I told them at the front that there were a little tiny fruit flies all over the ketchup machines, and they did nothing about it. I was not impressed with the food, and I had to have her redo my milkshake because she gave me the wrong kind and then she didn’t mix the second one properly so I had to have her remix it. Will not go back.
Sunday ...August 3....decided to treat myself to a delivered meal ...it came cold, raw , and missing items .... immediately I contacted BK....who told me I had to go through the app to complain....I did that ....recieved back an offered of a 5 dollar . .said no . Wanted full refund ...took all day to finally have them tell me I was dealing with the US bk.....so finally get Canada to only be offered ten dollars!!!! I refused so they wrote back and said they can no longer assist me!!!! So there ya go, complain, and you get nothing ...thanks BK....I will never ever go here again.
Half of the time they can’t understand me , food is a decent price but you really pay for what you get . Spent 10$ on a chicken sandwich that was COVERED in mayo with a small piece of lettuce and chicken patty wasn’t even on burger . Everytime I’ve doordashed order has been missing item or incorrect. don’t care about there customers
My wife ordered from this location this evening July 14th just before 6pm. Ordered for me a fish sandwich and original chicken sandwich and my son had a chicken sandwich as well. When they got home with it my fish and chicken as well as my son's was burnt and over cooked it was dark and shouldn't have been served. When I took my sandwiches back and showed them to the manager (I was upset but became more as conversation went on) the manager stared at the burgers like she didn't know what I meant. I got more upset it took her back and forth to say i5 was burnt. She was saying don't have to be upset I said you haven't confirmed anything. She says she will make new, I see her check the other chicken outlets and they're burnt to, but doesn't throw them out( now I am getting upset because she's still going to serve them, on top of burnt chicken and fish there was willy brown lettuce on them. The manager came back with my sandwiches that was all, no sorry, or coupons to make better and she sa6 it was because I was angry of course I will be it was okay to serve burnt food. A older lady who came in complained to cashier that her last order they made too spicy which is not acceptable and another girl after that, they didn't get order right. It's unacceptable and those on shouldn't be there or running it this is not how to feed people crappie food or treat an upset customer like they were wrong I have photos of the bad sandwiches I got to replace the mistake ones and they both had brown willy lettuce and burnt not as bad but still burnt and made me lose my appetite all together .
We ordered our burgers here. The fries were extremely salty. I noticed there is salt at almost every table. So it seems to be an issue for other customers as well. When I brought it up to the manager she said the district manager is aware. But obviously nothing has been done. So the option seems to be over salted or no salt at all. Ridiculous!
